First off, Tennant was our tenth Doctor. Matt Smith is our eleventh. I don't like the look of him. -_-
Second, Marianne looks better than any of our nurses in blue. Don't ever work here dear, we make nurses look funny. xD

See, Doctor Who hasn't been on tv for a while, waiting for the new season -_- I forgot he was 10th. He was an awesome doctor none the less.
As for Matt Smith, I'll hold my reservations for now. Tennant was an increasingly darker doctor and I personally hope Smith takes off with this and works on it.

Was so epic before they changed the Actor who played the initial one then it kinda just became bunch of puny jokes that bored me and the same repetitive screenplay over and over again.

PARKOUR?!?!?!!?!? I want to do parkour.... when a friend of mine was drunk she did parkour.... but all she really was doing was holding on to a stop sign and spun around..or jumped onto a bus stop bench ^.^ fun times.
