Let's get Personal (Spike)

[Sage Sudeki]

"Ah that makes sense."

Spike would look away from the guy and act like he was going to eat his food so that his eyes couldn't be seen he would activate his Seikatsugan and shrink the entire booth down to a kiddy version like a playset for toddlers.

Reduce - Anything he can see he can reduce and decrease the amount of something already existing, whether matter, emotion or concept. Note that user cannot actually create anything, simply decrease what exist, no matter how little or big there is. He must remain eye contact with what he is reducing to keep the effect unless it no longer exists. If he loses eye contact at any point the effect ends and the thing returns to it's original state. This ability can even be used to reduce a wound or disease, even the distance between two objects. The primary use in combat is to lower any buffs a character has, or momentum an object may have. He can not lower a targets stats only any extra effect buffs by 1/2 his Energy stat.

The man and most of the other patrons and staff would turn as the booth shrank!

"What the hell?!"

The man would walk over to the booth with a staff member and they would investigate trying to figure out what happened!

Once they were basically right on top of it he would release his Seikatsugan so that it would go back to it's original form and knock them away from the booth. Spike would put on a look of mock surprise and rush over.

"Holy shit, is it cursed or something!"

He'd check on the guy and the staff member.

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

The big guy from before hit his head on a stool and would be out cold, the staff member Would have been flung into another booth breaking their arm.

There was a commotion as people were trying to figure out what was going on!

"M-my arm!"

The staffer would scream to Spike.

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would pull the unconscious guy over towards the table he was sitting at and he would inspect the broken arm.

"Hey someone call an ambulance, this guys arm is broken!"

Time to create confusion. Bring everyone to the screaming person who is in pain. Once that was going down he would go back to his table and check on the unconscious dude. Give him a couple wake up smacks on the cheek. Nothing too abrupt, just trying to jog his consciousness.

Chaos and confusion would erupt, Spikes plan worked out well enough that he would practically be pushed out of the way from the staffer, no clue if an ambulance ever got called. After a little more than a few taps the large man would slowly come to.

"Hm, wha-"

He would mumble as he tried to make sense of the spinning world.

[Sage Sudeki]

With his mouth open Spike would reach out and grab his jaw pressing his cheeks into his open mouth behind the teeth keeping his jaw open. But also closed shut with his palm pressed against his lips. He'd squeeze hard likely very close to dislocating it, placing his foot down on one of his forearms to keep him somewhat pinned down as well.

"You are going to answer questions or I'm going to rip your bottom jaw off. Since we are short on time I'm going to ask very simple yes or no questions. Do you know a large man named Ivor?"

Wide eyed the large man nodded. He was obviously scared.

[Sage Sudeki]

Spike would keep some attention to the crowd to make sure no one caught on to what was going on here.

"You know where he is?"

If he said yes, Spike would grin wide.

"I'm going to let you up and we are going to leave to talk. Make any move I don't like-" He'd adjust his coat to reveal the two katana at his waist. "And you will die very slowly and very painfully."

The man would nod eyes open wide at the Katana!

Spike would help the guy up and lead him outside.

"Take me to Ivor."

[Raikotsu Sudeki]

The man would do just that leading him to a place called 'Rio Del Tako' "Home of the best beans!" according to the sign.

"He, he, he likes to eat here. A-are you a friend of his? That dude... He beat me and stole my money and my bike. I wouldn't mess with him!"

Sage would wave the guy away.

"Ivor is a piece of shit."

He'd then leave the guy and enter the place looking for the guy from the picture.

Sure enough the large man was sitting at the bar with half a taco in one hand, half on his chest and stomach, and a beer in his other. He had beer stains on his shirt too. He was watching a soccer game on the TV. Yelling about how that was a bad call on the referee.

Spike would roll his eyes and walk over to sit next tot he guy.

"You who I talk to about makin' some quick cash?"
