So this is #259. Well it looks in better condition than #499. Granted I had a big hand in some of the damage. Of course if it weren't for many of the people threatening the school and It's students I wouldn't have had to cause that damage. Jyo thought as he walked through the main gates of his new school where he was to finish out his senoir year.
His long red hair was tied back and slightly being tugged by the wind. His Shades were pulled over his piercing green eyes and his blue suit had the loose yet professional look to it few could pull off very well. Many students stared at the Tall young man and tall he was. Standing at six foot eight inches Jyo easily stood above many other students at his ld school and he doubted many here would reach his height.
Jyo's very presence was one of a man who had absolute confidance in himself. he was arrogant. He held himself like the warrior he had become over his years as the captain of #499. He found it interesting that he had gone from being the most known student around to now being the new guy evryone was staring at. He noticed three guys looking at him as if they were wondering if they should jump him. Jyo lowerd his shades so he could peer over them and his piercing stare said it all. Stay back if you don't want to get hurt. Two of them were smart enough to stay back. but one came out at Jyo.
"Wait Chris. Don;t go after him." Said one of the guys. but this Chris fellow didn't see muc of a threat in the lithe young man. "Hey new guy. How about a proper intro to the school." He said throwing a right cross at Jyo's chest. Jyo's hand shot up and caught the incoming fist with relative ease. Jyo shook his head. "Back off. I'm positive many students here will be a worthy challenge to me. mabey even exceed my own skills. but you are not one of them." He said shoveing out with the hand and sending the punk back stumbling and falling flat on his ass.
"Now mabey you can be of use to me. I want to know two things. The principal's name. And who the School Captain is." he said pushign his shades back up to cover his eyes. Oddly his tone was very pleasent when he spoke this time. Though it also had an edge to it.

"Zack Asiv, and Mitsuki Park."
A voice - quite emotionless, muffled, along with a dull face - came from a girl who would much resemble the girl Hyunie Park from Public High School 499. Well, no doubt - the two were somewhat related. Distant cousins, you could say. Her dark brown hair with the red tint flowed gracefully behind her while the school captain stalked the halls of 259, approaching the new transfer, and the boy named Chris. Her eyes gave off a deadly vibe, an unpleasant aura surrounding the girl as she drew near. Wearing a black zip up sweater with a hood that was only half way zippered, along with a white and gray sleeveless shirt, long black sweats covered the bottom half of her body, and sneakers to top it off. Her hair was let down today, her bangs covering part of her eyes, and of course, the usual studded gloves...
To add to that, this particular girl had on a mask that was pulled over the bottom half of her face, covering her nose and mouth, only revealing her crimson red like eyes.
Shifting her orbs towards the one named Chris, she guessed he was fully aware that Mitsuki disliked trouble while school was in session. If he had a free period, he should be off school grounds or in the courtyard - or the library - but certainly not lingering around the halls and attacking new comers to the school. He whimpered slightly when she approached him, and she looked down at him from where she was at, then turned her head slightly to face the new transfer. And yet again, Mitsuki wasn't surprised. It seemed lately that this school had been accepting people mostly from the notorious high school #552, and #499. Either they didn't pass the test, or something went wrong, Mitsuki didn't really care, and she didn't really plan on caring, as long as they stick to the rules of given by the board of education.
The boy named Chris almost immediately started giving out an explanation, muttering his words until the red haired girl cut in, speaking without even looking at him, her eyes locked on Jyo's.
"Go back to class."
That would be directed to the boy named Chris, and when she didn't see him move, her eyes flickered to the side, and he stood up and ran, his fellow friends following after. Her attention was then back to Jyo, before tilting her head a bit to the side. She wasn't much of a speaker, then again, no one in her family was, and probably never will be. Of course, she never told this boy who the school captain was, but merely the name. But if he was smart enough, he'd be able to figure it out. And now, if he was also smart enough, he would be able to know that she was waiting for an explanation as to why he wanted to know the teacher and the school captain. She had her defenses up, but she always did, so no big deal on that.

Jyo turned his head to face the speaker. It was a girl. A decent amount younger than himself. She spoke two names. But didn't reveal who was captain and who was principal. But he figured it safe to assume that she spoke in the order he asked.
Jyo pushed his shaed up to rest above his eyebrows and observed the young girl who casually got Jyo's attacker to scram. The way she held herself and the display of authority made it rather clear as to whom she was. Jyo smiled pleasently and spoke. "Well I would assume you are Mitsuki Park the school captain. If i hadn't been a captain at a young age as well I would be shocked to see a person as young as you are being the school's captain." He said with a highly thoughtful tone.
Jyo smiled again. "Ah but where are my manners. I am Jyo Mashima ex-captain of #499. Transfered here due to some major problems. I figure while I'm here I should see what kind of students I am up against. If you would accept I'd like a saprring match with you. Nothing major. Just a test of abilities." He said giving a slight bow. He couldn't help but stare at this girl. SHe reminded him of someone. But he couldn't figure out who. Probably someone he hadn't seen often from his old school. That was the only place he could think of.

Of course, when Jyo said that first statement, she couldn't help but think - did he say that because he really meant it, or was he just shocked that a young girl happened to be school captain of this school? She noticed - or, she knew - that many of the males of this school disliked the fact that they were being dominated by a girl, especially one who is most likely younger then them. And the girls...? Well, there aren't many girls in this school from what Mitsuki's seen, since not many girls know how to fight. And when Jyo asked for a simple spar to see what he would be up against, she couldn't help but think - again - why doesn't he just ask another senior? Many of them are much more...skilled in the art of fighting then she is, so why does he bother with her? Just because she's school captain doesn't mean she really is the so called "strongest" in the school.
And of course, she guessed he wasn't a very good captain at his old school, because he would have known that pillars stop the fights instead of starting them. So that would make Mitsuki a hypocrite if she decided to fight - or have a small spar - with Jyo, right now, at this moment. If it was after school, then she would put some thought into it, but seeing how she had to be an "example" to the student body, as well with the other three pillars...
"I don't allow fighting in these halls. You should know yourself that school captains aren't exactly supposed to start fights unless necessary. Just because you want a test of skills is not a legit reason for me to go up against you."
Her words were exceptionally dull and her eyes gave off a simple cold look - yet emotionless. Hard to describe, but easy to understand that she wasn't exactly the social type. If someone wanted to fight her, she wanted a legit reason. If a student walked up to her and said that (s)he wanted to fight so (s)he can get the title of 259, she would ask why. Why do people want power? So they can have control? Why do they want control then? A never ending list of questions came into mind, and she would speak them freely. However, very few came across the reason as to why Mitsuki should fight them, and those are the people she respects (after the simple fight, of course.)
"Ask me outside of school, and I'll think about it."
OOC: Mmm~ We'll just have a *TIME CHANGE* inserted somewhere, or you can just randomly attack Mitsuki and have her on self defense. Either way works.

Jyo chuckled and grinned. "Very admirable a true captain. And you practically read my mind. Asking isn't the same as demanding on the spot." he said pleasently. He noticed he was in much contrast in terms of personality. While not rude this girl seemed kinda cold. Jyo himself was really the opposite. "Glad to hear that you have pillars to help you. I didn't get such luxuries. How about after school. I'm sure there is a small park not far away. Naturally your title isn't on the line. I'm just interested in a challenge. And I'm sure you didn't gt into your position without being able to offer a challenge." He said keeping his pleasent smile.
The Senior lowered his shades back over his eyes. "After school Mistuki Park. i'll be looking forward to it." he said with a soft smile and walked off to his next class.
OOC: Time Jump.
Jyo waited at the school gates after school waiting for Mitsuki. He was very eager to see this person's skills. Mabey she'll even be able to beat me. That would be a nice change. Being a cut above the rest is nice. but not having anyone to drive you to surpass gets very dull. He thought as he stood still as a statue. Few people could take Jyo on back at #499. He was truly hoping there were several people who could challenge him and even defeat him. it would show him how much farther he had to go as a Martial Artist.

"Oh my gawd. Like, did you hear? Mitsuki's going to fight the Ex-Captain of Public High School of #499! Do you think she has a chance?"
"Duh... Is it a fight for the title?"
"I'm not sure..."
Rumors went about during class and such that Mitsuki was going to be fighting the school captain of #499. Or should it be Ex-Captain? None the less, Mitsuki never agreed to fight him, but it seemed that Mr. Jyo assumed that she would have agreed, and not wanting to complicate things, she simply complied. The bell rang for school to be over, and students piled out of class and into the halls, slamming their lockers and hurrying outside to see the fight. Or, the fight that was going to start. Soon.
Mitsuki took her time gathering the proper items needed for the homework she had received earlier in class that day, stopping by her locker, getting her backpack, putting her things inside them... Until she finally made it outside, where most of the crowd had already gone home thinking Mitsuki wasn't going to show up, which is exactly what she intended to make them think. Of course, most children in the school were either, A) impatient, and if they were patient, then they simply didn't care about what was going on. So now, the crowd merely dropped down to three or four people, and Mitsuki approached Jyo after setting down her backpack near the fence. There, she met her brother - Reita, who picked up her backpack and held it, along with her gaze. The kind where it said - lose, and you'll be humiliated, and you'll get a 48 straight hour train.
...He just had to come...
Turning back to Jyo, her emotionless eyes gave a hint that she was ready whenever he was. And so, the young girl, took no stance, and merely stood where she was, waiting for him to attack.
If it was one thing the young dark red haired girl did not do - she never made the first move. Not anymore.

Jyo looked over to see Mitsuki coming up. A smile came onto his face. "I'm glad you showed up. i was going to leave in about another ten minutes or so if you didn't I wouldn't have minded too much but I would have been dissapointed to not be able to spar a head figure here." He said as he stuck his right hand in his pocket and let his left hang loosely.
"Well I only want a simple spar. Nt aiming for any real damage just a test of skill. After all thats where the challenge truly is." he said as he turned to face Mitsuki directly. He noticed the way she stood there. She was ready for him but wasn;t going to attack first. Funny thats what I had planned. Oh well. Going first isn't really that bad. Just keep it light and see how she moves. He thought as he pushed off with his right foot which carried him to Mitsuki and his left foot shot out in a snapping round kick to her ribs. Jyo didn't put too much force into it but if it hit he was pretty sure it would be enough to lead in for a second attack. Though he still kept a wary eye on the young girl on front of him. he had n plans on Making the mistake Max made when he fought Jyo back when he was a freshman. And that was to not judge someone's skill by their age. He felt there was a good chance this girl was nearly as skiled as himself if not more.

It was pretty simple as to what the young girl was going to do - she already had the whole fight basically planned out in her mind, excluding the parts of what and where, along with how Jyo would be fighting. It was like a web planner - it starts out with one, and more options open. It only grows, yet you only follow one path. And so, while Jyo spoke, she only thought - while he made a move, she merely stood, watching his moves carefully, planning what to do.
He approached her, and his left foot quickly moved to her stomach region. But... She didn't know exactly where his foot would go. So she did what she would normally do: Take one step back, completely dodging his kick. Pulling herself together, something flicked in her eyes - something serious, something... deadly.
But of course, it was all just the 'fun' in this small spar, was it not?
Her eyes remained in the boy while she slowly slid her feet shoulder width apart, her right side of her body towards Jyo, as if taking a fighting stance, yet her legs weren't bent and her arms were still loosely by her sides.
She knew what she was doing, but she wouldn't attack him now. Not yet.

Jyo smiled seeing Mitsuki step out of range and he also caught the look in her eyes. But after Rastal, Octave, Derrick and many other foes it didn't phase him in the least. His own piercing eyes bored into Mitsuki's. Jyo always maintain eye contact in a fight with someone.
He saw she didn't plan to attack and grinned. He stood there perfectly still. The only thing moving was his hair caught in a gental breeze. Jyo had learned patience. He could wait for quite a while. But if it got to the point where it become no more than a stand-off he would go in again. But he wanted to see if Mitsuku would make a move.

He didn't move.
She didn't move.
She wouldn't move.
He'd have to attack.
Simple as that.
If he didn't, then...
That was one pathetic fight. Neh?
The remaining students murmured quietly amongst themselves as they watched a 'stand off' between the school captain of #259 and the ex-school captain of #499. He was obviously holding back on her - Mitsuki already knew that for a while now, and she knew why as well. He didn't want an actual fight, just a simple spar to see how well off the students at school were. However, Mitsuki was one who only fought children and students in her age criteria. The upperclassmens...well, there was one or two, but there are certainly much more stronger ones out there who could easily match Jyo strength and speed wise. If not, in all.
Not to mention those godly teachers. Goodness.

Very well. i'm not letting this be some fight where we stare each other down. We are both skilled thats clear. So lets get this going. He thought and oncer more came in with a slight smile on his face. But this time it was no dash at Mitsuki. Instead Jyo walked. When right outside of his striking distance he pushed off with his left foot and his right shot out in a side kick. The risks of this attack were present but minimal.

He walked. And of course, the girl kept her guard up while he walked, because it was obvious that once he came close enough for an attacking range, he would...attack. He took his sweet, precious time, and Mitsuki shifted her leg slightly, an instinct, to face him fully to either A) block whatever would be coming at her, or B) step back again. That, or she'd just let herself get hit by just standing there like an idiot, which she wouldn't do.
When she saw him suddenly speed up right before he was within striking distance, she soon found out she had barely any time to react. Watching his right leg lift, as if in slow motion, she planned on blocking it with her left arm, and twist her wrist inward so that her palm was facing his leg, and grab right when he attacked, getting a fierce and tight grip on his leg. Then, she would proceed to lifting her own right leg and hitting the inside part of his theigh, and all this would happen very, very quickly without hesitation. What she was doing was an instinct - she wouldn't put much force into her kick, but it would be enough to make it painful, and plus, with the speed she was going at, it certainly seemed that it would hurt if he tried to block it, 'cause there was no way in hell that he could dodge this.

Jyo didn't fail to notice how Mitsuki reacted. He decided to humore her and tensed the muscles in his thigh. The impact wasn't pleasent but Jyo had taken worse and walked away fine. He grinned as he pulled his leg back as Mitsuki was kicking. His left hand would shoot out in a palmstrike at the shoulder of the arm holding onto his leg.

Even though Jyo was pulling his leg back, she would still keep a firm planting of her fingers into his flesh, thus, he wouldn't be able to get away from her. She watched his arm move and she waited no more - having control of his leg, and since he was on one foot, she lifted his leg with much force, which would then allow him to either lose his balace and fall, completely voiding the palmstrike, or try to catch his balance by using both arms and waving in the air, completely voiding the palm strike again. And just in case he didn't lose his balance, she would slightly jerk it upward so he would lose his balance whether he liked it or not. And once he fell, she'd move without hesitation, moving towards his neck where she would drop down and lock her legs around his neck, just enough until he'd give up.

Jyo grinned as he noticed Mitsuki was actually able to keep a hold on his leg. He decided to aboandon the palmstrike. Nothing if I'm not flexible in what i can do. He thought and he willingly fell back and stopped his fall with his elft hand which was under him in littler more than a blure. He now let Mitsuki support his leg as the free leg flew right at he gut. Either way her intended attack would most likely be thwarted.
