3 Day's Later (Drake)

[Drake]

"I may be a Prince, and I am definitely Charming, but I think Prince Charming is a little off. Even so, I'll protect you from all them bad boys."

He would say getting up and offering his hand to help DJ stand up.

[Djoser Aneksi]

"Fair enough, sounds like an accurate description. I myself am a little too tough to be a damsel in distress." He'd say accepting the help up with a wry smile, keeping the close proximity as he spoke. Then gracefully sashaying himself towards his place.

[Drake]

"Oh I certainly hope so, I like them tough."

He would say with a smirk. As he followed DJ.

[Djoser Aneksi]

He would giggle. "I have some tricks up my sleeves."

"So, do you treat every guy like this, or am I a rare exception?" He'd say with the sweetest smile, only betrayed by flirty but curious eyes.

[Drake]

"You're definitely an exception to the rule, most guys I meet I send flying. You're quite the catch though, not quite ready to toss you out."

He would say with a sly smile.

[Djoser Aneksi]

"I'm honored and flattered, you are quite the sight for sore eyes yourself." He'd say with a sultry wink.

He was really enjoying himself. and he let a real blush through his guard as he considered if this was a date.

[Drake]

"Ah, well I appreciate the compliment."

He would say smiling, noting the all too familiar shade of red that was growing on DJ's face.

They would reach the apartment soon, it was a pretty big studio that had lot's of cool furniture and design choices. A space for sewing with a mannequin, a nice looking sitting area with a comfy couch, and some gorgeous art up. He'd take off his shoes and slide into the kitchen saying "Welcome, make yourself at home! Sorry it's not the most romantic set up, but I don't think I've ever done a date before." He'd say with a nervous chuckle as he clapped to turn the lights on and reached into the pantry for the cocoa.

[Drake]

Drake would take off his shoes as well to be respectful and made his way into the home looking about it, a nice place. He had set up rather nicely in his time here. Wait- Drake spun around.

"You've never had a date before?"

He asked curiously.

[Djoser Aneksi]

"Not once." He'd say with a nervous blush as he pulled out the fancy box and a pot.

After he was done getting stuff, he would sigh and say. "I have never been pursued as anything more than a one night stand. Never even had a friend to invite here before. You're the first one." He'd say just being honest in the face of embarrassment.

[Drake]

"Heh... Ya know... I know exactly how that feels."

He would say honestly.

"Growing up as a whore, I'm well WELL versed in sex... but I've never had an actual... relationship before, same for friends. I've slowly made a couple here and there. But I know what it's like to be wanted for only a night..."

[Djoser Aneksi]

Dj would look on curiously as he spoke. He knew subconsciously that that would come with being a whore, but never really made the connection to him.

"I hate it happened to you, but I'm comforted to feel like there is someone who understands how I feel. I didn't have quite as scary of a childhood, at least in my mind. I was just made to clean a theatre all day instead of going to school, then spend 12 hours in front of a mirror trying to be perfect."

He would give a jaded look in his eyes as he continued, heating up some milk for the hot cocoa. "Every time they found something dirty, I'd get hit with a riding crop until I just had enough strength to fix it. When I did a dance form wrong, or didn't look as perfect and feminine as possible, it was a hit with a cane. If I spoke with my native accent, another. If I couldn't set silverware for the elites of society, another. If I didn't do makeup so my face looked as pale as possible.. you get the gist."

"It may not have been as bad, but it really damaged me, so much so that reaching out for friends and especially partners feels so hard."

This was the first time Dj felt fully comfortable explaining what his life was like before. He was super insecure about the fact that he has never been to a school and that his appearance was influenced by the people he left behind. He would cross his arms and lean back a bit, worried he had talked about himself too much.

[Drake]

Drake stepped forward and placed hand on DJ's shoulder offering a warm smile.

"Lucky for us both we grew up, hot, amazing, and most importantly, better than the people who thought they could control us."

Drake would reach up and brush a little bit of hair off of DJ's face, and gently caress his face.

"And more so even than that, we found someone we can call friend."

Dj was surprised at first by the contact, but quickly accepted it, first by moving his cheek into Drake's hand affectionately, then after his next statement throwing his arms over his shoulders playfully and saying.

"Oh the burdens of being pretty. Glad I can share them with you."

He'd say, giving Drake a quick hug before going to finish the cocoa. Handing him a mug playfully.

[Drake]

Drake returned the hug with a chuckle. And the accepted the Cocoa taking a seat at the table.

"So where did you grow up?"

He would ask curiously.
