((OoC: David first, then whoevah))
Walking through the halls, the courtyard, the track field, the bathrooms, everywhere. Walking as if searching for something. carying two empty coke bottles on his fingers. Clanging them together rythmically.
"Daaaviiiid... Come out and plaaaaayeeey."
Yup. Leon liked the movie, The Warriors. But he had some things to discuss, he had some choices to make. There where things greater than himself at work and he was compelled to follow it. There where conserns growing, and he was compelled to tackle them head on. There was a grand battle ahead of him, and as a Sudeki warrior... He was compelled... To gain his glory.

He chuckled, stepping out silently from a classroom behind Leon.
"I'm right here, Dragon."
He would speak peacefully, though his eyes were hard set, immediately charging his Qi. He didn't know what this man wanted, but having him walk the halls like that with an evil glint in his eye put a nervous tingle in his chest. Leon Sudeki. The one individual in the entire school who was his match. No, it was a margin, but Leon was stronger. It brought a giggle to his mind. Someone of a superior fighting ability. David wasn't scared, in all honesty, he was apprehensive. Excited. He placed his hands in his pockets, right beneath the black dress shirt. He had a tank under it, and his hair fell down around his eyes.
"What can i do for you, Leon?"
His voice was steady, calm. though he appeared to be in a stable, non-threatening stance, he was like a coiled viper, ready for any sign of trouble or sudden movement from this powerhouse. He wouldn't blink, instead waiting in patient silence for the Lightning Dragon to state his reason for calling out the School Captain.
OOC((Qi charged, ready in next post.))

And there he was. The one he was looking for. Leons smile grew a little more, David may notice the almost white eyes of Leon, with the dark blue lines that remained of his eyes. Leon adjusted his stance as he threw the glass bottles away in the near by trash can.
"Now now David. Lets not jump right at the formalities. Lets talk outside, next to the clocktower."
Leon would walk away headed towards the clock tower in the courtyard where he would take a seat in the shade, wavign a hand for David to do the same.
"See, I got a bit of an interesting problem. I'm stuck between two wars that are easily problematic for the school... I see only two people capable of handling this problem, you happen to be one of them. The other being Mitsuki Park. I know many things about the both of you... And I need to make an assessment."
Leon leaned against the tower and took a breath, reaching into his coat and pulling out a pack of death sticks, flicking one out and lighting it.
"I need to see if you guys have the abilities to tackle this problem. And a praposal."

Drea was wandering the halls, moving almost briskly. She checked each face for the male that her sister had been toying with - the David person. Her teacher had asked that she seek out the male for some reason or the other. Apparently, his capabilities were... well, she doubted respected was the most appropriate term. Maybe 'feared' or something like that... Not that the educators would admit to that.
"Yeah, looks like David and Leon're gonna duke it out!" the hoot caught her attention.
"David... David Blaze?" she'd thrown the question out for anyone to answer.
"Well, duh! Who else would it be?"
Drea frowned at those words. David... had seemed less of a fighter than these people made him out to be. Then again, her own assessment of him had been short, and her older sister had been involved.
That's right. Emily. Drea had noted that Emily seemed to cause others to act outside of their normal behavioral patterns. She wasn't sure what it indicated, but she doubted it was anything bad.
"Did you see where they went?"
"Sudeki said the clock tower, yo."
Drea thanked the boy she'd asked and began trotting towards the courtyard. Behind her, she could hear the beginnings of a betting pool beginning and rolled her eyes. Idiots.
Within moments, the large tower came into view - how could it not, as large as it was? - and as she stepped out onto the grass, she began looking about for him.
She was stopped by one girl, though, that she didn't know - "Emily! How'd you get your hair to grow so fast? I like it!"
Drea had simply smiled at the girl, amused. "Sorry," she said to the girl. "I'm not Emily. I'm her twin sister."
The girl blushed, looking abashed and muttered apologies before fleeing.
It was true though - Drea was Emily's younger twin sister. Their eyes, face, and body-types were exactly the same. The only really obvious ways to tell the difference were the different lengths in hair - Emily's hair was short and black where as Drea's was long and black - and their clothing.
Emily dressed in a way that showed she was more up-to-date with styles than Drea was. After all, anyone that didn't wear jeans and some oversized T-shirt everyday was likely to be more in touch with style than she.
Drea frowned a bit as she looked around. Where was he? While she might've wished to yell for him - it would be a helluva lot easier - she decided against it. It would attract unwanted attention. On the other hand...
There was a male sitting by the tower. Two of them.
"David?" she called, unsure if she had the right guy or not.

David simply stared, not budging as Leon played as though David were someone that needed to prove his worth.
"I have been in countless battles, Dragon. I have shown myself to be one of the best fighters under the roof of this school. I don't need my abilities tested by anyone- you know very well my strength." He kept his hands in his pockets, watching Leon light a smoke. "As for Mitsuki- she is strong, though at only about half of my current abilities. She's capable though, and i have faith in her." David did have one thing he felt was wrong with her, and that was her ability to control her Qi. She had issues surpressing anger and it turned her into a far more violent person.
He cracked his neck.
"As for these people you seem to have a problem with- whats thier story, and why should i help you?"
He looked to the girl, holding up a finger kindly to indicate he would speak with her in a moment. If he had looked closer, he would have realized it was Emilys friend from the courtyard, though now his focus was completely on the Sudeki Elder.

"Now, now David. Dont get defencive, I do not mean to test your skills as a fighter. I know well enough those abilities of yours."
Leon was slightly distracted though when a female not far off approached slightly and seemed to point at David with her speech, curious. It wasnt strange, but you didnt see that kind of thing every day. And then there was the odd resemblence to that female that he faught in the correctional fascility. But she had been effected by the drugs going through the correctional fascility. Causing her hair to turn a silverish white.
He looked from her to David who seemed to ask for a moment by raising a finger, Leon himself raised an eye brow, but chuckled a bit.
"What I mean to test is your skills as leaders. Here I know that Mitsuki had been kidnapped by some pretty powerful individuals and the student body amassed to rescue her. But I do not know if it was because she was a worthy leader or not. I also know her abilities are similer to mine in ways. I wish to help her control it."
Leon of course was speaking of the time he witnessed Mitsuki use a similer electrical shock from her hands as Leon had done. This could prove to have the same draw backs as his own. Which was never a good thing.
"You on the other hand, I do not have the kind of information on. I know of nothing that had happened int he past."
Leon would answer his question though.
"Well I'd say a good reason to help me is because we now have a common enemy. The organization I've been at war with for about 10 years now has begun to take in the escaped correctional fascility test subjects."

Drea sighed as David asked her to wait with a finger. She sat down a bit away from the two - far enough that she wouldn't get in their way, but close enough to hear whispers of their speech.
As they spoke, she realized that David was far more ensconced in violence than she'd originally thought... And who was Mitsuki? She made a mental note to ask Emily about it later.
And then their conversation turned to the correctional facility. She didn't know much about it, but she did know that a lot of... damning action had taken place there. All she knew of it, she heard from whispers in the halls, but even that was rare. And she rarely heard anything useful. All she knew, for the time being, was that Emily had something to do with it... And... wasn't her sister also an escaped correctional facility test subject?
Drea restrained a frown from appearing on her face. For all she knew, they could be talking about entirely different things. She'd wait until she'd gotten her own message to David and was well on her way to begin sorting out the information she was filing away in her analytical mind.

Ah, and thus his own plan struck a cord in his mind.
Leons words caused David to make what may be a hasty decision- he had planned to speak with this man soon about some offers he had, but the guy seemed like a loose cannon, and David had to latch on to what he could when he could. This statement brought things to new light, so he folded his arms.
"I tell you what- how about i give you the chance to do so."
He stared at the Dragon, giving him a small offer of relaxation, which to certain warriors would show trust.
"I have an offer for you Leon- for i may have need of your strength. In return for fighting along side me if i need it, i will give you one years worth of free pizza from anywhere in the city." He remembered Emily telling him that Leon loved pizza, and would do almost anything for it. "There were also be enough fighting for your hearts content." David also knew Leon lived and breathed for fights, to test himself against the best. "However, it may involve fighting those you are friends with." he shrugged. "Though i guess it shouldnt much matter if they know how to defend themselves."
He waited a moment for Leon to digest this.
"During this time period, observe and take note of my skills, and pass me or fail me. Im fine with either since, as of right now, i have no idea why you even need to assess the skills in the first place."
He watched the Lightning Dragon, waiting for a reaction.

...
Pizza? AND fighting? The gods where not merciful to whoever was enemies with David Blaze at this point in time.
"Mmm, you drive a hard bargain... But know this... Anyone I consider friend wont be defeated by me."
This didn't mean he wouldn't fight them. This meant it would be impossible for Leon to win the fight. Ark Sigismund was still considered Leon's rival even today. Every fight Leon had ever had with the man was a losing battle. Only once had he ever obtained a tie. This was Leon's greatest challange, beyond that he considered no one his friend.
"But I accept your offer, I'll help you when I can."
Leon smiled. A real smile mind you, twas different from his usual cocky fighting smile. He was excited. He wondered what would cause David Blaze to need help... Must be a tough enemy. Could only be a tough enemy. Though where he heard of the weakness of pizza... He would have to find out.

Well.
"Deal."
He would turn to go, but then turn back with a curious look on his face.
"Leon...would you do me a favor?"
He waited for a yes.
"I want to go to the abandoned field a mile from town, southeast. There, i want to see all of your power brought forth, without holding anything back." He shrugged.
"Just to see how i measure up."

Leon had nodded to David. Unsure of the favor, seemed there was something already... Unrestricted? Mmm, that was a dangerous game he wanted to play there... But it was one he hadn't done for a long time.
"Very Well. I will meet you there."
Leon would remain seated for the time being. He had to prepare his mind so as to stay in control if he where to go all out. Good thing it would be an abandoned field with very little electrical things to obsorb, would be less things to effect his mind.
