"I'm terrified of losing her," They murmured, without context, just staring at nothing.

WR froze up at the mention of Gidget, instinctively slamming their fist on the counter.
"I don't know Gidget, I don't even know why you'd say that." They growled, their face turning red.

Dj would blink. Then hold back a laugh. Then chuckle a bit, barely composing himself before speaking with deep breaths, clearly trying to hold back a laugh.

WR glared at Dj, the red on their face darkening but they made no effort to hide it.
"The hell do you mean? I fuckin' -- what? You know her? And you know about me from her?" They growled again, then shook their head vigorously.
"What did she say?"
The question came out with a lot more aggression than intended, but it was backed with a genuine curiosity.

Dj would raise an eyebrow and let down his formalities. Instead opting for the only logical phasing for his thoughts.

WR gripped the countertops again, jumping out of their seat and pulling themself up to where their face was only a few inches away from Dj's.
Their face was red, and there was fire in their eyes. Their teeth were clenched together and their hair waved wildly, like there was wind swirling around them.
They growled with narrowed eyes and held that position for a few seconds...
Then they plopped back down and tossed another hour derve into their mouth.
"Yeah, you got me there."

Oh Dj was familiar with this. And this time, unphased and with total bad bitch energy flowing through his veins spoke again. Waiting till right after Wr hit the chair.
"Careful, that wind will blow up your skirt and blow your cover."
He'd say arms crossed.
"Now, do you also need relationship advice? Or perhaps how not to spill the name of my girlfriend to anyone who is even remotely suspicious advice?"
There was no longer a man before WR, only pure, concentrated sass.
