It was another day of classes, and prepy bitches with nothing better to do than to make fun of her and try and get a rise out of her. But then, they could just keep trying because she was on strict orders to behave and so she would. That is why now, while she had time between classes, "study period". as they liked to call it, she was seated outside at one of the benches that filled the outside area. Content now to be alone, as she listened to her MP3 player. One earphone in her ear, the other hanging down over her chest. As always those long black locks were falling freely about her face, a soft sigh passing her lips as she let those icy hues scan the area around her. She was bored, to say the least. But she always assumed that it could change at any moment.
Her hands would strum across the table before her. Today painted a deep shade of black to match her black tank top and her denim jeans. She of course was in possession of that ratty pink bag, having it laying atop the table before her. She had thought about haveing a smoke, but that was kind of out of the question at the moment. Which she did want to whimper to. One thing she had found to ease the stress she was under and now it was off limits. What was it with her and bad luck?
It just kept coming around....
Because she was a sick little bitch with a twisted mind...
No...that was not it....she was not the sick one....
The rest of the world was......
She grolwed softly at the thoughts running about in her head. Her hand coming up and pressing against her forehead as she closed her eyes. Yes, she could be studying, but honestly. She did not think she could keep her mind in it. Instead she sat here, waiting. For what, she really did not know anymore.

It was Drea's free period and she'd decided to take the time to study for the quiz in her next class. As the halls were filled with the sound of voices and lockers and the minute echoes of fabric, paper, and whatnot, she decided to do said studying outside. At least there, sound wouldn't carry as easily as it did within the halls.
She took in a deep breathe as she left the building, heading for one of the many campground-style tables that had been set up in the area. As she approached, she saw a figure she distinctly recognized.
It took her a moment or two, but she remembered the name: Kevala. Drea thought for a moment, and then remembered the girl's affiliation with Katsuri - it seemed to be some sort of romantic association. They were probably dating. She inwardly nodded to herself, before greeting the other girl.
"Hello, Kevala," she said quietly. "Do you mind if I study here?"

She hear somebody come up near her, her head lifting from her hand to find the girl she had met the other day outside the school with Katsu. Rea? Right?
She smiled, the corners of her pink lips turning up slightly as she reached up and pulled the one headphone out of her ear. With a gentle nod she motioned to the empty space at the table.
Sure, I do not mind. Katsuri would kick my butt if I was mean to you....
Well it was true. Kevala was only allowed to be mean to his toys when they were mean first. Mostly due to the fact she killed them and drank their blood.
But that was beside the point. Sighing softly she would shift a bit, digging out a few crackers from her bag and shuddering at the thought of eating them. But then, one did what they had to do. She would take a bite, let it settle into her stomach and then turn her attetion back to her new companion.
So, how long have you known Katsuri?

"Sure, I do not mind. Katsuri would kick my butt if I was mean to you...." the girl said - she seemed tired. On the other hand, Drea couldn't help but consider what she said. Did she mean that, if Drea were not associated with Katsuri, she would not be as kind to her? Drea wasn't too sure about how she felt about that, but at least it meant she had a potential friend before her.
Drea grinned at Kevala as she took a seat beside her, promptly pulling out her study materials and her lunch - an oversized lunch, per se, filled with a mix of tasty foods. "Thanks," she said, before holdin the box towards the other girl. "Would you like some?"
After all, crackers didn't seem like a healthy snack in the least, much less a decent snack.
"So, how long have you known Katsuri?"
Drea blushed, embarrassed. "Probably nowhere near as long as you have. I actually only met him a couple of days ago, on my first day. He helped me find my locker and the student store, in case I needed to get anything else... And he was there when I met my sister. That... was interesting. He and Cris - most people know her as Emily - ended up taking me to the nurse's office."
Drea quickly silenced herself, blushing more deeply when she realized she was babbling. "Sorry. I talk too much."

She watched as the girl sat down. No, she would proabably still be nice to this one, regardless of Katsu, but it did stop her from being overly mean when she got mad. Which was a good thing. She may not fight but she had a way with words that would most likely hurt this little thing. She did seem a bit timid.
But that was not the point right? Still, as the girl offered her food she felt her stomach flip...causing a small groan to pass her lips as she shook her head and rested her hand on her stomach.
No, no thank you. I...cant keep anything down lately.
She would offer a soft smile in her direction as she listened to her ramble on about her initial meeting with Katsuri. Shaking her head as the girl seemed to get nervous and fell silent. Oh, no. Could not be like that with Kev. She liked to hear people talk.
It is alright. Really. I do not mind listening. I have nothing better to do this day. I cannot do much right now anyways and it is nice to have somebody to talk to.
She would then offer another, bit more friendly smile toward her. Those icy blue eyes falling upon her as she brought her hand away from her stomach to rest upon the tabel. Now waiting for Rea to continue.

"It is alright. Really. I do not mind listening. I have nothing better to do this day. I cannot do much right now anyways and it is nice to have somebody to talk to," Kevala said. Drea noticed that she moved her hand from her stomach to the table - and she had mentioned that she had difficulty keeping things down.
Perhaps... Was she ill? Drea mentally frowned at the idea. When one was ill, one had to take in sustenance! Or else you'd be screwed. Literally, depending on the area you live in.
Or maybe it was just that damnable monthly visitor?
"Sorry," she said, almost instinctively, before continuing, "But are you okay? If you're sick, you should eat... And... Well, if it's a girl thing, I've got medication in my backpack if you'd like. I have ibuprofen, advil, tylenol, and several other tablets..."
Drea ducked her head, unsure of if the girl would scold her for keeping medicines on her in a school that didn't necessarily condone that students have their own forms of drugs with them.

She would shake her head. The girls timid actions causing her brow to raise slightly. Her hand coming off the table and dragging along the girl's jaw softly and forcing her head back up.
So timid. Look, I am the last person to get onto anyone. Save for one reason. So dont be so nervous around me.
With that she would pull her hand back and let it rest upon the table. Then with a light, content sigh she would finally adress the girls comments. Her eyes seeming to light up as she spoke.
I am afraid the sickness will be around a bit longer...Approximately nine months of upset stomach, manic cravings, and mood swings that will surely drive Katsuri insane. Well more so than he already it.
She giggled at those words and kept those eyes on the girl before her. Instantly finding something about this one that she liked. Hmm..Maybe Katsu did not have such bad taste in his toys after all. Gods knew that it was nice to see this one instead of that rude little chew toy he had been speaking to the other day. Gah! That one would have to go. She was sure of that. Just not sure how to convince Katsu of it. But she would work on it.

Drea nodded shyly at the girl's words, a bit embarrassed at having to be told such a thing.
"I am afraid the sickness will be around a bit longer...Approximately nine months of upset stomach, manic cravings, and mood swings that will surely drive Katsuri insane. Well more so than he already it."
And immediately, Drea thought of the baby. "Ah, that's right! You're pregnant!" Immediately, her eyes lit up, and a soft smile appeared on her face. She didn't love babies as much as some of her peers did, but she did think they could be as adorable as they could be damning.
"It's probably still too early to place an actual date on the event, huh?"

She would smile seeing the little things eyes light up. Yes, she was calling her little. Got a problem with it?
Didnt think so....
She liked this one..and would run her tongue over her lips as she looked her over. Yes, this one would be able to stick around for sure. A soft sigh passing her lips as she shook her head.
No, we do not know yet. I have to make an appointment with a doctor. I have been putting it off until I could see how Katsu would react...
She would then shift a bit where she was seated and let those eyes continue to roam as they pleased. People tended to forget that Kevala's appetite did extend past the male species. Heh...But that was for another time perhaps? Yes, she would have to talk to Katsu about this one. She wanted a play thing too..and if they could share.....It would only be fair right.
So, what is going on with you and Katsuri? I mean, I know he thinks you his......
I do not know how to say this without making it sound bad.
Just know he would protect you against anything.

Drea wouldn't even notice Kevala's actions, so interested was she in the possibilities of what would be happening nine months later.
Still, she did frown when Kevala spoke: "No, we do not know yet. I have to make an appointment with a doctor. I have been putting it off until I could see how Katsu would react..."
"Oh... But... Katuri's reaction wasn't bad, right?" she smiled thoughtfully.
"So, what is going on with you and Katsuri? I mean, I know he thinks you his...... I do not know how to say this without making it sound bad. Just know he would protect you against anything." Kevala said, and Drea blushed a bit, embarrassed again. She knew she didn't deserve his protection, but somehow, he'd still pitied her enough to grace her with it. It was something she was grateful for.
"I... I am very grateful to him for ensuring my safety," Drea said shyly. "But I promise that there's no romantic relationship between us." After all, she didn't want Kevala to think that Katsuri was cheating on her... Though somehow, she doubted that was the case. Katsuri was far too dedicated to do something like that, and Kevala seemed to be more confident than someone that would inquire into their significant other's relationship with another... Which made Drea wonder what it was that Kevala was looking for.
"He's... kind of like a big brother, now that I think about it... only... more... protective?" Drea trailed off as she considered this new thought process. It was certainly true that he was protective of her - she was his 'property' after all - but still. It reminded her of something, but she couldn't think of what.

She raised her brow....
Big brother?
Katsuri?
She would have laughed if it had been any other girl, but this one was serious and so timid that it would have hurt her to have Kev laugh like that. So instead she would shake her head and let those eyes look into her own.
I think you should discuss this matter with him. I do not believe that you are only considered a sister to him. He does not view women in that light. If he claims you as his own....then you are as I am to him...
Okay, so Kev was lying just a tad...well..at least it was a lie to the way she saw herself, not the way he saw her. But none the less she was a bit confused as to why he had not further explained such a thing to this girl. Maybe she was wrong?
Nah!!
He had toys, and he liked to play with them. Hell....she wanted to play with this one.....
I could be wrong though. So forgive me if I am. But I know Katsuri I would like to think and...big brother is never a term I would think to use about him.

"I think you should discuss this matter with him. I do not believe that you are only considered a sister to him. He does not view women in that light. If he claims you as his own....then you are as I am to him..."
Drea looked at Kevala, confused. What did she mean? "Eh? But he's so nice!" She blinked a couple of times.
"I could be wrong though. So forgive me if I am. But I know Katsuri I would like to think and...big brother is never a term I would think to use about him."
And Drea said the firs thing that popped up into her mind: "Then... He's kind of like a father?"
She wasn't sure what it was that Kevala meant, but she was willing to bet that she'd gotten it right. After all, he had been taking care of her, even if he'd made an interesting show of claiming her. Still, that was just how he was, right? Drea mentally shrugged.
"He's very protective," she nodded, thinking she understood what Kevala was talking about.
((OOC: Oh, how wrong she is. XDDD)

She would look at her, that brow raising just a bit more as she questioned the girls sanity.....more so than her own....which was saying something. Shaking her head she would smile, a bit nervously. Not sure what more she could do than to be completely and utterly honest....But then, she did not know what Katsuri really intended for the girl and saw no point in scaring the poor thing unless she was sure. So she would simply shake her head and sigh a bit.
Um...Perhaps you should talk to Katsu about it. It is not my place to say what you are or aren't to him.
With that she fell silent and then took another bite of her cracker. Growling at the damn thing as she did. She was already going to have to skip her last class to go and find Katsu. Her need going to be hitting her hard. She could already tell. And right now, she guessed that cutting herself was out of the question. So, it was him or suffer the pain of neglecting her need. Shaking her head she would again let those eyes run over the girls body. So nice...such a good distraction.

"Um...Perhaps you should talk to Katsu about it. It is not my place to say what you are or aren't to him." Kevala said to her.
Drea simply nodded, a bit confused. Still, she supposed that Kevala would know best, right? The girl took a vicious bite from her cracker, causing Drea to frown.
"Are you sure you don't want something? I've got some very plain foods, too, you know..." she said, motioning towards her lunch box. She lifted off the top panel in the box, revealing the second level of food. Within it's parted sections was some porridge - still warm, surprisingly - and a couple of boiled eggs.
"After all, crackers alone can't possibly be enough...." she spoke quietly as she said this, mostly because she was well aware that she could be wrong. Kevala was the one pregnant - not her. She'd probably done some research into the matter to understand what she'd have to go through.
"Or, if that's too plain, I should have some rice pudding and milk gruel and candy, if you'd like..." Drea tapped the side of the mammoth container.
She sometimes liked to pack food for just herself, but this time, one of the servants - a personal maid, really - had done it for her. As a result, there were all kinds of different bits and pieces of food in the box.
Drea remained oblivious to Kevala's appraising look. She was, after all, entirely too naive in regards to the real world.

She really did not know how to explain the situation to the girl. It was far more complicated than the simple matter of what was healthy and what was not. It was a matter of that need her mind constantly was telling her body that she needed. Well, she supposed that she really could not keep her sheltered. In this day and age, it was only right that the girl know that things were not always black and white. And who better to start that little landslide off than Kev?
Sure, she liked the girl. Thought her extremely yummy and wanted a piece of that particular toy. But, she was also not one to understand why people sheltered others. So, she would shake her head as she drew in a deep breath.
Look, I have been trying to avoid being blunt with you....I did rather well with the Katsuri thing...I really did...I am rather proud of myself.....
She shook her head. There she went getting off topic again.
But okay, so yeah....As I was saying. First off, you are a hot little thing, and given my sexual appetite and my love of being naughty, I mean just what I say. I would have you if I could in all the manners I am sure you are now trying NOT to think about. But I shall behave, for now.
Secondly, I suffer from a rare mental condition in which my mind tricks my body into believing that I need blood to survive. Now I do not mean transfusions or anything of the sort. I mean, that soon I will have to seek out Katsuri and bite into his neck and feed from him to keep the pain from assaulting me so badly that I cannot move an inch.....
She would then look to the girl. Sure that she had scared her by now or at least grossed her out. Sighing softly as she shook her head....her hand thinking to reach out, but not daring to. It would probably only scare the poor thing at this point.
Look, I am not trying to scare you...Only help you to see that the world is not always as clean cut as you would like to think. There is a grey area a mile wide in which all sorts of wierd and creepy things lurk and it is in this area that most people live. Myself and Katsuri included. Though...perhaps that is a bad example...since we tend to step out into the dark side everynow and then.....
Ugh...There I go rambling again. Just...understand he will never hurt you, and so long as you do not wish to take him from me, neither shall I. But you must open your eyes to the other things of this place that would harm you....
