Son Of The Lightning Dragon *Mr. Sudeki. Mr. "Spike" Sudeki. Please report to the Student Dean's office.*The announcement ended abruptly as the Dean quickly let go of the speaker button. Leaning backwards into his chair, he looked around his quant little room. Keeping a few of the folding chairs in his office from his first major encounter with the students, the Dean had otherwise been locked away in here, working meticulously on keeping up to date with all the recent info. However, in a choice decision between meeting with Mr. Ong and Leon Sudeki's son, the Dean figured it be best if he became more attuned with as many of the people at this school as possible.
Hopefully in a good way.
A sign on the door read "Please Knock Before Entering" but otherwise, he had no real way of enforcing this. He had no secretary, even if the room had enough to house a wall to accommodate such an additional person, but as of this moment, the spartan style in which his room was designed suited him.
Simple and to the point.
His elbows hit the desk lightly as he brought his hands down again to begin typing while he waited for the boy to come.

After a quick throw down in the hallways, Spike finally made it to class... Late of course. This school just wanted to fight him for some reason or another. Like he was a secondary target to something more, which he couldn't help but think was his dad. But he began on his work anyways to try and catch up with class. His black hair hung down, his brown eyes stared at the paper. He had gotten most of his physical traits from his mom, but alot of his usual attitude from his dad.
Then the announcement went off. He rolled his eyes, seemed his dad wasn't kidding when he said he signed him up for something to help the school. Unless this was about the fighting in the halls. He sat the pencil down and made his way out of the classroom. Walking down the semi empty halls towards the deans office. Knocking three times and waiting to be let in.
Today he was wearing a dark purple 'wife beater' tucked in to his pants which where black loose fitting cargo's. The only thing odd about his attire would likely be his right arm. From the elbow down it was bandaged in supressent bandages. But only somone with a keen eye would be able to spot that they where meant to hold something back and not used for injury.

"...God, I Need A Secretary..."
*KNOCK*
*KNOCK*
*KNOCK*Getting up from behind his desk, he walked around it, before going across the small room and to the door, opening the door himself. Stepping back as he did, he looked to behold the young man before him. Wife beater. Pants. Signs of battle damage, given his arm---Yep. This was a Sudeki. Were it not for the way the professionally suited Student Dean had to hold himself in front of the kids with so much control, he may have smiled. As this was not the case though, he did resist the thought to ask the boy about what happened to his arm with several reasons not to. Nodding quietly and slowly, the emotionless-looking man with seemingly no unnecessary movement raised his head back up to look at the young man straight in the eyes.[/i] "Please, come in and take a seat, Mr. Sudeki," he'd say, confirming in his head that this was indeed the same one in his computer file.
Leaving the door to close on its own or with Mr. Sudeki's help, he'd walk quietly but quickly over to and around his desk to take a seat, his eyes scanning through things as his hands would move automatically down towards the desk drawers to pull out some files and other documents, as he'd wait for the young man to be seated. Upon which:"Are you ready to begin, Mr. Sudeki? Or would you like to?" the Dean would ask clearly enough for the young man to see if there were any initial reactions, any potential attitude problems, and/or pre-emptive questions.
If not, then...

Spike watched the guy, he seemed stone still, presice, focused... Great, this guy was a professional and had some training behind him. Spike moved inside when allowed and closed the door making as little noise as possible. He would walk to the spot where h could sit and take his seat watching the man again, ask if he would like to start. He opened his mouth with a breath as if to say something then:
~"Dont say anything to these guys that would make you a problem."~
Spike didn't make a sound... Instead closed his eyes, shook his head in a "No" signal and would remain quiet. He was not sure what this was about, nor did he understand the situation, his dad never did really tell him much of the backround of 259, he just always asked the fights he got into, or said good luck, like there was going to be a problem.
Well the usually was but thqats besides the point.

Shall We Cut Right Into It Then? Interesting.
The Dean showed nothing of note on his face, as if he were taking all of this in stride, but his eyes were carefully watching Mr. Sudeki as of thus far. Compared to his father, Spike Sudeki had a much more tense feeling, more serious, more...
...
Nodding quietly, the Dean watched all of the boy's little movements here and there, before allowing a rather awkward pause between them. While the Dean's hands seemingly resumed with his work, reshifting papers, making a few marks with his pen here and there, typing, his eyes seemed to somehow remain trained on the boy out of the corner of his face when he shifted his body.
Then, just as he was holding up a particular set of papers in his hand, his movement abruptly stopped without warning. The Dean's face was slowly shifted towards the boy almost mechanically."My name is Toyota Musashi, Americanized Taylor Adam, but you may refer to me simply as 'Mr. Dean' or 'Mr. Adam'."
"A pleasure to finally meet you."The Dean's face showed nothing of pleasure. But perhaps in the back of his mind...
Slowly scooting his rolling chair backwards, he bent down to the lower parts of the desk, shifting movements of it opening and closing before he resurfaced to the top of it, his hands hidden beneath the desk. No sign of anything wrong... though to be fair, there was no sign of there being anything right, given his emotionless face."Gum?"* * * * * * If Spike Accepts The Gum * * * * * * The Dean would nod, lifting bringing up his hand to reveal a small packet of 'Big Red', a stick already propped out. However, his eyes were looking quietly at the boy."The gum does not leave the office. This is purely for taking off some of the tension for what we'll discuss, so please spit it out in the wastebasket by the door before you leave at the end of our session."With that, with the gum stick taken, the rest of the packet would be retreated back down, the Dean kicking the drawer shut.
...Along with something else.* * * * * * If Spike Rejects The Gum * * * * * * ...
The Dean's lips would break into a rare smile."Good. At least there's some honesty here. I am still an Enforcer---You never may know if I had a specially made pack of gum laced with Brimstone Delta."If there was any confused looks on the boy's face at that, the Dean would continue with only a look of surprise in his own mind, "Brimstone Delta and Brimstone both being highly addictive drugs that enhances all of your bodily and mental capabilities.---At the expense of the independence of your spirit."Still however, the Dean would then take out a simple packet of gum, covered in aluminum, no labels. A six-pack.
Quietly pushing the packet of gum to the boy with four fingers dragging it on the top of the desk towards the boy, he'd resume his original sitting position with both hands and elbows on the desk while leaning back in his chair."Let us continue for the time being," he said with no inclination of explaining for the time being.Moderator Note: Item To Be Revealed...* * * * * * * * * * * * * "I do not know how much your father has told you, so for the sake of dispelling any possibility of uncertainty, I will begin from the ground up. I apologize in advance if it sounds condescending with the assurance it is not intended to be."He paused, to see if there was anything with Mr. Sudeki yet."Several months ago, prior to the Earthquake that leveled Public High School #259, was when Mr. Asiv enacted his ploy against a good majority of the corrupt German "Enforcers" that were established in Public High School #259 to help the United States of America develop their own branch of the "Enforcers". This incited the riot of the Enforcers and eventually the kidnappings and misusage of local Correctional Facility under Sean Barker and his cohorts."
"I was among them at the time, helping to regulate security in an orderly fashion."No sign of remorse or guilt...
...Outwardly.
Nothing showed in the eyes, the face, the voice or any of its intonations. And yet---"It was during this time and prior to that the scientists were working alongside Sean Barker to develop military-grade drugs to enhance the physical and combat prowess. By utilizing the high number of powerful Qi-users in the surrounding area---in particular, Public High School's #259, #260, and #243 as well as what would appear to be everyday normal people---for a time of about three years running."
"Your Student Body and its faculty members were informed of the location of this particular Correctional Facility and promptly attacked it a few days later on a massive, organized wide-scale that no one would have ever thought possible and suceeded."At this, the Student Dean paused, resisting to show any facial muscle movement that felt natural at this time, Slowly, he held out his right hand used his left hand to slowly pull off the black, leather glove on it, before resting the glove between his arms and resting his elbows again in his standard resting position while addressing Mr. Sudeki. His fingers entangled each other in stark contrast of the light, almost white brown and the black, leather glove held down on the desk."I take note of there being no casualties, only massive injuries to all---This 'success' came at the price that the Correctional Facility was blown up by either Sean Barker or the operating high-ranked Enforcers at the time."
"This irresponsibility let loose a throng of people who had been caged up and experimented on by various means that were not and are not ready to face everyday normal society."
"Some have already assumedly died due to lack of constant maintence and treatment, others have taken to hiding, some attack ordinary people who live their lives. The list goes on and on."He paused. A lot to take in, yes, but he could always repeat at the end of this little lecture session---and he would rather not aggravate the young Sudeki if he was so inclined with such traits of impatience to those with loose mouths. Still, there was no outward explanation as to why he stopped, which may have been irritating in itself, but the Dean just sat there with his perfectly regulated breath-in, breath-out technique, little to no movement showing from his chest."I now come to the final point. I am here as a joint representitive and leader of the Japanese and German Enforcer Corporations to help clean up this mess. I have given you little reason for you to trust me, so what I ask is purely voluntary: I am here to help recapture these run-away experiments."
"My goal: To recompensate them and rehabilitate them if needed and if possible. If it is not, then I hope to provide them a means by my joint-operations' means to make the rest of their days a little more comfortable."
"The reason I turn to you and the inhabitants of Public High School #259 is because:
- Your school has proven to have a large amount of strong inhabitants.
- The combined deeds of Public High School #259's Student Body is not underestimated and taken into special consideration.
- To help make amends and possibly recreate a bridge between the U.S. and foreign Enforcer Corporations.
- To pre-empt potential experiments that may target this school.
- ...Not all of these Experiments that are on the run will be quick to understand what we are attempting to do.
- There is a possibility that some Experiments will be more cordial towards a mass of people who have had those among them suffered as they have.
- ...There are many, many amongst those that have fled amongst the Experiments that are unnaturally strong for the normal, ordinary person to deal with by ordinary means of strategem."
"If you agree, there will be compensation for your work. The man paused one more time. He looked at Mr. Sudeki, son of Leon Sudeki, very carefully. Eying him with something else in the back of his mind.
Yes. He'd say it."Of all of those that have run away, there is a particular number of threats, known as 'Originals' who were captured very early on, some moved there from other locations," he said, implying that they were experimented on for a much longer amount of time. "Rank 17 'Crimson Delight', Rank 3 'Glitch', Rank's 6 & 7 'Red Butterfly', Rank 12 'Blinder'..."
"Just to name a few."Meaningless names that meant nothing. For now."I present you the offer to accept my request to go on missions for me for what I hope you'll believe to be a great cause and public service or to reject it and live the rest of your time in Public High School #259 as peacefully as you can."
"You do not have to decide today. But I will begin my operations soon."Silence.

It was as if it where planned by his dad. Even though Spike was different in alot of ways he could not deny his blood. That will be spoken about in a moment. Spike would deny the gum only because he didn't trust the dean enough to be on the kind of level where he would be comfurtable talking to him like a normal person, not to mention he was shy in alot of respects. Yet when he heard of what this Brimstone Delta was, his eyes narrowed at the thought. Some formula for inhancement. Spike was almost disgusted at the thought. Users... Drugs where never the answer to match someone elses power. But he kept that tid bit to himself.
Spike would simply look at the pack fo gum that was pushed towards him. Wondering about it, since once again, he did not trust the Dean yet. Looking back to him as his speech continued. Speaking from the beginning of everything. Seemed this school had alot of backround conflict... Well alot more than he had assumed. Spike remembered hearing something about an explosion rocking the docks on the coast line where the Correctional Fascility was... Interesting.
The further information that the dean was among them as a security regulations officer... Interesting further. Yet what really got him to snap to attention was the mention of a large scale assault on the fascility from the students of this school? Why?... Spike could only imagine the kind of battle that must of raged through that one.
Thinking about how powerful these escaped expiraments must be... How much of a challange fighting them all would be... It was beyond his currenct comprehention, as he shuddered outwardly. As if one extacy. He wanted to fight them. It wasnt his normal attitude, thsi was the affair of a Sudeki warrior. He may not share Leon's lust for battle, but on a large scale such as this, it was hard for any Sudeki to deny their blood.
"I have... One question, if I may."
Spike would wait for a sign to be allowed to answer, once it was given Spike would smile, a half smile on his face almost mirror image of his fathers. He was excited, and it showed.
"How strong are they?"
Spike obviousely meant the escapee's. The look on his face wasn't concern, or fear, or even curiosity, he was excited. He was a Sudeki.
