This had only been done once before, a meeting, a calling together of every Dragon. Though currently in California two Dragons where missing. Bone Dragon, Linda. Shadow/Dark Dragon, Faust. But the rest where here. Firstly introducing The Lighting Dragon, Leon. The one who called this meeting for reasons of power and politics within the elite fighters group. Standing near a chosen tree in the forest near Long Beach, similer to the last meeting, a GPS map sent to the others who where to attend.
Blonde Spiked hair, dark blue eyes, and scars. It was obviousely Leon Sudeki. Wearing the black vest with orange trim, with nothing under it, showing all of his bodies scars, where his right arm was cut off, the giant X across his chest, the stab wounds, puncture wounds, burns, cuts, his tattered body stood there almost stone still as he waited for the intended to show themselves.
He called an enduction, of who, well one he would call the Storm Dragon soon enough. As Each Dragon has taken their title by force, the Storm Dragon would be allowed to take a different title. The Lightning Dragon had faught this individual on a few occasions, firstly a hit that was to be performed while Leon was still just a beginner under the rule of a gang, the second he had already claimed his Dragon position and Storm Dragon had prooved more than capable.
This was Leon's choice and he would defend it if challanged. The delicate balance between these elite fighters was more an animelistic manner. The choice of one only effects the others through an honor system and respect for one another, this being Leon's choice would have to force it onto the others, but the political part would be in his hands. His Strike gloves on his hands, training weights snug on his fore arms and shins. Leon was ready for this. A Fight may or may not break out, but one thing was for sure, if th eintended did become enducted, it would be a grand enduction. It would have to go towards the Lighting Dragon and Thunder Dragons side though, as Leon's responsability.

*Ring~*
Chrynos stopped in his tracks as he felt the mobile phone in his front right pocket vibrate. He dropped his head for a moment, his crimson eyes gazing at the direction of the communicative device, before reaching inside his pocket with his right hand. Pulling out his phone, he unlocked it. A new message? His eyes widened, however, as he noticed who it was from. Opening the message, he found himself looking at a GPS image of the forest near Long Beach, a tree highlighted among the whole GPS image. So, that was where it was going to be, huh?
Chrynos smiled, looking up from his phone. And what do you know? The forest was just a short walk away! That smile staying plastered to his face, he placed the phone back in his pocket, before continuing on his walk, this time having a different direction. As he walked towards the designated meeting area, he pulled his gloves upwards for a moment, tightening the part of the glove above the webbings between his fingers. His gloves. The Flash Gloves. A pair of self-made customized gloves that has proven more than once of its potential to do great damage with his punches.
Around his neck, a golden tear-shaped amulet hung on a silver chain necklace. The Thunder Wrath Pendant. The man had a simple attire this time round, though, wearing his white-dress shirt, the cuffs folded upwards and his sleeve pulled mid-way up his biceps. It was untucked, hiding his belt that kept his pair of black pants onto his waist. As for footwear, he clad just a simple pair of black Crocodile shoes.
It did not take long for the 6-footer to reach the destination and as he stepped over a root of a large tree with the phone in his right hand, the GPS image on screen and leading him through, he noticed the familiar blonde standing under the tree. The smile returned to his face as he placed the phone back in his pocket, before making his way towards Leon. Placing his right hand over his forehead, two fingers sticking out, he gave Leon a mock salute.
It had only been just a few weeks ago did Chrynos witness Leon have what was thought to be his last ever fight against Ark back in New York. Hearing that the man had been transferred to the hospita here, he had another reason to move to California. He wanted that rematch with Leon.
"So... This is where it's going to be, huh?"
Yeah, Chrynos had been initially briefed by Leon before about this. Although it had been just a short briefing, he pretty much had an idea of what it was going to be about.

((Current Stats: Strength: 36 ( 92W/Qi 138 First Punch) Dexterity: 36 (46 W/Qi) Constitution: 46 Intelligence: 35 Wisdom: 40 Charisma: 37))
Leon stood there for a little while, pondering and reflecting on how things mite turn out here. Maybe a little slug fest, a show of power, whatever it was he was sure Chyrnos was going to pass. It was hard enough claiming the Dragon title, being chosen was even harder. But it was not impossible. Soon enough he heard and felt the pressence of someone else. Smirking at the comment he turned his head slightly to his right to see Chyrnos standing there.
"Once the others show up, this is where it will happen."
Leon reached into the inside of the vest and pulled out his cell phone checking the time and if there where any replies from the others. Ark and Mathew where playing it safe it would seem, either that or like Leon, Dramatic entries... Always fun.

"Once the others show up, this is where it will happen."
"And how long far off are they?"
Chrynos asked, more curious than impatient as he turned away from Leon for a moment, glancing around the area for any other Dragon that he knew of. At the moment, the only Dragons he had knowledge of was Ark and Linda, the others being unknown to him. Was there not another? Mathew, was it? It had been so long since Chrynos had seen the man he was no longer sure how or who he was already. Perhaps there would be a reunion here? If there was, it definitely was not going to be a happy one, for the last time Chrynos had been involved with Mathew, he had kidnapped Destiny and used her as a bargaining chip against him, of which he was forced to destroy Collosai from the inside.
And now, after hearing about the deeds of the Dragons and their amazing combat capabilities, he was being invited to join their ranks as the Storm Dragon. The Storm Dragon. He represented every part of a storm. The Thunder Wrath Pendant was self-explanatory, and the Flash Gloves represented the lightning bolts that would strike at his opponents as speed so quick it was almost unavoidable.
Question was, was there a bite to this initiation? A test?... A slug-fest, as Leon had thought it would be?

Mathew had received the message with a roll of his eyes. He had mixed feelings about this so called Storm Dragon, he remembered him very clearly. Like Tiel the man came off as weak, of sure he could pack a punch but his strings had been easy to pull. Hell even in a fight he didn't seem to be that amazing, he was fast yes, but in Leon's tournament Mathew had fought him on the first round and beat him within sixty seconds. True, it had been a ring out, but it was his fault for getting in that situation. After all the cunning enemies is the deadliest of all. He thought he proved that time and again having destroyed two gangs without having to take down a single one of their ranks himself.
Still Leon did have the right to invite anyone he wanted and Mathew had the right to veto it. It would probably end in a fight, but what was one going to do about it. Though it was possible that he could turn this to his advantage, wave his veto and maybe gain something more. Who knows, but anything was possible.
When Mathew's phone went off and he saw the location of the meeting he would just sigh and shake his head. It was a bit away and he didn't have a car with him. That meant one thing, he was going to have to steal one. He would keep that in mind as he started to walk the street looking for a car to take, something that was flashy and thats when he saw it. HE wasn't going to take a car, he was going to take a motorbike.
The ride was mostly uneventful but when he started to get to the wooded area he would take a detour, he wasn't going to just pull up. He would ride up a trail until he could see Leon and Chrynos from below. He would slowly back up the bike before gunning it over the ledge for his own dramatic entry in to the scene. The Bike would land roughly behind Leon and Chrynos before shooting forward causing Mathew to swerve the bike to the side stopping it.
With a grin he would get off of the bike shoving his hands in to his pockets as he took up his spot next to Leon. He would raise a single eyebrow at Chrynos as if daring him to strike at Mathew. He doubted that he would, but even if he did it wasn't like he would actually hurt Mathew, no one ever did.

Coffee, sweet coffee… all that was on Ark’s mind as he sat looking out the window of a café, looking to the sky as he reclined in a booth, only arriving in the city only a few days ago he was still somewhat tired, the trip long, all he needed was his cup right now, yet… as he took a sip the fates chose to spite his only desire with but one little sound. Slowly Ark’s eyes lowered to the phone humming on the table, and with a tilt of the head he set his cup down with a sigh.
“Do I want to look?”
Quizzically he looked down as he flicked the phone open, a map popping up with a message; suddenly another sign escaped him as he mumbled something under his breath while placing money on the table and exiting the café directly into his car and was off with a roar.
“Lets see where this leads too…”
Mumbling to himself as he cranked the radio occasionally glancing down at the phone until reaching the outskirts and exiting his car, taking a moment to survey he grabbed his phone and was off, though to his aggravation had he found himself near the location… rather he was quite a ways up, typical… but, as opposed to walking back he simply walked off the edge, rebounding from stone and tree until he landed behind Leon with a rather massive crash, dust kicking up around his landing zone.
“Now, why did you call me here?”
He questioned as the dust cleared and the skinny man stood, taller than all the rest and clothed in the casual pocket riddled strap covered paints he always had a taste for as well as his zipper shirt with a burned coat around his waste.

Leon watched as the bike flew over head and landed not far off, nice close call motorcycle landing, Dragons and their damned dynamic entries, speaking of which Ark landed just behind the Lightning Dragon. Seemed all where gathered. Both curiouse as it where probably, but Ark was the only to word it really. So Leon would walk to the tree placing himself under it, turning so his back was to it, he would look to the others.
"I called this meeting for an enduction... We've only done this once before, but I believe it is time to add another. As each of us have earned our titles in our own right I have faught this individual on a few occasions and I find him to have earned himself a Dragon title. He accepted my offer and I wish to title him The Storm Dragon."
This was Leon's game now, and hopefully Chyrnos was ready for anything because having so many powerful people in one place was bad no matter what was going on, not to mention he mite have to proove the power Leon speaks of to these two in some way. But Leon would continue to explain.
"Last time I faught him in New York he was equil if not more powerful than I."

Talk about dramatic entrances. As if landing on a bike was not enough, Ark even too the liberty on landing on just his feet. Chrynos took a step back, allowing the three present Dragon some space with each other. Yeah, he had noticed the gesture from Mathew, but made no thought of it. The last thing he needed was a conflict now with the group of legends he was about to join. As soon as everyone was here, or at least, what he thought everyone to be, Leon continued. Chrynos looked around for a moment. Where was Linda?
"I called this meeting for an enduction... We've only done this once before, but I believe it is time to add another. As each of us have earned our titles in our own right I have faught this individual on a few occasions and I find him to have earned himself a Dragon title. He accepted my offer and I wish to title him The Storm Dragon."
Once before? Who was that particular once, Chrynos wondered. He only knew of a few Dragons, Chephros being one of them too. The Blood Dragon, if Chrynos remembered correctly. As Leon continued, Chrynos thought back of when he last fought the Lightning Dragon. The match had been so intense Chrynos could still remember every moment of it, especially the time when they let each other's strength face off as they pushed against each other, trying to throw each other down to the ground. The tiles below their feet shattered to pieces that time, showing just how immense the pressure that was being applied was.
He knew how this was going to go. The three of them would talk to each other and debate to see if Chrynos was indeed worthy to take up the title as a Dragon. And of course, they could always use the common style of seeing if someone was worthy or not. At that, Chrynos eyed every single one of the Dragon, his right index finger twitching as he looked at them. Was he supposed to be excited about it, or not?
