Marcus looked the boat over. It was a fishing vessel by the looks of it. Living in New York City he had seen plenty coasting around the Manhattan waters.
"Will it float?" A Rough edged voice danced behind the man. The voice belonged to one of his newly dubbed 'Northern Crew'. One Patrica Abakan. A red headed Ruskie Who managed to earn Marcus' respect immediatly after telling him how she got the horrific scar that left her without an eye and a nose. In keeping with his habit of nicknaming anyone and everyone, Marcus had dubbed her 'Fox' with the explaination that despite her scar, she could still light a match with just a passing glance. Even now he was STILL surprised she let him get away with it. "Well I sure as shit hope so, or else this is going to be one hell of a short trip. Is Sleepy still doing his thing?"
Fox gave a small shake of her head. " 'All supplies, Tribute and trade worthy goods are present and accounted for boss man sir.' His words. We can depart whenever you're ready." Marcus sighed. He wasen't looking forward to this. Something about this whole trip was eating at him. "Alright then. Get him up here and tell Bucket to assemble the Captain and the crew. I want to go over the days plans." With a nod and a twirl that sent her curtain of red hair fanning behind her the woman set off, leaving Marcus with his thoughts. Everything seemed simple enough, but if things went south, this boat would be thier only lifeline.
After a few moments of fretting where noone could see him, Marcus heard Bucket, another from his group of ten clear his throat. With a nod to the large Trinidadian, the man made his way to the back of the boat where everyone was waiting for him and took up position before them. The three members of his inner circle were standing behind the captain. The rest of the group were back in the compound holding the fort down.
"Alright ladies and gentlemen. Today we embark upon a trade mission to the coastline outside Long beach but let me assure you that there is nothing 'simple' or 'mundane' about this, so keep your head sharp and stay on the bounce! The higher ups decided that we are the best kind of people to be the handshake that establishes connections between us here in Long Beach and the coastal colonies that reside outside our borders and I aims to prove him right. Now Kiyoshi put me in charge of the negotiations which leaves the rest of you sitting back sipping tea and playing cards while we are putting smiles on our faces and making nice, so just make sure than when we are running down the docks with spears wizzing by our heads, that you guys will still be there to pick us up."
That got him a few chuckles here and there. The Captain of the boat was a good man. Member of the crow Milita for awhile, which did wonders for Marcus' nerves considering the landing party consisted only of himself, Fox, Bucket and Sleepy. He knew he was a hell of a fighter, but after the encounter with Arkham, he also knew even a grizzly bear such as himself could be worn down and overwhelmed.
Finished with his speech, he gestured for his team to join him at the front of the boat as the captain whiled around and began Barking orders, whipping the crew into action.
'Anchors aweigh my dear. Now lets hope we don't court posidons wrath.'

You sail!
Though what you find is a long coast of forced labor. People working their butts off to build a barracade from the ocean to the land. If for nothing else it seems the pleasure of the Barker soldiers beating down a civilian every now and then.

"Well......doesen't this just suck." This proclamation was essentialy going through everybodies minds as they continued to chart the waters. Under Marcus' orders they had gone far down the coast, keeping notes and drawing pictures of what they saw for the intel folks back home. "More than sucks Sleepy." Marcus agreed with a casual nod of his head, as if the droopy eyed man had just declared that it might rain soon. All four of them were on the deck watching as the crew hustled and bustled around them. Marcus had given the captain strict orders to keep at least thiry meters back and reduce the boats speed so that they looked like a floating wreck in the distance.
Marcus knew it probably wouldn't work too well, but if it reassured the crew then it worked just fine for him. Suddenly the man pointed to the giant wall Barkers boys and thier slaves were working on. "Bucket, how far along does that fucking Eyesore go?" The giant of a black man put down his binoculars and began to speak with a voice that was so metallic and gut rumblingly deep that it was exactly what earned him his nickname. As Marcus said, he seemed to 'talk as if he was barking into a big bucket.'
"As fa' as de eyes can see bruddah. It stretches from one end of de coastline to de otha'." Which wasen't at ALL the answer Marcus wanted. "Not good enough. I want exact mesurements. Sleepy! Give Bucket a hand doing the math." An order that earned him a Groan and cries of protests. Sleepy was a genious all right, but more often than not he needed a good swift kick to get him going. Luckily for him he was smart enough not to test Marcus out on the open sea's. "Fox? You keep an eye out on deck. Lemme know when the situation changes. I'm going to head inside and try to raise home and see how they want to play this."
Fox seemed confused. "Play this? Sir we should just head home. The missions a no go and we aren't at all equiped to do anything against a force like that." Shit! She had a point and Marcus did NOT like it. "I know. I know. I just don't like the idea of leaving empty handed. We came here to get supplies and....." Suddenly the man grew quite and adopted a rather far away look on his face as if he had suddenly stumbled on..... "Oh fuck NO he's got that look on his face!" Sleepy groaned to noone in partiticular. Everyone else kept stock still as they watched Marcus grind the gears in his head into overtime.
What Marcus had was a rather tough decision to make. Head home with bad news and nothing in thier cargo hold, or run a plan so audacious that it could get them all killed. Finaly after a few minutes, the light behind Marcus' eyes flickered back on again. "Alright, a project like this is going to need an extensive supply line right? I'm talking a BIG fucking supply chain. I'm talking mack trucks hauling 53' containers full of medical supplies, Food and other goods."
Sleepy's droopy eyes, a product of a horrible beatdown at the hands of a Barker patrol, nearly opened wide with horror. "No...nononononono You're not thinking what I think you're thinking are you?" Marcus simply answered with a nonchalant shrug. "What? We wait out till night, then I and a volunteer-"
"Me."
"I......Ok, Fox and I-"
"Goin too."
"Shit....Aight, cool. Bucket, Fox and I.......No? Noone else? Ok good, I hate being interupted anyway. Ok the Plan is we swim up and Recce the place. If we spot what we want, namely supply trucks, then we send one person back to tell the boat to go on without us. Me and whoever remain-"
"Aye."
"Overruled!"
"Bullshit!"
"HEY! Fox stays. Shut it Bucket, you're not exactly the stealthy type! Ok, so whever remain- I SWEAR TO GOD NOONE FUCKING INTERUPT ME AGAIN! Got it? good! So FOX and I will then steal one of the trucks and drive it back to base." It was a suicidaly simple plan. But then again, Marcus had dealt with worse with less available to him.
"Alright boys and girl. Settle down and make whatever prepwork you need. We move at oh two hundred hours."
{OOC} Plans have been made! I would like a Perception check on Bucket and Sleepy to find out what exactly do they see on and beyond the wall please. {OOC}

Alright! It was go time. Fox and Bucket were preparing the life raft that would silently take them close to shore where they could infiltrate the wall. With a nod, Marcus went over the plan. Step one: They Paddle to a finished section of the wall where there would be less workers and therefore (Hopefully) less guards. Step two would begin once they scaled the wall. Assess the area beyond it and whether they could safely comandeer a supply truck or two. Step three was the execution. They would either sneak through and steal a truck, or Marcus would employ his formidable skills in bullshitting if anything went wrong.
"You guys ready for this?" Marcus asked, getting nods in return. "Aight. Check ya heads and let's go."
Soon the three of them would be on the lifeboat, using the paddles to quietly glide through the water towards the wall. None of them spoke, all of them had hard glinty eyes as they slipped into business mode.

They reach the wall without a problem, they can even heard what sounds like two soldiers casually talking!

Well well well......
Marcus could hear the soldiers the same as his companions. Fox moved to begin climbing the wall and why not? All it would take to silence them would be a simply tug to send them flying over the wall and down to the waters below, but Marcus stopped her and put a hand to his lips.
Approaching the wall, he would rub his palms together and place them both against the cold metal of the wall, letting his conciousness flow around him as he closed his eyes and began to sense the....well.....for a lack of a better term, the 'power levels' of everyone in a wide area, thus giving him a much better idea of what they were facing.
"Ooooh, Boss be doin his voodoo thang." Bucket would whisper.

Along the wall Marcus can sense a total of four guys sittin around with the two who where talking. Three of them are weaker than himself, yet one... Seems to be about as strong as Marcus.

AS he backed away from the wall, the others looked at him expectantly. He continued to whisper. "Four. Shouldn't be any problem but one. One's on my level."
THAT got thier attention. Marcus could see it on thier faces. They've never really seen him in action before, but they heard enough of the stories.
"Ok here's how it's going to go. We Climb, sneak up on em, grab em and throw them over. Simple."
Simple aye, except for the fact that he intended to go over with his victim just to make sure.
So, knowing this they began to climb quietly up the Wall.

The team creeps up on the group slowly....AND STRIKES!
Fox Grabs one and throws him over, Bucket grabs two and throws them over.......
And Marcus grapples the strongest one there Tightly before dropping HIMSELF and his prey over the edge. Marcus would use the man to break his fall and if THAT didn't kill him, he would choke him out and drown him in the water. Along with anyone else who survived.

Marcus would note that once they hit the waterit would act like a giant water bed as if the top was solid holding them up. The guy's right hand would reach into the water and throw a punch for Marcus. A small pillar of water to push and throw him into the wall.

'Oh FUCK! Stupid Qi.....'
He would have to end this quick. Last thing he needed was this guy raising the alarm, Or his fight lust to overide his need to stay proffesional.
Blasting into the wall, he would cover his mouth and hold his breath as he twisted around to plant his feet against the steel and scrap metal eyesore. He would then break free of the pillar by running UP the wall, knowing which side was up due to his keen sense of spacial awareness, and backflip off the wall, through the air and hopefully onto the Qi soldier on all fours. His plan was to bring him back down again, wrap him up into another painful choke hold and squeeze, not only closing his airways but also putting a PAINFUL amount of pressure on the mans spine as his twisted his body.

As Marcus ran up the wall another pillar of water would slam it just behind him, luckily enough Marcus was fast. Backflipping and bringing the guy to a non-focusable position until he finally lost conciouseness.

"Sorry dude. This is just Business." He would say regretfully before holding the man's head under water until the squirming stopped. (Assuming the water turns back to normal. If not.....errrm.....he Breaks the guys neck.)
Double checking the other bodies to make sure they were out of action, Marcus climbs back up the wall to see Fox and Bucket waiting for him. They were certainly NOT pleased with his little stunt.
"Enough!" He would hiss quietly. "It had to be done. Guy had water Qi. Now, Lets get a look at what we are dealing with here."
Carefully the band of three would creep up to the edge and survey the area beyond the wall, looking for anything that screamed 'Supply Depot'.
