Davids elbow connected with her arm, his eyes finding hers, the look of solid determination in her eyes, bringing a smile to his face. He would throw aside his arm, opening his body wide for her attack. The fist would slam into his sternum, the sudden movement of his arm causing his body to shift higher as he stepped forward.
The blow would thud against the hardened bone, his sternum having been broken by Leon some weeks earlier. It had been a painful process, full of drugs and surgery, but it was healed now and ready for battle. He was glad she had some strength in her bones without toys, but unfortunately it wasn't truly enough to give him much pause.
His right fist would slam upwards, aiming to crack an uppercut into her chin. If she should happen to be lifted from her feet, he would use his left arm to throw a hard punch into her abdomen, sending her flying into the earth.
