Drake stared at her, and into her soul which... was off... but if she was being serious about getting his shit. He would comply.
"Fine. Not a word."

She nodded, and then opened the metal door with a loud creak. Inside, the room was huge, and all of the walls were covered in graffiti. There was a smoky haze over the room, and the acrid smell of drugs hung thick. She moved in, reaching out to grab ahold of Drake's sleeve to keep him close to her.
There were people littered all around the room, in various states of consciousness. It was a den of hopelessness. She led him through the room without a word, and to the door on the other side.
Once through, it was a bit easier to breathe, and there were only four men. Only one was in a suit, and he stood to greet them, a wide smile on his face. "Gears," he purred, motioning her over to him. She kept a few feet between them, and stayed abnormally close to Drake.
"Hey, droog," she said with a grin. "Just here to pick up."
"Who is this little jelly?"
"Deddy droog is mine," she hissed, and he cocked a brow at her, looking amused by her statement.
"Here to pick up?" he asked, and then looked at one of his friends. "What here to pick up?"
"One system. And a door. Lock and key. No cutter, no crast. Capiche? Then we make dook."
The man sighed and waved his friend away, walking up towards Gidget and Drake. She grasped his sleeve a little tighter and leaned back into him, glaring at the man from beneath her hood. "Deddy droog." She repeated, calmly and slowly.

Drake didn't quite grasp what was going on here. They were definitely speaking code. But one he was unable to decipher. This world was weird. However, one thing was for certain. She didn't like being here... Drake would casually look about the room reading the souls of everyone present.

The majority of the people in the room were corrupt men, their souls and intentions dark. They were filled to the brim with cruelty and a sickness that seemed to infect every single one of them: addiction, possibly madness, and most certainly selfishness. They were not good people, and two in particular looked at Gidget with a strong, almost primal need. It had little to do with sex, though that would fulfill them in a different way. They recognized her influence, her power, and the fact that she held something over them... and they wanted that. These were not good people.
Gidget sneered, though her hand tightened around Drake's sleeve. She looked confident, in that moment, but even through her strange glitch, it was easy to see how uncomfortable she was. It was difficult to see her soul: it was a strange, grey cast, but seemed almost pixelated, not unlike a computer glitch in a game or program. There was very little color to it, and the shape - instead of being blob-like, like most auras - was like a gathering of squares, stacked on top of each other. Her intentions were difficult to see, her hopes and dreams well hidden. She was a very private person, and the chip in her brain seemed to do more than just give her headaches. However, in comparison to these men, it was easy to see... She wasn't corrupt. She wasn't mad, or addicted, or power-hungry. She was hungry for something, alright, but it wasn't power or lust. At the end of the day, she just seemed... broken, and different... and trying to hide that brokenness as best she could.
She set her shoulders and stepped up, coming up only to the leader's chest, and glared at him.
"One system. Complete. A door. Lock and key."
The leader looked down at her, then cast his gaze to Drake, standing behind her. He smirked slightly, and addressed him. "Jelly deddy droog?" he asked him, and tilted his head to one side with a smile as greasy as his hair. Gidget tensed, but didn't spare a glance over her shoulder.

Drake would just stare the man in the eye and, keeping to his agreement he wouldn't say anything. Rather he would channel his spiritual energy to envelop the room. Making everyone except Gidget feel the weight of Drakes Power. Gidget would be able to feel the energy Drake was giving off, but it wouldn't affect her like it would everyone else in the room. And Drake would continue to stare the man in the eyes. Soul Pressure: Drake can forcefully exude his soul pressure in a 20ft radius around him. All enemies around him feel the weight of his energy hold them down! (Targets take a -(Drakes Eng) to their Spd Stat (To a minimum of 1). Drake cannot move while this ability is activated)

Gidget felt the pressure change in the room, and it made her head hurt a bit. She closed her eyes, breathing through the pain, and fighting the urge to raise a hand and rub her temples. It wasn't overwhelming, like it had been in Rai's office, but it was still there, pulsing at the back of her eyes.
When she opened her eyes again, the men looked startled, which wasn't something she was quite used to. The henchmen were quivering slightly, and looking around, at each other, then back to their leader for guidance. He was the only one who seemed amused by the entire situation. He cocked a brow at Drake, and the smile across his face was lecherous.
"One system. Complete. Door, lock and key. Got it." He said with a nod, though his gaze remained focused on Drake. He motioned to his men, and two of the three slipped out of the room, dragging their feet a bit. The leader then turned to return to his seat.
"Tell me, tell me, droogie, filly fun?"
Gidget shook her head, and seemed to relax a little bit with the man moving away from her. She glanced up at Drake, offering him a nod. At least he had listened to her.
"Nah. No time. Deddy droog filly fun with me." She turned back to the man, then, and relaxed her grip on Drake's sleeve, though she didn't drop it.
"Filly fun with droogie?" He tossed his head back and laughed. His remaining henchman looked shocked at the sound, but did not move. "Old in and out filly fun, itty go go?" He cocked a brow.
Gidget fought the urge to make a face, and it seemed as if she got a bit more uncomfortable again. "Itty go go, after no cutter." She gave a light tug on Drake's sleeve, before pulling his arm around her tiny shoulders, staring straight at the man and silently hoping he'd go with the flow.

What the fuck now... Drake thought himself as Gidget wrapped his arm around her. He would sigh internally and take a half-step closer to her and make it look like he was more protective of her. Ugh, the deplorable lengths he would go for a damn decent computer...

The man busted into raucous laughter at the sight, and gave a little nod. Gidget relaxed a bit as soon as he laughed. The two continued to converse lightly in their coded language, until the two men returned with two boxes.
"Door door?" the man asked, as they moved to hand Gidget the boxes. She dropped Drake's sleeve and stepped forward to accept the boxes, despite their weight. She seemed to struggle a bit, but didn't bother to ask for help. "Where goes?"
She gave a shrug and nodded at him without answering his question, then turned around to leave. The men remained where they were, but the leader kept his grin plastered. As they moved to leave, he waggled his fingers at them.
"Bye, Gears," he said, in a clear tone. She froze in place for a moment, then continued on, leading Drake back out through the hazy room and into the hopeless market place.

Drake followed after. Silently. Waiting.

As soon as they made it out into the marketplace, Gidget took a deep breath and her shoulders relaxed. She shook her head as the metal door slammed shut behind them, and then turned to look up at him.
"Alright. A good set-up. A surge protector. Everything you need. And I'll get my door tonight, once the sun goes down. Can we go back, now?" She seemed irritated at Drake, a glare evident in her gaze as she fought her growing headache. At least this one was mostly because of the smoke in the room, with only a minor bit of it because of her chip.

"Yeah, I got what I need."
He shrugged.
"But what the fuck was that?"

"That was the Kodova bar."
She gave a little shrug, and began to lead the way back towards the apartments.

Drake was beginning to get a headache.
"Kay, and?"

"And what? And I went in there, got you the shit you asked for, and now we are heading back to the apartments. You still owe me for my door, though. Don't think that we're square just because I got it with the rest of your shit."
Gidget stopped by one of the tents, with a man sitting in front of it, cooking on a grill. He looked up at her and smiled. She tugged free a twenty from her shorts pocket and handed it to him, smiling back, and he gave her a stick of whatever it was he was cooking. "Thanks, old man," she teased him, standing back up. He waved her off but was still smiling as she walked away.
As Drake tried to pass, however, he would grab at his pants (or kimono, or whatever), and hold up a stick of food for him to take as well.

"I told you, I'd get you a door."
He said rolling his eyes. He obviously wasn't getting anything out of her and frankly he didn't care enough to care. Then the man grabbed at him.
"Hmm?
Drake looked down at the man. Unlike the last place the two had went, slums like these were all too familiar. Back home this was basically his neighborhood. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a wad of cash that was left over from the goons he killed the other day and gave it to the old man as he took the meat stick. Then he would take a bite of the meat as he continued with Gidget.
