"So why us?"
That was all Grayon said. He wanted to know just that. He didn't care that he had been selected, but he was wondering why exactly he and some of the others had been selected. Atticus being one of them... that boy worked his nerves... He was just glad he had shut off that damn CD player., or else Grayon would have to make sure to break that too...
Grayon didn't even pay attention to the other questions, and basically ignored the others. He just wanted to figure out what he specifically needed to do. Sending seven students to get one student froma gang of idiots seemed a bit overkill... But he was wondering why the teachers didn't just do it. He decided it was the better part of valor to not ask that.

And all the questions he suspected to come up happened. Why them, need info, yadda, yadda, yadda. Asiv looked at each and every one of them and spoke to them to make sure they all heard. He was going to make sure they understood, that team work and all that jazz was needed for such a task, Asiv knew how strong The Gods really where, considering his half brother was Zeus.
"Listen. . Look, you may think that you shouldn't go and that I and the staff should since I'm the oen that wants to get Mitsuki back" 'you heartless bastards.' "But the fact is, it would take everyone of the teachers to do it. And with us gone, the students would be free to do what they want. . . I'm not ready to risk that. Instead I picked all of you here and a few others that aren't because you are the best at what you do."
asiv let them think on this while he spoke about the other stuff, for those who didn't care about why they had to do the job. so now he would hand over information they would need. He was sure they could make good use of it.
"Ok they stay at a run down abandoned cafe ont he bad parts of town.(Want more? Deal with it.) It's called Mount Olympis. There you should run into these people known as The Gods and their worshipers. It wont be hard to get past the worshipers esspecially if you attack today since they only all gather on days like wednsday and tuesday. anyways, suspect ANYTHING from these people. They may act retarded, or believe themselves to be gods, but they do actuelly have a reason. If you know of the greek gods then you will know most of their strengths, and most likely their weaknesses. Be cautiuse, and there's a Van in the parkinglot that you all can go in."
if they still had questions Asiv would act irritated an dpissed and answer their questions quickly so they could get on their way. And if they didn't go, bad things would happen.

Atticus had heard enough. Not in the sense that he had all he needed to know to do the mission, but he was just plain fed up with being rolled into the same group as the good guys. Besides, he had a gig tonight, and he sure as hell wasn't going to be giving it up just so he can play superhero with a bunch of people that hated his guts. In fact, he could feel the scorn of some of those people right now. All of them needed to learn how to chill. So he played music loudly, so he didn't respect people without them first proving they deserve it, so he was a selfish bastard... He didn't give a flying shit about any of it. For all he cared, they could all take Posideon's fist up their asses.
"Sorry, but I've got pervious arrangements. They're much more in my favor than going off to fight some psuedo-holy-war with some people that think they're gods." Atticus was just about to storm out. Greek gods at that. The Norse gods kicked so much more ass than them. "So unless you can convince me that it really is in my best interest to risk my neck and my rep for you and this school captain, I'm out of here. Fighting alongside people who hate me isn't exactly a good thing either. When you pulled me out of the hat, you failed to recognize that my skills don't really coincide with this little mission of yours. So if you have a good reason, I'd like to hear it."

The Pillar didn't really care why Asiv wanted them to go, as even if it played into some evil plan on his; Mitsuki couldn't be left with those idiots. After the Supervisor had given him all the information he needed, Aureus pushed off the wall and walked out. There was no need to listen to the idiots argue anymore. As long as at least three of them decided to help.
His first stop would be the school library. He needed to read up on his future opponents. By the time he found the book he wanted and made it to the van, the others would probably be there as well. Once everyone was ready, he'd discuss the plan he had in mind. Hopefully no one would raise issue with it.

Asiv didn't have the time to explain to this boy why he should go. time was something they needed to utilize if they where going to be successful in this rescue mission. So Asiv went back behind the desk opened a drawr and popped a small dark wood box on the top.
"You have two options. You can go and I can break you. Or you can save Mitsuki and take whats in this box."
With that he would open it and turn it towards the boy. He would lift on the back so it tilted for him to see. Inside is lots of cash.
"Imagine what you could buy with that thing. A skate park, a whole club if you wanted."
then he closed it. He put that same pen on the palm of his right hand, the palm facing up. He took hsi left hand placed it over that one and used his Qi to crush the pen, then the air explosion, that looked like a heat wave shot the ink out to the floor.
"Or you can end up like that pen."

Loads of greenbacks, cash, dead presidents, moolah, the only thing that truly mattered in global life. It brought a small grin to his lips. So it was either threatened assault or bribery that would be getting him to do this little job. The guy was probably familiar with each and ever single one of them, and he probably had a way to "convince" them all using his knowledge of of their past. And if he had access to their files, this guy would know why Atticus was more than happy to change his mind with a little bribe. Of course, it wasn't for a skate park or a nightclub, nothing foolish like that. Money could solve a lot of problems, even save lives. So of course, he'd have to take it. But there was one more thing on his mind that seemed to take priority. The exploding pen.
Atticus looked at his right hand, halfway balled into a fist, fully tensed in that position. He actually looked like he was concentrating on something, for once. Suddenly jerking his fingers straight, there was only a figment of an air distortion, and the only thing moved was a bit of his sleeve. Regardless of a lack of power, Atticus grinned, as if he were satisfied with that.
"Too bad one of the dopes already left. We should be planning and sharing knowledge, right? We have gods to deal with. Two of them. One is the feared God of Storms, Master of the Seas, all that good stuff. I expect a strong fight from him. Then there's Dionysus, God of Wine, Women, and Song. I can take care of him myself. All I'd need is a little time. He's a party boy, so if I can get him to show up to the club I'm supposed to be at... You'd have only Posiedon to deal with. He's the bigger threat if the humans take after the Gods, but it is one less... The party is starts at nine tonight. If I can go in ahead of time, I should be able to draw him away from his post."
"Can everyone agree to this? Someone will have to fill in Mr. Solo. He sure as Hell won't listen to me..."

Disgusting. A quick flash of cash and now the kid with purple stripes in his hair was planning to be a hero. Saint wasn’t interested in some cheap diversionary tactic to sneak out with Mitsuki, it wouldn’t work. Chances were these supposed gods would not fall for it so easily. Despite how much Asiv seemed to drive home the fact that they were mentally disturbed, it wouldn’t change the fact that they had powers the students didn’t. And if Mitsuki was to play apart in the gods plan they would not leave her unattended at all, Saint wouldn’t. Then there was the assumption that they would only fight two gods… how could they be sure?
Slowly Saint strode out the doors after Aureus, someone he only really knew by reputation. From the Varsity Captain’s path, the Student Body President could tell he was headed to the library. Well, Saint did not want to wait for the others or show up in a van seven or so deep in numbers, it reeked of attack and would most likely put the gods on edge. Saint hoped that maybe they could discuss everything with one of them to get more information than they had. After all, what could a god fear by speaking with a few pathetic mortals? Nothing… if they truly believed themselves to be gods. With cab fare in pocket Saint shouted after the other pillar.
“Hey… forget research. If we head out now and get a cab we can just ask the gods in person everything we need to know. The Café Mount Olympus… shouldn’t be too hard to find, should it?”

Footsteps. It seemed someone had decided to following him, but Aureus didn't mind as long as they were someone of intelligence that could actually help him, and not get in the way. He guessed he'd at least be allowed to go to the library, but apparently the stalker didn't approve. Turning around, the schizo saw his fellow Pillar. He seemed pretty intelligent, but his comment wasn't.
"First, why would they tell us jack? Second, yes it would be hard to find on our own. We need to find another gang, or one of the god's subordinates, rough them up, and get the information. And third, we should wait for the others. Well, the ones that could help us anyway. Only because we might need help depending on the number of gods there are. We wouldn't attack in one large group, but only pairs of two or three," The Pillar said while he made his way over to the wall, which he promptly leaned against.

Saint shrugged lightly and took out a cigarette from the pack tucked under his head band. He lit the carbon tube as he placed it between his lips. Sure, smoking wasn’t allowed in school, but neither would paying students to go attack someone in the city. With a disappointed sigh, Saint exhaled a cloud of smoke from his nostrils. That word… attack… why did they need to fight anyone? If the first two were telling the truth perhaps they could make a bargain with these false gods and settle everything in a more peaceful manner. Besides it seemed the quarrel was more between the gods and faculty than the actual school. “Obviously the van’s driver knows where it is… ask him. As for why they would tell us? They may not… but, by the same token, why wouldn’t they? If we approach this in a civil manner we should be fine… if not I’m sure the rest won’t be far behind. Anyways… they want something Asiv has… I think an exchange can be arranged, don’t you? I’d rather not have to go starting a war with people who believe themselves to be gods and have trinkets that give them comparable abilities.” ((OoC: wow… talking to a lady who cheats on her husband with his best friend ))

Travis would listen to them all. Everyone that spoke. Did he really care what Asiv said about saiving that girl? Not really. The money was shown, and sure that could help him sway in his decision. But he didn't care too much about that. No, he just wanted to fight more of these god-wannabe's. After all, fighting them would only further improve his ability. Which was growing stronger, relatively fast.
And then a rather interesting conversation sprung up. Someone wanted to make a deal with the gods, instead of fight? Hah. That was rather stupid. Travis dobuted that would ever happen. And even if it was possible. He could not allow it. No, he wanted to fight them. If he had to, he would fight them alone. With or without the help of these people. He would speak up now, his words directed toward Saint.
"You were there when the last two fools attacked the school. They can't be reasoned with. They aren't sane. So just shut it? We're going to fight them, and we're going to win. Strength through unity my friends. If we fight together, we can't lose. But sitting here and arguing about this shit isn't going to get us anywhere.. Besides. I want to fight them."

Money. Grayon had tons of it and could easily get more of it... it was circulating the internet stocks like cheap whores in Las Vegas. Grayon didn't care about the lady either. She seemed to have others that cared for her, and Grayon didn't even know her.
Then why would he do it? Why would he go? Simple. People that thought they were gods would probably be fairl powerful, and Grayon was always up for a test of power. As for the quote that Atticus had made... he basically ignored it except for saying to him...
"You want to share information?... Here's what I know... Read a book on Greek Mythology."
Grayon then passed Atticus and walked out the door. He also walked out of the school, assuming that the principal had made the proper arrangements for them to be excused for the rest of the day. He walked out to the parking lot and looked at the van, and scoffed a bit. That was sad... a van. How obvious was that?
Grayon walked past the van and reached into his pocket for a cell phone. He flipped it open and called for his driver to come pick him up, but in the only car he owned that wasn't fancy or flashy. It was a simply Toyota, one with good gas mileage. Something that would blend in. Grayon might be headstrong, but that also means he thinks. He wasn't going to attract attention to himself unless need be. As for trying to find the Mount Olympus cafe, Grayon decided to wait until the van moved for the cafe, and he would simply follow and park some distance from it, then approaching the cafe and go in after everyone else.

((OoC: Um… I wasn’t in the office when I said any of that… just so you know >_>))
Saint shrugged, couldn’t argue with that logic. Rush in and beat them up. Apparently that was the plan and it wasn’t changing… great. It would seem Saint didn’t have to same blinders of the rest, whether or not that was a good thing, the answer would probably be no. Ah well… no point in fighting it. After taking another drag off his cigarette Saint shrugged and made his way out to the van, simply to make sure he got the passenger seat. He was planning on smoking for the duration of the ride and did not feel like listening to someone telling him to put it out.
Once out there he nodded to the driver as he got into the seat, cigarette in hand. It wouldn’t be too bad, at least Saint wouldn’t have to do anything. Chances were Travis and Aureus could stand on their own against whoever and with the help of the rest of the assembly Saint could spend his time walking about this café they were going to looking for whatever he wished. But if they did have the abilities of the gods they faced… what would happen when Hades crossed their path, or Zeus himself? Who could say they would all survive a war with people who believed themselves to be gods? Perhaps Saint just didn’t have the confidence of the others.

-clearly elsewhere >.>-
Soft light steps, a cold look, and long blue hair drifting softly through the air could only mean the presents of the god of water and earthquakes, his face serious as usual yet a haunting empty sorrow loomed in his black orbs while he moved about mount Olympus, or rather had woken from a rather short nap, he of course had been making his way to the place in which the school captain of 259 was currently being held, and of course with little interest he had arrived and pushed to door open slowly, stepping in while looking toward Hermes and then to Dionysus, of course then he turned to the girl, a frail creature... and yet now standing? Well, either way it didn’t bother him much as he head disposed of her conscious state so easily and the fact that she was nothing more than a useless woman, of course he then parted his lips, milk white skin letting unto him the appearance of a bleached skin.
“Sit down.”
His tone hard, a somewhat deep voice rolling from his mouth as his facial expressions changed not the slightest, there was no severity in his tone, no anger, and no annoyance… merely a direct command from the man while he then looked to his compatriot while he pondered where he had hidden the wine… again… of course he let off a short sigh before hand.
“Dionysus Pray tell, where can I find nectar?”
He questioned, again his tone not shaking while he completely ignored Hermes whom to him was nothing more than a rat, either way he now waited thought not so patently for his allies answer.

I thought Asiv said the drive was only supposed to take us downtown. Not right to the damn hideout. Oh well. And I doubt the 'gods' can be reasoned with. Though we could offer them Asiv for her safety. No...they'd never go for that. Not to mention they're more of a threat than he is.
Aureus thought to himself after Saint had walked off towards the parking lot. He followed shortly, slightly nervous as he got closer. The last two gods had been quite a hand full, and although most of the students had improved, who knew what they were getting themselves into by attacking 'Mount Olympus'? Stop doubting us. Levi scolded him, the Pillar's fist tightening. He would do this, he had to. For more than one reason, to save the School Captain, and to make sure everyone knew he was the best fighter. If they knew that, their fear would keep them in line. It wasn't the best way to go about things, but it's not like he'd act cold to everyone. Only when necessary.
Eventually the schizo had pushed open the small door leading out into the sun soaked world. It was a damn nice day, and a little bright at that. While pulling the glasses back over his eyes, Aureus slowly approached the white van. The others had yet to quit their arguing, so the Pillar would just lean against the side of the automobile and wait for them.

"Why are people separating?" Atticus asked nobody in general, just feeling rahter annoyed that those four had decided that they were better off doing thier own thing. After all, Asiv had said it himself, this mission required teamwork. Not some infantile display of selfish disregard for necessity. Seriously, people here were stupider than those emo kids who thought being miserable was a great fashion statement. If he could he'd beat them all in the face with a shovel and get them back in line.
Sure, he had his selfish moment, but he wasn't trying to do everything himself. After all, he had made a plan, and asked if everyone could agree, which commonly meant 'open to suggestions and comments'. "Sorry Asiv, but the way things are going, we might not succeed in this mission. Unless somehow we can predict the movements of those idiots who thing they're too cool to work as a team, we're going nowhere. The preppy freshman, I know him well enough. We hate each other. He's lacking motivation, not just for this, but in every aspect of life. He'll half ass the whole thing thinking he knows best. I don't know about those upper-classmen. I assume they're cocky bastards who think they can do everything by themselves. Got any input that could help us get back on track?"
By far, the tone in Atticus' voice was annoyed and aggrivated. "You should be threatening them, not me..." he scoffed, trying to wrap his mind around the whole thing.
