I think what I have in store for the room will be pretty noticeable. You can thank me later, Faust.

Aureus... Time for a lesson in water and electric equipment (or in this case, Faustykins). Faust uses his Qi to make electricity just outside of his body, just enough that his body doesn't conduct the electricity. And the outermost layer of skin is quite shock-resistant (even if the body is made mostly of water). When you wet the skin, it loses a lot of it's electrical resistance, making the body one big conductor. Catch my drift? Get Faust wet, he shorts out and will probably fry what little "sane" brains he has left. Sure... I'd take several volts too, because the water would act as the ground in this case, but not as severely as the generator. And one more thing. Holding a lighter up to a sprinkler won't set them all off. As a water-damage precaution, sprinklers only go off when they sense heat. Lighters generate heat, yes, but not enough to set all the sprinklers in a room off. So unless you want to get in between me and Raiden, and hold a lighter up to the sprinkler for about five seconds, it won't work. Sorry

There's more than one way to get you wet, ya know.

Let's think of it this way. With the training Faust has had, the energy used to manifest the electricity not only makes his skin-shock resistant but would also create a "barrier", in a sense. So getting Faust wet wouldn't make much difference, really. Atticus is still going to get the brunt of this assault and could wind up with a perpetual burning sensation. But, it's your character. Have fun, I know I am.
Oh. And really. Atticus should already start feeling the shock, without having to be doused. Think about it, the water vapor would play a key role in the conduction. So really, any close contact with Faust, not even physical, would mean the person getting shocked.
