Gabriel had a slanted smile as he watched Alexis throw the CD away, and the new replacing music was something of his tastes as well as her own. A small grin creeped into place as his fingers danced along in midair along with the piano's chords. His eyes closed resting for a short while as Alexis drove. He didn't know where she was headed nor did he care. In fact he was quite content where he was at this point and time. Being frail and under Alexis' support could have been easy enough. But he'd made a vow, and it needed to be fullfilled.
"So...What have I missed whilest under the medication?" Gabriel said without missing a beat with his fingers.
Almost innocent for a moment he worked at it playing around. He wnated to know the current predicament he'd gotten them all into and in fact he was quite ready for this business to be complete.

Alexis drove on and Gabriel seemed to be too far into the music to even look out for the restaurants. She knew he liked Chopin.... but this much? He was playing air piano for crying out loud. She smiled as he played the notes.
"So...What have I missed whilst under the medication?"
Alexis shrugged there was nothing much really... stuff she didn't really want to tell Gabriel. Though, she was sure eventually he would find out.
"Well... something did happen... But not necessarily just when you were in the hospital." She kept driving even though she was passing all the restaurants. In a public place wasn't really a time to bring up a conversation like this.
"Before our meeting I met that guy named Katsuri...and we umm...you know..." she made an uneasy smile with a small shrug. Why did she feel uncomfortable talking about who she had slept with in front of Gabriel? "So... I saw him again when I was jogging. Things lead to the next and he got a little grabby with me. We ended up talking.. but it still peeved me off... soooo I was trying to deal with that. Yeah know? Kind of bombarding when an eight foot guy grabs you by the neck and holds you against the wall."
Lexie let out and easy sigh, "On top of that I met a guy named David. He turned me down when I...you know... and it only made me feel be littled... I didn't even straight out tell him I wanted to or anything he just assumed... yeah I was flirty, but what if it was to just get close to him!? He doesn't know what I do.........though I don't blame him, his assumptions were true. Though he said I had to have more respect for myself."
Alexis wasn't being a nark; she just knew he would find out one way or another.
"Oh, and I hung out with Victor... seems like a cool guy."

Gabriel stopped playing along to the easy music running along in his head as it simply fell into broken notes screeching against a chalkboard. Hearing abount who she slept with was not to mention one of his top priorities nor was it his perogative to actually know and then she dropped the real bomb on him shattereing the notion of her ever doing wrong. Katsuri had stepped over the line. Gabriel's hands clenched digging into the fresh layer of skin breifly as he tried to breath evenly. The event she could most easily describe as a calm evening sounded more like she was raped, and that of all things would not go down in his books as a good thing, punishment would have to be swift and silent as to not distort the systematic notion of the gang.
"....I'll tend to that matter personnally..." Gabriel said thinly not trying to ellude to anything though his face more than clearly showed it. The emotive rage in his eyes burned more passionaly than the expressionateness of his face.
Alexis however continued on proving to tap into another vein, David as in David Blaze. Gabriel's vein pulsed thinking strenuously over the matter. In the next few day's he'd certainly be busy.
Then there was Victor, little to note on it however he would have to gain information from Victor firsthand no jumping to conclusions when Katsuri most evidently stood on trial.
"I see... How did this David fair in your mind?" Gabriel was evidently curious on the matter, he knew David better than most people did.
And for that fact alone respected him when the two could most evenly be discribed as enemies.

Alexis could see the tension forming with Gabriel. He seemed a little over worked.
"I donno... I guess he turned my offer down with...a sense of respect? But...really you don't have to deal with anything personally... It was nothing... Katsuri tried telling me to let people in and all that crap... though he is a grabby guy; I saw him kick a clown's ass. I've dealt with worse guys before. Katsuri will just have to live with my annoyance with him."
She smiled and parked the car. Katsuri was definitely not the worst guy she dealt with. There was her dad and that rapist guy. He managed to scar her for life....OH and those three guys that wanted to rape her and Reira then tried to stab Alexis. Yep, there was worse.
"We are eating at Inn-Innout...."
She got out of the car to hint towards Gabriel his foolishness was over and they were going to move on. He got out of the hospital and she doesn't want him doing something stupid.

Gabriel nodded at her reply, it was simply like Blaze to turn a woman down. That was of course if it wasn't Bastille. A firm grin wrapped about his face remembering that little piece of information that had been spilt and now that each of them were back it would prove to be a rather interesting show. He stepped out of the side of the car leaning on it for some support as Alexis made her way towards him he would watch the back draft behind him. It was a simple place, red arks overhead and a very industrial like look to it. Simply, Neat and most of all delicious.
"How would you mind meeting with him again?" Gabriel said without breaking his gaze.
He would give a moment for her reaction till her burst the simple truth of it.
"David Blaze, falls into my plans, he is a necessary piece, and I trust that you ma belle, are of more use than you make ourself out to be." Gabriel said with a cunning smile thinking about his plan to it's fullest extent. Alexis had undoubtably pleased him, not only as his second in command but as a friend.

She helped him out and he still carried on the subject... though he found interest in David. The question he asked was also a little odd. She wouldn't prefer to see him again, due to the fact he wasn't going to let her get into his pants... Alexis would not want to confront him after she spilled her guts out to him. Though apparently he was a big piece, which also meant she could make Gabriel happy.
Alexis was there for him and wanted to do him proud. If he asked her of something, she will do it with no hesitation.
"I don't mind seeing him again. What was your plan?"
She would wrap her arm around his waist to help support him. They entered the restaurant. Alexis scanned the area for a spot to sit that was preferably isolated from other costumers. Once a table had been spotted, she escorted Gabriel to the booth. She would wait 'til he slid in first, then she would sit herself in the booth as close as she could to him so she can touch him so they can discuss things quietly and have it be heard by only themselves.

Gabriel's had was still linked in between between the wall and Alexis, something he did not mind in the slightest. His frail arm linking in behind her back to coddle beside her waist. He had quite a few plans in store. Few of which needed time to play out much like a chess board.
"I want him to be at our side in the comming perils.." He would say simply.
"I'd rather not want to have to deal with mister Blaze when the time comes we go to arms against the system that binds us." Now he just sounded like a hippy but it would so happen that the power's changed on a daily basis random actions abrupted and changed everything.

She nodded to what he had to say. He didn't want to deal with him? Seemed David was a nice guy. Well, there was another reason as to why Alexis can't learn to trust someone. The waitress came by and asked for their order of drinks.
"Iced tea for me."
After Gabriel ordered his drink and the waitress left, Alexis would snuggle closer and rest her head to his chest. "I will do what ever you want of me..." she smiled looking down at a napkin. She felt protected around Gabriel... even though he wasn't always around as she for him. Like that fight between her an Katsuri... yet again that was in a forest for jogging, she wouldn't have expected anyone out their at that time.
"We can get started on that soon."
The waitress came back, and Alexis untilted her head from a resting position and grabbed her drink. She asked if they were ready to order and Alexis shook her head no.
"Need a little more time." she didn't get to look at the menu.

"Just a water..." Gabriel replied to the cunning eyed nurse who kept a close eye on Alexis for one reason or another. A face that almost said, 'Slut'
"I will do what ever you want of me..."
Gabriel smiled, that was exactly what he needed to hear. A perfect combination as she leaned in to rest in his chest calmly as Gabriel moved a hand to her shoulder tugging her in closer. He'd place a small kiss on her head again not thinking before the waitress returned with a look of awe.
"What would you like dearies?"
Gabriel shrugged as Alexis notified her of wanting more time. Gabriel cocked a brow taking it as more time rather than more time to order. And certainly the waitress did as well seeing as how she flailed off in the oppisite direction.
"You know I could never get tired of this..." Gabriel smiled resting his head atop hers. It was easy, without challenge and just felt right.

The waitress left and Alexis only glared behind her back. The girl was giving her the stink eye?
"You know I could never get tired of this..." she smiled to herself. It felt good knowing he didn't mind her being this close... that and he always helped the closeness with a simple kiss on the forehead.
"What? Having girls get jealous because someone like you isn't theirs?" she laughed a little at the joke. Alexis' eyes shifted towards the Waitress whom had been cleaning some tables next to them. Alexis smiled at her and turned her head to face Gabriel's and she would reach up to his lips placing a passionate kiss as her hand reached up to cheek.
Once she was finished with the kiss, she would look back to the waitress and give her a cocky wink.

"That too..." Gabriel chuckled at her reply caught off guard as she pulled him in for a passionate kiss. One he certainly did enjoy. The only spoiling moment was how she taunted on the poor waitress.
Gabriel sighed shaking his head for a moment feeling a mixed feelings. Those of companionship whilest the others feeling used. He knew Alexis well enough to point out the fact that her competetive nature was dwarfed by her actual care for others, but that didn't diminish the feeling of being used. So that was how they felt. hmmm.
"Well I was thinking about this." Gabriel said as his left hand scooped her chin and lifted her face to meet his as he kissed her back.
A small clatter across the room as the waitress dropped the tray of drinks to the floor.

"Well I was thinking about this."
Her hand scooped her chin and he began kissing her again. The noise of the dishes falling and spilled liquid was heard, but Alexis was now not paying any attention to the waitress. Alexis' hand slid to his thigh as she kept kissing him. It felt different to kiss him, though it was oddly familiar.
The waitress came up to their table, as if wanting to interrupt any chances between the two.
Alexis held up her index finger to tell the girl one more minute. She huffed and left. Alexis didn't want to stop kissing him. She kept getting a feeling in the pit of her stomach...
Like something.....fluttering.
It wasn't fair for him to do this to her. She didn't want o fall like this again. The first time she messed it up and it scared her... a lot. She would rather keep Gabriel as a friend show she didn't have to deal with losing him too.
She separated from the kiss and looked him in the eyes. She felt like she was holding all eternity in his gaze and she smiled a sincere smile before giving another quick peck.
Lexie's hand left his thigh and she snapped her fingers.
"We're ready."
The waitress came, obviously burning with envy.
"I will like a regular cheese burger, babe. No sides of fries... just the burger." she leaned against Gabriel and would wait for him to order.

Gabriel felt the brief moment staring at her as though things had frozen up, that was before she'd broken eye contact and things rushed back to normal speed and once more Gabriel was back to reality watching the waitress. This was the first time he'd noticed her, looking about their age, she had very pale features similar to Alexis. Her pouting pink lips pursed together showing her obvious contempt until Gabriel made eye contact and everything reappeared as normal. Her red hair seemed perfectly curled and manicured so that she'd fit perfectly with the restaurant's spokesperson, a perfect candidate to work here. Gabriel forced a weak grin at her giving away no signs of hostility at least none of which mirrored Alexis'.
"I'll have the same, thank you very much." The last part added in to counter-balance Lexi's cold statements. Though it would appear to have another bad effect as the girl suddenly becaome bouncy turning away towards the kitchen area.
Gabriel sighed looking down at Alexis. The thought of questioning why she'd treated the girl so poorly was more than likely why they were in this position.
"You do realize your chances of getting your food spit in has doubled...possibly quadrupled." Gabriel made a firm smile.

She smiled up at him with an understanding.
"I know.. that is why we are going to be having it to go..." Alexis would not leave this restaurant without letting ho get in trouble for being a horrible waitress. She wasn't doing her job and needed a swift kick in the ass.

the burgers finally arrived and the girl still kept up her annoying expression of envy and Alexis just smiled thanking the girl. Once she was gone, Alexis plucked a few hairs from her head and stuck it in the burger.
"Come, we are getting this to go.." she would get up from the booth and walk over to the till and asked another waitress to get their manager. The big man came up to the two of them with a big smile.
"How can I help you two?"
"You waitress was giving me the stink eye all night and she didn't give me fries when I ordered them and there are several hairs in my burger..."
The manager apologized and offered her a new meal for free and she smiled. She ended up getting a new burger and fries all for free. Even when they were leaving she could see the manager scold at the waitress.
Once outside, Alexis would turn and smile at Gabriel.
"I have tricks up my sleeve."

Gabriel would simply watch the spat between the two women, not picking a side but inherently through doing so he'd choosen Alexis. Undoubtably cunning as she was it still wouldn't be right. Gabriel simply kept up his expressionless face, not having the urge to scold her over little details.
"Cunning to say the least." Gabriel noted watching the girl break down into tears inside.
Gabriel thought about the many reprocussions that could have been caused from that one interlude. Of all things the girl could have been stuck in a world of chaos her job at risk and her lifestyle belittled, while here Gabriel stood with the world at his feet and no drive other than to fuck it up. He shook his head before releasing Alezis to walk back inside of his own accord.
His elbow nudged another co-worker serving the people at that table.
"Would you give this to the girl crying in the back..." Gabriel handed over a thick envelope.
Inside would have been $30k in unmarked American bills. It was the least he could do and on top of that was all he was capable of doing, throwing money at people to make their lives better. He would be sure to change that in time.
With a reaffirmed nod he walked back outside seeing Alexis again, a feeling of overwhelming confusion for this girl encircled him. In a sense she was very much like the woman of his dreams, strong, cunning, and not afraid to stand out. But once more she didn't procure the niceties behind it. The girl within could have lost everything over a little spat. And that made Gabriel feel guilty, not angry simply guilty.
"Please... Lets go." He would say nudging Alexis on.
