The steady beat of music played from cars in the lot as Gabriel Seran marched his way through the many assorted cars. He had a confident stride to himself and a professional demeanor to his wardrobe today. White button-up that extended out to his palms set inplace with fine ebony cufflinks; His dark satin slacks swayed to and fro with the surrent winds of winter approaching.
"Gabriel Seran, please report to the Dean's Office immediatly."
Great already in trouble. Of course he had to wonder what this meant for him. To deal face to face with this new dean would surely be an enlightening experience. The discussion between him concerning the Correctional Facility patients and these new missions they'd be under going with the assistence of these enforcers to ultimatly shut down the old Facility certainly sparked his interests. Aside from the fact that, he had suspicions of them building another one this time perchance completeing the work of old.
Gabriel stood before the deans door feeling a sense of doubt.
*knock Knock*
Too late.

A Temp
*KNOCK KNOCK*"Aight, aight. Gittin' it."*OPEN*"Mr. Seran? Please take a seat inside... 'scuse me." [Pronounced: "Mista SerAn? Please taek ah seaht insigh'd... 'Scuze me."] ...Promptly walking out after he went ahead and stepped inside.
The Dean looked over as his "secretary" for the day left, their discussions tended to. What was next was Mr. Seran himself. Looking over a few files in hand, the strangely haired Japanese man sat without any other movements in his body as he looked calmly over at Mr. Seran."Please make yourself comfortable, Mr. Seran. We will begin as soon as you are ready," the Dean would say without even batting an eye.

Gabriel's eyes quickly surveyed the Secretary with a hint of interest, sure she was a few years older than him but he had always had an attentiveness for older women. He winked at her slowly expecting a good reaction back before gfollowing her to a seat before the Student Dean. There were a few things on his mind that he would like dissolved but first off he wanted to know this man's agenda, information was the strongest weapon imaginable. At Moral Crest the absence of a dean made things alot easier to bypass information, perhaps there'd be some way he could buy this one off perhaps even get him to ally to his contributions maybe slip some information his way. Curiousity sprung afoot as Gabriel surveyed the stack of files.
Sitting down before the dean Gabriel leaned back in a proffessional mannor trying to address to the Dean as equals rather than simply as a student to his system. Of course who's system it would be had the knack for changing rapidly as of late.
"By all means I'm ready.."

"No Matter How Righteous The Cause, Bringing Along Some Muscle..." The girl smiled politely to his face in an almost abashed way at the wink before silently giving him the finger with their backs turned towards each other. Young kids these days with no respect. Fuckin' wanksters.
Waiting at his desk, the Student Dean prepared himself to resolve some matters as opposed to dissolving them. From the way the Dean's careful but quick hands acted, his eyes flicking this way and that, it was as if he didn't even care that Gabriel was there."By all means I'm ready.."A few more moments pause.
...A few more moments... pause...
There was no sign of anything wrong from the way his face held itself, other then how long he was taking to look at one piece of paper. But then, if that was true, then...
The Dean looked up.
Mr. Seran looked back at his completely emotionless face."I suppose you are. You did, after all, create an insurrection in Public High School #42, threatened the life of a teen-pregnant girl, and have reportedly blew up a few buildings from your reckless 'Qi' usage."Student reports. Faculty reports. Cameras. Personal bugs planted. Information collection.
Still no emotion. Still nothing more then the calm, reassuring voice."There obviously some missing things here and there, but you previous achievements are astonishing, even potentially making you a worthy candidate amongst the ranks of the so-called 'my kind'," he'd say in obvious reference to the Enforcers. And in a subtle way, also saying...
...
There was no emotion, no fear, no hatred in the Dean's eyes..."In your initial stay at Public High School #259, you yourself were part of a gang here."His eyes looked down, as he began to look through more papers. Multi-tasking. ---His voice turning slightly casual."...So, if I may inference due to your reputation..."...Although his voice was the only thing that changed, and even then only for a moment..."You are also planning something, Mr. Seran."No, the Dean didn't know that Gabriel still had his gang from Public High School #42."Something I would like to utilize for these missions to recapture the experiments."...But it was a damn good bluff. And with the re-increasing activity of Enforcers at this school..."After all, with your grades, it should be easy to get into a college. Anywhere."
"Should be."...
Nothing.
...Nothing showed up on the Dean's face, as he continued to sort through the papers...

Gabriel couldn't help but feel a bit elated at the Dean's words, he wore an expression like a robot however and was impossible to read. Gabriel sat cross legged thinking out each word in all to much detail to scrounge for whatever information he could manage. A bit of this and that, his past of being a misfit, however the end came as a bit of a surprise the man had called him out on his plans. Whether it be a bluff or not Gabriel couldn't be sure the increased security about the school would give the dean a certain eye on things so he'd have to rule it as a fact. However he hadn't faltered Gabriel's plan was essential and perhaps if he gave a little maybe even the dean could give a little. Or perhaps Gabriel would Take
"After all, with your grades, it should be easy to get into a college. Anywhere."
"Should be."
Gabriel didn't flinch, the man was threatening him now. Gabriel felt no such pull by this false action Gabriel hadn't ever needed school, he went here for the simple joys. All his life he'd been upper class and here was his chance at normality...well sort of.
"I suppose threatening words will generally get your way... Though once more I must state that I don't buy it." Gabriel grinned, he'd beaten enforcer's before and he certainly had no problem here.
"What do you want from me? Because if you want something, you'll have to give me something in return." Gabriel replied unblinking.
What had Gabriel wanted? Control? Power? Information? Or the lot of it, his fancies changed on a dime and Gabriel was one of fine tastes. The dean would need a sure prize to hold his attention for even a moment.

"Perhaps You Don't Understand..." *RIP*
*Lighter*
...The Dean, with his hands underneath the desk, slowly scooted his desk backwards, the clattering of the lighter below his desk as he backed up.
Holding alight Gabriel Seran's torn up, burning High School Diploma.
No emotion."Mr. Seran."
"I do not trust you."
"Your first impression was terrible and plain to see through."
"And as of right now, you shall not be graduating from Public High School #259 unless I say so."...Sue him? Try it. Attack him? Go for it. That's what the Dean expected. The fact that there were so many powermongerers (in his eyes) running around this Public High School did more then disturb the Student Dean. The fact that college students and professors did not utilize their abilities and priveleges to create a better school system did more then just bother him a little. It didn't matter if Gabriel even decided to break the desk, destroy the computer, burn all his files---back-ups. Lots and lots of back-ups. How?
...
Well, maybe the things around his hair and head were more then just... 'decoration'.
Still, there was no malcontent in the Dean."Simply put, what I want is your full cooperation as well as those that you know that would also be willing to help, to which if it is a gang, I will permit your leader's dictations of, so long as it does not supercede my own or any other person I put in charge of a said mission. What I'll give you and all participants in turn has already been stated in our previous meeting and will not extend beyond that. The colleges that as of right now will not even listen to you will accept you upon applying for."
"In other words, as long as you just do these missions, do not turn on me, it will be as if your Diploma were never destroyed," he'd say, extending out his right hand to take off his glove, exposing it for Mr. Seran to shake."I do not mind being ruthless, nor do I care if you will despise me for being cautious---I do not trust you, but if you just go along with what I intend, everything will be fine."The hand remained exposed, ready to be shaken upon agreement. Or if not...
...Well, the school could always use more janitors.
Of course, the Student Dean didn't know that Mr. Seran had Seran Corporations to provide him a means of leaving this school. And this country.
...Global Enforcers... huh...

"You seem to have the wrong idea about me Mr. Evan was it?"
Gabriel averted his eyes a second flicking his fingers in his lap as he bought time. Everything was planned dispite his certain lack of visual representation. A short gaze behind him to check if that secretary was still there. A cough and then he set his hands on the table a businesslike manner about him that couldn't have been found before.
"As many other students in this school say, 'I don't plan on being anyone's lap dog'..." Gabriel chuckled lowering himself back into the chair, "But then again you know as well as I it's often the people who are so determaned in that point who are most easily manipulated."
Gabriel folded his hands in his lap crossing his legs while his posture straightened up into one of more so respectability. His features easily playing between anger, to consideration as his words flowed.
"Now lets set all the chips on the table here... You have a certain card to play, and I suspect that's all you have against me. Fine I'll let you play it and keep your demeanor simple." Gabriel smiled calmly collecting himself.
"However there are quite a few things I want in return, This is for both our sakes I would imagine a beneficial sort of the word you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours and so long as we keep it that way you'll never have to worry about me again."
A smooth line fixated on his face. "I want a Squad of your Enforcers under my direct command. Simple as that."

"Yeah. You Don't Understand." It was a simple yes or no situation. For both Gabriel and the Dean."No."The Enforcer smiled.
It was eerie."Enjoy the rest of your life in high school---Or you can get the hell out of high school and move to a different country," the Dean would say slowly getting up.
He'd walk around, make his way for the door...
If someone didn't get the point, would keep on pressing their own goals, the simple matter of avoiding a compromise was to turn it down. Simple as that.
Besides, what Mr. Seran failed to understand was there were only four or five of them here who were in the Japanese-German Enforcer Corporation Coalition. The others were here by their own Corporations choice via hard-worked alliances worked out.
God, this atmosphere was unsavory. Coffee sounded good.
---Unless Gabriel Seran decided to stop him. Either physically or with some other means. The Enforcer expected him too---but just as readily expected nothing.
Regardless, the moment the Dean would step out of his own office, Mr. Seran's high school fate would be wholly and entirely beyond his own care. And why not? The Dean wasn't one to put up with bullshit. There would be no compromises this time.
...Much like with David Blaze..."Up yours too, Mr. Blaze,"

Gabriel sat there still with a pensive stare at where the dean had burnt up his future right before his eyes. It would take him a second to fully go through every thought and emotion. Of those was obviously anger but that was slow to come in Gabriel's case, he had fall backs where others did not. But there was still the spitting forethought of his drive in ackomplishments
He would wait till the Dean met the door, "Wait..."
Thoughts formed into words as he related them out. "What was it that you had in mind?"
He would give but an instant of weakness, sometimes when a force met an immovable object one had to give up.
