Hope I Never Lose My wallet [Open]

It was a Saturday night on the street's of long Beach California, it has just started to rain out after a warm day. Yes, everything is warm compared to back in Alaska. No matter how long she had been there, she still couldn't adjust to the climate, Addie almost missed the cold of the Alaskan winter. The brunette walked down the street, watching as the late night strollers scurried away, trying their best to escape the rain. The voices of the odd person complaining caught Addie's ear, of course their complaints deemed laugh worthy. It was just rain after all, nothing to run from or fear. Sure, it could have some nasty effects on some people's hair....Pathetic.

Her hair was down, and she was clad in A red shoulderless button up shirt with puffy sleeves, and a white ribbon on the front. There were the black straps of a spaghetti strap tank top showing, she also wore a short white skirt, thigh high white nylons, and knee high black belted boots. The outfit was probably not the most acceptable thing to wear in the rain, but she hadn't known about the weather predictions. Not like it mattered anyways. Looking up at the dark grey sky Addie smiled as her bright blue gaze scanned the sky. Looking around for something interesting, anything really. It was a dull night, sure the rain was nice; but it can get dull. Ya know?

Walking while looking up at the sky, is just one of the most common ways you can run into a person while it rains! Right? Probably. Being the person she is, Addie never really cared about what other's thought about her, after all what are the chances of seeing the person again? Do as you please, live life the way you want, and never care what others think! That's how she lived, it was a good way, right? Well, of course. The brunette walked, looking up at the sky, people hurried past her, she was shoved to the side, but quickly regained balance and continued her little stroll. Well, only until she walked into a pole, fell backwards and hit someone.

Of course! Normal way to meet someone. Through clumsy actions.

"Sorry about that man.." Addie spoke in a bored voice, not really caring about the person's feelings...After all, it was probably just some nobody.

"No worries. I think that pole got even for me."

Normally Jason wouldn't have not been so happy about someone falling into him, but this was different. One, as he said the pole got even for him. Two, it was a girl. Three, she was wearing white... in the rain. That was just an all around win for Jason.

Getting up he'd extend his hand to help the clumsy girl up.

"Besides what guy is gonna be mad about a good looking girl falling on him?"

On the wet ground in a white skirt, yes, so much fun. Addie rubbed her forehead a little, boy did the pole ever get her good. Of course, she wasn't paying that much attention to the fellow behind her, well that was until he started to talk. So, he foresaw all the events and the pole was doing his dirty work, eh? People had some crazy super powers it seemed. She laugh a little about the mere thought of super powers, though it would seem she was laughing at his little joke. But who would know?

Accepting his hand, the brunette got up and fixed her clothes a little and smiled at the young man who she had bumped in. She stared at him with a blank expression on her face. Why? Trying to figure out what exactly he was talking about. Good looking girl? She'd been called many things, never good looking, so she had to assume that he meant some other girl. She looked from the left then to the right, then back at him and tilted her head to the side. Of course, it took a few moments for it to click in, the guy was talking to her. Oh wow! Still smiling Addie managed to finally thank the young man for the help.

"Thank-you! Sorry about that. The pole jumped out at me." The German Japanese girl spoke as she looked at the pole and hissed at it in a odd fashion. Yes, she was a little weird. Or perhaps had a screw or two missing. Conversation starters...What oh what do you say back? I thanked him, that's good enough, right? She questioned within her head. Just as she was about to turn and leave..Low and behold she walked back into the pole. God was she ever out of it that day.

Instead of falling down she stood face to face with the pole,"I really should move, I don't know where you've been." She spoke in a silly tone looking at the pole, then taking a step back. If the guy was still there, she'd probably step on his foot. If he didn't move that is. If he didn't move, Addie would proceed to step on his foot, jump away in a comical fashion flailing her arms as she bent over a little and looked down at the ground. "I'm sorry again!"

Man was she ever having an off day.

"You apologize too much."

That is all Jason said as he tried to understand what he just saw. The girl had walked into the pole again, proceeded to talk to it, then step on his foot trying to move around it. Jason could help but think she was had to be high. That for just extremely clumsy.

"How do you plan to make it home if you keep walking into things like that?"

He spoke in a joking manner. He didn't mean to offend, but he still had to say something. After all at this rate she was gonna knock herself out before she got down the block.

He was right on so many levels, but the thing was it was so out of character. Then again she had to learn to apologize now that she was surrounded by such violent people in a school like 259. You either are strong or cute and weak. Yep! no one picked on the cute weak ones, right? Well that was just something she had began to think about, do the weak really not get picked on? Who knew.

Addie looked at the young man, she's smile at him and then move to the side. After all, she had just stepped on him. She was still kind of out of it, but there wasn't much that could be done about that, right? Try to snap out of it and act kind of normal, try to. The brunette would look at the young man and smile, "Good question!" She responded with a laugh, finding his comment funny. She was a little off, knowing her she'd probably run into a few more people or something along those things.

"I'm Addie Balfour by the way! It's a pleasure to meet you!" She's add in a friendly tone, smiling at the young man.

It was time for introductions? Perhaps....maybe?

Looking up at the sky all Jason saw was black with rain pouring down. It was obvious that this storm wasn't going to be passing quickly. Oh well rain didn't bother him too much. It was just water after all.

"So where are you headed?"
