He was not really sure why the hell he was here, or why he cared but the behemoth had shown up, just as this so called Student Dean had requested, not technically a student nor faculty, given his absence, but, shit happens and thus it should have been no surprise that he did not care so much about that and instead was where he was at the moment.
His hood up, pulled down enough that it made it hard to see his face really, and the voice seemed slightly strained as if it had not been let loose from his throat in quite a long while, which was true enough.
"Experiments.. what exactly.. happened here with the.. correctional facility." Each pause a slight bit of a cough trying to get his vocal chords to cooperate properly but it would be right soon enough, as chances were his voice would be getting more use then it had in quite a while. He stood there, arms hanging loose at his sides, the door to the office having long since been opened after a moments pause with the secretary.. what given the fact that people had been asked to show up and all.

Mitsukai was on her way to the library when the sirens went off, nearly making her jump out of her skin. What the fuck.... That could not be good. Was there fire going on or something? Whatever the emergency was it had to be a big one. This was 259 after all, bad shit happened here all the time it was a normal occurrence. But for there to actually be an alarm sounding off.....then it had to be something big, very big. "This is Taylor Adam, the Student Dean of Public High School #259.""I apologize for the interruption, but I require the presence of "strong" students and faculty of Public High School #259 in my office." Yeah its something big. she thought to herself, but what was it? "There has been an experiment sighting. I repeat, there has been hostile experiments from the former Correctional Facility that have been sighted around Long Beach. I am looking for enlistees after school." A what? Mitsukai had never been around when this Correctional Facility had been up and running. She had no clue that it even existed. Really what the fuck is going on here? There was only one option....she had to find out. Turning around she would make her way over to the Dean's office. If they needed help then she was more then willing to offer it. She wasn't one of the strongest students in the school but she was by no means weak. It was her duty as a pillar to protect the students to the best of her abilities anyway, she had to go and get to the bottom of this regardless. It was about time she tried to make up for some of the harm that her split persona had caused during her 'absence' anyway. It was now or never.

Adrian had been in the library a the time of the broadcast, studying a book on chemistry for a project he was working on. A split second after hearing the alarm he was half-way across the room, sprinting for the window to escape what he was sure to be a bomb-threat or spreading fire. But as the student dean's voice cut in over he paused, puzzled, to think. Experiments? Hardly one of the poor little guinea-pigs, but what then? It was a threat, had to be if they were willing to pretty much shut down the school, seeing how important it was for the school to have the students achieve high grades.
Adrian had half a mind to leave, to go home and continue to study where he knew it was safe. He had no idea what this threat concerned, and he was far from one of the stronger students in the school, but his mind persistently bugged him. What was it? Was it interesting? Could he use it for something? Could he blackmail someone high up with it? Could he kill it? Cursing himself for his curiosity and arrogance he ran to his locker, picked up a few precautions and headed for the dean's office. Part of the reason he allowed his inquisitive nature to get the better of him was the thought of the near-certainty that he would be turned aside as 'too weak'. He hated the thought, but he wouldn't let himself turn down a chance to something that could prove so much more interesting than his average life. The last few weeks had been dull as hell, and his heart was screaming to spill blood.

This was something agreed on. Spike had been through probably the worst couple of months of his life. Forced to train under conditions where he was sure he should of died by now. Yet he was kept going by that one desire, that one drive. The only one worth mentioning. It was a lust, a need, something that would defy death, a corruption that sunk deep within his being. This thing has and always will have a name. A word that attracts more attention than any other, a word that spreads like wild fire.
"Power."
Spike said as he looked tot he loud speaker in the hall way. Spike would take off to get to his locker, skidding to a stop in front of it he would begin spinning the dial quickly. Opening the locker he would pull out his equipment. First his chest plate, slipping it on over his head, he would tighten the straps. Reaching his right arm into his locker he would slip it into the guantlet. The red shine of the armor, such a ruby red it could be mistaken for jewelry if it wherent for the dents and burn marks. Pulling the arm from the locker Spike would turn it over so his left hand could tighten those straps, and adjust the way it sat on his arm. Reaching back in he would pull out a small red pole no longer than 2 feet. Putting that through his back belt loops on his pants he would reach in for the final piece. A Bokken handle that seemed to hold strange properties. Putting that in his pocket he would take off running for the main building now. Heading for the office. But by the time he got there two males had gotten there, and a female he knew.
Well not personally, but he had an interesting few moments of combat with her. He had been... Changed though, all but for that first glance he wouldnt even look at her again unless absolutely nessicary. In fact the only one that drew his attention besides the dean was the man with the mask. The description matched so perfectly. And if it wherent for his promise to help the dean Spike would of attacked by now. He was The Vanguard of the Sudeki after all. Katashi must fall.

"This is Taylor Adam, the Student Dean of Public High School #259."
Matrim didn't always listen to the announcements so he kept going about his business, not really focusing on anything but getting to his locker to get ready for classes. That is, until the next part.
"I apologize for the interruption, but I require the presence of "strong" students and faculty of Public High School #259 in my office."
".... alright," Matrim said, heading over, "I guess I'll play... wonder what this is about...."
"There has been an experiment sighting. I repeat, there has been hostile experiments from the former Correctional Facility that have been sighted around Long Beach. I am looking for enlistees after school."
".... and now I want a million dollars...."
Crap I have that already....
"Never mind then," he said as he made his way to the offices. Walking in he saw a few familiar faces. One was that of his own pillar, another was of Leon's son, another was the boy from his fight club that had been short lived. The last.... oh God... "Oh..." Matrim simply said looking up toward him.
If it isn't my Lord and Master, biggy himself. Guess I should play it cool for awhile...
Matrim addressed everyone, "Hope you're all just as excited as I am..." He said, and then waited for further information or even instruction should it come. Along with his first official meeting with the new student dean himself. He was curious as to the type of person Mr. Adam was.

"The Correctional Facility? Again?"
"Man, that place's all screwed up. Remember that incident a year or so back? Dude, I was there; that place is so fucked up."
"You were an experiment?"
"Fuck no. I was one of 'em who tried to get the fuckers out."
"... You two boys better be careful with what you're saying. You're forgetting something."
"What?"
"Em."
"Right... she was one of them, wasn't she?"
As studious a student as Emily was, she was busy actually tending to an exam when the announcement came up. Of course, despite the teacher's snide remarks about the students being too weak to actually go out there as per the Dean's request Emily's attention would no longer be focused on her exam. Her ears fell onto the whispers of her name and of the events that rose a year ago. Yes, that time that made her snow-blonde and changed her life considerably.
She eventually made her classmates quiet by unconsciously breaking her pencil after gripping it too hard. Looking at the piece of wood, Emily would twitch as memories flooded her mind about that place. It wasn't a very pleasant place to be.
"May I be excused?"
"No, your exam is of utmost prio--"
"Thanks." She said without letting the teacher finish, walking out of class after placing her almost-done exam onto the teacher's desk. That was going to cost her, but it was too late to back out now. Emily marched all the way from the biology classrooms towards her locker, pulling out all her gear and donning them just before she turned towards the direction of the Dean's office. She had a smile on her face, almost similar to the one that Layla Clavering had. An emotionless smile that was basically neither fake or real. It was just...
...Empty.
Emily would pull herself into the room, looking around for familiar faces amongst those whom had already answered Mr. Adam's call. There was Mitsukai, two boys she didn't really know, Matrim Gallagher and (to Emily's surprise,) Katsuri.
Honestly, Emily just wanted to stay in the background today. After all, the Correctional Facility pulled more strings on the girl. Then Matrim had to open his big fat mouth, making Emily slightly cringe with disgust. Did he mean that as sarcasm or in the case of an eagerness to fight? Either way, Emily was not pleased.
"Hope you're all just as excited as I am..." He said. Heh, quite pathetic how a School Captain, who was supposed to uphold peace within the school be so excited about the mention of the possibility of a violent outcome.
"Excited to see my experiment brethren? Not exactly sure I should be happy about that." She said stoically, crossing her arms as she leaned against the wall.

Sirens... Who the hell put sirens in a school... She groaned, pulling herself from sleep, turning her head so that she could see. Sara had fallen asleep on a table in the cafeteria with her head in her arms, her eyes pressed against her forearms to block out light. She groaned in anger, wishing they would just turn the damn things off. Didn't sirens mean like... bombs or something?
"This is Taylor Adam, the Student Dean of Public High School #259. I apologize for the interruption, but I require the presence of "strong" students and faculty of Public High School #259 in my office."
... We have a Student Dean? o____O Sara lifted her head and glanced around the cafeteria, taking in the few students who either had a spare, or most likely, skipping class. Everyone of them was tuned into the speakers, staring at them with a look of fear, concern, or excitement in their eyes.
"There has been an experiment sighting. I repeat, there has been hostile experiments from the former Correctional Facility that have been sighted around Long Beach. I am looking for enlistees after school."
Hostile experiment...? Sara ran her hands over her face, trying to wake herself up. It would do no good to anyone if she was asleep. She pushed herself out of the seat, grabbing a student as they passed her. "Hey... Do you know where that office is...?"
He glanced at the speaker, then back down at her, a smile touching his lips. "You mean you think you're strong? Heh..."
... "I'm the Student Body President." On any normal day, Sara would have knocked the kid clear across the room, but today... She wasn't quite feeling it. "Just tell me where the office is."
10 minutes later, she stepped into the office and glanced around. Mitsukai... That one chick from that one time... That other guy from that one place... Matrim! =D!
And then the figure that dominated the room. Her jaw dropped, her eyes wide. Thinking there might be a better time then now to deal with him, Sara stepped up next to Matrim, her arm going around his waist as she molded herself to his side. Her eyes never left the giant though, wondering what it meant that he was back. At this point, it was obvious Sara was off kilter today.

Kazuya's eyes would lift up to the speaker mounted high above his head, as the sirens blared through the hallway he was standing in. He was currently standing at his locker, as the Student Dean began to speak, completely cutting off the siren, which was a good thing, seeing as it left a ringing sound in Kazuya's ears. Kazuya patiently listened to the announcement, once it was over, he knew what he had to do. Pulling out his blade that he had stowed inside from his locker, he strapped the blade at the left side of his waist, before slamming his locker door shut and swiftly made his way to the Student Dean's office. The Correctional Facility. Those three words echoed in his mind over and over again. He had never been to that place, and God have mercy if he was ever sent to that hellhole, but that place had been where Emily was held and tortured against her will.
Reaching the Dean's office, he quietly slipped in, closing the door behind him, as he took a quick glance at who was in the room, as he nearly did a double-take. Katsuri was here. The giant who had forfeited against Kazuya in the tournament long ago. He gave Mitsukai a nod of acknowledgment, Matrim... He didn't even know Matrim anymore, but then again, he never knew Matrim period. He gave Sara a curt nod, before taking a spot beside Emily, his face devoid of any emotion. It's not that he wasn't happy to see Emily, it's just that... the situation wasn't exactly anything to be happy about. Folding his arms across his chest, Kazuya kept to himself, this was going to be one hell of a day.

A voice came onto the loudspeaker;
"This is Taylor Adam, the Student Dean of Public High School #259."
"I apologize for the interruption, but I require the presence of "strong" students and faculty of Public High School #259 in my office."
"There has been an experiment sighting. I repeat, there has been hostile experiments from the former Correctional Facility that have been sighted around Long Beach. I am looking for enlistees after school."
*CRASH*
"Damn."
Cody was furious as his fist came against a locker. Scaring some students, as he then came through a group of students. Fists, clenching as he headed straight for the office.
He thought this was over.
He thought this was long gone.
And considering.. The authorities were on his ass about it.
He might as well finish what had been started long ago, and knowing Cody, grudges abounded in his heart, but that had to be people that knew him.
Not even five minutes later, he would reach the student dean's office, slowly sneaking in behind everyone else, trying not to make his presence known.

Just before lunch, of course things tended to get out of hand around that time. Quite peculiar in that sense of things perhaps it was the fact that students where starving and angsty due to their lack of food entering their stomach? Maybe something just a happenstance that occurred like some natural event the explosion of some geyser or something of that nature. Regardless it was life and Gabriel saw no intention to panic over the ordeal even as Mr. Adam came on over the speakers.
Funny this sounded awful familiar to him to an extent. Much like the Correctional Facility when Asiv had called them all to come fight against the enforcers once before and rescue their friends. But again to what cost? Where had it lead them but to flee schools and fight again against enemies who abused the system to gain power and control. A mock snarl emitted from his breath as he continued at a slow pace to the office deciding not to enter for his own sake rather take up residence outside the door offering to open it for those he could acting low key and not wanting to be gung-ho and blatently running downhill like flowering blossoms.
He'd sit there patiently awaiting the call of what he expected to be something of course abnormal by all means.

Enter a giant with a hood. The secretary, looking up, sighed, "tsk"ing to herself before standing up and going to the door with a small key in her hand. There was a feminine way in which she held herself, walked, but she moved as quickly as she could to get the door open before propping it to keep it that way. With a wave of her hand, she beckoned the giant to go in without so much as looking up, before sitting down to hit the keyboard. Coincidentally enough, the Student Dean was doing the same, clicking a few things before the two began typing furiously... At the same time.AIM Conversation"Experiments.. what exactly.. happened here with the.. correctional facility."AIM ConversationMore typing went off.
A physically little girl, a promising young boy with mixed feelings in his eyes, Spike Sudeki (to whom the Dean almost smiled at before resuming his multi-tasking), and then the apparent current Student Captain, Matrim Gallagher."Oh..." The Dean's eye swiveled for just a moment to see their current reactions, before he pulled up a few more files, scanning over them, continously researching, communicating with his secretary, and going over the missions to be performed."Hope you're all just as excited as I am..." Not exactly the response he was looking for, but it was fine. Still, given the body language, the Dean chose to resume his work---although, he hadn't stopped typing and clicking for even a moment."Excited to see my experiment brethren? Not exactly sure I should be happy about that."Appropriate. It was quiet, but the Dean remembered and recognized the intonations of the voice.
The Student Body President came. And this was just as well. Almost all the pillars, unless the Dean had miscounted. And then...
...Familiar, but he went missing. The boy who he flipped off. The problem-child from last time. Just as well, though, his talents would come in handy, considering his abilities... provided the data had been kept up to date.
Another person followed in... Tied in with the Correctional Facility.
Finally, the French decided to walk in.
Several others began to walk in after them as well, all curious, all with varying backgrounds... But still, doubt held the Dean. Was this enough? Was this---"Haha... Well, well. Enthusiasm isn't lacking, Taylor." The voice at the door finally made the Dean look up with his entire head. There, the old man in his bowler hat and large trench coat stood, smiling ever so happily as he strode in to take his place in the back, standing by the window."Freddo. You are very tardy," the Dean said, finally."My apologies," Freddo nodded, before looking at the door ever so curiously."Apologies... that was my fault." "...I kind of... dragged Gramps around to help me find Big Sis. Do you know where Sis is, Mister Adam?" the boy said, curiously, smiling sincerely, as he walked to stand beside the old man, a little more towards the center of the room---before his face lit up and he rushed to the sides, where the folded chairs were propped up in preperation. Calvin would then walk amongst the group, handing out chairs to those that wanted to sit, putting any left overs to the side before taking two for himself and Freddo and re-situating himself by the side-center of the room.
Quietly, without a sound, the Dean had slowly stood up and walked around his desk by the right side to stand in front of it with his hands completely still at his sides. Standing with impeccable if not perfect posture, he turned his head to Katsuri Katashi, former employee of 259, current working status currently not up to date."The Correctional Facility was destroyed. You are standing amongst at least three unless I miscounted of the throng of survivors, Mr. Katashi."Nodding quietly, he turned to face the students."It is unfortunate, but there is little time," he said, slowly looking over to Freddo, staring at him silently for a moment. *"They have pulled out with less casualties then was originally estimated. Our position, while weakened, still has strength."**"This is good! Now then, break it down for them simply. You yourself said it: There is little time."* "I am the Student Dean, Taylor Adam. A few of you have met with me before in relationship to this situation," he spoke with punctuated precision, as if even a wasted breath would be the cause of another Holocaust. "I will take your questions, this time, during. However, this will be brief."
"We are on a mission to re-capture and rehabilitate those that we term as 'Experiments'. The rest must, sadly be neutralized."
"As it stands, we are what remains of the Japanese Enforcer Corporation and the German Enforcer Corporation in America. We have found allies amongst the English Enforcer Corporation who have pledged a dozen of their Enforcer recently discovered a large contingent of Experiments."
"Several have been incapacitated or K.I.A. during the engagement that ensued, but I am informed that they were able to pull out with lessened casualties."
"As of right now, I have worked out a system fit for volunteers such as yourself. As mentioned in the meeting beforehand, this is only because of the quality of survival and fighting that I have found in 259ers. To keep things organized, I have set missions ranking in 'E', 'D', 'C', 'B', 'A' and 'S'."
"I presently have a D-Rank Scouting Mission for all of you, as the place of the mission is quite large."
"Those that wish to step out, please do so now. This is still a dangerous mission. I will now take questions. I will provide details on the area at hand afterward."...Horribly rushed. But it was better now then never.

"Destroyed... heh. I am.. guessing this turned out.. to be a bad thing?" Said with another harsh cough and his body shifting so that he could move and lean back against the frame of the door now that whom seemed to be showing up had all shown up. He used the door frame to hold himself up of course, more so to the point that his body was still tired, as it had not been that long since he had been free'd.. although in the end it was for his own damn good it did not make the ordeal any better. Then he was mistaken.. several more entries piled in no sooner then the Dean had finished his speech and well, it sort of got a brow raise from him but his curiosity had been piqued given the conversation going on between them.
Still. He could not help but look around the room once more, over each one of the people present in turn, mostly because he had been acquainted with them in some way or another throughout his stay here in this place. The only one in the room actually he was not aware of was the dean himself and his companions.. oh, and one other, although, it did not seem to bother him as much as it did not knowing exactly who this dean was.. maybe it was that he had not been around when Katsuri was?.. or maybe the big ape was just that oblivious. Hey. Weirder things had happened before.
As he went on though.. he sort of just mentally blinked and kept blinking the whole time. Ranked missions? E through S.. smelled like a certain type of manga. The type he liked, but it still got him there confused for a moment before he shrugged his shoulders and went with it. K Sera Sera and all that after all.

Quite a few people had come to answer the call, most of which she knew whether from a one time encounter or she was more close to. She didn't really say anything yet, she was more concerned with what was going on to really bother. For now she simply stood there and waited for some information on the current situation.
Soon after everyone piled in did the 'briefing' actually start. A lot of it she didn't fully understand. What she did get was that they had to complete a set of missions, all involved in capturing some 'experiments' from this correctional facility she had heard in the announcement. She didn't ask anything though, the reason? They'd be here forever. The only thing that Mitsukai didn't know was the history concerning the correctional facility but that didn't mean she couldn't fulfill the mission right? If anything she could ask one of the others later to find out what she didn't know.

What we do know is that the Student Dean still works at Public High School #259 with his two compatriots...
