M.A.P. is a young woman standing about five foot eight, somewhat tall after a growth spurt. Her eyes are so intense a blue they seem to be violet. Her raven colored hair falls in a ankle length braid, a shoulder-length lock of her hair is dyed a deep lavendar, at the end of the braid hangs a silver loop- with a good luck bell. Her clothes never seem to fit, her onyx pants are too big and her silver buckled belt doesn't help- her favorite shirt is a well washed once black shirt- now gray- it has on sleeve that falls to about her knees when her arm is down, to hide her burned arm (her only physical injury from the fire) and the other side lack a sleeve. She wears enormous and un-kept boots with neon green laces. Around her neck hangs a lotus 'fortune' charm- her first gift ever. On her back shulder is a number burned into her skin '53071', she keeps it well covered for it rests under the long sleeved side of her shirt.
Personality: Straight-forward, Level-Headed, Quiet.
Her mood ranges from serious to somewhat cheerful. It's an unusual thing for her to laugh and to anger her. She makes it a point to show very few sides of her personality. She cries rarely, randomly and gets confused sometimes- in times of pressure or when someone isn't doing so well she shows an all knowing gentleness. And somehow she's a kid magnet. She forgets things alot, important and unimportant. Usually at a bad time.
History: When asked to remember her she only shrugs and shakes her head. Memory is not something Mouse has regained completely.
She lost most of her memory in the fire that killed her mother. She remembers reaching into the skin scorching flames and trying to pull mother free- but a beam fell and knocked her out. The fire had been extinguished long before she crawled out with her mothers’ charred body. People stared at her as she laid her mother on the ground and said, "There was an accident."
After waking up in a hospital, she was taken back to a large house with a room that was hers alone. Mirrors lined the walls and a punching bag hung in the center and her bed was a futon on the floor. But this room and these things she did not remember.
There was a man with raven colored hair like hers and cold gray eyes- but despite his constant reminders, she never once called him father. She was a bridesmaid at the wedding, though she didn't know whom the wedding was for. Mouse's father had remarried to a terrible gold digger name Feliecia. After Mouse refused to be hired on staff as a servant in their home that woman deemed her a ‘financial plague’. Shortly after the man drove Mouse far out into the countryside and told her to get out- he beat Mouse within an inch of her life, not having the gut or heart to kill his own child. He held back what would've been the final bloody punch and yelled,
"Get out of here! JUST GO! YOU'RE TOO MUCH TROUBLE! NO ONE WANTS SOME- SOME AMNESIATIC AROUND! NO GO!"
Without any choice, Mouse traveled to a house she had directions for. This is where she met her grandmother. Her grandmother only smiles and tells M.A.P. about her mother- as she pulls her hair, barrages her with insults etc. She lived above the Fortune Shoppe and was sent to some public school- but she didn't really care.
When you can't even remember the name of your dead mother it's best to go about life without making a ripple.
Now she works for Rama Corporation, Mr. Kazahana having bought her from her grandmother. She now lives with Sky, loving the time she spends with Reia, Evan, Valentine, Sky, and the puppy she found and named ‘Honcho’.
As with amnesia, M.A.P. slowly began to gain back her memory- the first of them being so stressful, her body lost all ability to regulate inner temperature and she began to overheat. After calming her down, she sank back into her normal blank expressions and carried on as she had been. Only at this moment with a hint of what had once happened- the memory of being shot sticking solidly in her mind.
Her first fight was held within Rama Corporation, a training session with Jyo Mashima- one which in ended with a small cut on his cheek, mirroring moves, and a draw. A few days later came the second round of memories and this ended poorly. Waking up in a room of broken glass and her own blood, M.A.P. went back to the penthouse to find herself taking the role of housekeeper and cook- mostly to ease her mind and give her a feeling of control in her jumbled and foggy mind.
Soon came the simple truth, M.A.P. realized through her past, through each horrific and violent memory, she was indeed something more than she was. Some far more dangerous- too dangerous to be around little Reia or the others within the penthouse. Leaving them, she chose to live in the park rather than put those she had grown to care for in danger, though she would return daily to clean and cook a meal or two. She was truely attached to them and honestly cared for them, being more than glad to give her life for them.
With this in mind, Evan managed to convince her to return and once again she became the full time housekeeper, cook, and nanny- though she lost her place under Sky's bed due to the addition of Valentine to their odd family. Now living with Sky, Evan, Valentine, and Reia, M.A.P. had the ideal family.
Sadly however, the stimuli of day to day life triggered a third memory. This even leading to a violent attack from not outside forces but the monster lurking within the amnesiatic girl. Being found on the floor of the school, M.A.P. left the penthouse once again, though this time, she failed to return.
Loosing sight of what she was, she took on a form between the dangerous memories and her amnesiatic life- her lack of clarity at the time, led to more trouble than anything was truely worth. Attacking Konjou, a new boy in town who was in the wrong place at the wrong time, putting him in the hospital- then finding herself in a losing fight with Jyo- M.A.P. was forced back into the right mind- well at least the one with the amnesia.
One last time she visited the penthouse, taking life back to normal until one evening- the same she left a gift at the foot of Reia's bed, a box of small figurines- each an exact replica of the people M.A.P. had met and known for the time. However, no sooner had she set the box down, a sharp sound sent her into a rage and in the same moment, as she was prepared to deliver the single unsuspected strike to Sky's skull- Reia screamed and M.A.P. snapping out of the trance and instantly leaving.
At the death of Mirna, her grandmother, and the admittance of not hatred but love between grandmother and grandchild- M.A.P.'s clairty on the right and wrong grew dim and unfocused. Having been living in the graveyard, M.A.P. soon found clarity in one answer- and found a new goal to achieve- Kazahana knew all the answers to her lost memory, and it was her duty to find out. The King of Dangerous always had the answers. But rather than answers, M.A.P. found a needle full of sodium penethyol and promises of a memory returned.
But when M.A.P. awoke, she found not the medical basement of Rama Corp but rather blood soaked grass and a river. Honcho whined softly and without a word, M.A.P. picked him up and they went down into the river to wash away the blood. Stumbling upon a collar around her forearm, the tags reading 'loyal' and 'guard'..she seemed not to mind them and continued on with cleaning both herself and Honcho until the water around them ran clean.
M.A.P. then left this city, not knowing what she had left behind, not knowing whose blood that had been and not knowing if anyone she had been around would need her ever again, she left. There was no place for her any longer. Walking for nearly a year and a half, encountering many an odd person and many more an occaisional adventure, M.A.P. finally came to a new place with a school called PHS #259. Registering, she so far has failed to attend and can often be found with Honcho in the park.
Style: She doesn't like to fight but she acts mostly on impulse. Usually a boot is thrown or she uses her metal braid end to hit someone- it's eaisly removed and used as a throwing object. It rings when someone else, who is holding it, is about to attack. Otherwise- if confrontation arises and is unescapable, she tries her best to defend- clawing, biting, and kicking. Something she has learned is mimicry- the mimic is always in perfect form but mechanical.
