A text message would buzz the phone of certain individuals.

The weekend. The day when Emily would be at work at the Maid cafe in the morning, and at Alex's place at night to stay over. Interestingly, it was nice living with someone else like that. But yeah, mid-shift, Emily got a text message from David.
...
Looks like there's gonna be a meeting, huh?
Sighing, Emily would press a few buttons and start composing a message.
Send.
Emily would wait for a reply. What? She didn't want to get lost, again. She had just moved in and Emily had only been to David's house once, and she was brought there unconscious. How would she remember where his house was?
Well, as soon as she got a reply, she would get her shift done and head off to David's house.
Mansion, much?
Emily stood by the gates, knowing that she would be seen from here with the cameras anyways.

Alex yawned widely as he sat inside his apartment room, working at the low table he had bought. He was sitting on the floor, like in a traditional Japanese home. Yeah, no matter where he was, Alex always reverted back to his traditional roots, and you can't really blame the guy can you? He was working on an assignment while referencing to his notes, when he heard his cellphone go off, without taking his eyes off his paper, he stretched his right hand out, and grabbed his cellphone. He tore his attention away from his paper, and saw he had a message from David, he opened it and read it.
...
A meeting huh? Alex cocked an eyebrow before closing up his books, and sent David a message, asking for his address, seeing as Alex had never been to David's house before, this was the first time Alex had ever been to Long Beach before. Once he received a reply, he grabbed his green hooded hacket and pulled it on, as he shoved his cell into his jeans pocket. He then headed out of his apartment, locking the door behind him. He stood in front of the gates of David's hou-- well, more like a mansion actually, a bored or half-asleep expression on his face, whichever one was interpreted first, as he stood beside Emily, waiting to be let in by the guy who called them here in the first place.

He flicked a hand at the butler, the man giving a small bow before heading over and flicking the switch for the gate to open. Once both had come in, David would hug Emily, giving Alex a shake of the hand afterward. He closed the door behind them, not a squeek heard as the finely crafted wooden door and metal hinges were both polished and oiled daily. A small click could be heard as it closed, David walking ahead of them, leading them into the living room. He gestured to the seats, the butler coming with a towel over his arm and looking to the two guests, asking them if they wished anything to drink. If the got something or didn't, David would simply wait, taking a drink of his Gatorade quickly before clasping his hands together.
"So, thank you both for coming so quickly and on such short notice. Sorry it has taken me so long to bring us together."
He set his bottle back down, giving the Golden Shephard at his feet a small rub behind the ears. He smiled to them.
"SO! To cut to the chase, this is obviously about the current change up in the Student Hierarchy and about why i gave up the title of School Captain." He leaned forward, looking at them both, obviously becoming all business.
"I have fought Gabriel Seran so many times- beyond count, and though every time has ended with my coming out the winner, i must admit each battle has played out on my mind heavily." He licked his lips. "I grew steadily tired of fighting him for the same hypocritical cause, and in turn he grew more persistant. It reached a point where i knew he wanted the title of School Captain at all costs, and would even bring his little group into play to take it from me." He shrugged. "While this probably wouldn't be a problem, its the entire principal knowledge of it all. I knew he would simply try again, and so i gave it to him, the knowledge i needed coming from one simple fact."
He paused, looking out the window.
"Gabriel is Weak."
His statement was simple, and would probably need explaining.
"He has a never ending need to cause a drastic change to something that needs no changing. There are flaws in the system, yes, but none that are drastic enough to cause serious harm. He thinks because he is Captain, he can simply do away with that system of order, and put up another in its place." He unclasped and reclasped his hands.
"We can't allow this."
He would wait as the butler returned with their drinks if they got any, and if they didnt, wait until the man closed the doors.
"You see, he plans for a student council, a regulatory system that will be run by several school elected members. This isn't so bad- its the way he wishes to keep the peace i don't agree with." He stood, walking over to the glass window and letting the dog run in the yard, closing it with a gently click behind him.
"He wants to use the Black Knights as a peace keeping group. To me, this screams of power for Gabriel. While this mock council runs the school, Gabriel would be the one in charge behind the scenes, and i won't- can't stand by while he turns our school into a student run Dictatorship." He reclaimed his seat.
"I asked you here because i needed to know if you would be with me on this. If you are, i am most open to any questions, and to what i plan on doing right now, etc. Please, feel free to ask."
He would lean back and wait, knowing his other invitation he sent out was probably waiting in the next room.

With a hug and a handshake, Emily was let inside David's mansion once again. This time, she was with Ryuu.
Emily couldn't help but looking at the paintings as David led them to the place where they were supposed to talk. Of course, no one else was there, and it was considerably big. Something Emily really wouldn't live with, even if she could. There's this slight hate of money that she couldn't get rid of.
Maybe it was Society's outlook towards money that made her so irked about it.
--
Emily's eye kept a watchful leer at David's Canine companion. She had a cat at home, and that was a suitable pet for her, kplzthx. She still hadn't gotten over her fear/dislike of dogs, and it seemed to stick.
But of course, David provided a distraction by more or less cutting to the chase. The change in the student hierarchy; and what they'll do from here on end.
The Student hierarchy was, like any other form of governance, prone to corruption and abuse. So far, Emily hadn't really seen much of that within 259's walls; but with Gabriel in power, there could be a chance that this could be first.
Emily could understand that he wanted to do good. His methods were questionable, but the end goal he wanted to achieve was somewhat admirable.
For Emily, a person whom had never truly been against or for the Student Hierarchy; the student hierarchy was satisfactory. There was no real need to change the system of governance, but the culture of violence in general.
The violence ends, there would be no need for such a measure.
Give too much freedom to the people, and there will be chaos.
Give too little, and there will be rebellion.
That was the irony of politics and democracy. Emily wasn't stupid.
Emily declined the offer for drinks, having had her fill of drinks at the maid cafe. Come to think of it she remembered she had left her bag there. Oh man, that means she would have to head back later on to see if it's still there. God dammit.
That mishap aside, the revelation of Gabriel's intentions to use this so called "Black knights" to control the school is slightly ... questionable.
Granted, Emily couldn't exactly figure out how different that would be from Militia and "Unfettered" now that she thought about it. But then again, there was this rather defining line between the two of them with regards to Emily - she trusted "Unfettered" and knew of his love for the School and the students within it.
Student Empowerment, huh?
It was a question of who was in power.
David then said, "I asked you here because i needed to know if you would be with me on this. If you are, i am most open to any questions, and to what i plan on doing right now, etc. Please, feel free to ask."
"Did Gabriel tell you his plans?" She inquired, slightly curious. Albeit, still thinking about many, many things even as she spoke here. "As for Gabriel, there's little we can do about his position at the moment. It would be questionable at this point I or anyone else try to take it back." She sat down at the soft cushion, slightly yelping at how deep she sank but quickly recovered once her heart settled. "Best thing we can do is keep watch; find our allies and keep him in check." She would cross her legs, obviously trying to be comfortable. "At this point, what he's probably going to do could've been better off as if there was no such thing as any student representation. If there's too many people in power, then unless all these people share the same ideals and goals, 259 will go nowhere. On the other hand, same as can be said for the hierarchy."
She sighed. "I suggest, like I said earlier, we could group up and find people who can help us keep him in check." She said, "Just the three of us will not really work, no matter how strong we are."

See, what no one seemed to notice is what direction the lab had come from. In the nest room to the place the conversation was going on, a man would be sitting in a chair against the wall enough inside the doorway so as not to be seen. On the fine wooden cabinet to his left would sit his cell phone. It was open and connected to a number. The Caller ID would read: Zack.
Leon heard what was going on, and had some further insight into the situation than he thought he did, but did not realize Gabriels plan. Seemed those Black Knights where a hassle. He didn't want to advance his plans so quickly simply because he WANTED Gabriel to get stronger. He WANTED the Black Knights as a whole to get stronger. It was a pathetic challange to bring them down. Leon already had a list of possible members. Simply because of who he saw around him so much.
Though it was pretty interesting to notice what was going on behind the scenes of the schools current student body. Things didn't seem to change much from his days. But he would wait until called into the room of the meeting to inrude on what they where saying. He'd simply listen in... Well him and another.

Alex returned David's handshake with one of his own, his grip firm and sincere, before releasing David's hand, Alex was led into David's mansion. Alex peered curiously around the mansion as David led both him and Emily to the room where they would talk. The house was huge, but at the same time, lonely. Alex had lived in a huge place before, back at St. Paragon's, being the son of Kane Hikari afforded him the privilege of living in Kane's Tower, where only members of the Hikari family stayed. Alex wasn't exactly against money, but he didn't exactly chase after it either. If it was there, it was there, that was all there was to it. Alex bent down in front of the lab and petted and rubbed its head, keeping it distracted and away from Emily for the most part. Alex never had a dog or a cat, or a pet for that matter, though he did always wanted a puppy. He then straightened up as David established why he called them here by cutting to the chase. The change in the student hierarchy ie. Gabriel receiving the School Captain title and what they would do from this point onward.
Alex had been a Pillar twice, once having given up his title due to his supposed "death" and the second time, just plain quitting because he would not work under Gabriel, not even if you paid him. Alex had never been against the student hierarchy, but he wasn't for it either. It was just there, and that was well, that. Alex knew Gabriel wanted to achieve his goals, and his goals were something to be respected. What he could not accept and respect however, was the methods Gabriel chose and used in order to achieve the end result. The end didn't necessarily justify the means. Alex merely asked for a glass of water, he wasn't an alcohol person, and he didn't like soda. Alex for the most part, stayed silent during the entire time, instead listening and taking in everything said, gratefully taking the glass of water from David's butler, but did not drink it yet. Alex then sat down next to Emily, only when she had finished speaking, did he take a sip of water before speaking, placing his glass down on the table.
"There's little more for me to add, Emily has pretty much said what needed to be said," Alex finally said, choosing his words carefully, "However, as to who our allies are, we must be cautious and wary. They could also be acquainted with Gabriel as well. I do not know exactly how many total in Gabriel's Black Knights, but those we faced are more than likely only the tip of the iceberg. A student council is a respectable idea. However, I must condone his methods of reaching this point. I only know what Gabriel intends to do, which is pretty vague in itself. He wishes to change everything, change destiny. Mitsuki would be one who could help us, but I have not seen her for quite some time. There are a few people I have forged friendships with, but I hate to say that they are also acquainted with Gabriel. We are going to have to look deeper for allies that will aid us, I'm afraid. I will however, do what ever it takes, to ensure Gabriel is kept in check."

David nodded to both in turn.
"That was the general thought on my part as well. Gabriel has a constant need to be in control, but he also has an overwelming drive to change a system that, in itself, works. The Student Hierarchy isn't perfect, but its stable, and in a time when men and women attack the school on a daily basis, the students need a leader to turn to." He took a deep breath. "I have already begun this process of allies, and before i made him an official part of our...team, so to speak, i wanted to know what you guys think of him. Leon Sudeki, while rough around the edges, is undeniably the strongest individual on Campus, and has agreed to help me in return for a few...interests of his."
David still didn't invite Leon to come in, because he again wanted to see what they thought of the man before they met him face to face. David watched the two former pillars for reactions, his hands clasped in front of him.
"Also, There are two other people i wished to speak to you about. Scene, obviously, and Katsuri Katashi, both people who aren't likely to help us, but might be used in some fashion to keep Gabriel in line."

Emily froze in her seat. Leon? The Lighting Dragon? That guy she basically fought one time and lost horribly to? Well, it was interesting, she'll give David that much.
Although, this conflicts more or less with her alliance with Linda and her intention of bringing down the Dragons. Well, that will have to wait. Her main allegiance is to the school, and that was what Emily would pull herself to think at this moment.
"A few interests of his?" She inquired. What the heck would Leon want? Well, Emily knew little of Leon, so she'd have actually no clue.
But hopefully, David would clarify.

... "Scene"...
...
Didn't that guy try to recruit her a few months back?
...
and Katsuri, that guy who promised to protect her sister.
...
"What about them, Dave?"

Unlike Emily, who had froze up at the mention of Leon Sudeki's name, Alex merely looked at David in mild curiosity. He had only seen Leon maybe once, and that was it. Beyond that, Alex didn't really know who Leon was. Alex turned his head to look over at Emily as she asked what interests it was Leon had in mind exactly, before turning back to face David. When it came to those who were in Public High School #259 prior to Alex's arrival, he knew little of them. And if he happen to know too much about someone, it would be because he either knew them very well, or he was very close to them. "Scene." Alex neither knew who he was either.
Katsuri on the other hand, he knew. Well, not the name to the face, Alex simply didn't know Katsuri was the big guy that had knocked Alex away like a pillow when he had tried to place his overcoat around Drea after the fight between David and... yeah. That fight. "I do not have enough knowledge of those you mentioned to formulate an opinion David," Alex simply said, his front hair falling naturally into his front eyes, giving his face a dark expression, "But if there is a way to keep Gabriel in line using those whom he has ties with, then pray tell, how, exactly?"
