Victor wanted to teach someone something today
he had no idea why, but he wanted to open someone's eyes to how pathetic this little world had become
it didn't matter how, it didn't matter why, it was just an interesting curiosity that flew through Victor's mind, a new kind of challenge, something he hadn't dealt with before.
worth it?
probably not, he probably wouldn't teach anyone anything, people had to want to be taught to truly learn something... but hell, no point in not giving it a shot.
and so Victor stood, his usual smile as he leaned against a wall... and not any wall, the wall of the attendance building, right at the front of the school. now in this particular situation Victor had an incredible advantage. and by situation I mean 'the ability to destroy school property'
he wanted to see things happen again, things had gotten far too boring.
usually he'd just ignore everyone and let them do their own thing, and technically he was... he just wondered if everyone would ignore him...
not that it really mattered.
so garbe in his black pea coat, with red epilets, a white belt, and black slacks the blonde haired blue eyed boy took his pose.
Victor got up off the wall, laying a hand upon it he felt the water through the pipes of the wall, and with a mental shove a fifteen by fifteen foot square of the wall would simply rip off the side of the school, about a story and a half of wall, and a classroom and a half wide, crashing down upon the ground with an earthshaking boom. Victor looked up, his bright blue eyes attentive, anyone who didn't know him or his QI wouldn't have been able to tell what had just made this wall collapse, but anyone who did would be after him in...
3...2...1...

*Crunch!*
The sound of dry wall was over heard above the sudden tremor near the front of the school. Gabriel snapped suddenly feeling the throbbing pulse in the back of his head, no sleep would add to his eagerness to get there and disrupt the trouble maker. Crimson eyes jetted forward catchin him in the act. A low snarl bellowed as he realized who it was.
"Goddamit Victor!" Gabriel snapped stepping out from the crowd with a furious gaze.
He shot forward diregarding any good rules of warfare or even chivalry. Gabriel was past the stages of a monster and the first rulings had to be put into effect. Once Areon had the units done Gabriel would have his order but for now it was the old fashioned way.
A hand would grip around his throat if taken by surprise and he'd throw the boy down into his knee cap roughly unconcerned for his welfare at the moment.

Victor stood completely unabashed, the hand wrapping around his throat only caused Victor to smile, and the being thrown into the knee cap, Victor rolled now laying on the floor, laughing boisterously out so all the crowd could hear, chuckling at the joke clearly only he understood
"Oh come on Gabriel, seriously? cause beating the shit out of me will so teach me a lesson right?" Victor asked, getting back up and looking his friend in the eyes. "Honestly, what do you even fight for anymore? why does this matter to you? you're not the one paying for it, it has absolutely no effect on you" victor explained, still laughing between his sentences, his huge smile and bright blue eyes never losing their humor
"What are you looking at!?" Victor asked the crowd with a laugh, "Does this bother you kids? I'm just having some fun, you should try it some time, stop letting the f*cking system control you!" Victor said, now with a challenging glance at gabriel
"Sorry bro, the people voted, and anarchy was the winner, and I do love supporting the election process" Victor said, awaiting more physical abuse with a smile

"Then I suppose Morality is flawed and I was wrong for giving the people any power whatsoever." Gabriel snarled over the hushed whispers of the tormented souls at their back.
"As for what I fight for... That is none of your concern!" Gabriel growled in a low throbbing voice a hand shooting out roughly to backhand him chances are sending him to the floor.
He fought for a system that didn't abuse the weak, that didn't torment those who made even the littlest of changes. He fought for Olivia's memory. Yes he was a hypocrite in beating down upon those who caused trouble, and yes he was breaking his promises becoming such a broken soul as he abused the system he fought so hard to destroy. But all in essence for a greater cause. He wanted their hatred, he wanted their malice and ill will the destructive pain that would peel him apart and make him human once more. But again he had to become the devil to gain that freedom.
"I am no savior, I never respected you nor anyone else I just used you all like my pathetic pawns..." Gabriel lied horribly through his teeth grimicing at the taste they left.
"And look what it's gotten me.." Nowhere....

Victor took the smack gracefully, only taking a few steps of recoil before getting back up, he leaned against the wall, or rather, the side that hadn't been torn down.
neer respected, used as a pawn... well here's the shocker
"Gabriel, I might have expected as much, though I never would have thought you to just say it right out like that" Victor said, part of that was a lie, to be honest Victor had really thought gabriel and him where friends on some level, and on some level Victor still believed such, his smile said so, and so did his eyes, as they looked into the feelingless red circles that where his mentor's eyes. gabriel was always so good with his expressions
"it got you power, captainship, some friends..." victor said, announcing the word friends with a little acid in his tone, knowing that Gabriel wouldn't have many friends anymore... "Though even when you get what you want, it just never seems to be enough, does it?" Victor asked
"I find it funny you don't even ask why I just did what I did? come on gabriel, you know I'm a fairly reasonable person, and I know you have the capacity to be reasonable, don't tell me you aren't the slightest bit curious?" Victor asked, his genuine smile never leaving him. "WHERE'S YOUR SENSE OF ADVENTURE!?" Victor asked, suddenly a 15X15 square of wall would explode off of the second story, coming down on gabriel, the water still in the pipes would be guided as the wall came down so that it wouldn't miss
shouldn't have told him he was a pawn... that pissed Victor off more than gabriel would ever know

The lights flashed overheard. His hood was pulled up, covering the mask as he stood among the massive crowd, all whispering and watching with intense interest. It was what he wanted. Friends discovering that what they wanted wasn't what was needed, and what was needed wasn't wanted. A life, pure of chaos and free will, always under the iron fist of some law.
He giggled lightly to himself.
Green, bright in color, shone from his pupils as a grin stayed plastered to his face. He loved seeing this. All of this. Every bit as destructive and demoralizing as could be. It was a school, yet children still wanted some form of control. Children.
His hands were in his pockets as he watched on, waiting for the final result of this confrontation between former allies.

All of a sudden the next wall bursted down and all that was said was now forgotten and Gabriel had lost every sense of what he had been. Beating away at what would ahve once been Victor. Gabriel grasped at the boy's neck throwing a rally of punches into his face before tossing him brutally to the floor. Much like he had done before on that field.
Except this time Gabriel had lost everything, this title had brought him nothing but pain and horror. But in the end that was what he wanted. It was also what he deserved.
"Shut the fuck up...." He just swatted away at Victor brutally.

(so denial of being hit by the wall coming down at you? or just ignoring it?)
Victor took the punches all with a laugh, the man was certainly stronger than him... and Victor easily could have fought back more, but this was how it should be, if gabriel wasn't gonna listen, if he wasn't gonna learn anything then let it be done, let Gabriel get all of his anger out, all of his frustration, better it be released upon Victor than anyone else, it was partially Victor's fault that Gabriel was there today
even when gabriel didn't know it Victor had his back, he enjoyed letting it all just go
letting everything go
Victor fell to the floor, though being told to 'shut the fuck up' did not cease his laughter, his face bloody and brutalized, he probably wouldn't look normal for weeks, he didn't care, it was so worth it.
so very worth it

*Crash*
Gabriel barely had time to look up as the roof swatted him into the dust. he was leveled into the dirt without a second chance at moving. Sure he was fast enough, smart enough and strong enough to stop it the problem was he didn't pay attention to his surroundings. Flaw 1.
"Grahhhh!!" Gabriel shouted bursting the solid mass into ruble as he smote his way through the piled mess of rock and gravel.
Only more destruction would mean more beating on Victor's end. Gabriel limped his way through the wreakage to a chuckling Victor. Which made him even more angry at the time, all these people around him had nothing but a taste for chaos.
Gabriel would lean down to him picking the boy up with a hand and deliver a short jab to his face several times over to send a message.
