Subject Vitals Name: Kiyoshi Akechi Also Known As: - Age: 18 D.O.B: October 13, 1992 Grade: 11 Height: 5’9 Weight: 177 lbs Blood Type: AB+ Gender: Male Sexuality: Heterosexual Eye Color: Blue Hair: Black Subject Habits Known Hobbies- Cooking - Kiyoshi enjoys experimenting with new flavors and new methods whenever he gets the chance. It is also one of the reasons that the food network is one of his favorite channels. With the training that was forced upon him at a younger age, it also came natural that those skills would be translated into his top escape/hobby.
- Surfing - It is THE main reason behind Kiyoshi’s move back to the west coast. With his on/off battle with drug addiction he needed to find a healthy outlet to focus his energy on. What better than the sand and surf of Southern California! He’s actually pretty good too.
- Racing - Adrenaline junkie to the extreme. Fast vehicles going as fast as possible amidst city streets for some cash… is there a part of that you don’t like? Kiyoshi is very dangerous in these situations because for the most part he only cares about winning, not even survival matters.
- Gambling - Pretty much the hobbies we are getting into now all fit under the umbrella of risk-taking. Kiyoshi is a risk-taker, which is also apparent in his fighting style much of the time. However when gambling, bet it cards or on sports, the other forms he tries to stay away from, Kiyoshi is actually also pretty good. It’s how he bought his Skyline.
Known Talents- Cooking - A real shock here. Trained in knives and unfed… add those together with any sort of access to food materials and it quickly becomes a talent through sheer repetition, though there was some natural ability. The greatest honing of this talent comes from the simple fact that Kiyoshi has a heightened sense of taste, though his sense of smell is lacking due to some bad choices in the past.
- Hard Skeleton - Not a talent in the traditional sense but Kiyoshi has an extremely hard skeleton due to all the bone breaking things that have happened in his past, his bones are almost stone like. The hardest bone in his body is the skull, it should be registered as a lethal weapon.
Known Favorite things- That is a very long list… trust me. When he doesn’t like something… you’ll know.
Mental Evaluation Personality: In a word… eccentric. Be it from drug abuse or defense mechanisms, Kiyoshi’s personality is consistently inconsistent. At one moment he could be playing up as a flirt, dancing a waltz with some lucky lady while serenading her with some love song from the 80’s and in the next he’s foaming at the mouth in a psychotic rage while fighting some guy who he’s never met before. Needless to say, when dealing with Kiyoshi… expect the unexpected, predict the unpredictable, and assume the unassumable. However as of the wall as Kiyoshi can be there is a relatively stable sense of him. For the most part he is agreeable, though always ready to fight, and comes off as an over-the-top eccentric kind of happy. He over exaggerates and is prone to making grandiose gestures while talking due to a sense of dramatics that may or may not be self-imposed. That flair is often seen in the bizarre manner of dress that Kiyoshi has, though he would call it stylish. He also has a tendency to be very crass and blunt, which can cause him to offend others. It is not always intentional, nor is it always unintentional. Now with that all said, there are psychiatrists that upon analysis would say that Kiyoshi acts in such a manner as a defense mechanism to keep others out. This begs the question: who is the real Kiyoshi Akechi? Honestly not even Kiyoshi could truly tell. Perhaps bits and pieces escape from time to time but someone would have to take along time getting close to him to find out exactly. Mentality: Stabilizing… Kiyoshi is Claustrophobic and Lutraphobic, meaning afraid of confined spaces and otters. Both draw back to his childhood living in a small cardboard box with only a stuffed animal otter for company. The Claustrophobia is much more severe. However since moving to the west coast, his outbursts have become more rare and there seems to be a baseline to his personality. Ideal: Some people might compare my life to that of a crow… I think there’s nothing wrong with being a crow. When you compare them to those poor caged birds that have forgotten how to fly, crows are much better. Being a crow is good enough for me. Belief: Meh… Physical Status Build - The overall state of Kiyoshi’s body is an interesting one. Years of fighting, drug abuse, malnourishment, obsessive working out, and just plain stupidity have lead to a mangle crisscrossed form of a being. From the various broken bones that he has received throughout his life, Kiyoshi’s skeleton is actually quite strong as the mended bones upon proper healing are stronger than before. His skin is a nice dark tan color and marred with various injuries. The soft tissues within his body are mangled by the various items that have pierced through, be they metallic or chemical. Kiyoshi is prone to tears within the soft tissues of his body and organs are heavily damaged through abuse. It isn’t pretty, save for the superficial. The combination of several factors has led the muscles of his body to show freakish amounts of definition, like medical or artistic drawing freakishness. Recently Kiyoshi has started to take much better care of himself resulting in a healthier body type. The definition remains but at a more normal, acceptable level. Head - Kiyoshi is not a bad looking guy, in fact he is quite attractive by most standards. The ice blue eyes are an genetic aberration but are the type that people ogle at when put on a famous person of some kind. His jet black mane of hair is not only thick and plentiful but in very good condition as it is one of the only two things that Kiyoshi does pay extra attention to. For length it trails down to the middle of his shoulder blades, often it is kept in a wild fashion that reflects his personality with a few strands forward falling in his face with the rest combed back. The second is his teeth, which are always kept as white as possible. The two most distinguishable facets of Kiyoshi’s face are the wide mouth that can lead to very toothy facial expressions and the scars on his left cheek, one running horizontal along the bone while the other goes vertically from his eye to on level with his mouth. His ears are pierced though it isn’t often he wears earrings. Torso - Other than the bits stated in the overall section the are noticeable distinct marking on Kiyoshi’s torso. First the brand of the Nashimina yakuza centered on his lower back, it is a two-headed serpent dragon that forms the Taijitu (Yin and Yang symbol). Also there is the large textured scar around his left shoulder for where his left arm was almost blown off by a shotgun blast, surrounding it are several surgerical scars from repairing it. There are a great deal of other scars over this area, both front and back, though some are hidden by the tattoos Kiyoshi has. On his chest, over his heart, is a small... well, chest with a small cherry blossom and sword sticking out while the whole picture is surrounded by ghostly aura. Along each side from hip to pit the Akechi family crest is tattooed in a repeating pattern. On his left shoulder, the demon sleeve of tattoos mergers with the chains showing some of the demons clawing or grabbing onto them. That sums up the distinctive markings of his torso. Arms - Kiyoshi’s arms are almost like a ladder with scars. Various battles with bladed weapons have led to massive scarring along the outside of his forearms and biceps. As mentioned in the torso section, there is an elaborate sleeve of a demonic theme on his left arm that has a faded effect to seemingly form around the middle of his forearm and continue up all the way to the top of his shoulder. It consists of various types and forms of demons all mesh together and climbing toward the main body of Kiyoshi. Done with the arms. Legs - Not so much to say with Kiyoshi’s legs. The same amount of scarring as other parts of the body, however no tattoos here. He wears a size eleven shoes, which is very big considering his height. Apparel - To put it plainly, Kiyoshi’s clothes match his personality. They range from a worn-down sweat suit to the most bizarre and colorful displays of clothing that you might expect to be seen. There are only two consistent items that he wears are his Cyan-tinted sunglasses and the golden cross necklace. No style or even color is all that prevalent, like some people wear a lot of red, though he does tend to combine light blue and black a lot. Current Living Status Type of residence: Currently Kiyoshi resides in a small loft in a rather old warehouse that has been transformed into apartments. It isn’t far from the beach. It has the usual one bathroom and open floor plan of most studio apartments. The furnishings are relatively spartan, there is a futon couch that faces a small TV that is placed on shelving made from cinderblocks and wooden boards. Behind a Japanese style screen, which does not reach the high ceiling, is the sleeping area. Basically a bed roll that is spread out on the floor with a nightstand and dresser. That is it, save for the kitchen that is filled with top of the line appliances. There is an area rug near the door that is really just a straw mat. Roommates: (N/A) Cases Against The Faculty: 3 Cases Of Hurting Students: Lost count.

Sequence I The Journey Begins
Hospital... Osaka, Japan 2:11am, Tuesday October 13, 1992
The nursing staff rushed Mariko through the hospital corridors to the nearest delivery room where the doctor would meet them to lead her through the labor of her first child. Meanwhile Ryoichi moved just as quickly along side his wife, not willing to miss moment of the expansion of their growing family. They had been at home asleep when Mariko's water broke thus leading to the speedy rush here at this early hour, apparently their child was ready to begin his life.
Mariko was shuffled into the room and helped onto the bed where she would spend the next several grueling hours giving birth. The doctor soon entered to coach her through the entire process while her husband stood by her side throughout with loving words of encouragement. Truly the love the two shared seemed the kind people dream and write about... perhaps it was. Either way, after several hours of pushing a small baby boy with a fuzz of black hair emerged screaming his entrance to the world. He was cleaned up and then the doctor turned to the new parents with a smile.
"Say hello to your son, Mr. and Mrs. Akechi."
The doctor handed him to his mother, who smiled to her husband, both were awestruck at the new member of their family. Ryoichi kissed his wife's sweat soaked forehead.
"Well, mother, what should we name him?"
"I don't know, father..."
The two simply remained there in the moment, watching as the infant child already seemed ready to doze of to sleep. A thought crossed both their minds at the same moment, looking the bundle, Mariko being the first to vocalize it.
"Kiyoshi..."
"Kiyoshi Akechi... it suits him, doesn't it?"
A shame when this is arguably the best moment of your life...

Sequence II Alone
Akechi House, Osaka, Japan 10:13pm, Sunday September 24, 1995
Young Kiyoshi had long been put to bed by his mother. However choose to forgo the chance to collect a few winks of sleep herself due to the fact that her husband had not returned from work or called to say that he would be late. Mariko was worried greatly as Ryoichi had always been home in time to say goodnight to his son, even when he would have to return to work to make sure he got it done. This night he had not done so... it was unlike him...
12:19. Monday September 25, 1995
The phone rang... Mariko sprung to answer it. Finally Ryoichi was checking in... no. It was another man's voice on the phone, a police officer. Mariko's heart sank to the bottom of her stomach, it wasn't true... it couldn't be true! She slumped to her knees weeping with her hands gripping the phone with all her sorrow...
"Mrs. Mariko Akechi... around nine o'clock at night your husband, Ryoichi Akechi, was killed in a car accident when driving through an intersection near his office. It appears the other driver ran the red light and struck his car... I'm sorry."

Alleyway... Osaka, Japan 9:58pm, Thursday March 21, 1996
Young Kiyoshi wandered about the dark streets wondering where his mother could have gone. She had dropped him here and said she'd be right back but that had been hours ago, out of fear he would not move from the spot in case she returned. However it was getting dark and no matter how much he cried or waited she didn't come. As a light rain began to fall, the small child took his stuffed otter into a nearby cardboard box to stay dry as he slept... mother would be back for him... right?
Akechi House, Osaka, Japan 7:21am, Friday March 22, 1996
The police officers scoured the home for evidence of a break-in or where the missing child might be but it was to no avail. In the washroom lay Mariko Akechi with her wrists slit in classic suicide fashion with a note that said simply.
I can not continue without Ryoichi so I must join him. They would have to try and locate the boy, however in a large city with other issues to tend to it was unlikely they would succeed. If he was even still alive...

Sequence III Taken
Alleyway... Osaka, Japan 10:34pm, Friday December 15, 2000
Much like a squirrel, Kiyoshi hoarded the bits of food that had been thrown at him by students who passed by on their way to and from school. He wore every bit of discarded cloth he could for warmth while nestling the food for the weekend in his little cardboard box. This and the occasional romp through the trash was how he had survived the many years since his mother's abandonment and subsequent suicide. However on this chilly day, everything was about to change.
"This is it... there!"
Four men in fine suits rounded the corner into the alleyway where Kiyoshi had made his home. Slowly the eldest stepped forward with a large grin on his face at the sight of the boy, in response Kiyoshi snarled like a rabid dog. This is was his food and they would not be taking it from him. However with a quick gesture the elder signaled to one of his subordinates, who promptly brought forth a plate of food that most who think of as a sub par meal but for a street urchin it was beyond his wildest imagination. The old man smiled sinisterly.
"There is more of that if you come with us."
A limo pulled up with more of the same food visible inside, Kiyoshi's eyes darted between the man and the food, not there was any chance of a choice. He bolted for the food.
"Fiesty... this one will surely be of great use."
"Very good, Mr. Nashimina."
With that they piled into the vehicle and drove off... without really knowing it, Kiyoshi had become property of Oroku Nashimina... a Yakuza boss.

Sequence IV He's a Keeper
Yakuza Yacht... Middle of the Pacific Ocean 11:13pm, Sunday January 7, 2001
The boy bounced of the hard cement flooring to the sounds of uproarious cheers and laughter from the assembled amalgamation of underlings. All around the air stank of Sake, cigarettes, blood, and sweat. Cheers and cajoling echoed off the walls as the tattooed henchman in the middle spread his arms wide and played to the crowd. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves to the fullest, save for the boy who was bloodied and beaten, struggling to even breathe at this point.
“He’s crap!”
“What a loser.” “Hahaha… show him, Kou!” “Yeah, finish him!”
Slowly the boy tried to get back to his feet, his body fighting him every step of the way as the jeers continued. Kou strode toward the fallen boy, only a few spare scraps on him from the fighting. The boy’s eyes flickered over the beaten bodies of the other boys as he slinked away from the approaching henchman to raucous laughter. However one man in a white suit commented quietly from behind the boy, just loud enough for him to hear.
“You won’t survive if you don’t fight.”
Young Kiyoshi’s one good eye went wide at the statement, the other swollen shut at this point. He glanced over at the man before turning back to the approaching Kou, who lorded over him in menace. In frantic mode of self-preservation, Kiyoshi drove his fist into the man’s groin before starting to scramble away. Kou doubled over in severe pain, the strike to the sensitive area halting him in his tracks. The crowd finally silenced in a collective gasp at a sympathetic feeling of pain. A moment was bought for the young boy to figure out his next move to survive this fight.
The boy scurried around behind the hunched over man to deliver a rather powerful kick to that same region, it was pure survival at this point. Kou fell forward onto his knees in extreme pain, but it was only just starting. In an almost frenzied state, Kiyoshi leapt up onto the man’s back, his hands on the back of Kou’s head and his knees on the man’s shoulders. With the sudden addition of weight, Kou collapsed onto the ground with his head smacking against the cement floor and a loud crack echoing out as his collarbone shattered underneath both of the boy’s knees. Victory? Maybe… but the boy was in survival mode and continued to smack the man’s head against the floor until a boot collided with his ribs.
“That’s enough!”
The white-suited man exclaimed as he halted the boy from killing the underling. Meanwhile the crowd murmured to each other only to be broken by the laughter of the leader, Oroku Nashimina.
“Oh-ho-ho-ho! I guess we have one keeper, Nagamasa. Get him and Kou fixed up and throw the others overboard.”
Nagamasa nodded before taking care of the order, the other beaten children were thrown overboard, and Kou and Kiyoshi were taken to medical station. The doctors attended to the two while Nagamasa waited, wishing to speak with this boy. After a while Kiyoshi awoke, rolling over to stare out the window beside Nagamasa at the vast pacific ocean in wonderment. The second-in-command of the Nashimina Yakuza laughed lightly.
“Welcome to the world of the dead, kid. What’s your name?
The boy blinked in confusion, however the doctor spoke up.
“Akechi Kiyoshi. It’s written on his little stuffed otter.”
“Kiyoshi, huh… I’m Shoto Nagamasa.”

Sequence X Glancing Into the Abyss
South Central Los Angeles 10:47pm, Saturday July 2, 2005
It was a hot dry summer night as the two cars pulled into the driveway of a rather rundown little house in South Central. This place was the main operating spot for a local gang that was looking to make a name for itself as well as gain better access to the tools it needed to compete with its rivals. Guns, drugs, and work as muscle with good pay was what the Nashimina Yakuza was offering for its end of the deal. In essence the gang got backing for a powerful crime organization and the Yakuza got street level dealers and muscle to handle the dirty work. Thus Oroku and his second-in-command, Nagamasa, where joining this final meeting along with several guards, which included the young Kiyoshi.
"You watch our backs, kid... I'm counting on ya."
Nagamasa spoke to Kiyoshi while ruffling the young boy's hair, a wide playful grin gracing his face as he strutted off behind Oroku and two other members toward the building. Obediently the boy nodded and took up a position a few feet up the path from the front door while the three other guards took up positions around the house with gang members that had been placed around for additional security. As the opening moments passed there was little movement around the block, which should have worried some of the guards however they all figured that no one would make a move. Soon a car rolled around the corner and came to a stop out in front of the house as the final terms of the deal were being hammered into place. One of the Yakuza guards look up, all of them motioning toward their hidden weapons in case of trouble.
"Kid... go check that car."
Given the order, Kiyoshi obeyed like a good little soldier marching his way over to the now parked car. It was suspicious to say the least however they could not react to hastily and blow the secrecy of the meeting. It was a few simple steps over to the car and the boy knocked on the glass of the tinted passenger's side window to get the attention of the occupants. Slowly the window rolled down of the dark car... it was too late to react...
*BANG!*
The barrel of a shotgun was pointed awkwardly from the window and fired, the slug blowing apart the young boy's shoulder so that only bits and pieces of flesh, muscles, and shredded bone kept it attached. He collapsed to the ground with hollow eyes, the searing pain and shock taking firm hold of the fragile psyche. He was going to die here... he was going to die...
Soon four men had started to unload various weapons on the guards and house only to be met with return fire. Several of the gang members and Yakuza guards dropped in the initial barrage as the VIPs in the house started to scramble out the back door to get out of harm's way. However in classic gangbangers hit-and-run tactics, as quickly as the four rival members had opened up on the house, they regrouped in the vehicle and sped away. The gang members scattered off as the remaining Yakuza men hurried their boss into one of the sedans to get him out of harm's way. Nagamasa, on the other hand, noticed the still breathing and severely injured Kiyoshi still laying on the ground where he'd fallen. The man rushed over to scoop the boy up amist protests to leave the vagrant behind. They moved to the second car as the other burned out of the driveway to make it's getaway. Nagamasa laid the boy carefully into the passenger's seat before hopping into drive, his white suit covered in blood as his foot slammed the accelerator to get the out of there.
"Hang on, Kiyo... I'm gonna get you some help, alright. Fight!"
Through the city streets they sped to the nearest doctor willing to deal with such injuries without questions... it would be sloppy work... multiple tries... and long rehab... but he survived... intact...

The home of Robert "Bones" Williams... Compton, California 11:54pm, Sunday February 18, 2007
Carefully and painfully, Kiyoshi sulked into the bathroom of the small Compton home through the window he had jmmied open. Dress all in black he waited patiently as the sound of the microwave beeping to signify that the popcorn was done came to an abrupt halt. Bones grabbed his popcorn and settled back into the couch to watch some more late night television. Slowly Kiyoshi crept out from his hiding place, rounding the corner with the silence 9mm pistol raised and trained right at the man on the couch... the man who had shot him... the man who had become a high ranking member of a gang that was giving the Nashimina Yakuza a great deal of trouble.
Noticing the boy rounding the living room to stand between him and the television, Bones made no sudden movements or vocalizations. He stared back like a hardened street soldier would when staring down a barrel.
"So... who sent ya, dawg?... Kings?... Bloods?... Chinks?... Spics?... Japs?"
There was no response from the cloaked boy, obviously face covered as well, as he narrowed his eyes with the pistol aimed dead between the man's eyes. However when it seemed like a perfect time to fire, he hesitated to bring his left arm up, albeit it very painstakingly difficult. He would switch his grip from his right to his left, though the right arm made sure to support the left as it was unsteady and the target area dropped to the chest. Noticing the faltering, young Asian eyes that were an odd color for that ethnicity... Bones remember the boy and nodded lightly in acknowledgment.
"I see... my kids don't see this... right?"
Kiyoshi nodded.
"Alright then..."
Bones waited... the silencer made whispers of the gun shots as several ripped through the man's chest. Kiyoshi switched back to his right, his shoulder unable to maintain the strain under the recoil of the small caliber weapon. With his right hand steady, he delivered the traditional sure kill shots with two to the heart and one to the head right between the eyes. Bones was finished... the fourth to die by the boy's hands. Kiyoshi grabbed a sheet and placed it over the body without waking the children that slept in the room down the hall before calling the police and leaving the phone off the hook. He calmly made his way to the door, unlocked it and departed the house leaving the open door so the police would not have to break anything open.
Soon a car pulled up and Kiyoshi entered to be greeted by a welcome and familiar face.
"Taken care of, Kiyo?"
"Yes."
"Good... let's go home and get something to eat, I'm starving."

Sequence XV Exodus
FBI Regional Offices, New York City 11:00pm, Thursday August 5, 2010
The air was thick with the dingy smell of bureaucracy. Suits marched to and fro with files on criminals and civilians alike while Kiyoshi sat patiently as possible, watching the spectacle of federal funding before him. Obviously the boy had very little tolerance for the system. Tired, Kiyoshi about to resign himself to a few winks of sleep where he sat when a slightly younger girl was ushered over to sit beside him. He gave her a quick once-over to get a sense of the new arrival. She looked meek, untrusting, and nervous... some sort of witness or something, no way she was a criminal... maybe a hacker. Either way Kiyoshi went back to his attempted snooze however the intermittent sensing of eyes upon him kept nagging. When he peeked around to see the culprit, it was none other than the girl who did not hide it well. Odd...
"Kiyoshi! In here."
The shout came across from a young agent by the name of Chris Marshall. He had been the one to hunt down the student and drag him in here to be harassed. Into the office Kiyoshi went only to find an older woman waiting behind a desk and an open chair for himself. Groaning to show his obvious displeasure, he slumped into the chair and propped his feet up on the desk, which caused a rise in agitation from Mrs. Croschick, who did not want to waste her time on this delinquent. Nevertheless she ignored it and began to speak.
"We have a problem, Kiyoshi. It seems that several members of the Nashimina yakuza are trying to make a come back... starting by killing the informant that put the rest of them away."
"... so fucking what?..."
"That's you."
"No shit... I was there, I remember."
"Really? Because I figured with all the drugs you'd be shoveling into your system you might have forgot!!!"
With that Mrs. Croschick shoved the boy's boots off her desk. This friendly warning of sorts was on the verge of becoming an all out war. Kiyoshi jumped to his feet after having them shoved away and lunged forward so that he was face to face with this bitch suit. He snarled venomously with shown teeth.
"And I told YOU that I DON'T WANT FUCKING WITNESS PROTECTION! OR have YOU FORGOTTEN THAT?!?!?!"
Instead of continuing this seemingly pointless debate Croschick motioned to Marshall, who proceeded out into the common area of the floor only to return moments later with that same girl. Kiyoshi, who had figured this was done, turned with a puzzled look. Why was this girl here? What did she have to do with anything? Croschick smiled with the utmost pleasure in herself while gesturing for the off-kilter youth to sit back down, which he did in the interest of figuring out what was going on. Croschick soon made the introductions that needed to be made.
"Kiyoshi... this is June Matinek, or as she has been known the past three years June Smiddick."
"...kay?"
"I figured since she has such affection for you and we are going to have to relocate her anyway, it would be nice to introduce you."
"... the fuck?"
Kiyoshi was still puzzled as to what the hell this had to do with anything, but instead of pressing into things he figured it was best to simply get up and leave. He gave a frustrated salute before rising to storm out the door when his path was blocked by an unlikely figure... the girl. What the hell was her problem? They didn't know each other. Oh so quietly the meek June spoke up.
"Um... I... I was another witness against Oroku. I had been grabbed on my way home from school and... and... you are aware of what he did to me. Lucky the FBI raided on your information and were able to rescue me before the worst could happen. Knowing how long you had been there and that you were willing to testify gave me the strength to do so as well... thank you."
"... didn't do it for you."
"I know... I just thought I could maybe convince you to join witness protection because it has been great for me and my family."
"Really?"
June nodded her response. Kiyoshi stood there for a moment thinking hard about what his next move would be, she was right that he knew what would have happened to her... all to well. Girls violated and left for dead, some right in front of him. Slow nod came from the boy as he turned to face Croschick, who smiled as though there was no way this little assisted intervention had not worked. Kiyoshi took a few steps over to the desk and placed his hands on the stacks of files that were there, every bit of body language seeming as though he would concede. After a brief sigh, that same old psychotic grin took shape as Kiyoshi shoved all the files into a pile in Mrs. Croschick's lap.
"All-in, baby."
With that Kiyoshi spun about while signaling one to Marshall, who having dealt with the boy enough over the past three years, was well aware of what would probably happened and that the one meant one week. Kiyoshi marched out to make the necessary preparations.

Abandon Warehouse, New York 6:23am, Friday August 13, 2010
"Jesus Christ... how many?"
"Bodies? ... must be almost forty of them."
"The Nashimina?"
"Including the four at the blown up apartment and the twelve here... its all of them."
"That little fucker!"
Agent Croschick marched out of the bloodbath of a warehouse with Marshall at her heels. Once outside she immediately grabbed a cell phone and found that she had missed a call... from a pay phone with a Maryland area code. She shook a frustrated fist at Marshall while calling the pay phone back and of course her mood soured when Kiyoshi answered.
"Sup hot momma? You lookin' to rob the cradle or something?"
The arrogance was palpable in Kiyoshi's voice as he greeted the FBI agent over the phone. He stood at a pay phone in the parking lot of a small motel, his bike just beside and ready to go once he got off the phone. The open road was ready for his great escape.
"You cocky little shit! What the fuck did you do? I've got sixteen dead gangsters and umpteen goddamn crackhead corspes... and I don't think I have to point out that four of them were blown up in YOUR apartment... and now you're in Maryland. I will fi-"
"Hey, hey, hey... I don't know anything about a warehouse. As for my apartment, I had told the super about that gas line. It is part of the reason for my decision to move. But hey, if the Nashimina are all dead then little June can keep her life and you can stay the fuck out of mine. Kay doll face?"
"... like you had nothing to do with it?"
"Who's going to say I did? A crackhead?... besides, everything is pretty much taken care of anyway. So... goodbye... adieu... auf wiedersehen... fuck off!"
Kiyoshi hung up and mounted his metallic steed before revving and roaring off toward the west coast. Sure he may have organized the crackhead army after some crack the gangsters didn't actually have and set his apartment to explode, however there was nothing really linking him to it. The FBI would brush it off to the local PD who in turn would file it case closed to move onto more important cases.
Cause I'm as free as a bird now, And this bird you'll never change.

Fighting Information
Fighting Style: Mimic Years Practiced: 11 Description of style: The training that Kiyoshi received in his younger days was more in a practical sense of what he was supposed to do. Meaning he was taught that fist fights were pretty much pointless. All of Kiyoshi’s combat trained combat prowess is in two facets, killing quietly and moving through public without attracting attention. He quickly took a special liking to knives and other small bladed weapons but all of this is really moot when in a fight at school.
For fighting fist to fist, Kiyoshi is completely self-taught and actually has a keen ability to pick up to movements of a certain style or move and replicate them. Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, or whatever Kiyoshi can replicate them all after seeing them done. It doesn’t even have to be in person though that makes the process that much easier. However as awesome and all powerful as this may seem… it means there is no formal training thus his technique in terms of the small intricacies is terrible. Its like the old saying that you can do everything but can’t do anything well… or something like that. Pretty much at its basics Kiyoshi is wild and bound to do pretty much anything except hit a dude in the balls… there are some things that you just don’t do.
Qi Information
Legacy Ability of The Wind Dragon: You gain the ability to harness the very wind to lift you and fly at the same speed you can run.
Qi Name: [glow=Blue,2,300]Pride of the Akechi[/glow]
Qi Ability: In this technique, the energy is used to reinforce the body to withstand otherwise impossible amounts of damage. It works to support all structures from veins and muscles to bones and cartilage. The Qi is fed by the user's own will to fight on against everything regardless of the consequences or odds. Often it manifests with a light blue aura. Game Mechanics: Con is multiplied by the amount of charisma used. When all charisma is used the power lasts 1/4 or charisma, ie. for 20 charisma it lasts 5 posts. It is proportionally up from there as using half of the charisma, ie. 10, it would last 10 posts.
Qi Strengths: Constitution is exponentially increased allowing the user to continue to fight well beyond their limits.
Qi Weaknesses: Pain is still felt, which can mean ungodly amounts of suffering forced upon the user. When Qi runs out the damage on the body is amplified to the point that it almost falls completely apart.
(Qi Asiv Approved)[/s] *requires reapproval
