So what's your deal (Stigma)

It's a winding path that goes through woods with plenty of twists and turns! Pride's hands were warm, calloused, and he was squeezing her hand the whole way. When they finally made it to the lake it would be a small crystal clear one in a break of the woods.

"Caught some lizards here the other day. They were pretty tasty."

Pride starts to strip down!

Her face in completely red. Her hands feels semi-cold, maybe because all the heat rushed to her face. There's a definite contrast between the two of them, though.

"How did you kill them?"

Ah. Murder of things. Something she can easily discuss!

She just watches him strip, her face still flushed but not nearly as scandalized as you'd think she'd be with that shyness of hers.

[Pride]

"Makeshift spear. Quick and easy."

When he was naked he'd jump into the water. But he'd not go too deep. Only about waist high.

[Stigma Wyatt]

She stares at his nether-regions up until he's in the water.

Then just drags her eyes back upwards, noting instead just how far the strange corruption he was marked with stretched.

"Do they die immediately or is there a period of suffering?"

[Pride]

"If I do it right they die pretty much right away. There is no need to make food suffer."

[Stigma Wyatt]

"Mm." she'd nod, dropping her coat and starting to walk towards the water.

She seemed fine with just going in fully clothed.

I've met many who enjoyed inflicting suffering. On food or victims." she'd just kinda state as if to explain why she was curious.

[Pride]

"Some people are cruel because they lack power in their prison. Or they can't control their monsters and inner demons."

He tilted his head.

"You swim like that?"

He blinked.

"Did I do it wrong?" 

He thought it was like a bath....

[Stigma Wyatt]

She'd look down at herself then at him.

"A-ah! I thought it was a preference?"

She looks around like she's seeking the answer.

"I don't mind wet clothing...b-but it's common to take them off instead! M-maybe more so..."

Or so she's read. Now SHE thinks she did it wrong.

[Pride]

"I mean, I just learned about this like a week ago..."

He still didn't even know how to actually... swim.

"I thought it was supposed to be like a bath. Like, you get naked then get in."

[Stigma Wyatt]

She places her hands on her cheeks.

"It's a lot like bathing! I always keep my clothing on when crossing bodies of water...but not to bathe."

Which one was the most similar to casual swimming?

"I-I'll remove mine. I think you a-are correct!"

She'd read something about skinny dipping and whatever a swimsuit was. Since she didn't have the latter, then the skinny dipping must be right.

She starts pulling off her wet clothing and tossing it on the shore! Everything but her mask.

[Pride]

Her body didn't get much more than a look or two at first. She was cute, but the mask was weird.

"Would you be more comfortable if I put my mask on too? So we are the same?"

It was hard to miss that she didn't seem to want to take hers off. And she had stripped down to be like him. It seemed fair.

[Stigma Wyatt]

"You have one?" she'd blink in surprise.

"Why?"

[Pride]

"Yeah. It is an Elder's mask from a rival territory. A trophy I took after killing one of their leaders."

[Stigma Wyatt]

"Oh."

Well, no one said you had to wear a mask for deeper reasons.

"Okay. Put it on." she'd nod. Maybe not having to look directly at someone's face would make her feel less anxious.

[Pride]

"Alright."

Pride would get out of the water to fetch the mask he normally wore on his hip. Putting the smooth intricately carved wooden mask on his head he spread his arms while turning around.

"Better?"
