It was working. His choke hold was in place, and there was no real way out of it that he knew of. He put pressure, then frowned. He didnt like the look on her face. Not a look of being unable to breath, more like a look of-
Vomit erupted from her mouth, coving him in her stomach juices along with little bits of food.
"Oh shit!"
He released the hold, rolling to his feet and bending over, the vomit trailing down his shirt and into his pants. He took her into the bathroom, helping her hunch over the toilet as he got undressed. She wasnt looking, or at least he thought she wasnt, when he turned and jumped in the shower. He spoke as he washed himself.
"In case it wasnt clear, this fight is over. I quit. Theres no way we're continuing so long as your like that."
He continued to wash his body, a small smile coming to his face.
He couldnt believe she just puked on him.
Wonder of wonders.

She was taken to the bathroom, and as she puked over the toilet, she repeatedly apologized to Andrew mentally. It must have sucked getting puked on, not only that, but it was semi-embarassing on her part. But then she figured out that she had to get used to these contacts fast, or else she can be pretty much considered dead when it comes to combat. She did not see him undressing, but when she finished throwing up, she flushed the toilet and went over to the sink, where she rinsed her mouth with tap water and mouth wash. Contacts would be popped out and put into the case that was in her pocket, and once that was over with, she would freeze.
...was Andrew Black showering naked with her in the room?
Of course, everything was blurry right now, since she didn't have contacts or glasses on, but the other pair of contacts that she brought along with her were in her pocket as well. She tried her best not to look over at him as she put the special contacts into the zip up pocket of her cargo pants, deciding that maybe she should put on her actual contacts outside.
So she left, straight to the kicthen. Contacts were in, she grabbed some paper towels, wet them, got some dish washing soap, and cleaned up her puke.
Oh boy.

Andrew hopped out of the shower after she left, wrapping a towel firmly around his waist and using another to dry his hair as he walked into his partially-trashed kitchen/dining room. Mitsuki was cleaning her vomit up, and david smiled as he walked through. "Hey, dont beat yourself up over that, ok? Not like you couldve stopped it or anything." He went upstairs, grabbing some blue jeans and throwing them on, along with a white t-shirt. He went back downstairs and watched as she finished what she was doing. "You look a little better." He said with a small smile. He looked her up and down then nodded at her clothes. "You need some more of my clothes? You got a little somthing on your shirt and jeans." He was indicating at the vomit that was on her own clothes, which had gotten there after lifting her up and taking her into the bathroom. 'Thats got to be a little embarassing...'

She let out a sigh.
"I only need some shorts."
She finished cleaning up - no more vomit, and the smell was gone, except from her clothes, at least. She usually had spare clothes in her trunk of the car, but she wore them the last time she came to his house - or at least, while she was leaving, anyway. Nevertheless, she peeled off her shirt, revealing a black wifebeater, something she always wore. She probably had hundreds of the same kind just waiting to be worn in her closet, actually. She was simply glad that the vomit didn't get on her hair - not only that, but her mask as well. Somehow she managed to pull the mask down to her neck, but... We'll see how this goes.
Not so much embarassing anymore, considering he was cleaned up now.
"Sorry about that."
She would follow him upstairs, however, for his shorts. She figured he'd just end up giving her a pair of boxers again, but anything was possible.

Andrew headed upstairs, his hands stopping dead as he reached the door to his bedroom.
What the fuck was he doing?
Andrew Black had a very violent and startling revelation right then. One he hadn't had since that fateful night in the alley between those buildings so long ago. He was an assassin, and the boyfriend of the same girl whose ass he planned to beat in order to take her title. Here he was, glasses obviously not on his face, and a folder sitting downstairs with cash, his next target. Fear gripped him. He was showing everything to her. Letting her wedge herself in deep. If they broke up, things would never be the same for him. He would crack. He needed those walls. It was as stunning a realization as anyone could have.
As he opened his bedroom door, he reached over into the container next to it on the right, and grabbed a pair of shades. He threw them over his eyes and opened up his drawer. It was obvious that he didn't plan on removing the glasses again, whether they were home alone or not. He hunted for another reason as to why his walls suddenly sprang into action, not wanting to think on the one that came to mind the quickest. He searched for another reason. Begged for one. Nothing but that thought remained.
He was falling in love with her.
No.
He tossed her a pair of shorts, the cold and calm expression on his face.He pointed that look at her for the first time since that alleyway.
"We need to talk."
He felt as though he was dying inside. Was he going to break it off with her? no. But did he really know what he wanted? no. He was falling in love with her and the signs for that were apparent. He was willing to break one of her rules now, only because he didn't want her to see what he really felt in his eyes.
He folded his arms across his chest and waited for her to change.
He was not looking forward to this conversation.
It had to be done.

His abrupt stop in front of the door to his bedroom was the first and only clue Mitsuki needed to know that something was wrong. The first thought that crossed her mind was that someone had broken in during their little brawl, and something had gone missing. The second clue was when he placed his glasses over his eyes, which caused the young Asian to tense - she still thought that someone had broken in, but when he gave her that face as he tossed her the clothes, she could not help but pull up her own defenses, her right hand slowly pulling up the dark colored hospital mask over her lower portion of her face. His clothes were thrown onto his bed; she had no mindset of changing, because it was then when she figured out that the 'something wrong' was between the two of them.
The difference between Andrew and herself is that she didn't need glasses to cover up what she was feeling or thinking. With years of practice of keeping her eyes and face stoic and expressionless, Andrew would find it impossible to know what was going on in her mind.
"No."
She shook her head slowly, her right foot sliding back, her face steady. She stood by the door for a brief moment, eyes searching through his shades, wondering if this was really how it was going to turn out. She understood. Whatever he was going to say, she would understand. He wanted to break up? She understood. He wanted some time off? That's great. But know that whatever he [d]did[/d] say, was going to have a rather large impact in the future.
Which is why she didn't want him to say anything, and let her think on her own.
"I understand."
And with that, she would turn and walk away. She would not let him try and stop her. His grip on her would be like nothing - she was nearly as twice as strong as he was, and trust me, when she wants to, she will use all of her strength. Not only that, but rather than taking the stairs - if possible - she would just jump down and leave. Obviously taking her car with her.
...or at least, that's what she wanted to do. She wanted to leave without them having to talk, but.
She waited.

Her face went blank, looking exactly the same as his. He didnt want her to feel pain because of how he was acting, he didnt want her to think they were breaking up. They had only been together a short while, but he was already feeling it inside. Feeling the blossom he didnt know if he wanted there. He wanted to run over and tell her it was nothing serious, that it would be okay. But he didnt know if it would be okay. Didnt think it wasnt serious. He KNEW it was serious. He sighed.
"Listen...Mitsuki...I-" love you. Thats what he WANTED to finish it with. instead he finished with "feel strange." It sounded so...SO dorky, or stupid, or selfish. He tried to explain.
"What are we? What do you plan from us? I can go on without knowing something...Im..im not built that way. I need security. This-" He pointed to his glasses. "-Is secure. You are not." He breathed deep, not wanting her to leave before he finished his sentence.
"At least, not yet."
He folded his arms across his chest.
"Thats why i need to know. What do you want from me? Am i just something for now, something to keep you busy while your bored? What?"
He waited for a reply, his cold nature eeping into the room as he tried to stifle the feelings racking his brain with pain.

"Listen...Mitsuki...I feel strange."
...was it that odd going out with the school captain, or something? She took a couple steps back, allowing herself to lean against the wall opposite of him, arms crossing in front of her chest, eyes directed at the floor. She wasn't sure what to think of him right now, but she knew that she was jumping to conclusions - but the thought of him breaking up with her at this exact moment just wouldn't leave her mind, no matter how much she tried to push it away. He asked what they were, what she had in plan for them. He didn't like not knowing things, but she wasn't leaving him in the dark. But he said something that made her flinch inside.
"This is secure. You are not."
She pushed herself off the wall.
"At least, not yet. That's why i need to know. What do you want from me? Am i just something for now, something to keep you busy while your bored? What?"
...
What was that one saying again?
For love to be present, there must be an unending circle of trust.
"You don't trust me."
It hurt. It really did, knowing that he had to even ask those questions.

He didn't reply, face blank.
No, he didn't trust her.
He sat and thought. They had been through a lot together, seen things they shouldn't have seen on both sides. He wanted to trust her, he wanted to so badly. He just didn't know that he could. He hated himself right then. then again, he always hated himself. She completed him and he felt like he was letting her down. Everything good about her reminded him of everything he hated about himself, and that hurt more than anything. He didn't want her to feel like she couldn't be trusted, it was just his nature. His job. His life. Everything was suspicious, and he didn't want to get to close to anyone. Yet, he was falling in love with a girl in high-school. He didn't know if he could do it.
He answered her simply.
"No, i don't."
He didn't say anything right away, though if she looked like she would leave he would speak up. He was looking her over, but he couldn't glean a thing. She was like a wall, every effort of his to try and see what she felt bouncing back. He spoke again.
"But i want to. You probably wouldn't understand, but...These feelings I'm having Merritt it."
He left it there, not telling her exactly what those feelings were. His heart felt as though it would leap from his chest, his eyes lingering on where her mouth should be. He wanted to taste those lips...so badly.
Now he didn't know if he would ever kiss her again.
He hated himself.

"No, I don't."
"I see."
Her voice was steady, face absolutely stoic. She figured he had more to say, so she waited - and she was right. He wanted to trust her, and she understood that because of his job, his profession, that it was hard to do so. And he was right - he shouldn't trust her. Not in the least bit. To trust a girl like her was fatal. One wrong move and everything that was sewn together could easily fall apart. His feelings, though - she wanted to know. What were those feelings, exactly? Lust? Infatuation? Love, maybe? No. It wasn't love. A strong infatuation, maybe, but she didn't think it was love, because... There is no love without a never ending circle of trust.
But she would ask.
"...and what is it, exactly."
She should have said goodbye, should have smiled one last time and turn away and hope for a better future.
But having opened up to someone for the first time in years?

So, he may have been a little rash in saying he didnt trust her. Now, digging those feelings out, he found that he did indeed trust her. Too much. Far too much. He guessed it was easily mistaken, since if you begin to trust too much you can reach the gray shade of distrust, and he felt it bordering there. He raised an eyebrow when she asked him what his feelings were. He didnt speak, didnt say anything, but his face creased briefly with pain. He quickly looked to the floor. He didnt speak. He tried, but no sound came out. He had gone a little pale, and it was obvious he was a little scared, and unwilling to tell her.
He wondered how she felt.
If she felt anything for him like he did for her.
Somehow-
He doubted it.
Then again-
You never knew until you asked.
He didnt ask.
He just stared at the floor, thoughts scattered, pulse racing.
He hadnt even felt this way when they had first become a couple.
'Shit'

He didn't say anything, but he looked to the floor. She wanted to yell at him to look at her, that her face was up here, and not down at the ground - but who was she to say that? She, who also had her eyes directed toward the ground while he spoke. But having receiving no answer to her question, the insides of her body trembled. She stepped up to him, her hand nearly ripping the hospital mask off of her face before whipping up and, with some pretty amazing speed, flew down toward his right cheek.
Or she tried to.
She stopped last second, her right arm trembling as it simply stood there in mid-air. She couldn't slap him. She wasn't that type of person, and no matter how much - what was this feeling? Frustration? No matter how much frustration she was feeling... She couldn't do it. She dropped her hand and, for a good five seconds, her guard had dropped as an unending wave of sadness came over her. Was this really how it was going to end? She was not one to cry - especially not over a relationship - but she was probably close to it. Tears gathering up in her eyes, but she refused to let them fall.
And if they did, Andrew would not be seeing them, because she turned and ran out of there. This was too much.
Goodbye Andrew Black.

As she stepped forward, he removed his glasses, allowing her to see what she would. He didn't care. Let her find her answer there, if she could dig it out.
She raised her hand to hit him, then stopped.
"Do it."
His voice, barely audible, spoke up, hardly more than a whisper but riddled with more pain than she could care to imagine. She just stood there, hand raised.
"Please...do it."
He wanted her to hate him. Wanted her to leave him alone, let him die. He would let her hit him. He wanted it, wanted her to kill him. End his pain. She dropped her arm. He just stared, hating her for not hitting him. Her eyes welled up with tears, making his pale face and own glistening eyes only deepen. He didn't know if her pain was blinding her to the feelings that were there, or if she just didn't want it. If she planned to break up with him. If she hated to see him broken. As she turned to leave, her footsteps echoing down the stairs, he slid down the wall, face in his hands.
For the first time since he was very, very little-
Andrew Black cried.
