She hobbled out into the world without walls, stopping as she reached the point past where she'd be in the way of the doors and laid her hand on the railing next to her, enjoying the warmth on her face and the blue sky with a contented sigh.

He wasn't convinced, but he'd let it drop with that. She was still in bad shape and she probably needed him more than he needed her right now. But he still did need her right now, there was so much to process and the company was nice. He didn't want to ruin it.
