Andrews eyes locked on to the boy who stood down the hall, his glasses reflecting off the lighting that hung above them. He wondered what exactly the boy was doing, why he was here, and why he kept staring at them all for no apparent reason. He looked long and hard, mentally trying to figure that puzzle out, when he caught a part of what the pale man behind him said.
"...she doesn't reveal her technique to just anyone..." He thought about that, then looked down at the girl who appeared to be the local expert on explosives, and the other girl, Delilah, who had put in a word of her own.
"Its not a bomb, it was the woman who made it explode. She obviously has the ability to make things explode through touch." He turned his head over his shoulder to look at the white skinned man.
"Thats what you meant by technique, right?" He said confidently.
There was a reason he was in the business he was in, to solve little riddles and uncover certain facts about people he planned on killing.
And oh, did he have a plan for her.

"ah" bastille replied with a look that basically said her recently hard pondered question had just been answered. Bastille should have payed a little more attention to what the man said.
"thought it looked fishie" she grumbled.

Serj smiled rewardingly at Michael. "Well done. That's exactly what I meant." He slipped his hands behind his back and straightened them. He nodded at Bastille and Delilah. "Both very well educated answers though. I myself am not very knowledgeable of of the 'black market'. I've tried to stay far from that line of work since my last encounter," He shrugged casually, as though this tiny window to his past wasn't that significant.
Wasn't it?
His gaze passed over Arim's as she spoke to him and he blinked in surprise. He hadn't noticed. "Thank you my dear," he said graciously, using the back of his hand to wipe away the trickle of blood trailing down his jaw like a ruby red tear. Then his eyes moved over to the tall boy with his hair tied back, standing farther away than the others. His smile served to widen further. "Are you going to stand there by yourself all day, or will you join us?" He called to the boy, raising a casual eyebrow.

Arim bowed her head a bit towards the so-called supervisor, "My pleasure" she replied in a flat tone. Her eyes flicked to look at Andrew Black and a gloved hand brushed the blonde bangs out of her face. She had to admit, none of these people were all that swift, this boy being among them. She had noticed that he ignored her greeting earlier, he was probably too busy thinking so hard. She adjusted the strap on her shoulder and sighed, turning to face Michael.
"You're not paying very good attention", Arim stated, motioning towards Serj. "If anything she touches detonates, that means the floor, like he said. In simple words, she could make this whole hallway explode, with all of us in it". The blonde let out a cleansing breath before placing her hands on her hips. Arim's mood seemed to take an odd dip, an awkward moment mixed with concern and annoyance. She wasn't liking this situation at all, and her emotions weren't helping.
However, when Serj noticed Yahto, Arim turned to see who the person was. Her expression immediately brightened and she grabbed Delilah (instinctively) by the wrist and dragged her along. The two stopped near Yahto and Arim smiled widely, "Hello, Yahto!" she chirped happily.

It seemed as though everyone was bantering among themselves in that small bubbling group of people. Cody couldn't stand crowds unless it was important..But people just kept coming, as though there was no danger..Cody noted a couple..The younger male getting rather..Ahead of himself..With the female cracking him one in the head.
This..Wasn't where Cody was supposed to be.
An accident..
Yeah, right..
Cody frowned and grumbled to himself, unless there was a fight to be had, he might as well have stayed on the sidelines. He didn't know anyone here on a personal level. And with that, Cody took his handcuffs off. Giving a dissapointed face. He wasn't pleased with this one bit.
It seemed that these pair of teachers just wanted attention.
..Cody wouldn't give it to them unless they begged.
"Feh.."
Cody sneered, away from the group, he slipped his handcuffs back into his jacket pocket.
He wasn't wanted here. Simple as that.
And with that, he pocketed his hands in his jeans, and headed the opposite way down the hall. Past the group.
"..I have no business here.."

The only response Yahto gave to Mr. Castlereagh was a snide chuckle and a shake of his head. "No, that's all right. I've seen all I need to see today." he replied from his spot, the shoulder he leaned on against his locker refusing to budge while his arms remained crossed. The words he spoke were knowing and very smug, like he was telling the pale man of his dislike and distrust and not caring about whether or not he knew. Yahto guessed Castlereagh would just write off his reaction as just belonging to another teenage asshole that ran amok in these halls. That was fine with Yahto. Actually, he was hoping for it. It just made it that much easier for him to work right beneath that upturned nose of Castlereagh's.
Later, of course.
At the moment, Yahto's attention had shifted from Mr. Castlereagh to a much more pleasant sight. The smug little smirk lining the boy's face slowly vanished, followed by him returning Arim's smile with one of his own. And a glare at Delilah. "Hey." he said to Arim pleasantly. "Brunhilda." he said to Delilah, but not with not so much pleasantness this time.
