Ah, yet another day. She had managed to get herself into a bit of trouble last night, as was apparent by the slight bruise on her left cheek.
Bitch got in her face and started poking her. What the fuck would you have done? She had to grin at the thought of it. Preppy snob thought she was better than her. Pft!
Whatever!
Shaking her head she stuffed her hands into the front pockets of her hoodie and stalked out the front door of the building. She wanted to get a smoke in before her next class. Yes, she was actually going to class today. Heh.
Emerald eye scanning the area round her as she made her way over to the side of the building. Lighting up her cig while she did. A soft sigh of contentment as she took a heavy drag and held it in her lungs. Gods! That was soooo good.
Stopping in the shadow of the building she would lean back against the cool brick and let her head lay back slightly. Eyes looking up toward the sky as she flicked the ashes off of her cig.

Mitsukai had been sitting on the floor, leaning against the side of the building reading one of her favorite books. She had to have read In the forest of the night a thousand times but she had always been the type to re-read any works she liked. This book had to be one of the only vampire novels that she actually liked. In fact she loved the type of vampires that this author had created, they were a breath of fresh air from the normal over-played bullshit everyone else horded over.
Mitsukai was enjoying the time she had outside at the moment, because classes were about to start outside was nearly empty. The girl wasn't in the mood to go to her math class so she figured some peace and quiet would do her good and she planned to skip just to read. That was short lived however when some girl came over for a smoke. Her nose wrinkled at the smell of burning tobacco. Mitsukai had never been a fan of smoking, she just never liked the smell but she wouldn't say anything. It was not her place to tell the girl to go somewhere else and at least she wasn't really disturbing her. Instead she ignored her, focusing her attention to her book and get carried away with the events unfolding in her reading to ignore the other females presence.

Those eyes would look down to the girl as she noted the book and the way she seemed lost in it. Leaning her head back she would smile and let a soft sigh pass her lips.
Hey there. Good read?
She laughed a bit. Sure, she read, all the time actually. But the thing was, she NEVER read at school. Funny right? She thought so, hence why she laughed. Taking another drag she would turn now, her hand extending down to the girl as if to shake hands.
Hi, names Serenity. You would be??
She had been saying that a lot today. Heh. Go figure. Shaking her head inwardly at the thought she would wait now for the girl's reply.

So much for peace and quiet she thought bitterly when the other girl talked to her. Mitsukai could get irritated rather quickly when she was interrupted while reading. Especially when she was really into it like she was right now. Biting back a hiss she would continue to read, not even bothering to shake the girl's hand but at least answered her question.
"Mitsukai." She would say and nothing more. Mitsukai only became social on the rare occasions that she was in a good mood. And now wasn't one of those times.

Well the problem here was that a normal girl would have said she was sorry for what she had done by interrupting. But Ren was not normal in the respect that she just did not care.
Instead she would raise her brow and shake her head. Struck a nerve huh? Well that worked for her. Not that she needed to get into any fights.
Damnit!
She reminded herself that she was supposed to be playing nice til she got the lay of the place. Drawing in a deep breath she struggled to get those words she so desperately despised.
S.Sory for interrupting.
She swore at that moment she was going to throw up. Those had to be the most disgusting words she had ever uttered.

She completely ignored the girl again as she muttered out an apology, at least the girl could catch a hint unlike some other idiots that at this point might have pressed further. She would give her that at least. Still she would remain silent, flipping a page as she waited for the stranger to leave so she could get back to her novel.

She noted her being ignored and though inside she was ready to slam the girls head back into the brick wall behind them, she would simply clench her fists and take another long and heavy drag of her cig.
Calm down...It is not that bad.

It was sooo not working. But for now it was the best she could do. Her foot twitching lightly she would close her eyes, pulling her hood up to hide the anger on her delicate features and placed her head down. The look could be taken as upset, hurt even. But it was nothing near that. No, she was mad as all hell and was doing her best to hide it.

Mitsukai sighed, looked like the girl wasn't going to leave anytime soon. Slamming the book shut she would stand up and walk away. Let the girl keep that spot if she liked. There were plenty of other spots Mitsukai could pass the time in while she waited for school to end. She probably upset the girl enough already as it was and letting things continue as it was would only lead to a fight, and she was not in the mood to fight anyone right now.

She let her leave. She had to. Cause if she got near her again she was going to knock the shit out of her. She had been nice....NICE and that girl had still...
AH! She was so mad right now that she could not help but slam her fist into the wall behind her. Oh, it hurt, but it did help take her mind off the anger she had boiling up inside of her. Deep, shakey breaths would be released as she struggled to keep her calm. Alright...That made one.
She wondered how long it would take to start adding people to that list. Heh. Well, she had all the time in the world. She could wait.
