In her assumptions she was correct, he had built up too much momentum already to let it go to waste by stopping, once he touched down with both feet his momentum was still going and he launched himself towards June, his left knee raised to slam into her side and both arms shot forward to impact with her inner shoulder area on her torso. This was another Muat Thai regular attack, but it was to attack with more than one part of the body at once, there where many counters for the move, thats why you dont use both legs so the one hanging down to touch the ground is there just in case movement is needed.

The open leg, that was the weak point June saw while she was attempt to dodge from him. She let her body drop backward, the knee grazing up against her thigh, but not enough to cause a lot of damage, though the friction was definitely uncomfortable. Both of her hands would quickly catch herself on the ground, almost like was rehearsed, and then she would shoot out both of her feet, trying to connect in the frontal area of the man's shin. The shin was a weak point, it hurt like hell when it was hit, though it didn't immobilize someone, it caused enough pain to temporary stun them, and that was the goal June was going for. Plus, the shin was a more open target, hence why in soccer shin guards were needed. If the attack hit, that would be a perfect opportunity for June to go for a follow up attack, just because she was on the ground didn't mean her attack range was limited as one would think. If it missed though, she would also be prepared to dodge, she wasn't helpless either.

In Muay Thai people train their shins and fore arms to take blows like this and just brush them off, the calcium build up and muscles in the area had made the blow less of a shock. As a Muay Thai fighter himself all it did was take his leg from under him. The knee that was up in the air dropped to the ground as he was now in a crouched possition, this was not where he wanted to be, but at least he wasn't stunned or in pain fromt he kick to the shin, thank youu Muay Thai. The pain fo the blow was still there yes, it had made contact full on, but it was just normal pain, not that kind of pain when you try to pick up a chick and get kicked in the shin type of pain. This was just an annoying pain.
He kept sight of his apponent who was on the ground, but from what he knew from just earlier in the fight, she was very flexible and mobil, so he backed off as fast as he could.

It was the second he dropped that June had retreated her legs, but she wasn't done with the assault, she quickly spread them both out raising them high in the air adding a lot of pressure onto her arms by doing this. Naturally, this was a double edged move, it was going to cause her arms to wear off, but if it worked, this guy would be in some trouble. You see, due to him dropping to a knee, he had to have some down time right? Well, June planned on closing in both legs, having them hit hard into both temples of his head, there for causing a headache at the very least. Unfortunately, June was having trouble like said multiple times, she was putting up a fight, but her breaths were becoming heavy, her body was becoming heavy, her moves were slowly beginning to get worse and worse by the second. Soon enough, she was going to need to forfeit, but not yet... she needed to see more of how this guy fought. So far, it was interesting, but was there anything she'd need to look out for in the future?

With his arms always being up in front of him he was able to use both arms to fore arm block one of the lergs, but the other had hit and made his head turn quickly, but he just as quickly turned it back, catching that leg that hit with his arms that where still up, he would grab ahold of the ankle as quickly as he could and twist it to flip her on her stomach, he would wrap his arm around her ankle to his armpit and then around to the knee and lean back as quickly as possible. This was a style of Muay Thai that immitated an elephants trunk to twist around body parts and break them,b ut since this was a tournament fight it would only spply pressure not break anything. Thats of course if it worked.

Unfortunately for June, he had managed to grab onto her ankle, but her other leg quickly retracted and kicked forward aimed right toward his face. This would most likely force him to instantly let go, and June would quickly flip back using her arms in a back somersault to get herself to safety. The kick in itself was only strong enough to get him to let go, so there wouldn't really be any serious damage done to him, unless for some odd reason he leaned into the kick. If that all worked out, she would be back standing where they could start another round, but slightly more tired and drained this time around. Things weren't looking good for her, this guy was a good fighter, and even worse, he seemed to have the physical ability to back it up. He had what June lacked, and there for, things were looking worse on her end.

Once he felt he had the ankle, he thought success was near, but once the foot came intot he picture hitting him in the face, the whole out look changed as he was knocked back. He did his best to get his balance and continue with his Muay Thai stance. Some blood making a small line coming from his nose from just the impact knocking alittle blood loose. He whipped it away fast on his wrist while he had his arms raised infront of his chest. So this fight was gonna last alittle longer than John thought. It was good and bad at the same time. He could see her waring down from lack of energy, but how long could he say he was ok to fight? He may go into the next round so worn out it could end up an easy win. He may end up using his Qi in that fight.

June took the down time to rest because unlike this guy, rest was better for her. If he continued to stand around, his wounds would sink in with the pain, and it would be much harder to fight as time continues to go on. Meanwhile, due to just being pure drained on June's part, if she kept herself away, she could slowly gain back that energy needed to let her last longer. Still, she openly admitted this fight was taking a turn for the worse, she may need to forfeit soon, but she wanted to wait a little while longer. She needed to drag this out, besides, she knew when enough was enough, and she felt she could last a bit longer.

Damn this was getting alittle intense now wasn;t it? Well John couldn't very well hold off and let everything he'd been working ofr so far to go to waste could he? nope, he he went in once again, this time leaning to one side as he ran to curve that way as he did so. They wheren't even that far apart so he didn't have that much time in his charge, he decided to throw a hook, but it wasn't usual cause he bent the arm in completely going to hit with his elbow across the left side of her face with his right arm. The time it would take to throw a punch would be cut in half. His other arm prepared for the counter as he was certainw as coming.

Being short was thankful, especially during attacks that didn't involve the whole limb to be made, and this guy's elbow attack was an example of that. Though it was quicker, it was also easier to dodge with a ducking motion, and that's exactly what June did. She moved her body to the left, getting under his right arm, and then went for a hard right palm strike toward his left set of ribs, meant to add pain around the area, but that wasn't the main purpose. Though there would be pain, June didn't have the strength to break anything, so it would just leave a bruise at the worse, the advantage to this attack was that it had enough force to thrust him backward, there for giving June time to react to another move. If it was dodged... well, June wasn't open per say, but dodging moves at a continuous rate without a stop in the repetition of attacks got difficult with each one dodged.

His elbow had been ducked, his eyes followed the motions and saw it, the palm going for his left side. With hs elbow he let it shift his weight for him, to dodge the palm, but just by half an inch, his elbow would be coming back from that as he would send his left arm down to grab the palm that had been sent at his ribs, and pull it just enought os end whoever did it off balance, ducking had its draw backs., but his left knee would raise up to hit June in the side of the head, which should of been closer considering the duck, and the slight tug if it worked.

The attack had missed narrowly, but luckily the way he had to dodge it he had to step technically closer to June's unoccupied limbs there for meaning he was exposed to many attacks. June didn't even both with moving her arm before she went on with another attack which would be her left foot stepping violently onto his left ankle which would ironically be the one he would be planning to attack with if he dreamed of being able to hit her. Though she may of been ducked a bit, her foot work was above the norm, and there for it was quite easy to go for the attack. At the very least it would be able to prevent the knee strike, but that wasn't it, that was a distraction. While stepping forward, she would quickly shoot back up, since now she had the ability too, and with the momentum, a left handed uppercut would be aimed right toward his chin.
So a recap on everything for clarity. He moves to his right, and then June's attack misses. June doesn't waste time, she violently thrusts her right leg down toward his left ankle, due to close range and the quick movement, it would most likely completely swart off his knee attack though damage would be minimal. Last but not least, she would go for a powerful uppercut with her free left hand toward his chin to knock him backward, and end the struggle.

Yes, John had decided to knee with the leg that ironically was attacked, now because of the time of impact would have no pressure on the leg it would be flung off to the side making him spin around 360 dagrees. As he came back to position his ankle in slight pain from the attack his quick eyes caught the sight of a familier move, he would rotate to his right, which would be her left, and throw his elbow back to hit her in the exposed ribs from the motion of an upper cut. He would avoid it, but just by that small margin as has been happening through this entire fight.

Both of June's eyes widened at her attack missing, it was definitely not a good thing on her part. If he dodged, that meant a counter was coming, and the only thing she could do was turn her body the way her uppercut was going. Why? Well, that was the open part, and that's where his body was closest too. While turning, letting her leg go back to attempt to dodge what was coming, the elbow would manage to skid right against her set of ribs, a burning pain going along with it due to it managing to make contact. It was a good enough damage where it bluntly hit her, but due to the angle, it couldn't dig in like normal attacks and would slide off before it caused anything too serious.
Anyways, with all of that said, the attack hit, just not completely, and due to the damage, June would jump back getting distance. She couldn't win this, it was obvious now. She wouldn't even waste time, he just had her beat. She got in some moves, there was nothing more she could do.
"You win, I give up!"
Since she forfeited, he would naturally have to back off, otherwise it would most likely be a disqualification on his part. She had labored breathing, it could be found in her voice when she surrendered, but she didn't have a strong endurance, she was bound to crack eventually anyways.

John finished his spin turning completely around and resumed the Muay Thai stance easily, she had back peddled which rendered any come backs useless as he would have to advance on her and doing so was dangerouse as her skills where great. But she voiced her forfiet and he dropped his arms and stood up straight. He decided it was ok, but didn't really like winning that way. He took a few steps closer and was wondering if he hurt her badly. Which woudl explain a forfiet.
"You ok?"
