Kevala had finally gotten to the point, through healing sessions with people of great power, and much work, where she could walk now. Now, she was using her regained freedom to do something she had been meaning to do for awhile now. Ever since she had found that fucking note.
What the hell was it with people leaving her a note all the time? Could nobody tell her to her face that they were leaving and would never come back. Sure they always said they might, but they never did. She had been through it enough in her life. They always left and never came back.
Well not this time. She was not about to let that happen this time. Yes, some bad shit had gone down between Mitsukai and herself. Well the other side of Mitsu anyways. But it was no reason to run away. Kev was not that weak. She could have handled it. But noooooo nobody gave her the chance.
So here she was, like she had been for nights on end since she had been able to move about on her own. Searching for the trail of Mitsukai's emotions. They were strong enough to leave a trace on the letter. Now, she used that trace to comb the streets, buildings, every place in between. She would find her. And she would have her moment to talk to the girl. It was the least she deserved after what had been done to her.
She knew she should not have been out right now. She should have been home and still working to get stronger. Gabriel would kill her if he found out.
He had been persistent about her not going out alone. Not wanting Mitsu to attack again. Though she knew that such a thing was unlikely, she did understand the reason behind it. She herself was scared to death of running into the other side of her again.
Finally however she had a trail and she was following it. Letting it lead her through the area as she struggled to find the girl. She would find her tonight and they would talk. If it was the last thing she did.

Gabriel had gotten his chance to be settled back and civilized, but little would anyone know the heated angry passion settled just beneath the surface. He was prepared and not above all things using Kevala as bait to avenge her. Okay maybe it was a sick morality behind it but he settled this in his head. Kevala would go out on her own to search out the dark side of Mistukai. Gabriel would just be there when she did stumble upon this person.
"Delta 3, pursue.." Gabriel's silky voice played through the microphone as the agents pursued at a safe enough distance to tail Kevala.
Of course they'd lie low but the instant trouble arose Gabriel would be there, ready to ravage through Hell. A lingering look on his face accounting for each bloody detail.

As night approached little Mitsu would make her way back to the hotel she was staying in. Ever since she had left home she had been moving every day from place to place just so it was harder to track her. She didn't even use bank or credit cards for when she bought rooms from the motels she stayed at. Cards left a paper trail and Mitsukai did not want to be caught so easily. She knew Kevala well enough that she just might ignore her warning and come searching for her. She really couldn't blame her if she did but Mitsukai had ran for a reason. She had to be careful or else Kevala would be hurt again...or worse.
The constant moving was slowly eating away at the money she had taken. It would not be long before she ran out of money and was forced to live on the streets. If that happened then Nami would cause even more trouble then she had before. Every night since that incident her darker half took over as she slept. Sometimes she would wake up in bed to find her old clothing covered in blood. She just could not control the other side, it was becoming increasingly difficult and with no one to stop her Nami just kept killing.
Mitsukai had to constantly remind herself not to give up. Just so then when she saw that blood in the morning she would not go insane and allow her dark half free reign. It was hard but she had to make it through. She could wake up one day with the blood of a friend on her hands and she could not allow that.
She quickly turned a corner, trying to get back as fast as she could when she spotted the last person she wanted to see.....Kevala.
What was she doing here? How the hell did she find out where she was staying? Mitsukai had been damn careful in her movements just to avoid detection. After all she was no fool she knew the other girl had some powerful connections and if she was not careful it would not take her long to find her. Still it was a bit surprising to see her here. Not to mention incredibly dangerous. Nami was not present now but it would not be long before she knew of the girl's presence.
Mitsukai had to get away and fast. She would have to abandon everything in that motel and leave before any harm could come to her old friend. She turned back, trying to sneak away before Kevala could notice her presence.

Too late! The second Mitsu came into range Kev picked up on her emotions. A grin spreading on her lips as she spoke out loud enough so that the girl could hear her.
"I know you are there. Tell me. Why do you run from me? Is it because that BITCH inside of you is scared to finish what she started.
I should have known that little weakling would flee at the first sign of my surviving. Now that I am not asleep, she obviously is too scared to face me.
What is the matter darker side of Mitsu? Afraid that my darker half will make you pay for ever wrong you have done to me!?
You coward!
You pathetic excuse for a personality!
At least my Sasha would never run from such a challenge. But fight!"
Those crimson eyes scanned the area where she knew the girl was, the dark night surrounding her lithe form as she stood there. Wearing a pair of black cargo pants and a white tank top, her hair falling down about her loosely.
"Now I can forever know that the darker side of you is a weakling. To think I actually thought it was worth my trouble to worry!"
She laughed. A sick and twisted sound as the black slowly started to flood into her eyes once more. The darkness of herself slowly being allowed to take hold.
She would not stop until she got what she wanted. She would make that evil bitch pay for what she had done to her. Unaware that Gabriel had other ideas.

"We got a lock on her position Lord." Ivan would say surely as he set aside the radio com. His steps coming closer towards Kevala. A hand gesture with his hand would signal in the others encompassing the building. Gabriel had the cavalry here ready. Roads were closed off and all escape into the woods were sealed off by trained Maffia associates under the Seran household. He'd not used them since before his scene, now he'd be using every trick in the books he had.
"Be there shortly, the girl doesn't move understood."
Gabriel rushed off, running was faster than anything and while the pair were a distance away Gabriel could tear that distance with little difficulty. He'd apper only a mile off ready for Mitsukai to show her face, or as he had hoped her darker side.
Come out come out...

Fuck it's too late she thought miserably the second she heard Kevala calling her out......wait she wasn't talking to her. She was talking to Nami. Already she could feel her dark half stirring into a conscious state, that was not good the other side had not completely heard what Kevala had said but would soon realize what was going on and when that happened......
No she could not risk it, she had to stop the girl some how.
"What the hell do you think your doing?" Mitsukai would turn to face Kev those feline eyes glaring at the other girl coldly, making her look like a wild thing ready to pounce. "If you had half a brain you would leave now while you had the chance." Mitsukai was being rude for a purpose, she had to drive Kevala off now. If Kev kept this up she would be endanger, even if her friend wanted to face the bitch that nearly killed her Mitsukai would deny it. She would not let her friend suffer anymore because of her. Even if that meant she would have to push her away.

Ah there she was. A grin curling on her lips as she noted the rude manner in which Mitsukai was speaking to her. Tsk Tsk Tsk.
She growled softly as she let the anger she held toward the darker half come forth. Not holding back as she turned to face Mitsu with that crimson gaze, swirls of black starting up once more.
"Do not tell me to leave. I have a right to be here. To face down that which was so cowardly that she had to attack me in my sleep.
But guess what!? I did not die! I am still here. Kevala is still alive and moving around and now she is here calling out that fucking bitch within you!"
She hissed out those last words. Her eyes seeming to glow as the rage she felt continued to increase. She wanted that other half out, she wanted to beat that bitch senseless. She may not have been as fast as Mitsu, but she could take her. She had proven that before.

Gabriel arrived on scene, a tenseness lying behindhis eyes as he verociously climbed the side of the building with his speed. A sudden crash as he broke over the stationary building coming up from behind Mitsukai looking as if he were a demon. Eyes filled with fire. He wouldn't waste time with words but he shot Kev a glance warning her to stay out of this mess. His hand siezed Mitsukai's back collar and would try to throw her out the backwards from he just emerged with a single toss. He would stand there for just a second watching KEvala before lunging out himself after her.
His feet touching the asphalt ground with low level clicks here and there. He'd make this quick enough for her. But in a strange sense he wanted her to suffer as the two conflicting voices in his head quarreled. Nova the voice of reason, and Reven the voice of insanity. He'd left Reven behind at Moral Crest but here he would think to listen to him.
"How does it feel Mitsukai? To suffer?... I know well enough this feeling but is it different for you?"

She was still waiting on Mistu to say something when all of a sudden there was a crash right behind the girl. Those red eyes instantly going up to see Gabriel there. The glare he gave telling her very simply to stay out of his way. Her tone coming forth in a manner which was almost as though she were apologizing to Mitsu. Even though only one word left her lips.
"Gabriel..."
Watching as he reached out and grabbed the girl. Throwing her back, his eyes coming to her once more. As they did, Kevala would bow her head to him. Showing she would not interfere with this.
She had promised she would stand beside him through anything. She would not go against him now. She cared for him too much. It tore her apart inside, but in the end, she listened to her heart. Watching as he followed in the direction he had thrown the girl, she herself waiting a moment and then taking off, coming upon them just as he spoke.
She kept her distance. She would watch, but she would do nothing. As wrong as it may have seemed. She had made her choice long ago who she would stand beside and she did thus now.

Hmm, that bitch has quite a mouth on her....maybe I should silence it.
Shut up Nami! Mitsukai snapped at her other half. Now Nami had finally woken up and though not in control of her body she did hear what was going on. If something wasn't done soon she would get out of hand.
Why don't you let me play with her. She called me a coward. Don't I deserve my chance to call her on that? A sharp pain started up in Mitsukai's right eye. Nami was only toying with her light, she did not have any plans to come out just yet but she knew that Mitsukai would not know of her true intentions.
Sure the Nami was pissed off that Kevala did not die. The little bitch was impossible to kill so long as she had her allies around. In fact Nami had a strong feeling that some of those people might be in hiding right now, it might be risky to come out now. Besides ever since that night an interesting turn of events happened. Mitsukai ran away, intentionally keeping her distance away from not just this bitch but from all those other so called friends of hers. Nami was thrilled! It was about time that Mitsukai tried to make it on her own anyway. If getting her to abandon those bastards was going to be this easy she should have done it ages ago. All that needed to be done now was to condition the girl to keep her distance no matter what. This would be a good time now then any. All Mitsukai needed was a little push and she was just the right person for the job.
Mitsukai would growl at Kevala, trying to stay on the defensive as she contemplated how to force Kevala to leave. If Nami wanted to come out now Mitsukai could only hold her off for so long.
Before she could even say anymore Mitsukai found herself tossed backwards. Falling to the ground she would look up only to see Sky.
"How does it feel Mitsukai? To suffer?... I know well enough this feeling but is it different for you?"
Mitsukai's fear only increased now, though this time for a different reason. First of course she was afraid for Kev's life. Nami would finish the job now that she had the chance but with Sky here..... Sky could at least protect Kevala which was good but he looked determined to kill her. Sure she could understand why, and sometimes she herself wished she were dead just to insure everyone elses safety but like hell Nami would allow that.
Mitsukai stood up glaring at Sky now, she feared what might happen if these two brought out her alter ego but she could not exactly run from them now. She had to convince them to leave.
"You'll only suffer more if you keep this up." she answered Sky. "I am not going to let that bitch free anymore so don't even bother to lure her out with such petty tricks. Leave me alone, get on with your life and I will get on with mine."
Nami listened thoughtfully to what her light was saying.Hmm this could get a little tricky she pondered. Nami just like her light could tell what these two idiots were up to. They wanted to get a rise out of her so she'd take over. Possibly to kill her, though naturally that meant Mitsukai would also die but they wanted to make Nami suffer in her place. She could not afford to act boldly. She had to be careful, though she wanted to come out she would have to stay put or risk having both her and her light killed.

Gabriel would march up to her quickly with rage swirling about his features as a quick grip seized up at her throat aiming to lift her off the ground letting her feet dangle ruthlessly. He cocked a glance at her sideways calming for the first time, this is what he'd been preparing for the nights before channeling his body into a noticeable second of calm composure. This is where it'd hurt.
"You don't get it.... I want you to show her to me." Gabriel grinned before throwing her back into the brushes.
His speed would over take her in but a moment as he followed in quick progression to stand over top her. A boot would be forced into her stomach roughly pinning her to the ground.
"Show her to me.... regardless this will hurt, take the easy way out." Gabriel snarled grabbing a branch off a tree using the sharpened edge as a bludgeon as he'd thrust it into her kneecap without leniency.
His Crimson glare noting the expression's she'd make assuming the pain overtook her. Of course avoiding this would lead to harsher consequences from his external arsenal. One in fact he was by far willing to execute.

Kevala watched as the Mitsu rose to stand. Her heart aching for the fact that the girl about to receive such harsh punishment from Gabriel was her and not the darker half.
Her words filling the air as Kev cast a look back to Gabriel. His rage continuing to come over her, and then, out of of nowhere, the scariest part of it all happened......He grew calm.
She bit her lip as she watched him lift Mitsukai up, heard the words he spoke. This would not end well. She did not wish her friend dead, but above all else, she would not go against the man she so deeply cared for and trusted. Despite the fact they could never be more than they were right now, she was loyal to him....forever..
Then they were moving again. A little sigh passing her lips as she moved to follow, appearing just as that branch was brought down. A wince of pain, one more of sympathy than anything filled her features....He would not stop until he got what he desired. She only hoped that Mitsu would see this and let that evil come out.

Gabriel grabbed Mitsukai by the neck and lifted her up in the air. She could practically feel the rage emanating off of the man as he looked at her and that made her a bit fearful, it even worried Nami as she watched silently the events unfolding. Both personas did not trust this man at all even though Mitsukai did not want another person to die or be hurt by her own hands Nami had a strong urge to take control and kick his ass. She knew that where Kevala would be a bit hesitant Sky would not even bat an eye in concern of ending Mitsu's life.
Whether he admitted it or not Sky cared for Kevala in some fashion, Mitsukai on the other hand the bastard could care less for. He had no use for him and she had become an nuisance, sure before he had not harmed the girl when Nami backed away but she had yet to do any real harm. Now that she did however things had changed, she doubted she could let things stay as it were without endangering both their lives.
Mitsukai let me through now, it's about time I dealt with this asshole.
I said shut the fuck up! Mitsukai fought back, keeping Nami from taking over. Mitsukai refused to let her dark side surface still. Even as strong as Sky was there was still the chance that Nami would hurt Kevala again. She swore to herself she would never let such a thing happen, even if the ones that were trying to force Nami out were the very people she had sworn to protect.
"You don't get it.... I want you to show her to me." Sky seemed unusually calm and that fear within began to grow. He was not going to let her off easy, he might even kill her. Even with that thought though Mitsukai would still be defiant, glaring at her captor as she fought past the pain in her eye as Nami tried to take control.
He smiled and a chill went up her spine as he threw her into the bushes. Nami now was becoming increasingly agitated and desperate. You have to let me out now if you want a chance of surviving now stop acting foolishly and LET ME OUT!
FUCK YOU! she screamed at her alter, she had just about enough as she could take from that psycho bitch and she would let her know that. I am not letting you hurt my friend again, it is my fault anyway for not having the power to control you that night so if that means that Sky is going to torture me till he's satisfied then so be it!
Your friend huh? Do you honestly think that for even a moment that girl cares about you? If that bitch actually gave a shit she would never had brought that son of a bitch here and let him hurt you. She is practically standing there and watching him kick the shit out of you when she knows that your the one in control right now. It's just like the last time with Katsuri. Sky came for her again, his foot slamming into her stomach to hold her in place. Nami tried even harder to take over now, she could not let this happen no fucking way. She might not feel any pain while she was locked away in her light's mind but if she let Mitsukai died then they were both fucked. Even if Sky did let her live Nami did not want to make her light suffer through something meant for herself. It was Nami who started this mess and she would be the one to finish it. But so help these two if she survived she would not rest until one day there torn and mutilated corpses were thrown to the wolves.
Give up already there is no point in fighting for some bitch that won't even protect you when you need it. If you release me now I can take the damage for you. Do you really want to suffer anymore and be left for dead?
Mitsukai refused to believe it, sure things looked bad right now but she could not bring herself to believe that Kevala did not care. It was not true, it could not be true the bitch had to be lying.
Those thoughts were forced to come to an end as she was stabbed right through the knee. She screamed, the pain was beyond anything she had ever felt before. She couldn't even move without crying.
Nami's frustration and guilt grew. This was all her fault and she knew it. She wanted to take Mitsukai's place and deal with the mess but the girl still refused to let her go, there was nothing she could do but watch and hope that little Mitsukai would not die tonight. At least if somehow she could recover Nami one day make those two fuckers pay for this. If it was the last thing she'd do she would make them suffer.

(ooc: My thread!! >.> I can post whenever. Lol. Since Kev is not really doing anything. =P Dont like it...Bite me...Please? -dies- ) She watched on, unsure what to do in that moment. She watched that branch come down, she watched as the blood started to flow, and the tears began to come from Mitsu. Her heart breaking. But what could she do? She stood no chance against him, and she did not want to go against him. She.... Well just leave it at she cared for him....too much to allow her to stand against him...... Besides, even if she could bring herself to do it, he would kill them both and be done with it. She knew that. Her eyes filling with tears she would shake her head. She hated this. Yes she had intended upon hurting the girl..as the other half of course..but still.....she had not planned on this. She had not brought him here on purpose...But now that he was here she really had no choice but to stand by and watch.... A little whimper slipping forth as she bit upon her lower lip. A heavy sigh passing from her as she debated on if she should at least say something. Her eyes going to Mitsu, pain and suffering filling her as she watched these acts being taken out upon her best friend...She felt a tugging at her heart, a need to save the girl though she knew such an effort would be futile.... But then her eyes shifted to him, and all thoughts of reason went right out the window. She could never do such a thing to him. She knew deep down that no matter who it was laying there beneath his fury she would not try to stop him. Gods why did she have to be such an idiot!!!  ? But as her eyes settled upon him, she felt.......love....the kind of love was for her to know and her alone. But it was there just the same. Did she love Mitsu? Yes, as a friend she cherished her deeply. But the pull she had toward Gabriel..it was so much more. Even if it was completely one sided. FUCK!!!! Such an idiot!!!!!!!!!!! His emotions continuing to roll over her as she waited on him to again attack..So much turmoil in his feelings..it was more than she had ever felt from him to date. A few steps taken toward the pair. To stop him? No, that was not the reason.....It was a pull inside her to try calm him....at least some. She knew she could never hope to completely settle him, hell she doubted that anything she did at this point would reach through that rage he held and truly find him. She stopped.. Her soft tone coming out loud enough that he would be able to hear. Now if he chose to listen was a completely different matter. "Gabriel...please..do not kill her. She is my friend." She did not beg him to stop..she did not tell him it was enough. Only to not kill. Though instantly her eyes lowered away from him. She was fool enough to fall for him, now she had to go and be down right stupid in thinking anything she had to say would truly reach him. |

Gabriel's attention did not falter even for a moment as Kevala came to his side pleading for him not to kill her. He wanted to laugh, murder in his mind was weakness. To kill another human and do so blindly took no sense of soul or morality, but to live with that to decide at the precipice of death and choose to hold mercy, now that took extreme power. Gabriel was the only one here who had that power to offer it.
"I won't kill her...merely the thing inside."
Gabriel took the shard now in his hand and twisted it roughly a look of boredom on his face as he wanted a scream. Now there were plenty of things he could do, cowardice wasn't something that he gave out medals for even if they did survive it only meant to live in shame and dishonor. Pity was deserved to people as such, and he pitied the lot of them. A stern expression as he looked down at her kneeling now so that his knee would pressure forcefully into her chest cutting off air.
"Why run? Why do you hide behind a mask rather than face the problem, you spend your life dancing around the fated mishaps in your life and hope someone else can solve your problem or perhaps reason that you're doing it for good. But where do you get in the end, only with more pain held close."
Gabriel snatched her jaw with his arm and began squeezing, if she didn't let loose the spirit inside soon enough, he'd crush her jaw. No regret, he didn't appreciate being told to go easy. It would only force him to go harder till a lesson was learned.
"Now face your demons...find what it means to be truly strong."
