[Joy]

"Hmph." She remembered the man well enough. She was a bit disappointed they hadn't seen him since then.

"So you're here away from others because it's safer." Safer to try making a mark in a woodland area thrive again than somewhere where others could see and report. She knew enough about using the woods to your advantage to get that. She thinks.

[Stigma Wyatt]

"And how exactly are you helping our world by burning it?"

[Thorn Wyatt]

Thorn frowns thoughtfully.

He still doesn't get it.

[Pig God, God of Pigs]

W laughs again, then continues.

"Oh dear, no. The burning returns nutrients to the soil, allowing more things to grow. And I wouldn't say I'm hiding. Simply... avoiding confrontation."

Vee goes to sit up on his elbows.

"What he's saying is we couldn't beat that man even if we wanted to. He's far too strong for us."

W nods along, agreeing despite not outright saying it before.

"Battling the Conqueror would not result in anything but us having to retreat. I attempted to strengthen one of the worlds under my command, being yours, but... unfortunately, I ran out of time before he arrived and drained most of the anima and aperion."

[Pride]

"So what, you want to help us by burning down trees? I get what's his ass is strong, but he's also a coward. Ran away as soon as he didn't just kill us."

What a baby.

[Stigma Wyatt]

"If this is your planet...does that make Pride and Joy your grandchildren, too?" she'd ask, trying to figure out the meaning behind that.

[Thorn Wyatt]

"Animperion?"

No, Thorn. But close.

[Joy]

"The what?"

"The burning trees was to brings nutrients back to the soil, it is not the limit of assistance being given."

W rolls his eyes slightly.

"However, no. I can't claim the two of them as grandchildren, as unfortunately I had nothing to do with their bloodlines. However, I do find them fascinating, and have no issue with observing them grow as well."

He glances towards Thorn and Joy.

"Anima and aperion, you mean. Aperion is the energy binding things together, such as gravity and electromagnetism, all things through space and time. Anima is... something like life force, I suppose is an easy way to put it. The life you have, the trees have, insects, animals, and all things like it, though it isn't what gives them thought. That's the third aspect, pneuma."

[Stigma Wyatt]

Stigma would have asked a follow-up question but is too lost with these new words.

[Pride]

Pride nods like he understands all of it. At least one of the voices in his head did for sure, but as normal they were telling him all kinds of truths and lies, so who really knows.

"So then, what is the extent of the help you can give us?"

Just cutting to the chase.

[Joy]

Joy gave a small nod at anima, recognizing the name and meaning but not commenting. She felt the monster within become more focused, but then all that remained after was agitation that there were strangers on their land, setting fire to the forest and claiming to help, but mostly talking in ways that she didn't understand.

She crossed her arms over her chest at Pride's question, waiting for the answer.

[Thorn Wyatt]

"Anima. Aperion. Pneuma."

Thorn repeats. If anything, he has the names down.

[Pig God, God of Pigs]

"As I mentioned, Vee is capable in combat, for what it's worth."

W says, pointing at his brother on the ground.

"Myself, I'm quite skilled with technology, bloodlines, and engineering in general. Especially genetics. However, any other information you wish to learn, I'm sure I can either explain or point you in the right direction. I hadn't known you had survived at first, but now that I do, I'm quite available to continue my service."

He gives a slight bow.
