A Man And His Mug (Drake)

Nick aimlessly roamed the streets in search for something to occupy his tiny attention span while Lillian was at work. Normally, he'd just go bother her and waste away the hours until she was ready to close up, but the veterinary office refused to let him in after he 'accidentally' ate half a bag of specialty dog food. In his defense, it tasted like cereal, and there were at least forty more bags in storage. They had plenty to eat and his stomach was practically iron, so he didn't know what the big deal was.

Unfortunately Nick wasn't good at entertaining himself outside of the apartment. He couldn't just start taking things apart and rebuilding them, or assault random people just to see how and why they reacted, so for the time being he settled for a staring contest...with a sign...that he couldn't read. It was a very nice sign, quite fancy, and it looked like it was worth more than the building behind it. To patrons, it looked like he was just staring into the window, but he really was just observing the sign.

Armed with a mug of hot chocolate, he stood outside of Ru's Adult Store, sipping intently as he contemplated the metal and cardboard concoction before him.

[Drake]

Drake would walk out of the adult store and sighed.

"Too mild."

He would say stretching. Then he noticed a strange fuck standing outside. Just staring at the store.

"Take a picture it'll last longer."

[Nicolas Sita]

Nick would dart his eyes to the voice, taking a long sip of his mug as he turned to face the stranger. With a satisfied pop of his lips, he would point to the sign and go:

"I don't understand this sign."

[Drake]

Drake would raise his eye brow and walk down to stand next to the man. To stare at the sign.

[Nicolas Sita]

"The message is pretty clear, This is Ru's Adult Store. But the sign lies. When I look at it, I think I'm standing in front of a toy store, and while they do sell toys, they're not toy toys. It's completely misleading."

He shook his head and took another long sip.

"Not only that, It's very ugly. I'm going to take it to prevent this dilemma from happening to someone else."

And with that, Nick would punch the glass pane, shattering the entire window, grabbing onto the sign as it fell forward. Several screams would ring out from both inside and outside the store, but Nick paid them absolutely no mind.

[Drake]

Drake shrugged.

"Can confirm. They don't deserve such a sign."

[Nicolas Sita]

Nick struggled to hold up the sign due to its awkward shape and size. After a few seconds, he threw it to the ground with a glare, then turned to Drake.

"You look dangerous. Destroy this vile creation!"

He pointed to the sign. Then to his sword. Then to his scythe. Then to him. Then back to the sign. Then sipped from his mug.

[Drake]

Drake would look at the man, back to the sign, to the man, the sign, man, sign, and back.

"Ok."

He would say as he pulled out his sword slicing up the sign as fast as a professional Sushi chef. Sheathing his sword.

"Done."

The sign would then erupt into confetti!

Nick watched in awe as the stranger worked his magic. That was about what he was expecting, but like, ten times cooler.

When the confetti started raining down, Nick stared with a childlike wonder in his eyes until it hit the concrete.

"You're my favorite person and I love you." Nick said, staring into Drake's eyes. He would get uncomfortably close, but wouldn't touch him.

[Drake]

"Yeah, I'm used to that and all, but money first. Now back off or become confetti as well."

Drake would say staring the man in the eye unflinching.

[Nicolas Sita]

Nick continued staring at Drake like he was speaking Spanish or something. He tilted his head.

"Money? Ohhhh. you're a whore!" He exclaimed, that stupid smile of his returning to his face.

[Drake]

"Yes, well, retired whore. But cash is cash."

He would say with a shrug.

"By the way-"

He would point at a couple of TSI agents that were still off in the distance but with his enhanced vision he could easily see them coming.

"The fuzz is on it's way, are you planning to explain what happened here?"

[Nicolas Sita]

Nick nodded.

"I can respect that."

Then he tilted his head again, obviously confused that Drake seemed to see something he couldn't... but... he just vandalized a store, so it was safe to assume someone was coming to deal with it. In any case, destroying that sign was completely worth the heat.

He shrugged.

"I can."

[Drake]

"Really? Well, you have fun with that. I have no interest in dealing with them."

He would say as he turned to walk away!

Nick took a sip from his mug and began following Drake.
