Shiloh was a terrible cook, and she knew it. If Mr. Sudeki was sick, her cooking would probably only serve to make it worse... So, instead, she opted to stop by her favorite soup-and-salad place as soon as she had a break at work. She stared up at the menu and realized that she really didn't know much about his tastes... so, she ordered him her four favorite soups: italian wedding soup, french onion soup, pho, and broccoli and cheddar. She also asked for a couple of different kinds of breads to go with them all, and to top it all off: a cinnamon swirl bagel and honey cinnamon cream cheese. If this didn't cheer him up, she didn't know what would!
She grabbed the two bags of food, thanked the lady behind the counter, and headed on out. She assumed Rai would be at his office, but she wasn't entirely certain if they would let her get that far. Luckily, some nice gentleman held the door open for her, and she made her way to the nearest desk that she could see.
"Yes, hi there! I'm here to see Mr. Sudeki, if he has the time! I think he knows I'm coming. He might not, I don't know how often he checks his phone... but, um. Yeah! Is he available?" She smiled her best smile at the person behind the desk, and held up a couple of bags. "I'm unarmed! I swear. See?"

The woman at the counter just blinked in response.
"Ah. You must be Shiloh. Yes, Mr. Sudeki knew you were coming. Please go ahead."
She would say pointing towards his office door.

She smiled at her and nodded, and then made her way towards the door she had pointed at. She kept her head bowed, her camera bouncing against her chest as she walked. She felt like everybody's eyes were on her, even if they weren't actually staring at her. That was how it usually felt, however, especially since her conversation with Drake.
She kicked at the door instead of knocking with her hands, since they were both full.

Rai opened the door he had been expecting her since the secretary pinged him.
"Hello, Shiloh. Come in. He would say moving so she could enter."

She smiled at Rai without meeting his gaze and moved in with her two giant bags of food. She held them up for him to inspect.
"Adel said you weren't feeling well. So I brought you soup! Soup makes everything better."

Rai closed the door behind Shiloh.
"Yes, Adelaide called ahead and let me know to expect you."
He walked back to his desk and sat down. Thats when he looked at the bags that Shilah had brought.
"That... looks like more than some soup..."

"Well, I... I didn't really know what kind of soup you wanted, so I grabbed a few of them! Oh, and a bagel. But its a dessert bagel?"
She smiled and set the bags down on the ground, where she could rummage through them.
"And I made sure to get bread for each bowl of soup. Because, you know... you can't use the same bread for different soups..."

"Ah... I... appreciate that. Thank you Shiloh."
He couldn't help but smile at the girls innocent nature.

Shiloh smiled at him and nodded.
"There's four different kinds. You can keep the rest of the soups so you have something to eat while you're working. I assume you probably don't take proper care of yourself when you get real focused. After all, Adel had to learn that from somebody, right?"
She dug through the soups, making sure each was marked. "The pho will probably keep best. Do you want French Onion, Broccoli and cheese, or Italian Wedding?"

He raised an eyebrow as he inspected the girl and her soups.
"Broccoli and Cheese, but only... if you have one of the others with me. I have some time to enjoy a lunch, but it's better when shared. Don't you think?"
He asked with a smile.

She looked up at him with a slow tilt of her head, confusion evident.
"Ah... but I got these... for you?"

"Of which I am extremely grateful, but I would feel better if you had at least one of them with me?"

She looked up at him, and then shrugged. "Sure, okay."
Shiloh brought out the broccoli and cheddar and the French onion, and the breads that came with both. She grabbed a couple of spoons and napkins, and looked up at Rai.
"I'll take the French onion. Is that okay?"

"Of course, as long as it isn't the Pho, that's my favorite and I'm going to have that for dinner."
He would say with a warm smile as he took his soup and bread.
"So. Tell me."
He said as he started mixing his soup.
"How have you been?"

Shiloh grabbed her soup and a piece of the bread, sitting cross legged on his floor. She opened it and focused on the bowl, stirring the cheese around to mix it up. It gave her something to look at, other than Rai.
She gave a little shrug. "Um. I've been okay, I guess..." Other than finding out that her parents were dead, and having to face the thought of an all out war.
