He would say with a chuckle.
"Speaking of, how are things on your end? Any progress find help, or discovering weaknesses we can exploit?"

"Nobody I know of will even think of lifting a finger against the Droogs. They say I'm delusional, washed up, all that shit. So I've dedicated my time to studying them. Finding out their abilities, their Qi... whatever weaknesses I can figure out."
She motioned to the numerous notebooks strewn all around.
"I've been taking notes, and talking to people that have gone up against them. I know their organization is a lot bigger than I originally thought... The ones we know, the big players, they're the ones we need to worry about. The rest of them are underlings and would probably disperse, find another gang to join, if we took down Snake and the others. It means they'll talk... so I've been getting them to talk."

It was a bit of a long shot to find help from the get go, but still zero bodies was zero help. Either way the needed to take this place down, and down they would go.
"Alright, then what have you gathered about the ones you do know?"

"Well.... I know a bit about the twins. Like I said, their whole thing is to manipulate them into believing what they're doing to you is real. It can overstress the heart, even... or make people think they're drowning, or choking, until they actually do. It's a rough power to beat, but they need each other to make it work. Tiger makes the brain see things, Dragon makes them feel it. And, as far as I can tell, they're both pretty rotten apples."
She reached down to grab ahold of one of the notebooks, flipping through a few pages of notes.
"Rooster seems like the most useless of the bunch. It's probably why he's so loud and shit. He can track down anything or anyone... anywhere they go. As long as he has a part of them, or something like that. I don't know why he hasn't been able to find me. I assume it's because I didn't leave anything behind for him to track me with... Either that, or they don't care about me enough even try to." She snickered at that, giving a shake of her head. "He is all bark and no bite, it seems. Decent enough fighter, if Qi isn't involved. Considering his is basically useless. He seems to basically be the front man for a lot of their info gathering."
She flipped through a couple of pages. "I couldn't find out shit about Rat, though..."

"Unfortunate... no offense, honest. But with the most recent attack by the twins, and the fact that I've already fought and beat the shit outta Rooster, Rat is the only one I have neither seen nor know anything about."
He sighed.
"Is there anyone else? Aside from Iskiera."

"Some little bitch, but I don't know if she's legitimately in the Droogs, or just somebody they control. I have no idea if she's a good guy or not. She can see things, but I'm not sure what. She can look at somebody, and instantly know more about them than anybody would be comfortable with."
She gave a little shrug. "That's all I've got, on her. Young, teary-eyed, cute and adorable, and seems like she's in it because he has forced her into it all."

She gave a slight shrug of her shoulders.
"Its like they made a deal with the Devil. Their souls in exchange for something. But what if we could find out what that something is? What they traded their souls FOR? If we managed to complete the bargain ourselves, without Snake... that would invalidate the bargain. Right?"

"Honestly, no. I am pretty sure Izzy's, ironically, had to do with mortality, or her memories. That would be the hardest one to solve. I'm pretty sure Rooster's had something to do with power. And the kids... Well, fuck those kids."
Rebel shrugged.
"If we could find a way to have a conversation with Izzy, and maybe get her to tell us the deal she made... Her and Rat are the ones I'd focus on, right now."

He stretched.
"How can I get a hold of Rat when I'm done talking to her?"

"He spends most of his free time in abandoned buildings."

Drake would stand up.
"Sounds good to me. I'll get a hold of Izzy, and then find Rat, after that, I'll let you know what I've discovered."
Then he would look around and back to Rebel.
"Also, if you need I can probably find a way for you to get a better place? A room at the apartments, or maybe my Uncle can set you. I'm sure he's got his hands into some sort of property he isn't in use of."
