It seems a day had passed since the announcement where Mitsuki Park had handed down her title to David Blaze; Gabriel couldn't help but feel as though he'd made the right choice only a day before. Coming to terms with David was his best move yet, now he had to build upon that trust and form an association with David perhaps give him some ambition to listen to Gabriel's foresight.
This morning he sat on the front lawn staring out into the parking lot, almost like he was prepared to ambush him. A clever smile on his face, actions were very powerful but there came a time when they were unnecessary.
There was much to discuss this morning.

David approched from behind sexually, his hands in his pockets as he viewed the top of Gabriels head. He didn't know why the boy wished to speak with him, but he was obviously wanting something. David had come to school expecting some sort of riot, or filthy looks since his declaration that the School Captain title was passed down to him, but it had actually passed along quite nicely, and everyone seemed to accept it. He was in the process of deciding pillars, trying to work out in his mind who would be the best candidates. Mitsuki, obviously, Alex, Emily, and yes, even Gabriel. He didn't want to have the kid a pillar because he had seen what gabriel was like in a position of power, but then again having him as one would prove very useful in the future.
He cracked his neck.
"So, Gabriel. I expect there is something i can do for you- idle chat is hard for me today. I have much...work to do."
He kept his voice light and calm, not appearing threatening unlike almost every other encounter between the two for the past several months. He DID have a lot to do, from his rounds to his watching of those individuals who may yet become his pillars. Still, as Captain he was there for anyone, regardless of thier interaction. Hell, though he wouldnt admit it?
He wouldnt mind a little break.

Gabriel didn't flinch though he took a deep breath not realizing that Blaze was a ghost behind him. He sucked it up and put his confidence face on as he stood to turn to the Captain. Memories filtered in reminding him of last time the man had been a pillar. They were enemies then, but once more Gabriel fought for himself. He nodded accordingly and offered a hand out to suggest a walk.
"I did have quick a few thngs to discuss with you, and I'm sure you already realize it has to do with your pillarship.." Gabriel stated bluntly, "There are a few concerns I'd like to acknowledge with the system which could perchance abolish a sense of violence in this school, however there is some chance of backfire to this on your end..." Gabriel wouldn't sugercoat it here, David knew all too well his sly tongue.

David took the offer, following Gabriels lead alongside him, dress shirt buttoned up and hair blowing gently in the breeze. He listened, but frowned to himself when the boy spoke of something backfiring on his end. Of course it would- nearly everything Gabriel planned out for him backfired in Davids face. He took a deep breath, trying to calm himself long enough for the boy to go through what it was he was trying to state.
"I'm listening."
He wasn't going to pretend he was fond of any idea that the young Seran had- most of Gabes ideas didnt end or bode well for the school, and more importantly the populace. He would, of course, come to David - what with him being the School Captain and in a position of authority among the social hierarchy. It frustrated and irritated him that the boy just couldn't accept that he needed to calm down and move on, find new interests. Perhaps stop the path of rule and move on to another...
His footsteps fell easily, listening to this new proposal of his old rival.

... and just then! Hammer time! An eight foot man would have been seen sliding across the hall far down the hall from them, doing MC Hammers sideways shuffle flawlessly, to the point it did not even look like his legs were moving nor were his feet leaving the ground. That head of his was cocked sideways, two massive set of headphones clung to his head in the color of Russian Camouflage.
The music was playing so loud from those things they would have been able to hear it quite easily. ~ '.. and this is a beat unh ya can't touch.' ~ Then just like that it had faded from hearing range, that is, until he once more came into view, this time at the opposite end of the hallway, creepy how that worked wasn't it?
That sliding was in the other direction now, his face tilted towards the way those feet carried him, ~ ' Let them know that you're too much and this is a beat unh- ' ~ The song was once more cut off as he disappeared up the hall. The question that should have been in the front of their mind.. was why the hell was an eight foot man doing a shuffle left and right, up and down the hallways for no apparent reason? Simple answer was that he had been plagued by MC Hammers music, and now was addicted, so much so that he had learned how to do the shuffle.

Gabriel nodded slowly already feeling the disapproving lances that would be thrust unto him should he phrase this incorrectly. Such a great start though.
"The goal is to givve power to many groups of assorted clubs and teams, derive power from the Captain and give power to the minorities." Gabriel nodded again.
Now was the test to see if David was out to save the school or merely his own ends. Though his ideal did have flaws which is indeed why he came to David first off.
"The school then becomes a Republic and not a hierarchy... The problem the n would be, you'd have to give up your power."
Gabriel knew that ofcourse this would have to be a transiational event, no person could give up power and expect everything to work out perfectly. The only case of that here was transfer from Mitsuki to David and it was still calm because it was still a dictatorship.

David sighed.
"Its not likely."
...say wut?
"And heres why." He stopped, eyes floating to the right where music could be heard blaring. He turned toward it, noticing the giant man from several interactions hover through the hallway, doing a strange dance- the shuffle, if David remembered correctly. He watched the man disappear, a total "wtf" look on his face before he turned back to Gabriel. Just as he opened his mouth, he saw the man float in the other hallway, and he looked back down the one he had just been in, before looking back, the eight footer looking hilarious as he broke down. He shook his head as the man vanished, a sort of chuckle coming to his lips before he finally made to continue his words.
"The school needs an individual in a position of power. I don't want to keep it for some self-rightous, self-absorbed reason for power. I wouldn't mind what you suggest- a student council of sorts. However, at the current rate of violence in the school, the strange men wo want to destroy us, and the new dean leaves bad timing. Plus, several students are still very wary of you, and so anything proposed with your name on it would be met with skepticism and ill-content." He leaned back against the wall, the music finally fading from his hearing completely.
"In time, i wouldn't mind putting what you want into action, but as it stands there would only be more chaos and less getting done than if we did what you suggest. You, my friend, still need to clear your name of the deeds you performed at 42, not only to me but to many others. If things settle down and you regain your integrity with the students, we can talk more about this possibility then, unless you have arguments to raise against my words?"

Gabriel felt a snarl rise up however he controlled his temper with help of the collar. He suited up situating a sense of control once more.
"Than don't reveal it under my name, take the glory yourself Captain, With the association of many clubs and sports we can rut out the majority of violence here and the powers of the people could institute and join under a single flag and take down these threats."
Gabriel had a certain edge to his voice of impatience, sure his name wasn't clear but nor was anyone elses that day, all of them just stood by and let him do it.
"When was the last time you saw any clubs at this school? Or any for that matter... Since Corperal punishment funding has been low and outsourced thats why gangs have been popping up like viruses, thats why even with a single source of power you'll never be able to control the spike in violence."
Gabriel would continue on with his intentions a way that David could perhaps agree to.
"You wouldn't lose any privileges your power would simply be divided, with people's attention and energy drawn into clubs and sports the few that do become violent or regress will be easily handled by you. The pillars can never be entirely destroyed merely suited to more resourceful duties."

David watched simply as Gabriel tried to control his anger.
"Its not about the control, and i dont care about my power. Im talking about perception." He sighed. "Look, if i suddenly begin handing auhority over to several different groups, then the power instilled in a school captain would be, as you said, divided. It would take time for things to be in place, and if i even proposed such a thing my authority and power would be brought into question. While i wouldnt mind this were things normal, things are not normal, even you cant deny that. We have a new Student Dean who is obviously trying to establish himself. We have strange, overly powerful people crashing down around our ears, and we cant afford to seperate the strength that is percieved to be in the School Captain and the Student Hierarchy."
"At THIS point in time, it would only weaken us. Down the road, when things have grown calm once again, we'll have a far better chance of grasping peoples attention, of holding it and explaining it. Right now, people are worried about attacks from these outsiders, and about the Dragons. They look to me to make it right and i would do it." He placed a hand on Gabes shoulder.
"Your idea is a good one, im not saying its un-doable. It is, and i have thought of such a thing myself. But at the current state of mind the student populace is in, your idea would only fall through, and it could possibly leave a riot larger than the one we had at 42."
David hoped Gabe would pick up on this- he couldnt just give up what people had currently invested thier time and hope in, not when it was obviously needed most. Gabes idea was great, and David would love to make it a reality.
Just...not at this point in time.

Gabriel would lose face now, control was his strong suit but now this was required of him to make a sentiment. He would turn to cut David off quickly after the part reguarding his plan falling through.
"What you don't seem to understand is the threat still remains!" Gabriel snarled at him viciously.
"It doesn't matter what system you have the threat will always be there thats why I gave you the Black Knights. They would assist you in control over this and still you refused." Gabriel was furious at this point, not at David specifically but his morality that constantly stood in the way making a process too slow or ridiculously foolish.
"You will lose everything if you hesitate to move now, Please I'm begging you don't let the past get in the way, don't give them what they want their victory here."
Gabriel's voice leveled out from violent to pleading. Had he become weak, there were several issues he still had yet to address, that new dean for one. Gabriel hadn't anticipated his arrival but reguardless working as a unified body would be better suited than breaking off.

Davids face grew hard.
"And what if it fails, what then? What happens when we are NOT unified because of the time it would take to organize such an event and we fall under attack. What if we lose what little control i currently have on those students who just want peace? If your idea, which is time consuming, does NOT take off and people end up getting hurt for it, what then? Do i step forward ad merely reclaim my place as Captain? No, because i will have lost the faith and trust of the people. You can't just look at the risks of NOT doing as you want and not acknowledge the possibility that this plan may fail and leave us worse off then we are now." He ran his fingers back through his hair. "The Black Knights dont KNOW me Gabriel. They would listen to me only because you told them to, and the moment you wanted control back they would take it."
"I can't lead a group that isnt unified- divided your group will fall. For god sakes man look at how Alexis reacted to you! that should be some small clue!"
He didn't understand why Gabriel pressed this- David was newly appointed School Captain, and in time would leave no question as to his rule. At that point, he could better make available the option of a Student Council- now, people were placing faith in him to protect them, not try and abandon them in favor of a currently weaker rule. He would cut off what Gabriel said with a simple statement.
"What would it matter anyway- the strong govern the weak now, and so would they in the council. A council could lead to bribery, to threats, extortion and Larceny. These things are the beginnings of crimes that students will commit to have a say in what happens here. And its likely the council would only have a larger effect on individuals wanting to have a Gang rule all."
"You must understand my position Gabe. Either way, things could go wrong, but from my point of view your way has far more risk."

Gabriel flinched at the notice of Alexis. How did he? His body shuddered with certain tremors, the collar at his neck working overtime to keep his control. Blood dripped from tightly wound hands clasping tautly together, we wouldn't take this out on David, not yet, and not here. Gabriel gave a dissatisfied look. David most certainly didn't understand the people, too long had he been up in his cloud of authority he'd lost all sense of personification, that was Gabriel's view at this point.
"I will see this through with or without your help..."
It would undoubtably come off as a threat in David's mind. With that now David would have another faction on his plate to deal with and the Black Knights were the most organized of the bunch capable of causing mass damage.
"I don't want to be your enemy David, I never have." Gabriel said quite flustered at this point.
This was for everyone's best interest and he'd have no one stand in the way. Selfishness set aside Gabriel would give the power he had to everyone, and they would take from his life the pursuit of greatness.

David tilted his head a little to the left.
"Gabriel, your obviously misunderstanding my words. I said your idea is good, but it needs to wait. I want to remain on this path we are on as allies, but if you insist on telling me that i need to do as you wish or be your enemy, then i will do as i see fit as School Captain. If you feel like you can't wait it out then you do as you see fit. But i won't be threatened with being your enemy. This is the course of action i see best AT THIS TIME. Just calm down and wait it out, and i'll see what i can do Gabriel, okay?
David Charged his Qi as he spoke, hiding it so Gabe wouldn't know.
Just in case.
OOC((Qi charged, ready next post.))

(ooc: oh God a fight would be good at this point...damn timing, just you wait I'll have my day *shakes fist*)
Gabriel stared back through threatened eyes, he knew this would be the given reaction. Tensions rose but not to a breaking point just yet, one of them would have to yield or else the school would turn into a warzone again.
"Then thats how it will have to be.." Gabrie paused before bringing it up again. " For now that is."
There would be a hard time ahead, and while David procrastinated Gabriel would fuel the Black Knights into action reguardless of outside events.

Davids eyes squinted.
"Exactly- for now. Give me time, i'd love to sit down and speak more on this with others. Time is all i ask for, eh?"
He still kept his gaurd up, for his next statements would be rather...sudden and might cause more pain or anger on Gabriels part. Still, he needed to say somethng after the girl had shown up on his doorstep balling her eyes out.
"I have something i do want to talk with you about, and it starts with Alexis." His voice took on a harder tone. "You could have let her down easy, instead you just ignored her while oogling the other female. It was a total dick move, and if that offends you, then good, its meant to." He didn't care right now if Gabriel got upset- he wanted him to. Just give David an excuse to punch the guy in the face and her would take it. If anyone was deserving of a sock in the mouth, Gabriel was.
He controlled his anger far easier than this Dragon though, and waited for an explaination.
