Emily managed to pull a smile, but cringed at the pain... even her facial muscles were sore... quite a workout, this day has been... and she barely remembers half of what she did to Rem... what the heck happened?

"You don't have to join if you don't want to."

He sighed. She'd probably never understand.

Rem didn't bother answering, instead heaving his sister over his shoulder, a bit unceremoniously due to his short stature, and then re-entered the building. She'd recover from his Qi attack soon enough. She just needed some rest. He'd take her back to her apartment and then head back to Delilah's.
