Saint followed behind the others… a way behind them. Why hadn’t he taken the offer to leave when it had been given? Well, most of the school already hated him for leaving once… he wasn’t about to that again, no matter how much he despised fighting. Quietly as possible Saint caught up with the others, slightly glad that the diversions had at least delayed the possibility of having to fight their way up. With how strong the King of the supposed gods would be, they needed to conserve energy as much as possible. So his answer to the sliver haired kids question would have been obvious, silly thief. Finally the student body president made his presence more known with a whisper.
“I think our best opinion would be trying to circumvent any and all conflict before Zeus… at least that way we stand a better chance of completely our objective… as for getting out of here…”
He shrugged with little effort that gave the appearance of indifference, before glancing back toward the one named John.
“But you owe me a piece of fried dough.”
A joke? At this time?! Why not? With such uncertain in their futures why not take every moments to say what they otherwise might not… have a joke or two, enjoy things. But there were times to be serious as well, just to increase their chances. Seeing that the thief was listening through the wall, the pillar decided to see if they could get more info.
“Can you tell where they are head so we can go around them?”

...uh, as you could tell by the odd look she gave Saint for that quick moment, she didn't know that the fried dough thing was a joke. She couldn't understand why he would be thinking of food at a time like this. Nor did she understand why it had to be fried dough. I mean, does that even taste good? Fried dough...?
Anyway, getting back on topic, she agreed with Saint's idea, although depending on however many people there were, they might be tired by the time they get to the top, so although she agreed, it might not be the best. As for getting out, all they had to do is run before the others find out that they eliminated Zeus - if they could eliminate him. She gave a quiet sigh before looking around. Goodness... There were just too many people, and Mitsuki just wanted this to be quick and over with. However, she would use part of Saint's idea.
"If they're in our way, eliminate them. If they're not, just keep moving. It'll be a waste of time. Once we're done with Zeus, and possibily other gods and goddesses, just run home. There is one request, however. When you get home, look up my name in the phone book, and call so I know you got home safe. My brother will most likely answer, and just leave your name."
She gripped her bat and looked away. No one on this mission will get left behind. No one.
"Alright... Up the stairs we go.."
She muttered, before yanking open the door to the stairway, and making her way swiftly up the stairs. Surprisingly, they were mostly empty, except maybe seven or eight making their way down because of the commotion.
Here we go..[/color]

John shook his head no to Saint when he asked if he could hear which direction they where headed, but he could tell that there was less activity up the stairs now as more and more where headed down to see about more cammotion. Either that or everyone upstairs stopped moving, but unlikely. Finally Mitsuki came out with the descition and the obediently loyal John Ong decided to go with it. John smiled about the fried dough comment. As he did steal from this particuler boy at the state fare not too long ago. At least it wasn't held against him too much.
Finally following Mitsuki best he could they would be heading up the stairs. where unfortunately, a particulerly deadly god would be waiting. But how could he be waiting for this team of people when it was supposed to be a surprise attack? How could they possibly know that the students where here, dumb luck? Besides the fact Team 2 had made their presence known how where they so prepared?

As it where The God of the Underworld, ruler of all things that had to do with death, Hades. There with four mean to his four corners two in front and two behind was just waiting for Team 1 to make its move as he told his men to hold still, make no noise and stay in the dark until they came up. Pale dark blue eyes a sadened expression and a black robe like cloak covered hsi body, slightly long black hair atop his head, his height grand, and the obviouse sense of power.
"Welcome, to my domane. Hades."
As in greek mythology Hades wasn't just his name, but also the name of the underworld. It would be sooner more than later that the fighting would most likely commence. It was time Team 1 ran into their first adversary.

Rick Vadon sped along on his mountain bike along the beach, the pale light of the full moon lighting his way, the words of the high school supervisor his guide. Not even four minutes ago Rick got a call from Mr. Asiv, Supervisor of PHS 259, Ricks high school. Mr. Asiv called to recruit Rick in a vital mission involving the safety of his school. Rick eagerly accepted as Mr. Asiv finished explaining what he was to be doing. After Rick got his instructions to the building, he was off to protect his new high school.
"Almost there!" Rick whispered as he neared closer to the building. The several story building was now in sight. Rick's directions were accurate and easy to follow, even in the light of the moon. Rick decided to dress in a way so he would be harder to see in the dark, so he had on a black long sleeved shirt, matching black shorts, a Grey pair of running shoes, and a dark blue cloth tied around his head to keep his hair out of the way.
Rick arrived at the west side of the building and parked his bike behind a large bush, hiding his bike from the building. Rick was told of the two teams of students and their missions. Looking around, Rick soon spotted an open window. 'Must be the entrance point.' Rick thought as he made his way toward the window. With almost no trouble, Rick made his way into the building. And Rick's main objective is to catch up with the rest of the group. Much easier said than done in a unfamiliar, dark building.
Soon after entering Rick found a stairway, so he made his way up. Making his way around as little of the second floor as possible, Rick soon found another stairway. Before making his way up the stairs, Rick checked his surroundings. He was starting to get creeped out a little. Here Rick was, in a building occupied by people proclaiming themselfs Greek gods, and Rick has yet to run into one person. Mabey Rick was too late, or the people he was meeting up with are REALLY good at fighting. Rick hoped the ladder of the two. Quickly making his way up the stairs, Rick almost knocked over a group of people standing infront of the door to the third floor. Rick's eyes were not completly used to the darkness of the building, but he could see the outline of two people. Rick guessed the people he bumped into the group he was meeting up with. Deciding to make sure, Rick whispered,
"I'm Rick Vadon. Mr. Asiv sent me here to help out group one with their mission. I'm not too late, am I?"

Ascending the stairs, the pillar could only hope that John’s inability to tell what exactly was going meant they were departing from the area above them. Up they went only to be met be a voice cutting through the air that chilled Saint to his core. The one god he feared as much Zeus, based on his knowledge of mythology, now appeared to be quite content to stand in their way. Stopping at what would be the entrance to the third floor he froze as the chill seemed to stick and hang in his spine. All of a sudden his was having difficulty breathing as he managed only to utter a few words.
“… not… good…”
How bad was their luck?! On their way to trying to eliminating the King of the Gods they would have to go through the King of the Underworld. Sure Saint was someone of faith, but as much as he could possibly have in their chances was crushed at this development. He was now almost positive not all them would make it out now…

Hades. God of the underworld. Hades. Hades. Hades...
They can't waste any time - it's not that they had a time limit in the first place, it's just the fact that the faster they eliminate Zeus, the faster they can get out. And the faster they can get out, the better. She gripped her bat as she came to a stop a couple feet away from Hades, not knowing of the mercenaries. Something felt suspicious - whether it was the tension in the air, or the way Hades was so damn calm, she felt more than four pairs of eyes on her. She eyed him carefully, before she took a step back, letting her thoughts sink in. She had to think fast - she was the so called un-appointed leader, and that's when she noticed the vast empty space around Hades. He certainly couldn't have just been waiting here by himself... He must know that with four against one, the odds were that he would lose?
So maybe it's better to assume that he wasn't alone?
She heard Rick coming right behind them, and she was satisfied that Asiv sent one more to join them.
"Change of plans. We split. John's with me. Stick with your partner. If you run into a god, destroy 'em. We'll catch up."
She spoke quickly and in a low tone as she started jumping up the stairs - if Saint and Rick were lucky, they would run into just mercenaries. If they weren't...one of the other gods and goddesses might attack. The reason they were going to split was because just by glancing at Hades, she knew that one person wouldn't be able to defeat him, and like she stated mentally before, no one was going to get left behind. She could've easily done it by herself, or tried to, but how long would she last against him? She needed someone with her - a team. It would be easier, and faster to destroy this god, and all they have to do is run up the stairs to meet up with Saint and Rick. It shouldn't take long, because Saint and Rick might meet into other mercs and gods, and probably stopped along the way. Meanwhile, Mitsuki and John will be able to catch up.
Once up, she noticed four other mercenaries, and just as she suspected, he wasn't alone. She would slam her baseball bat into ones face, and kick a guy in the balls with her heel, hoping that he wasn't going to reproduce anytime soon. The two were easily defeated, considering that...she had a weapon and they didn't...along with the fact that every female should know a mans weak spot: Their groin.
The other two would aim for John, leaving an open gap for Saint and Rick to pass through. Once the two mercs were defeated by Mitsuki, she'd glance over at Hades - running would not be a good thing to start off an attack with; one can easily move out of the way and fall down the stairs. So she'll do what she's good at.
She motioned for the almighty Hades to attack.
OOC: Details added.

Noting that they wheren't alone, and that Hades had joined them, waiting for them to come up. This made the white haired boy very disapointed that he couldn't hear him waiting and prevented this, but it couldn't be helped. He noticed Mitsuki step back. John stepped forward facing Hades ready to go at him if he had to by himself so the others could charge Zeus, but Mitsuki had another idea, and since she was the School Captain John figured following orders would be a good thing, esspecially since his Warriors pride was telling him, screaming at him to fight Hades. He wanted to, and he felt his entire body tremble in agreement.
So it would be John vs two thugs while the new guy Rick and Saint keep going? Interesting plan, it should work. And after this it wouldn't be easy, but having to deal with stuff after beating Hades, IF they could beat him. But the red eyes S.H.C.P wasn't even fased by the appearence of the four henchman as they also split into two groups, one after Mitsuki and the other after himself. Mitsuki had a bat, John didn'y have a weapon, well yet.
The first one came in and leapt forward with a knee, aimed for John's head, he turned to the side, and with his own left foot brought it up into the guys chin, but his red eyes glowed a dark red, and his foot burst into flames slamming hard intot he guys chin, this made the second merc think twice as he hesitated John spun once in his direction and brought his right foot screaming directly into the guys gut also bursting into flames. This was his Qi and this is how he used it. The guy went soaring backwards into the far wall cracking it apon impact.
Just for good measure his arms went outward from his body as they caught on fire and stayed that way for a few seconds from elbows down. He had a smile on his face and was itching to get the party started with Hades. Teaming up with the School Captain was just a plus.

"Change of plans. We split. John's with me. Stick with your partner. If you run into a god, destroy 'em. We'll catch up."
"OK."
Rick acknoledged that he understood the directions given with a simple statement. Rick was only here to help take out a threat to his school efficiently, not to slow the mission with unnecessary words. Rick watched as the two other students set off to take out a threat to the mission. After the students dissappeared into the room, Rick turned his attention to the student he would be fighting with.
The first thing Rick noticed was that he wasn't moving at all. Second was his breathing, strained as if he had to struggle to take every breath. Rick knew that there was something wrong with this student, but didn't know what was wrong It could be physical or mental. If the guy was hurt physically or mentally, that would surely affect his ability to fight, and anything less than optimal fighting ability was needed if these 'Gods' were as strong as people around the school said.
"Hey, are you okay? You're not injured, are you? Um, what's your name?"
Simple questions for simple answers. All Rick needed to know if the guy was fit to fight. Knowing his name wouldn't hurt either. Hopefully there was nothing wrong with the student and all four of the students could proceed to the final level of the building with as little fighting as possible. Soon Rick started to fidget as he waited for the answer. They couldn't afford to waste time. Time was the last thing they could waste.

Snapping out of his daze at the captain’s command, Saint watched the other two spring ahead into action. As much as he may have disagreed with splitting up, it was a much more efficient way to cover ground. He would just have to assume that she knew what she was doing in giving the command and follow it. With that he turned to the kid who had just arrived and had taken a concern in Saint’s demeanor. As nice as it was, they didn’t have the time to spend on niceties and introductions, this kid most likely knew that full well. Taking a deep breath, the pillar turned to take toward the stairs and toward the next floor and whatever enemy might be awaiting their arrival. He left a few words in his wake.
“Fine… save the intro for when we get out.”
The quicker they moved, the quicker they completed the objective, the quicker they could leave. Sure, the old saying is “Haste makes waste”, however in this case it was untrue. Had no one known the students were in the building rushing could have been a bad idea but there presence was known… now it was a race to finish… before they got trapped someone. Striding up the steps two at a time, Saint was soon up to the next floor without checking to see if Rick had followed. The kid had rushed in after them to help… it was unlikely he’d turn right around and leave.

“Fine… save the intro for when we get out.”
Good. The guy was okay, that lifted a great load from Rick's mind. With a clear mind Rick is not able to think about what he's going to do in a fight. Rick followed Saint up to the next floor. Soon after Rick knew Saint was in sound body and mind, he quickly assumed his partner had a basic idea on what they would do for various tasks and problems. The assumption made Rick feel more confident. Rick was exactly seven steps behind Saint, matching his pace of two steps. He decided to speak again. Rick's voice was just quiet enough for his partner to hear his question as they traveled up the stairs. The question was to make sure Rick didn't assume wrong. The mistake of assuming anything here could be fatal.
"Do you have any plans if we incounter a god along the way? Anything you'd have me do? I'd rather not be in the way."
Caution was something Rick hasn't known too well, and Rick has the scars to prove it. The actual concept of caution has not been totally grasped by Rick yet. The cautious actions of Rick took much concentration to preform, being much more comfortable simpaly charging in and taking things as they are come to attention. Rick figured from the tone of Mr. Asiv on the phone that there was a very big chance Rick could be injured. Being reckless wasn't going to slim the chances.

"Well, well, well...."
A dark, sinister smile crept upon the maidens face, her hands brushing back a lock of pale violet hair, giving off a radiant glow of the moon. Her pale, thin figure gave off the thought that she might be weak and fragile, but she was far from it. She is Artemis, goddess of the hunt, who was quick with her feet, and quick with her attacks. She was dressed in a very light gown that went all the way down to the ground, made of silk, making it easier for this goddess to maneuver through the most difficult situations. She had on matching gloves and shoes, along with wrist guards as if prepared for battle. Her eyes were like a never ending pit of darkness, and looked as if she could take the soul of one just by looking at them.
Behind her were four henchmen, dressed casually with normal jeans, though had matching sweaters - purple. A few would've laughed at the light purple sweaters, but it was a way of ownership to Artemis; that these henchmen belonged to her. There were more, but Artemis already underestimated these fools due to her prideful nature. She believed that they were weak, and the thought of losing to a moral never even crossed her mind.
In front of her were two boys...very interesting.
"Look what we have here..."
She gave a light chuckle, before continuing to speak.
"Artemis, goddess of the hunt. It'll be my pleasure to destroy you..."
OOC: Let's get a move on.. We can at least finish this goddess so that the quest will go on faster, neh? Last time I checked, Leon wanted to finish this quest, so... Gogogo?

Before Saint could answer upon their arrival at what was the fourth floor of the building, yet another god, or goddess, appeared before them. This one also had four bodyguards with her, all in purple sweaters, which might be more expected by private school preppies. Saint hated fighting already, but fighting a woman seemed off as well, why did they have to do this?! With a small sigh of reluctance, he rolled up his sleeves revealing the spoils that had come into his position after the first conflict with the gods… Apollo’s arm guards. According to ancient mythology, Apollo was Artemis’ brother… perhaps this revelation would cause some sort of reaction, though unlikely. Time to answer Rick…
“Do your best… and don’t die.”
With that said the pillar took a few steps forward before starting into his rhythmic rocking on the balls of his feet. His arms held up before him, much like a boxer. He was ready to take whatever they could throw at him… and the quicker this might be over.

“Do your best… and don’t die.”
"OK, easy enough."
Rick reached the door frame for the fourth floor around ten seconds after Saint had entered, and his brain was contemplating exactly how much he knew about his partner. The initial thought spawned a whole thought loop.
Rick has never been one to get into fights, but knew that anyone could very well be a totally different person when fighting... Rick wouldn't be able to tell if that was true for his partner, for he had been in contact with the guy a grand total of about three minutes in just about total silence, besides Rick's barrage of question. If he changed at all, Rick would have no way to know. Rick soon cleared his mind of all pointless thought- again. Paying attention was a difficult task for ex-potato farmers kid. During the spars Rick has had he has no problem putting his mind to the task at hand. It's just the time in between when Rick's mind starts to wander. Rick's brain was just going into another thought loop about how useful his feet would be if he had fingers instead of toes when the voice of a woman grabbed Rick by the ears and commanded full attention with words that can only be described as sounding as soft as silk. The actual words
"Well, well, well...." "Look what we have here..." "Artemis, goddess of the hunt. It'll be my pleasure to destroy you..."
Rick was in awe. How such a being of this earth could speak so smoothly. Seconds later, Rick understood the implication what Artemis said, and put him into the moment. Here was a crazy woman who made it obvious that she wanted to kill Rick. Now was the time to get serious or die.
So Rick entered the fourth floor truly ready for the fight. He was already in the Wrath of the Drunkard Movement. This gave Rick the ability to get right to attacking and neutralize the opponents without having to switch his mindset from evade to attack. If the need arrises Rick would switch to Stumbling Drunk Man, but Rick figures the use of his first movement is going to be of little use. All It'll do is waste time that could be used to attack.

Hades dark lifeless eyes of nothing did not even flicker when his men where dispatched, and the other two had gotten past this floor, because Artemis was waiting for them. But when the boy with grey hair's arms lit up into flames it brought a slight twitch of the eye brow to Hades. The Princess was here, but it seemed some sort of fire Titan had joined with her. Oh well Hades had faught Titans before in the war against Zeus's father Kronos. His hands would raise from his cloak both palms would aim upward as the cloak slipped off. revieling a black Gi sleeveless shirt, and black pants along with a belt around his middle.
"Very well."
The arms he had out infront of him formed upside down fists the right one pulled in as his left leg took the lead, his left arm still outward with elbow slightly bent. This was a powerful stance, which meant he was gonna strike with speed and power. Hades was no fool like everyone else, he knew his own limitations, and held back nothing. He was the Lord of the Underworld, he took nothing for granted and likes the suffering of others.
Forward his feet slid until his foot tapped a body on the ground, he would kick the body up towards the boy with flames, and then use that same foot to come around and aime at Mitsuki's upper body on the side. It would snap back to prevent grabs, and to keep himself upright, if they where to defeat a god, they where gonna have to earn it.
