Having gone fully offensive, Elias smacked right in the chest. Blood flies out from his mouth and his eyes widen in surprise as he stumbles backwards. Then, his eyes refocus, and he goes to give her a front kick to her stomach! ---------------------
Level 8 - Mutated Power Word Strength: Elias uses his mastery of life force to boost his own, replacing his attack with his energy stat for one post. This also gives him RP relevant Super Strength. Able to lift things, break things, or whatever mega feats of incomprehensible strength are needed.
Level 9 - Power Word Speed: Elias uses his mastery of life force to boost his own, replacing his speed with his energy stat for one post.
Level 10 - Power Word Momentum: Elias combines his life force to push himself even harder, adding +12 to his attack.
Level 0- Titan of Darkness - Elias' body and clothes darken, becoming several shades darker. This form increases Elias's physical stats by +8.
Level 2 - Power Word Subjugate: Elias takes the full impact of a blow and absorbs it, converting the damage into Soul Charges, while still taking the full damage of attack.

The palm strike would leave a puncture wound! Rose wasn't fast enough to react to the incoming kick, losing her breath from the impact that also pushed her back. +Rose is capable of super charging her muscles for taking a blow raising her Def +18
+ Level 2 Ability:
Resilience: Rose becomes numb to damage and adds +12 to her defense for one post.
Power Dragon Scales: Rose can channel the fluid of the heart now fused with her body and partially transform into a Dragon of Power that gives her +15 Def, and +15 Eng, while also allowing her to breath raw energy in a breath attack that does +8 plus her attack stat in damage in a cone in front of her.
Insanity!(mutated): "Rose can cause a target of her choice to slip into insanity. They don't lose faculty or rational thought they simply become more powerful and aggressive. Gaining +8 Atk, Spd, and Eng. It can also cause them to use a Qi ability from the post prior to their own. IE: If Elias uses Power Word Strength in the post before Rose's post, Rose can use this ability to also use that Qi ability." (P.w. Momentum: +12 atk)
Insanity- Tier 2: At the cost of -4 of her insight, Rose adds +12 to her Attack and Speed as she sinks deeper into insanity.
+Rose has grown a stinger like appendage on her wrists, that when she stabs someone with it raises her Attack against that person by +18
To Survive: By Drinking the Life Force of an enemy (Biting, blood, soul) the user is healed for 1/4th damage taken, but it also makes all abilities used for the following 4 posts have an output of +24

Elias crosses his arms in front of himself, tanking the breath as best he can. He can feel the burning impact, but luckily his face is undamaged, at least. He takes a breath, then breathes his own blue fire back at Rose! ------------------------------

Save his beautiful face. Rose would be engulfed in flame soon after her attack, and though she tried to cover herself with her arms, it did very little to protect her from damage. She'd start forcing herself through the flames to get closer to him, already more or less at the limit of what she could do on her own. If she hears that or not, it's hard to say.
Because she just kinda collapses in front of him, having pushed way beyond what she should have. All her abilities would shut off at once, leaving her with only enough energy for one more use.
Well if she were conscious anyway.

She doesn't even make a sound before she's killed! She wakes up a moment after, looking...exhausted still. But she's at least awake. When she tries to talk, her voice gets caught in her throat and it's only a whimper! Sadly she's still all burnt up. And now she can't heal lol.

She has some difficulty drinking it, but, when it works it works.
Her eyes flutter in surprise at the sudden boost of energy. Like a really potent energy drink. Without really having to think about it, Rose would heal herself, sighing softly in relief.
