Mitsukai gave a sigh. Though she wasn't there for the death of one of the baby girls she doubted that the doctors went out of their way to kill the infant, not like Kevala would listen to that reasoning however seeing as she was losing her fucking mind. She couldn't blame the girl, she had almost died trying to bring her kids into the world only to find out one of them had died and they other two were no where in sight. Mitsukai took a step forward, her gold eyes staring down evenly into Kev's crimson preparing for any moment for the other girl to pounce but not willing to back down from her even in this state. At least not while Drea was around. If anyone should be harmed this day it should be herself, she at least could take a hit.
"The other children are safe and sound. Follow me and I will take you to them now." She knew that all Kevala wanted was to see her children and she couldn't blame her. If she was in the same position she would be tearing down the hospital in search of them. It was the least the girl could do to give her this much. It would a least calm her down enough that she might not hurt anyone else. "If you can control yourself long enough I don't think anyone else would interfere." She glanced down quickly at the nurse on the floor, hoping that no one had called for security by now or there would be no way to resolve this conflict without there being bloodshed. She turned her focus back on Kevala as she waited for the girl's response. Hoping she would be rational enough even in this state to at least listen to her.

Aww..But the bloodshed was called for in the epicness of this event. It was bringing out the real Kevala and for that there was not stopping her mun. Hehe.
Security indeed had been called, and just as Kevala was about to calm down her eyes caught sight of them in the door way. A growl sounding as she cut her glare to Mitsukai. Um Yeah she was not rational right now. As was clear as she reached up and shoved at the girl. In her mind she knew this was her friend, but at the same time the sight of those security guards led her lost mind to think the girl had tried to trick her.
"Lies! You will not keep me from them! I want them and I want Katsuri. I want my brother! Now!"
Oh yeah, that one was going to be hard to produce. But she did not know that nor did she care. She wanted her family together now. Yes, she was in full mom mode right now and family was what was on her mind. Keep them safe...keep them from being harmed.
As for Katsuri. She needed him more than ever. He would make them give her the children. She knew he would. He would make them pay for killing their daughter.

Mitsukai side stepped Kevala's attempt to shove her, she didn't want to harm the poor girl after all even if it was to defend herself. She was a bit hurt by what the other girl had said though. Mitsukai would never betray someone she cared about and for Kev to think so even as she was now had stung. Mitsukai's attention though still on the new mother who had lashed out on her turned to the security guards that had now entered the room. Looked like it was too late now to end this peacefully. These buffoons would not listen to her anyway and just make things worse, she would have to do something drastic to get things done with the least amount of trouble.
In an instant Mitsukai pounced on the nearest guard. Punching him hard in his crotch before he could act to defend himself. As he doubled over in pain she grabbed the man's taser and tased him from behind before turning to his accomplice. Before the second man could react she was already upon him. With lightening speed she stunned him as well, letting the large mans body hit the floor before turning back to Kevala.
"We have to move quickly...there is not much time, believe me or not I am the only one that can take you to your kids. If you want to see them you better follow me now." She said, standing in the door way as she waited for Kevala to move. She might not trust her at the moment but she knew her words would at least make the girl act. Hopefully to follow her before more guards arrived. Mitsukai might have handled these two idiots easily enough but more would come. She didn't know how long she could keep them off.

Hurt her? Heh. Kevala was small, and Kevala was a lot of other things. But she was insane and she was pissed and believe it or not she was stronger than she looked. But it was fine. She really did not wish to hurt her friend. She only wanted the two things which at this moment meant more to her than anyone else on the planet.
As Mitsukai took out the two guards Kevala would stand there, her crimson eyes watching as she rested herself. Yes, she was pissed and what not, but her body had been through a lot and the pain in her stomach was catching up to her. She had just been cut open and then stapled shut after all.
She would nod as she moved to follow her friend. Those eyes looking over the area. She could feel the tiredness creeping past the anger and rage. She could feel the weakness taking hold of her body.
"I need to get to them now. Please."
She stumbled a bit then, but was quick to balance herself. No, she would calm down once she had them in her arms. Not until then. Standing straight she would nod once more.
"Take me to them."

Mitsukai noted the girl's movements, judging by they way Kevala was moving Mitsukai knew the poor girl's body would soon give way on her. Not very surprising seeing as how the girl had just come from surgery not to long ago. At least now she was calming down enough she wouldn't be attacking Mitsukai again. The question was how long could she keep this up. She debated if she should try to carry the other girl on her back to take her to her children. The girl was bigger then her of course so it would be difficult but she could be surprisingly strong when she needed to be. Even then though there was still the issue with the guards. If she were to carry Kev her movements would be slow, there would be a less likely chance of defending them both if that were the case. Looked like she would have to forget about that idea.
Turning her attention back at Drea who had fallen silent through this situation she would speak.
"Watch these two for us." she said pointing at the stunned guards. "If anymore people come in make sure they do not know where we are going." With that she would grab Kevala's hand and take her out of the room.
"Stay close by me and keep quiet...." She said speaking low and quickly as she walked. Keeping her eye out for any more approaching guards. "There is no telling who might show up around the corner." Her thoughts drifted back to her cellphone. Wishing that Katsuri had gotten the message and was heading this way now. She could really use his help right now. The chances were sadly that he would not make it in time to help. For now she would have to do this alone. Try to keep things under control before he got there.

She would follow, her mind lost in thought about the little ones she needed so desperately to see. Her heart racing in her chest. It must be remembered that she had yet to see her children. For any woman that was a lot to deal with. Let alone one as mentally unstable as Kevala was.
She would listend and watch for any signs of movement. Her eyes constantly scanning. All the while her heart was shattering. He was not here. He had not answered his phone from what she had gathered. Katsuri was not here! It was enough to make her want to cry as she shook her head. No. She would deal with that issue later. For now she had to get to the children and make sure that they were alright.

"Where do you think you're going?" Emily's voice rang out in the hallway Mitsukai and Kevala were in. " Now, Kevala had been through a lot. Emily knew that much. She had decided just a few minutes ago that she would like to give her a ride to the neonatal unit. A ride via wheelchair of course. Emily took the liberty of taking a wheelchair while on her break and pulling it all the way down to the floor where Kevala was at.
And now, she saw this. She was slightly disappointed, but empathetic.
"Kevala." She said, looking at the woman gentle enough not to be provocative. "Put her down."
She gave the previously amok woman a warm smile, hopefully assuring her that everything would be alright, at least as much as it could be alright with one of her children dead.
"They did not kill your children. I was there, remember?" She said, "Your daughter's cord prolapsed and her blood supply was cut off. The doctors did their best to revive her, but it was already too late. You cannot enter the neonatal unit either, not without endangering every other baby by breaking into a sterile field by force."
Emily's smile disappeared for a moment, slightly shameful that she was not able to save a life. "If you want to take it out on the staff, take it out on me instead - I was your scrub nurse after all."
...
Emily just smiled, again, before looking at Mitsukai. "Have her sit on this wheelchair, I'll take her to her children."
Honestly, Mitsukai was being an idiot. At least, in Emily's way of thinking. Considering that Kevala had a really serious cut on her belly, was more or less dehydrated due to the surgery and all... carrying her on her back would probably more or less encourage the sutures to tear.
But of course, Emily was another nurse.
Mitsukai would probably not trust Emily, but maybe Kevala will.

Well given all that Kevala had been through as of the last few months, and given what had happened today, she was not the most sane person in the world.
Those eyes watching Emily as she spoke. It was something about the method in which she explained it, the way in which she told of the goings on that got through the madness. THAT was the first thing that had made sense to her. Shaking her head she leaned back against the wall. Tears stinging her eyes as she trembled softly.
"I need Katsu."
Her words a soft cry as she let those icy blue eyes fall closed as she wrapped her arms about herself.
"M..My da..daughter...."
She could not think of the words to say. It was too much, it was all way too much. She did not move. Instead she would lower her head as the tears slid down from the corner of her eyes.
Where the hell was he? She needd him, needed to know it was okay.
Her body tired and weak would finally shift from the wall. A glance given to Mitsukai and then with another shake of her head she turned and went toward Emily. Lowering herself down into the chair and whimpering out as she did so.
"Please....I need to see them..."
It was all she could say really, the words seeming to stick in her throat. Another tremble running through her body as she placed her hand over her face now and waited.

"I need Katsu. M..My da..daughter...." Emily would try to smile, giving the woman an embrace before she would take a handkerchief to wipe her friend's eyes. More or less, Emily was breaching the border that defined objectivity - she was sympathizing with her patient, and that was something discouraged from all in the medical field. But Emily found herself doing so anyway; because she was her friend.
Or at least, she considered Kevala to be one.
Emily assisted Kevala onto the wheelchair and kneeled in front of the woman, holding her hand. "You will." She said, "Trust me. We'll go to a vacant room near the unit and have you dressed in scrubs first alright? Otherwise, the staff will kick us all out of the unit."
As soon as Emily got the message that Kevala understood, Emily would then mention Mitsukai to follow with her head and she took the lead, leading the two towards the elevator.
To floor five, where the neonatal unit was. Emily would soon wheel her out of the elevator and passed by inside an empty room where Emily would take out a couple of hospital gowns from the drawer and pass it to Mitsukai and Kevala. "Wear these." She said, "I'll be back; I'll just need to arrange some things with the nurses inside the unit and they'll let you see your children for as long as you want, alright?"
As soon as Kevala nodded, she would nod and step out of the room. Emily would trust that they don't pull anything that shouldn't be done with all the sleeping babies just a few meters away.
Besides, they didn't know that Emily was arranging for Kevala's children to be roomed in with her. Why? She wanted to help.
Maybe the nurse was going a bit too far?

She had a new friend!! Yayness! But at the moment Kevala did not really think on the matter. No, instead she would take her seat in that chair, that embrace which had been offered making her try to smile despite the pain she felt.
Then she would nod. She did understand and she would remain calm. She had to. She needed her chidren and would do anything to have them. Sighing softly she allowed herself to be pushed along into the elevators. Then as they reached the 5th floor she would again listen to Emiy's instructions.
Shifting out of the chair and getting dressed accordingly as Emily went to take care of some things. She let out a soft whimper as her mind played over the fact that she was about to see her TWO babies. Not three, but only two. Yet she could not help feeling as though she was still very lucky.
Then the thoughts of Katsuri came to mind and where there was once anger, worry set in. It was not like him not to answer his phone after this long of a time. Surely he would have seen his messages or something by now. That meant something had to be wrong. She just knew it, she felt it. But for now there was nothing she could do but wait. Surely somebody would find him. They had to.
Drawing her attention back to the matter at hand she would watch now for Emily. Waiting a bit anxiously for the okay to see her children.

Emily didn't take long; in fact, as soon as Kevala and Mitsukai were ready, Emily would enter the room and nod at the both of them. Yes, the ward was ready for them.
Emily would wheel Kevala out of the room and into the neonatal ward, where small, faint cries of babies were heard. They were numbed out by the fact that they were mostly in insulators. Most of the babies inside were, like Kevala's children; preterm babies.
After staying for a couple of seconds inside a wind chamber, where they would be more or less cleaned off any microorganisms, Emily and the Head nurse would talk a while. And it wasn't very soon from then on when the head nurse led the the group to a small private room. Kevala's children were put there temporarily as with the fact that they were more or less 2 months premature.
"The head nurse said that the babies need to stay here for at least a couple more months, two weeks at least." She said as they entered the room. "We can't take them out of the incubator yet; but there's a couple of holes where you can slip your hands in to touch them."
Emily would then help Kevala stand.
It was her call from here.

She would move over toward them. A deep breath being drawn as she looked upon the two lives she had brought into this world. A pain sinking into her heart as she thought of the daughter she had lost.
But here before her were the two that needed her. A smile curling onto her lips as she stuck her hand through the holes and let her hand first touch upon her son.
Aiden Michaels
He was a big boy, she could tell that already. He would be like his father she suspected. His hair was black with red streaks in it. Flaming red.
She had to smile. He got that from Katsuri, though most would probably not know that.
Her hand touching upon delicate flesh as she sighed softly.
Her attention then shifting to her daughter.
Kazumi Michelle
She was small, like her mother. Her hair flaming red with black streaks. Kevala could not help but laugh softly. The two of them looked so similar yet so different. True twins. Another shot of pain as she realized that they were now and would always be the twins. Not the triplets she had thought of. Shaking her head to banish the thoughts. No, she had two healthy babies. That was better than the alternative.
Once more her hand settled upon the flesh of her daughter. A soft whimper escaping her as she spoke softly.
"You Daddy would be so proud of you both. I am sure of it. I cannot wait for him to see you."
