WR caught glimpse of the emotion on the woman's face, and noted it duly. From that, they could tell she was still human, at least. Not completely heartless, but committed to a job, perhaps one that was forced upon her.
WR's response was simple.
"Then I guess you're gonna have to kill me."

She sighed softly, giving a shake of her head. She really did hate that response. The woman looked at WR again. She had to admit, at least... she like their spunk. Her sanguine colored eyes flashed again as she looked at them, attempting to meet her eyes, despite what her gaze would do to them.
"Then let me give you a piece of advice, before it comes to that. There's a race you should probably go to. I think you'd like it there. Maybe even make some friends."

At the mention of a race, it was clear that the woman knew far more about them than they suspected, and with that, they ripped the mask off their face and shook their head vigorously to fluff their hair up. Wearing a disguise was pointless when you could easily be made out by your size alone, anyway.
They returned their gaze to hers. Their eyes were filled with anger, but there was also a hint of fear, if she looked hard enough, but what exactly they were afraid of was up to question.
"Give me a place and time and I'll be there."

She nodded slightly.
"The corner of Willow and Cherry. Tuesday night, at eleven."
With that, she pulled a pack of cigarettes out from the pocket of her jeans, freeing two. She held one out for WR, and whether they took it or not, put the other in her mouth and lit it.
"I'll tell Snake you're not interested."

Hearing their name made WR cringe internally, even if it wasn't in reference to them. They took note of the information and plucked the cigarette out of the woman's hand. It lit as soon as they put it in their mouth.
What they were about to say was completely random, unorthodox, and inappropriate to the situation, but something in them urged to ask, and it came out before they could catch it.
"Wanna walk?"

A brow cocked over one eye, almost as if she had been caught by surprise. She tilted her head to one side at their request, taking a long drag off her cigarette as she contemplated their offer.
"That way," she nodded, indicating a direction that would take them further away from tent city.

The woman's answer surprised WR more than the question. They weren't exactly sure what they were doing, but for now, they would let... whatever it was stay in control. They didn't really have anything to lose here, especially if their next encounter would result in a fight anyway.
As they started walking, WR sucked on the cigarette, tearing the black overcoat off and throwing it over their shoulders to reveal their casual wear and Dragon jacket.
They plucked the cigarette out of their mouth and exhaled sharply before turning to the woman.
"So, you know my name. You got one?"

She remained at pace with WR, her steps falling in an unnervingly perfect rhythm to theirs. She smoked her cigarette and did not spare much of a glance at the smaller person: her eyes stayed perfectly ahead, her posture relaxed despite the neighborhood they were in.
"Dog," she said, though she spoke the word as if it left a bad taste in her mouth.

"Hmm," Was all they had to say in response, and they turned back to the long road ahead of them, ashing the cigarette before putting it back in their mouth.
They continued walking, almost thoughtlessly. For once, there was nothing on their mind, and that fear in their eyes was nowhere to be found. They were, in that moment, comfortably numb, walking with this person that may or may not be responsible for their death.

Dog simply walked with WR, allowing them their thoughts. It wasn't until both of their cigarettes were almost burnt out when she finally turned to say one last thing to them.
"I told the other one this, too. Expect backlash. But know... He won't be coming after you, directly. He will try to destroy your... relationships. Keep your people close."
She took one last drag off her cigarette before dropping it, and crushing it beneath her foot. Calmly, she waited, staring at WR.

WR expected those words from the beginning, and as they were finally spoken, their body shuddered, as if rejecting them. Their head lowered and their fists clenched in their pockets, and they sighed.
Leon was right.
They stopped in their tracks and contemplated, pulling the cigarette into their mouth and washing the fire with their tongue.
Then they spit it out and turned to Dog. For once they didn't have anything to say, and for once they weren't angry with the messenger. For some reason, they respected her, even knowing that she would be a catalyst in ripping their life apart.
They extended a hand, and should she choose to take it, they would say: "I'll see you on doomsday, then. Take care."

Without hesitation, her hand reached out to grasp theirs, and she gave them a single nod. Releasing their hand, they turned away from them, and spoke softly,
"If you need more help... your sword fighting friend should introduce you to the blue eyed ghost. Ask him. Tell him I sent you. He will know."
With that, she took a single step... At least, that was all WR would be able to see. She raised one foot, but as soon as it was placed, she was suddenly down an alleyway, almost out of sight. She paused just long enough to look over her shoulder, but as far in the shadows as she was, only her glowing eyes would be clearly visible.
"And don't forget," her voice whispered, as if from right beside their ear, "Willow and Cherry."

WR blinked as Dog faded away, and they shuddered as her voice rang in their ears, even after she was out of sight. What the HELL was she?
They stood in the street, in the darkness, for several minutes, their fists clenched and their eyes narrowed as they stared into nothingness.
"You're weak." They said to themself, then bellowed a rockstar like screech. "WEAK!!" Their body ignited, but just for a split second, and then they continued to walk.
