Is a mad genius...now i really stress the word genius...he basically builds mini machines from anything he can get his hands on. hes overly obsessed with setting traps and making/attaching lazers.

Fighting Information uses ambushes from traps and tiny creations of his to hopefuly hurt you enough before you can attack him. but in the conflict of face to face combat uses tools such as wrenches, blow torches, hammers, or any other tool he has on his person at the moment. but as for creaations he has a little robots that for instance will bind your legs or arms or attempt to blind you. nothing deadly just shifting the balance in his favor.

History: unknown birth origin but through his many school transfers he finnaly ended up at 259. Was born a test tube baby and was home schooled by his "father" for the first 12 years of his life before his father was arrested and put into jail when they found out about his taboo research on genetic mutations in the human body. Fuggelsworth was put ito the care of foster parents but never really fit in. He always stole things so he could take things apart to see how they worked and put new things back together. One thing that has stayed wit him was what his father told him everyday "People are unreliable and can't be trusted, Machines on the other hand will only do what you program and make them to do no more no less."
