Rhona felt a heavy lump in her stomach. “You feed off Qi?”
When she took that many blows with those strange weapons it did something to her. She no longer can do any Qi abilities. As a matter of fact she was about as Qi intensive as a Normie. “You kind of got a bit unlucky I don’t really have much Qi now. It was eaten by some strange blades dripping with black poison of sorts. I used to harvest my power from the sun… imagine that? I guess if you do end up needing more I am not sure how I’ll provide it.”

"Heh heh heeeeee. No worries there, see because I need you healthy and in tip top shape, the crystal on my body is slowly repairing you. Not only that, but I am the Alpha Fire. Even without access to your own Qi the longer I live the stronger I get, which means the stronger we get... Which means you will have access to all of my power."
A beat of silence.
"But there is some... downsides. The crystal is pretty durable, but if it's destroyed I die and this body will go out of control and devour you. On the other hand if your body and mine are completely destroyed all except for the crystal, it will regrow us over time."

“Your giving me my Qi back?” The though made her place a hand at her chest. An almost meaningless gesture but she almost thought the center of her Qi was near her heart in symbolism. “Well I wonder if my luck is turning around, if you needed a top shape body you did find it alright.”
It was starting to get more personality to Rhona. Maybe they were becoming more familiar hearing tone changes in Saer’s voice and it chuckle had a moments interest before her acclimation to it. It talking about its destruction and such got a chuckle from her.
“Well I’ve thought of a few different ways this could end badly for us both. Even if you should reveal you were a parasite the whole time and you take over my body and Qi. If that actually happens I don’t believe I’ll be upset with you, I’ll fight because I don’t believe in surrendering quietly but I’ve got nothing else to lose. So I wouldn’t mind.” She had a strange acceptance of it knowing she could possibly surrender her body to another thing, it was a bit comforting.

"Well, thank you for the permission, I guess? But there isn't a way for me to over ride anything in you. I'm trying to give you your Qi back, but I don't know if I will be successful. I'll try my best though."
A beat.
"Speaking of, I finished reviewing your surface memories, so I think I got the gist."

“Alright.” Rhona thought about having her Qi back. To be honest she had already accepted not having it ever again. It was kind of freeing. She had grown up with expectations and major life plans and her Qi was going to light the way in a manner of speaking. But she would also be happy getting it back. Why not have both her new outlook on life while keeping her power?
“What does it mean to be an Alpha Symbiote and having the Alpha fire?” Her train of thought would continue where it was going until she got a real chance to continue.

"My memory isn't complete, but supposedly I was born when fire was born. Fire will no longer harm you while I am a part of you. As an Alpha Symbiote if I come across others we can absorb the lesser into our form and gain new abilities. Basically if a Symbiote gives one amazing strength or wings, or something to that effect, I can eat it and we get the strength or wings."

She thought to the few beings through out lore that have sought to take fire from the gods or the sun and what not. Rhona remembers the dates of those few who did such a daring act. In particular she thought about Prometheus. Her lips pressed thin and spread wide the same time her eyes did. Hopefully no one would consider Saer stolen, it would be just her daffy luck she’d end up in some eternity of torture.
“So you’ve been around through the ages… oh through the ages of another existence unfamiliar to me.” This actually came to her thoughts and started to get a bit bigger as it sunk into her perspective. “Ok so more recent history since you mentioned yours is incomplete, what’s the deal with the mad being and the princess which stole you? In case we have to go back or… more like we wind up back there some how, I think I might want to get as much of the story there as possible?”

"Mmmm, well the princess was destined in that world to awaken the Genesis Tree's, to help the other chosen warriors free the world from the mist. Someone interfered with that and threw Destiny into chaos. Symbiotes and Mankind alike are now suffering and oppressed instead of joining together to end the mist and become one species and evolve into something new. Well, until it seems three Genesis Tree's suddenly awoke. Not to mention the one we fixed up. The mad being was the one who threw Destiny into such disarray."

“Sounds like there is a lot of that going around. Our world was absolutely… actually it was as recently discovered almost absolutely destroyed. The world is barren but it seemed like some are handing on. Either way we were absolutely in the was of some chaos factor we called the conqueror. We were brought here and we’ve been basically aliens ever since.” She made a sheepish face. “Though I guess if you looked in my recent memory you would know about all of that huh?”
“Do you have the drive to go back and help the other trees to save your home? Because I’ll do what I can to help you either way. I’m kind of a sucker for destiny’s and saving worlds.” She shrugged.

“Always bad news first.” Because then goods news ends of on a high note? No because Rhona, what ever it is, isn’t too worried about it. Could say she faces any challenge and could say she isn’t afraid of them. But she just prefers this.

“Wait…” she stopped in her tracks. “What’’she that supposed to mean, my Qi wasn’t mine?”
She brought forth her hands and started feeling around for Qi she would reach and try and feel just what Saer was talking about.

She could feel the flow of Qi much like she had before, all her Qi senses and mutations were still active and ready to use, but none of her sun powers.
"Well, turns out you were infected early in life, maybe heat stroke or something, or possibly a sun burn. Your actual Qi reacted by adapting that power into you. You kind of hyper-focused I guess and lost track of your actual Qi in the process."

She snorted. “My parents told me I was going to be a sun god… so Yeah. I trained my whole life to feed it.
She was going to manifest it and feel it take shape in her hands she wanted to see what Saer uncovered.
