Emily sat there, on the top row of the audience seats as she waited for her brother, Rem, to enter. After all... she had disappeared out of the sight of Militia for quite some time, and one might say she had escaped, when many people can tell... Emily was a very loyal person, and even though she might regret a decision she had done, she will never turn her back on a cause she had said yes to...
... well, unless she had seen something that cause supports that was against her morals. Which, currently, none has.
Right now, that wasn't the case. She just wanted to meet her brother again. In fact, exhilarated to show her older brother the new things she had learned while she was at the Correctional Facility. Amazing as it seems, her interest in Ballet music sparked an interest in Ballet and she found herself integrating it into her fighting style.
Though, she had a long way to go... well... that's what life is! Life is all about improvement -- and failure was a way of finding out what weaknesses one has. Emily was not afraid of failure anymore.
Well...
Her brother was late. What was taking him so long?

"BANZAI!!"
Rem sidled into the gym with the urgency of a sleeping turtle, stretching his arms out and craning his neck to look at his baby sister sitting up on the bleachers.
"Sorry I'm late, yo! There was this thing that happened at this place and that thing held me up, see?"
His vague explanation aside, Rem had a enormous grin plastered onto his face. Emily seemed...different. Other than the different hair color, there was definitely something off about her. Not particularly off in a bad way, it was just something he couldn't pick up.
Regardless, she was still his sister, and he was still intent on having fun with this. Maybe he could discern how she'd changed by fighting her. Only time would tell.
"Come on down, lady. Let's get started!"

"BANZAI!!"
'Here he comes.'
"Sorry I'm late, yo! There was this thing that happened at this place and that thing held me up, see?"
The silver-haired girl would stand, her arms crossed over her chest as she made her way down, "It's okay, Rem." She would say, smiling. Well... her smiles were dangerous. It was then when a lot of people can't say much about that she was exactly thinking.
Though Rem might have an idea though.
"Come on down, lady. Let's get started!"
"As you wish~!" She would say, dashing towards her brother with newfound speed. Reaching the bottom of the audience area she would jump up and lash out her fans at him from the sky, sending gales of Searing hot wind towards Rem's general direction. Emily would pivot herself around in the air so that she would land right behind her brother, facing him and charged towards him... letting the two fans fall to the little chain on her wrists, leaving her hands free as she would then direct a punch towards her brother's back.
If it hit, he'd be able to feel the area around Emily's fist be searing hot, like hellfire. If he moved out of the way, well, she'd roll forward until she stops herself with a hand and assumes a position where in she is sitting, crouched about 5 feet away from her brother.
Emily's stats Strength: 30 + 5 = 35 Dexterity: 30 + 5 = 35 Constitution: 26 Intelligence: 24 Wisdom: 24 Charisma: 26
I apologize for the lame post. I suck at initiating a fight XP

"As you wish~!"
Rem's eyes widened and he let out a long whistle at his sister's speed. She'd gotten stronger, that much was clear. He braced himself as she leapt into the air and waved her oversized fans. The musty heat that accompanied the winds were intense, so much so that they forced him to take a few steps backward and raise his forearm to cover his face. He flinched as the winds pierced his skin in several places, but stood his ground as it buffeted against him.
Just as soon as the wind had started, it finished. He was stunned at how much her skills and fighting ability had progressed, and by the time he moved his forearms from his face, his baby sister was nowhere to be found. At least she was...until he heard a slight footfall behind him. S-sugoi!
Despite his newfound admiration for his sister, her increased ability only made him certain about one thing. He would not need to hold back this time.... or rather, if he wanted to survive, he'd sure as hell better not hold back this time!
As light as Rem was, and judging by the distance his sister was behind him, his best bet was to jump, which he did. Up and over her fist, pulling his knees up to his chest and stretching his arms out to his sides for balance. Once in midair, and well out of the reach of his sister's punch, he'd reach down and prop his hand on her forearm, whilst reorienting himself and shooting both feet at her head.

'Damn!' she'd curse inwardly. Her brother had used his height and weight advantage against her and basically shot his feet at her face-- her forehead, most specifically. It hurt quite a bit, but nothing Emily couldn't handle.
After all, she was now just on the same level as him... or at least, that was what she was hoping. Emily fell backwards, the force of the kick getting to her as the girl as she went and caught herself with a step backward...
... then another one before she finally snapped from that daze, pulling herself back with a few backflips, sending the usual vertical blades of wind towards Rem's direction as she did so.
Regardless of the helpful abilities she had been able to achieve during her brief stay in that horrible Correctional Facility, inwardly.. she wanted to go back. Go back and have more of those drugs put into her. Why?
She was addicted.
Control. She wanted control. She controlled Kari better when she had power. Emily craved it... yearned for it...
... and would die for it.
On the third backflip she would land on her hands, pushing herself off the ground and headed upwards. This mighty jump would hopefully land her onto her brother's shoulders, using her weight to lock his head into a deathlock with her legs and pull him backwards, catching herself with her hands and using more force to pull Rem down harder as they fell. Most damage this could do, if it succeeded, would be a blow to his knee, abdomen and pelvic area.
If Emily missed him by the shoulders, she would land right next to him, landing on a crouch and did a sweep kick as to put him out of balance, or better yet-- topple him over.

Rem would land lightly in a partial crouch and would immediately cross his arms in front of him to defend against the wind attacks. He flinched yet again as wind pierced his skin anew. He still couldn't believe how much Kari had advanced in strength and speed since he'd last seen her. Still, simply getting stronger and faster wouldn't be enough to take Rem Aoyama down. He had one thing he knew she didn't. Experience.
With the reflexes of a well-honed fighter, Rem pushed himself backwards, skidding to his feet as his sister would land in front of him. Forcing his upper body to lean forward and changing directions on the fly, the Japanese youth charged at her with the impression that her awkward landing would put her off-balance for just a second. The hollow sounds of his hurried footfall echoed throughout the empty gymnasium as he stretched his arm out in an attempt to press his palm gently against her right upper arm.
"Shainapusu Heki!" (Synapse Rend)
A sudden burst of electricity would travel throughout his hand, to his fingertips, where it would temporarily disrupt the nerve-endings at that spot, causing the temporary paralysis of her entire arm. Whether that worked or not, Rem would pivot his tiny frame 90 degrees and aim a harsh elbow to her abdomen, and then raise his forearm, elbow still in her abdomen, to smash his knuckles into her face. If those somehow didn't land, Rem would roll forward to increase the distance between them.

Emily didn't have the talent to fight. Maybe picking up on the skill, but... she was never really a good fighter. Did she care? No. She didn't give a damn.
She didn't care if her brother had more experience either.
Her determination to get better, to improve... was for her, the most important thing. Her loss would be her win in the long run, as she'd be able to pick up new information for herself to use... and the more one would hit her... the more resistance she will develop. Victory was only a reward... Loss is part of Victory, or at least... one of the roads towards.
She was caught off guard though, when his palm touched her right upper arm. All of what he did hit her. Emily was elbowed right there in the stomach and punched right there at her chin.
... and she was smiling.
Landing on a slump on the ground, her smile became something familiar. Crazed and obviously someone who'll not be held back by mere attachments.
... She will sever them.
There were no siblings right now, on this gymnasium.
Electricity is a fun thing to play with, on the medical end. Aside from burns on the skin... you get cooked on the inside... and nerves get numbed and all. Pain was imminent.
Kari's smile grew wider, a laugh resounding on the gym as she laid there.
She would roll quickly, her right arm too numb too hurt. Oh, this reminded her so much of those thugs. 100 thugs out for the kill?
Now with one hand temporarily unable to do it's job, Emily would roll away until the farthest end of the Gym and stood up. Massaging her arm for a bit with the other.
She didn't feel like attacking right now. Maybe, she'll try being on the defensive.

A few sparks of electricity would crackle at his fingertips as he rose to stand at his full 4'11'' height and then pop into non-existence. He'd wriggle his fingers to loosen them up and stare at his sister as she let out her laugh. He knotted his eyebrows and narrowed his eyes, his lips betraying the beginnings of a frown.
The thoughts shooting through his mind were the complete opposite of Emily's. This fight was all about family. Whatever his sister had been through since the last time he'd seen/spoken to her, it'd obviously left her seriously messed up. It looked as though the progress she'd made on her sanity within the last few months had been flushed right down the toilet. Whatever'd happened to her, Rem was going to try his damned hardest to undo.
Taking the initiative, Rem began to run toward his sister as soon as she began to roll. By the time she got to her feet, he would have leapt into the air, aiming a spinning jump kick to her chest area. Should he miss, he would land behind her and instantly shoot his leg up behind him, aimed for the back of her knee.

There he came. Hearing steps as she rolled, she could imagine Rem running, running towards his "baby sister.
Kari was not a very kind person. Especially now that her entire right arm is numbed? No fucking way. Right now was family brawl time. She will win this no matter what. With all that happened inside that darned Correctional Facility -- Think she'll play nice today?
Never.
'He'll jump.' she thought, as she stood from where she stopped. 'He'll jump!'
And he DID; right in the air where she wanted him. They were still quite the distance apart, because of how fast Emily had rolled her way to where she was. She would turn a bit to the left and swung her leg swiftly to her right, creating a horizontal blade of searing hot wind, aiming for his kneecaps that would most likely screw up his walking and running.
A limb for a limb, no? It would give Rem a long-term issue with using his legs and if it hit on one, or better yet, both his legs... it would most likely ruin whatever he was planning to hit. Emily was now facing her right. Rem would just slam forward into Emily, which she was going to greet with an elbow towards his stomach.
Otherwise, if all were a miss, Rem's assault would definitely hit her, maybe not her chest due to where she was positioned, but she would be hit on the back and thrown forward and into the ground.

Damn those short legs of his! Despite his agility, Rem found himself in quite the precarious situation. Midair; no way to reorient himself; his knees in grave danger. If her attack were to catch his kneecaps, he'd be pretty much out of this fight. What to do, what to do!?
"....Raihekihoujin!" (Great Lightning Split Barrier)
Rem's body suddenly emitted a bright light and a continuous crackling and whirring sound filled the air as a domed barrier of pure electricity appeared in front of him. Performing this ability took him out of his attacking pose, but the result he'd desired came to fruition. The wind blew at him, buffeting the barrier and just plain blowing past either side of him, striking the ceiling in two lined patterns.
"Five..."
As Emily had predicted, his own momentum had propelled him forward directly into her elbow, however, all that it hit was the barrier instead, which would definitely send surges of electricity up her arm and to the rest of her body. Rem would simply take a few steps backwards and crouched slightly, dissipating the barrier and aiming all ten of his fingers at his sister.
"Jibashi!" (Electromagnetic Murder)
Rem's hands were gradually encompassed by randomly patterned streaks of electricity and he then shot ten bolts of electricity through the fingertips of his spread fingers, aiming a spread of electricity at his sister's immediate area, should she make an attempt to move toward him.

Yes. It worked.
Perfect affirmation.
Well, Rem managed to avoid getting the worst of damage. It was going to be a little difficult on her part from this on, and considering that she was now only 5 feet away from the wall there was not much space to escape to. Going sidewards would be reasonable, but that was something she'd rather not do at the moment. There were still things she could do head-on.
Impact.
Electricity sizzled through skin as Emily's Elbow took most of the hit from the globe of electricity. Not much pain receptors there, but yes... electricity flowed still through her body, her fingers twitching... only to be stopped when Emily managed to get a hang of the electricity flowing through her.
An anticipated pain.
But despite the fact that she knew this might happen, well... the body had it's limits...
Emily looked up for a second.
Oh, look -- an idea!
She made her way to avoid pulling herself into a worse situation with that barrier of electricity with a flip back, too concerned with speed to bother creating a wind blade towards him this time. It was a good call, considering that she heard her brother announce this other attack... she didn't bother trying to figure out.
Another quick flip led her to land feet-first onto the wall, and she pushed herself forward with a spinning motion. Unknown to Rem, she would be sending a sharp blade of wind towards the metal frame of the basketball hoop right above Rem, the heat of the wind melting the steel as it cut as to not make any noise.
Then, Emily would land on her feet around 2-3 meters away from her brother, crouched-- then quickly set out to pull her remaining hand in a violent horizontal motion four times and send four blades at 3 second intervals towards the back of Rem's knees and ankles. Considering Emily used the full range of motion of her arm, Rem would either have to jump to meet the falling basketball hoop (the entire thing) and be crushed, or face the danger of the 2nd wave of blades set out to sever his muscles if he ever jumped to some other area.
Either way, his choice.

Rem's eyes quickly followed his sister's movements as she evaded his Jabashi assault. As she hopped around in complicated acrobatic fashion, Rem could hear the creaking sound of strained metal.
"Oh, hell no..."
He looked up toward the sound and let out a yelp. He was about to rush to the side when he felt it: the slight change in temperature around his calf region, even under the thick fabric of his pants. He'd noted, after receiving her attacks on more than one occasion, that the heat from her attacks traveled faster that the actual wind itself.
"Crap!"
Emily had sure as hell gotten better; so much so, in fact, that Rem was beginning to actually think he'd lose this if he didn't get down to business. In his current precarious situation, he was stuck between the proverbial rock and hard place. If he stayed still, or tried to move to either side, her wind attack would get him. If he jumped up to avoid it, he'd be leaping headfirst into the falling metal frame. A pincer attack... not bad...
"..."
Rem didn't have time to think any longer. He quickly let himself slide to the floor in a split and braced himself as the searing wind blades struck him in his mid-back. The blow stung severely, sending him rolling forward with its sheer force. As he righted himself, he brought both of his legs upwards, propping himself up on his shoulders so that he didn't aggravate the freshly bleeding and painful wounds on his back. He was now almost vertically upside down.
"Raihekihoujin!" (Great Lightning Split Barrier)
A smaller version of his domed electricity barrier spread over the area under his feet, just as the metal frame struck it. He struggled with it, even though the barrier took the brunt of the blow, gravity added a slight pressure that forced his knees to bend and his leg muscles to pull taut with extreme effort. Eventually, he managed to swing himself to the side on his back, hissing in pain as he left a trail of blood on the ground in his wake. The basketball ring frame crashed to the ground where he had been a few seconds before, the sound echoing throughout the gymnasium in pounding, bass tones.
"Four..."
The young man shook his head to clear it as he rose to his feet, sparks of electricity crackling at his fingertips. Her paralyzed arm should be getting better by now. It was time to rectify that. He'd rush Emily head on, his arms raised high into the air, flinching at the pain this bit of movement solicited. Then, stopping just a few feet away from her suddenly, a move which SHOULD catch her offguard, he'd smash his open palms into the ground. The sparks of electricity around his forearms and hands would increase.
"Tenshou Raizangeki!" (Heaven Soaring Thunder Strike)
The ground beneath Emily (circle), would glow with an eerie yellow hue, pulsing in time with her own heartbeat. A second later, lightning like sparks would shoot up through the ground at the her. Ground zero for the attack would spread a whopping three meters in diameter, with Emily at its epicenter.

Sorry for taking a bit. Revisions on Qi and Fighting style had to be done due to the fact that people were mistaking my Fighting style as Qi, so I made it into Qi anyway. Check profile for further details.
A bit distracted while making this post, so it wouldn't be as good as the previous ones. -disappointing-
Emily chuckled inwardly. This was all working according to plan. Watching him injure himself just to avoid getting a more compromising injury. Heh... revenge was sweet.
She took a defensive pose, watching him as he rose to his feet and reserving her energy for-- well, he made a dash for her right on. Then again, who would rush towards someone with their hand's up at the air? Wouldn't it slow him down...? Somehow the felt that the aerodynamics of that wasn't really helpful.
A punch downward? ... or maybe even a fake so she'd be blocking the wrong way? Emily prepared herself for a jump as he approached, lacking time though and jumped anyway. Rem had stopped though, and slammed his hands onto the ground. WHAT?
More Electricity? Jeez... she had already jumped... what now?
She knew he probably wouldn't be able to use it for too long after this. The floor around her would basically glow.
"Tenshou Raizangeki!"
'Heaven Soaring Thunder Strike? From below!' she'd note. From where else would it be? Sparks of Electricity made it's way through her body now, a second wasted in formulating a plan. It wouldn't go to waste though.
"F-F-F-F-F-F-FFFFuuuuf-f-fuuuufuufu-uuufuuu-u-uuu!" Emily chuckled, as she bent her knees once she landed back on the ground, wobbling a bit, then turned, running to be at least 1 meter away from Rem (but still being electrocuted due to the 3 meter range) and jumped as high as her legs would bring her. Something had to be done about these darned sparks.
Slipping Hilaga, one of her metal fans, onto her hand... she would open it and throw it towards Rem.
Some would say that Electricity will always try to find a better conductor to go through to find a ground. Metals were a better conductor than human flesh; and so... most, if not all of the electricity would try to bend over towards the fan that was spinning it's way towards Rem. It's target? It was either his chest, or his shoulder.
If he loses his focus to avoid being massively hit and cancels his assault of electricity, he'd most likely find Emily landing on her feet on what was supposed to be a meter away from the epicenter of his attack.
Should he decide to be stubborn and stay where he was, he'd most likely find that despite the fact Emily's fans were quite dull, the force and manner that were used to throw them would have it enough to at least dig 2 inches into his skin, where ever it might hit. Some electricity from his own attack would flow towards it too, still giving Emily quite an escape as she would run off the thing's range.
Either would be a generous drain of energy but she Though flinching for a few seconds, Emily would take Timog, her last fan onto her left hand and swing towards Rem's direction a mighty heave of searing hot windblades.

Damn. Tunnel vision. Rem's eyes fluttered slightly. His Qi was in the beginning stages of its negative effects. Though, he'd sooner swear fealty to moogles than let his sister know how close to falling he actually was. He chuckled a bit as she chucked her large fan at him, drawing some of the electricity away from her body and then leapt out of the way of ground zero.
There were many maneuvers he could employ to deal with the oncoming fan, but some primal instinct forced him to choose the most difficult route. With a wild grin, he hunched over a bit and held his ground, edging his feet apart and bending his knees. He waited until the fan was a few feet away from him and then raised his right arm forward, catching the fan between his four fingers and thumb as though it were a Frisbee, stopping it midflight. The force of the impact on his fingers sent shockwaves through his body and send him skidding back on his feet a few meters. His fingers throbbed, pain radiating throughout the appendage, but he forced himself to ignore it for now. Instead, he raised his left arm over his head.
"Balmung!!" (Thor's Sword)
The air around his arm crackled to life as an intense electrical aura surrounded it. With one vicious downward swing, Rem's arm sliced through Emily's metal fan like a hot knife through butter, effectively dissecting it. He let the two halves of the now useless weapon clang to the ground on either side of him and then stood up straight. The look on his face was one that was totally uncharacteristic of him. He was pissed. Angry eyes stared across at Emily as she used her remaining fan to once more send her windblades at him. Again, Rem waited. Just before the searing wind got to him, he raised his right knee up to his chest and prepared to strike.
"Gungnir!!" (Odin's Spear)
A loud bass crack resounded throughout the gymnasium, shattering the windows as Rem's electrically charged leg shot out at a rapid pace, sending a gust of wind toward Emily's of equal, or even possibly greater than the one heading his way. The forces would fight for a few seconds before his broke through, heading towards Emily at breakneck speeds.
"Three."
