The false personna, Sky Dalten sat nervously at the epicenter of activity within the school. These days people had gone much too far, a strange enigma people were when they followed a certain power. Under Gabriel they were in a state of shock and confusion, under Blaze everything seemed like everything was planned, the fights and everything. And under Emily it was shown where the sides where. Whilse now things were going to become like they were back at Moral Crest #42, violence and chaos emerged. Matrim's designs for the future were just as Gabriel's were, ignored. Riots were sure to break out soon however how could that be considered any different from how things were when they left.
Nothing ever changed at public high school #259, though things had changed. No longer where there any clear divisible sides as there had been before their arrival. Since the BLack Knights devided there was no clear battleground nor challenge. Everything was challenging, and where had "Unfettered" gone, leaving his Militia to ruin.
"This makes me sick..."
Sky looked away from the chaos, what was to be done? He'd tried and gone ignored if only he could have redone everything and done a better job. Peace with David, Emily and Ryuu would have been the first step. He'd made a mistake by saying he didn't need them.

Earlier...
Not so far from where Sky was, a small group of students would be seen more or less getting at each other's nerves. Saint was right; violence for more violence, it seems. Emily wasn't too far away as well, and even as she walked closer, it seems as the fight between the two jocks wasn't calming down.
"Stop it." She said, a smile on her face. Unusual for someone trying to break up a fight. Sure, she wasn't captain - but at least she could do this for the school as a member of the Regalia. There was very little else she could do to try and lessen the blows of the current hierarchy; and the reminder of her having lost to him slightly made her feel sick.
Flinching a bit, Emily tried to maintain her composure as much as possible - even through her deep insecurity for the days to come. "Sirs, the Library's just next door. You might want to take it somewhere else."
The two young men glared at Emily for a few seconds before one of them got a little fed up. "You're no captain anymore!" He said, "What makes you think you can stop us?!" He would try to punch Emily, but she would only step aside, making the guy fall on the ground with his own force.
"It's either you follow me, or the captain himself - I bet you know what the captain can do to you, right?" Her grin was eerie in the sense that one could never tell what she was thinking anymore. Emily had become a girl hidden in a mask, more or less subtle in her own efforts.
There was little she could do about Matrim - after all, she only got David, Drea, Ryuu and herself.
The rumble ended a bit sooner, the two having forgotten what they were arguing about in their annoyance with the girl. Violence was just symptom of the sickening system that the world was in currently.
There were many ifs, and what-ifs that ran across Emily's mind every day; and more ran through as she walked away.
Present...
Emily sighed as she sat down somewhere - she didn't care where in the area she would sit. Every other seat was taken.
This girl failed to realize just who was sitting right next to her, in her slight fatigue. Bah, fights are increasing every day - and the students are in a state of panic.
Maybe this was all her fault.
"This makes me sick..." The young man beside her said, making her ears perk up and look towards him. More or less, she felt as if she knew the guy - after all, that voice was quite familiar to begin with.
Emily would smile softly, hoping to pass off as someone who was not going to beat anyone up at this point. Not like she was confident she could anyways, with what happened to her and all. "Do you want me to take you to the clinic?" she asked.
Not like she knew what he meant; of course she'd take it literally.

A literal translation, the thought of it almost made him laugh a bit. Sky's stare shifted over his shoulder noticing the image of Emily. His body shifted a bit to cover up for the flinch he'd had, Sky had never realized she'd been there for too very long.
"Not like that... It's just all of this seems senseless." looking around at the muddled mixes of fights all over small squabbles and petty things.
Green eyes fighting blue, short fighting the tall. It was as if they'd simply decided that everyone was a different clich and that no one shared a common brotherhood as 259er's any longer.
"They've become nothing but animals, at least back home there was a moral code to fighting, not this childish mongering."
He shuddered slightly, once there was a time when people fought for something now he was confused. Even with himself for a time, what was he fighting for?
"sorry... I'm Sky.."

"Not like that... It's just all of this seems senseless. They've become nothing but animals, at least back home there was a moral code to fighting, not this childish mongering."
Emily smiled. At least there was someone who was more or less not being busy being too power-hungry, or at the very least, someone who wasn't seemingly into the whole fighting thing. It had been a while since she saw a person like this.
"sorry... I'm Sky.."
"Emily." She said, still a little buzzed about that voice. So god-damned familiar - almost as if...
She shook her head, she must've been thinking too much.
Taking something from her pocket, Emily popped it into her mouth and sighed. "Are you new?" She said, "I haven't seen you here before..."

Yes, he knew her quite well actually. It'd been awhile since they'd actually talked on a humanistic level of course that was his fault. Gabriel had damaged her, and then challenged her authority he'd also defied her will and done deeds that would have earned him two sentances of eternity in hell. Of course that was the past, things could potentially change in this you man's mind.
A curious quirk wondering how strong she'd become, of course he'd yet to see her in quite so long so of course that was his first notion. He'd also been given word of her title as Captain once again however short it was. So from experience she must have been a bit stronger than before. Shoving the thought aside he realised why he was there. It wasn't to become stronger for himself. He was becoming stronger so he could handle all of the students' burdens. Stupid notion of course but once more that was his nature.
"Emily... hmm No I'm sorry we haven't met... though I have been to quite a few schools this past year." It wasn't a lie but he'd never give the entire story away.
"Why aren't you out there with them? Isn't this your school as well?" He nudged a head towards the students calmly addressing them.

Damage...
One could ask about damage and they'll be asked back what sort of damage could be possibly inflicted onto a man - Physical, Psychological, Emotional... the list goes on.
If Emily were to be measured in terms of damage of all the three - Gabriel's damage to Emily was moderately insignificant. Well, not like she knew who she was talking to right now anyways, otherwise she'd probably be a little hesitant.
Though...
"Emily... hmm No I'm sorry we haven't met... though I have been to quite a few schools this past year. Why aren't you out there with them? Isn't this your school as well?" Emily smiled, looking out at the students running around, getting to class, chatting on each other in the hallways...
When you've been through so much as Emily had, sometimes these things become so insignificant. They became no more than small privileges that she may or may not take.
By choice, Emily found that she felt a little too old for this.
"Mmm, I suppose." She said, "... but I guess I feel better keeping watch and making sure no one breaks the school too bad..."

Hmm, Sky found himself smiling at her answer. Course he'd hoped she'd woken up to what he was saying, apparently his actions at Ground Zero weren't eye opening enough. His actions observed rather than his words. Tsk tsk, nothing much had changed around here unfortunatly; regardless, Gabriel would still try until his last breath left him or his cause ended.
"Thats not quite what I had meant...." He smiled an imminant foreshadowing of past deeds and perhaps future ones as well.
"I was more concerned for the students' well being as opposed to the buildings themselves... isn't that what is concerning?"
If she had listened at all that day, something would have been rather fishy. Because every word spoken held a certain purpose, every move and action that long afternoon was fatal and came to the certain realization Gabriel had intended for every move to play out as it did.

"Thats not quite what I had meant.... I was more concerned for the students' well being as opposed to the buildings themselves... isn't that what is concerning?" Emily chuckled. It seemed as if this young man didn't really get what she was trying to get at either.
School could refer to the building itself, or 259 in it's entirety. At this point, there was little reason for her to get suspicious of this man, mostly because she supposed caring for the school up to that extent was normal... sorta normal.
Most were apathetic.
"That wasn't what I meant either." She said, sighing. "Wouldn't referring to the school also refer to it in it's entirety? Faculty, Students and Facilities alike?"
In Emily's mind, the main reason for why they were in school is to become educated. Sometimes, people forget that the Teachers are important as well. Teachers are useless without the school itself, and nor are students without Teachers. "Some students, as far as I've known, didn't have much respect for the school they were on; as if there's no love for that place. Kinda like burning your own house down."
She smiled. This woman loved 259. After all, this was the first place where she found herself; where she made her identity. She wouldn't just want to protect the students, but the entire package.
Even the slight violence at times, although - Emily's mind could rationalize that the violence isn't something good to be liking at all. Lest she turned like David and become a fight-hungry man.
"Though, the way things are going is worrying me." She said, "I suppose it would be all my fault...'

Sky's ear's shot up. Suppose his impression wasn't entirely correct, though in his own mind he found it naive to simply protect everything that is was a lost cause and the defense of the students should come first but he could still respect her controlling midset.
As for blaming herself, he found that personnally amusing. What had she contributed to this mess. Been powerful? Made a ripple in the system, he was breifly amused.
"Why d'you say that? You one of those people who says that they can make a change to the world, that you can make it all better?" He made the personnal joke at himself shortly, "Or better yet, have you done nothing at all....let the world pass you by without any action."
He knew the answer in his mind already but how she viewed herself was another matter entirely. Gabriel had never spent the time to care for other people before, now he was making up for lost time. Now in essence he cared.

Emily's smile faded to something softer, albeit feigning some sadness. For one, there was still some sort of confusion in her heart with regards of her own beliefs - but that talk with that guy at the rooftop was a good start into helping her think.
"I don't like doing nothing." She said, "... but sometimes I worry often if what I do will be of any significance at all; if the people who I believe is right now are really in it to help others or to help themselves..."
Well, Emily was like any other normal teenager; headstrong but indecisive. Even though she was like this, Emily knew that she should keep doing what she believed was right. What she believed to be right, at least.
"I guess I'm just one of those people who don't necessarily think they can change the world by themselves, but rather just want to at least become someone who can help the people who actually can..."
...
Like him...

Sky smiled, well now weren't they getting somewhere now. A deep breath in the appearance of a sigh. Of course he'd constantly tried, he simply never took to heart that others had done anything. Of course not in his favor but regardless it was for a cause, they were all there for the same cause and yet no one could decide for a union to solve it. It was quite funny actually.
"You always have the ability to make a difference regardless of how small that is." a short chuckle still not facing her directly.
Change the world by themselves. Another short chuckle, he'd been one of those folk, bearing the weight on his shoulder that was why him and Emily saw the world differently, because they were different in the approach.
"We can change the world.. not alone, but together we are unstoppable." He smiled turning about finally as he came to a stand.
"A pleasure Emily... Would you care to meet again? There is a gathering soon, people just like you." He tried being as amiable as possible because this time it was different. He didn't want anything more. Power was inconsequential, titles were null, and simple dominion was shortsighted at best. Funny how we change.

Emily grinned. This man was optimistic about the future; which was good, at least. Their meeting was quite brief, but it was a breath of fresh air for the young girl - whose conversations more or less were leaning more onto the violent side of life.
Not exactly her thing.
"A pleasure Emily... Would you care to meet again? There is a gathering soon, people just like you."
Emily just grinned and nodded her head, watching as Sky left. He was an interesting young man; albeit someone she could probably count on in the future. This was a very peculiar turn of events that would more or less have this girl at the brink of death not so far off in the future; but then again, with death comes the promise of rebirth.
It was an absolute truth.
Emily sighed as soon as Sky disappeared into the crowd, standing up and went on her merry way to the music room. She needed to think a bit more - nothing like a good play of the piano, right?
*End Thread OMG*
