I backpedaled some more before looking at Jyo. That was close. Myabe I should of done something. Oh well...I never ended a fight with the person unconscious I just beat them and made it look easy so they would give in. But I think things would change now. I gave him a cool smile and waited again. As long as he attacked frontal style I could win. But I did not intend to. As soon as Jyo hit me, I was tapping out...I wanted to fight...but anyone but Jyo. My chest and stomach still hurt. Amazingly though I had only minor bruisings. Even though I flew 15 feet then some.

"Time's a wastin my friend." he said with a smile as he stood there. Jyo played offense a bit too much every so often. He liked seeing how other people moved and fought. it alwasy gave him great interest as every fighter had something different to bring to the fight. No matter if they used the same style or not. Even then a fighter's movments were like a signature. they would work with what went best with them. Jyo wanted to see this. besides they still had a decent amount of time left in their fight.

I wasnt going to budge...not only did I hate to attack more than three times a fight, I hated the fact the last attack I did, as good as it was, was deflected so easily and left me unconscious. Nope siry bob was I attacking now. My eyes remained calm as I sat back...my moves were counters...and as soon as Jyo was to come in at me...he was going face first into the mat. With the same ease as Jyo I copied his tone of voice and words.
"Time's a wastin my friend."

Jyo simply chuckled and shrugged. "Very well." He said not wanting to have this be some stand off. He dashed in and got right into Ken's range. but he made no attack. Ken had few choices. Jyo was going to force Ken to move in some fashion no matter what it was. That meant little to Jyo. As soon as Ken moved he could do something. Ken's fate was up to him now.

I stood perfectly still watching Jyos movements. He came in, he was with in normal striking distance. But that was not what I wanted. H ecame in further. Now. I dropped to the ground, both my legs sliding beside his running legs and pinning them. I would proceed to twist my legs to get him onto the floor. I knew on te thing, if he hit me I was not finishing this fight!

Jyo pulled his leg in as Ken moved and went down. Then his foot came to crash in Ken's chest. but Jyo wasn't sure how hard the impact was as his other leg was caught and he fell back. his hand shot to the ground stopping his fall. Jyo was now holding himself up with one leg trapped. His free leg not really able to get much of a good striking angle. At least nothing that could get enough momentum and force to do anything.
Be he did have leverage. He put his other hand on the ground and then pushed Though his leg was trapped he was able to get it to slide in the grip and was now coming down at Ken. His right hand planting itself by ken's head and his left in front of his chest to counter attacks made by Ken's arms or head before coming down in a palmstrike. He wouldn't stop there though. He would attack again and again. Though Ken had acsess to attacking his gut and chest jyo knew that he could handle the hits alot longer than Ken could. And if Ken blocked instead of attacking back his blocks wouldn't last long from Jyo's blows and they both knew it. The simple and smartest thing for Ken to do would be to give up in the grip. Jyo was just as dangerous up close as he was ranged.

Stumbling down the hall of the school a kid with bright green hair had no idea what time it was or really cared for that matter. Walking to a water fountain the student with bright green hair looked up so see a poster advertising a “fight club” in the gym. Figuring that it beats walking around aimlessly the student headed towards the gym for the new fight club hoping something of interest can happen.
Walking into the entrance of the gym Cliff could see that there was indeed was a fight club and that a fight was going on. Moving in closer to the action the green haired student stood on the outside of the little group just watching what was going on. He had just arrived so the student felt it would be best if he just watched from sideline before he does anything.

Jyo and Ken had put up a pretty good fight, but they were taking a bit longer than expected, and it seemed like the fight would drag on for another twenty minutes if he didn't stop it then. "Alright, alright, that's enough you two. We'll call this one a tie, eh?" He said, motioning for them to leave the ring.
Once they had complied, he would address the group once more. "The next two fighters will be...myself and Chihiro." The Pillar said with a grin. After all, they had already planned on throwing down earlier. Spitting the toothpick into a nearby trashcan, Aureus climbed into the ring. "Lets see if you can keep that promise from earlier, beautiful." he said with a wink to the dark haired girl. So far, he had yet to really see Chi fight, and was excited to see how good she was. He wouldn't underestimate her just because she was a girl, though at the same time he wouldn't be too hard on her. "I'll give you the first attack." He called out, standing with his chest facing her, legs shoulder's length apart, and his arms resting at his sides. His knees were bent for the sudden dodging he would have to do.

With a grin, Chi wrapped the last round of tape on her knuckles, ripping off the end and placing the roll back into her bag. She made her way to the ring, ducking between the two ropes as she climbed in. The junior clenched and unclenched her fists in a ready manner and her left foot slid out slightly from her right as she got into a fighting stance. This should be fun, fighting her own boyfriend. Should she try to go easy? Probably not, because he was most definetely stronger than she was, but maybe, just maybe, she was a little bit faster. She needed to play to her strengths, and the hope that he would start out easy on her be she was his girlfriend, and she could get the advantage.
"Good luck, hun."
She smirked, before moving forward swiftly with her right foot, bringing her right hand back to punch as she advanced on him before changing at the last possible second to aim a left handed punch to his torso. A simple fake out, and a simple move. So she was going a bit easy on him, at least for now.
"...You're going to need it."

It would be important to note a few things about Aureus in this fight. Aside from the fact that he wouldn't be fighting his hardest, he wasn't wearing his spiked, flaming gloves, or his boots. The only special little trinket he had on his person were the glasses tucked into his side pocket. This meant that the Pillar's strength had dropped a good deal, and he was almost on the same level as Chi in that respect. In regards to speed and everything else, he wasn't quite sure yet.
But, just to be safe he pulled the glasses from his pocket and slipped them on. They certainly were odd, as the lenses seemed to adjust their transparency depending on the lighting, and unlike most glasses, they actually looked good. I guess something good came from those bastards attacking the school. The Varsity Captain thought to himself while watching his girlfriend closely, her movements seeming to be slightly slow already. Yes, when it came to foresight, Aureus was king.
"I'm sure," The boy replied with a wink as he watched his lover get closer and closer. Already he could see she was a bit too slow and easy to read to hit him. That being the case, he decided not to move. Tensing his muscles, the Pillar stayed perfectly still and started straight ahead waiting for her attack. With a grunt he let out the breath he had been holding in and took a clean punch to the abs. It was a pretty decent hit, but nothing serious.
Taking a breath in, he reacted a few seconds later by hooking his left leg around her right and checking her with his shoulder, hoping to make her fall. If she was surprised by the fact that he didn't move, she would probably be off guard. If not, she would probably be able to counter because of the few extra seconds it took him to recover.

Chi could feel her weight shift almost immediately as Aureus checked her, and in a swift movement, had grabbed his right arm with her right hand, her left arm hooking just below his left armpit and she pulled hard, using her and his own movement to take him down with her. She tumbled backward, landing bottom first, rolling back in a backwards summersault, bringing her right foot up to push against his stomach to throw him up and over her. She finished off the tumble, coming back up to her knees, her back now to him. Knowing this was a bad defense, she swung her left foot out in an arch, turning herself around as she got to her feet in a crouching position, having lifted herself onto her right foot, her hands flat against to floor to push herself up.

Yes, it seemed Chihiro had been able to take advantage of the Junior's delayed reaction and was able to pull him down with her. One second he was standing there, the next he was on his back. ...That was hot... What?! She just flipped me! Your fault. She took advantage of it and owned you. Now I'm starting to see why you like her so much. She does kick ass. Nice little body too. *sigh* We don't have time for this now... The schizo argued briefly with himself before looking back at his girlfriend.
Seeing her new position, he timed it so that once her kick flew past his head, he jumping into a crouching position with most of his weight on his right leg. Then he spun to the left attempting to kick the side of her knee.

Now, any smart person knows that when recovering, it's good to buy yourself some time by taking out your opponent, and Aureus seemed to know this, kicking out his own foot at her knees. Seeing this, Chi vaulted her weight onto her hands, gracefully bringing her legs up in a handstand to remove his target from the playing field. Her hands her still in, however, and since his foot missed its target, the momentum would continue to swing his foot in an arch into her hands. Lifting her left hand, she did a quick 'step' over his swinging foot, lifting her right just as she placed her left down. To a bystander, it might look like she was dancing on her hands. But she wasn't done yet, she couldn't stand on her hands forever.
Luckily, as a female, she was naturally skilled in the movement of her waist, so in bringing her right hand back down again (she wasn't facing him at this point), she swivelled her waist, swining her legs down in an arch, following his own leg.
The best place to kick would to be to his right, but unfortunately her swinging momentum was in the same direction as him, but at least she could aim her kick a little higher, into his side.

Awed by her graceful movements, it took Aureus a second longer than usual to get himself back in the game. Luckily, he was still quick enough to drop backwards laying flat, allowing her foot to fly over him once more. This time, however, he grabbed one of her legs with both his hands, and pushed it off to his left. Hopefully this would disorient her and buy him some time to stand up.
He wasn't going to attack just yet, especially with her being on the ground and all. He would wait for her to get back up, and play defensive one more time, and he'd be sure to throw a nice counter in there somewhere. So far, Chi had proved to be a better fighter than he had expected.

Aureus grabbing her foot and pushing it threw off her balance as she was finishing her swing to end up back on her feet. Instead, she was pushed off balance, her hands falling out from under her as she landed on her stomach with an 'oomph!', sliding at bit on the floor as her momentum was absorbed by the impact. Once she stopped, though, she quickly jumped back to her feet, using her hands for balance. She kept her center of gravity low, her hands still resting against the ground, crouching as she planned her next move. She had to admit, fighting him was proving quite interesting, and fun, but they were nowhere near done.
"Going to keep playing the defensive, babe?"
She teased, eyes twinkling. She bit her bottom lip thoughtfully for a moment as she thought of a new way to attack. Since there was a break in the action, Aureus had time to recover and thus will be able to counter whatever she threw at him, unless of course she could somehow do something he didn't expect.
"Ow!"
The senior curled up suddenly, falling from her crouched position to her knees, her brows furrowing, and she cringed, breathing shallowly.
