The cool winter night setting in over the oceanic seaside district sent a sudden chill up Gabriel's spine, there'd been much colder winter's in his life and most certainly it wasn't cold here but there was something askew in tonights air. Something tender that hovered over the school ready to be broken.
A warm light lingered at the end of a stick in his lips as the cigerette burned. The unusual breaths here and there leaving a doubled smoke. Cold frost biting at his lips only to be seared away by the prominant heat. It was a sick world where the strong ruled the weak, Gabriel knew that much and he certainly persisted to use that in his rule. However times were indeed changing and therin Gabriel had to change with them.
His dark leather jacket hung open a bit revealing a white tee-shirt. He was asking for trouble hanging around outside of the school this night. His savage crimson eyes hinkered there prominantly scoping out the potential to it. All the while those gang members from dying gangs hunkered about like Zombies.
The small chuckle rumbled in his throat. "Tonight should prove enlightening..."

That cool air was a blessing to the large man, as it seemed lately his temper had run far hotter than it had before his accident. It was funny how insignificant words could make you want to crush and maim, after all, animal instinct depicted he act, not talk. The fact he had been called here tonight by Gabriel was amusing to say the least, as while Gabriel had been amassing the Black Knights, and bolstering their ranks.. among other things. Katsuri had a little side action going on that would most likely have a few men weeping when the women they tried to assault ripped their manly parts from them like a stuffed animal. Still. It could not be helped, as so long as he was a part of this thing, he would follow as he was supposed to.. not a good dog mind you, just aware of where the hand that fed him was. As he approached the man, he would have removed his own cigarette from his lips, that tip being ground out against the Kevlar vest on his chest, and slipped into his pocket. The last remnants of smoke escaping as he let out a bit of a sigh to let him know he was there, mind you, only if those massive feet had not given away his position before then. “Mm.. evenin’ fearless leader.” It was a mock, but it did not have the same effort as it had before, as Gabriel seemed to be plotting things in a way that annoyed Katsuri, but he knew the intentions were well based. Besides. With David no longer involved in the payroll, he was more than happy to calm down a little, no need to get heated if people he despised were not a part right? That face of his, a single scar across his lips, massive, but in the same time, the tattoo’s that now littered his body were not easy to miss either, even in between the little holes his outfit gave.

And undoubtably the beast had arrived. Gabriel never once saw Katsuri as a dog, dogs were loyal and protective. Katsuri was quick of wit and consistantly oppressive to growing forces. The man was more like a hawk of some kind, keen to point out mistakes. The perfect reason for keeping him a part of the organization, he could tear us apart from the inside and from every whole they'd be rebuilt stronger a much more efficient weapon against there foes. While tonight wasn't about loyalty or trust, it was about power, control and strategy.
Gabriel ahd just the thing in mind.
"Evening Katsuri," The simple response would be emitted as Gabriel's eyes never faltered from the landscape.
A choice had to be made, retain the strong controlling the weak or what he'd originally had in mind? Both of which would require great odds, however Gabriel knew his men far better than most. Few would be satisfied with equality, twas the nature of the beast, they wanted to be stronger more powerful beings. And they'd go about it by any means.
"Do you know what makes a powerful hierarchy?"

“Depends on the hierarchy. “ He said, a simple role of his shoulders, letting those hands move and slip into the pockets of that massive leather coat. After all, if they were talking about an organization for the sake of organization, it would be a far cry different then say one ran by a single leader by force. “Strength, numbers, or loyalty. “ It was short. Simple, and to the point. After all, there was no reason for him to jerk the man around with his ideals. “Strength allows a single person, or multiple people to lead with fear, amazement, or need of protection. Numbers allows a leader to overcome strength by the sheer odds. While loyalty can create a close knit faction so dedicated that they are willing to become martyrs to a cause.”
This was said in fluent form, moving slow, but not to the point where it seemed he had to think on the subject for a year. After all, he had thought about hierarchies in the past, and at the moment it seemed that Gabriel was going for the middle ground, amassing numbers, to the point that some had immense strength and others were immensely loyal. It would require focus though if it were to truly lift off and go the route of a great leadership.. “ But all have their flaws.. no hierarchy is perfect.”

Gabriel breathed in letting out whisps of smoke around him briskly. It was an honest response but not one he could read much off from. Unfortunate but he was beginning to slowly understand Katsuri, the man was smart, probably more so than Gabriel; a man who sought not from others but through his own traits. Good that was easy enough though Loyalty may have been out of the question.
"That they do..." Gabriel said taking in a drag on what was left of his cigerette before flicking it to the ground.
"Which is why I'd like to find the holes in this current one, I'd like it to start anew." His ambitious tone would beckon for radicalist answers.
He was tired of waiting on Blaze's eventual turn of the guards, despite his premature wishings of the better for the people he never once made motion towards it. Just like a politician. Pride and his own sense of honor would hold him to his own design.
"What do you think the current hierarchy would do if the masses of students called for new representation?" Gabriel gave a coy smile insinuating his plan.

"You mean the school captains and the faculty? Heh.." A soft laugh slipped from his lips as he shook his head. Most of the faculty were easy enough, he'd even seen Asiv in action numerous times, and although the man was strong.. he was by no means a god. "The problem with the current hierarchy will not be the knowns. David and his flunkies can be overcome by brute force or sheer numbers, they are 'good hearted' but that good heart makes them weak.. a battlefield is no place to have a conscious. The unknowns are the issue.. the dragons."
It was the truth, bring enough turkey's to the fight and the school system would crumble.. the issue were the Dragons. He was unsure where Gabriel stood with that, but there was a reason why Katsuri was not worried about David Blaze, and was instead worried about Leon. "They are quiet.. I know of four of them being present here in the city. You. Matrim. Leon. Linda.. Mathew is A.W.O.L as far as I know." He said this glaring over at the man, wondering if the fact he knew of more then he let on would have phased him.. Gabriel had revealed himself to him in the midst of dealing with enhanced faux dragons.
"Their plans can not be held at face value.. and whats more, is any plans out in the open are so minuscule it makes me wonder rather they are plotting in secret or if they have just decided to fade into the background."

Gabriel nodded at this apparent fact. The hieracrhy wasn't the biggest issue on their plate though it was along the great many victories they needed to achieve to get to the top. The Dragons, how very little he actually knew about them, on multiple occasions he'd fought Leon only to find out more piece by piece he was learning the essential clues to their past and thus he would create a new future. Obstacles they may have been but the Dragons would essentiall fade in tiem to a new era.
"You're absolutly right, which is why I don't want any loose ends here." Gabriel mused to himself plainly his brow furrowed in specific thought trying to piece all the information.
"I cannot speak for Matrim and Linda but I know that Leon won't be a threat in the very near present. An objective yes but we need to learn more before we can openly declare a war with him."
A small chuckle, "Like you said things can't be held at face value..."
Gabriel sifted his hands in his pockets calmly, "For now our objective will be to enstate a new form of control over the school, I want you at the head of this control Katsuri. Strengthening the holds of the people and then we move against the Dragons."
Gabriel knew what they wanted. They wanted the power and with the Dragons standing in the way. There only appeared to be one such enemy in place.

"If only it were that simple.." The large man thought for a second, those hamster wheels in his head rolling and rolling. Still. The comparison should have made it apparent that intelligence came in all shapes and sizes, not just in the little bookworm. The words that slipped from his lips after. "If we are going to do this. We will need to amass our forces all at once. A single declaration in that school means squat.. big and small. Does not matter. We bring the weak and strong alike. Power is secondary only to numbers, and if we are going to take control then we are going to need more."
The thought of it sent a shiver up his spine.. Leon. Linda. Matrim. David. Gabriel. Emily. Alex. Sara. All of the rest of the black knights in one spot? The spirtual pressure alone would have ripped the school apart from the amount of testosterone being tossed about.. but that was the only way. "Our cries will not fall on deaf ears.. if we are to do this, we must also prepare, as I doubt we will attract the attention of only David and his pillars."
Gabriel would have seen the large man practically salivating at the thought of the chaos that was to come.. he had come back in force from his injuries, but what lay ahead of him now.. that was truly frightening, even for a man of his size.

Gabriel smiled a dark, sickly grin followed by a sinister laughter. It would go exactly how he planned then. He was glad he wasn't the only one who saw the means then. Next he'd have to perform miricles and summon up a massive army of the school.
"Well then if thats how it shall be then..." Gabriel surmized stroking his chin calmly.
"So shall it be. First we move against the Pillars and gain their allegiance. And knowing David that will be a task within itself. As for his other pillars I insist they shant be too difficult once Blaze falls..I have something in mind. I want the Black Knights aong with your recent associates to meet before the school come Monday."

"Monday? Mm. " It was soon, that much was certain.. but did he plan to start the rioting so soon? Or was he going to try and drag those pillars off to their side then? A simple smirk and the large man would have shrugged his shoulders yet again, as if to put emphasis on the fact that he did not care.
Still. He had to wonder if he could get Drea, Mistukai, Sara, Matrim, and the rest of the bunch altogether in that short amount of time and in some sense of the word.. coherent. Getting them there would not be the problem after all, it would be getting them working with one another.
The laugh that Gabriel had let loose only had the bigman saying that with his brow raised up, and a little bit of a twinge of annoyance at the manner in which he seemed to be acting. Nuts? No. He was the crazy one here. Thats the way it worked.
