(OOC: I be needing mista Asiv.)
There Dylan was, It was a seen that most people have been in at one time or another. Dylan was walking down the hall on his way to the school supervisor's office. The only real difference form most other people's experience is that he was not in trouble for anything, instead he wanted to talk to Mr. Asiv for personal reasons. As Dylan reached main office he walked up to the secretary.
"I want to talk to Mr. Asiv." "Humor me, what did you do?" "Noting I just want to talk to him." "Sure you do. He's just down the hall." "Thanks"
Is it so hard to belive that someone wants to talk to Asiv and isn't in trouble? Well in PHS 259 that was a stupid question. Dylan set off down the short hall with head honchos offices and once he reached Asiv's office he opened to door. As it swung open, not saying a word, Dylan strolled in and took a seat in front of Asiv's desk.

Seeing this interesting young man walk into his office Mr. Asiv had to say. He was honestly curiouse as to why he came, so bringing his hands up to hold his chin up. He didn't speek well not right away he wanted to see if he could run his mind over the files he has seen in his head over and over again. Yet there where too many students to remember so Asiv spoke.
"What brings you to my office mr.?"
Simple yes, but he raised an eye brow neer the end to imfasize his question. It wasn't everyday someone came in, but it wasn't a rare sight either.

(OOC: w00t for trying to get a post in before I go MIA for a day or two?)
"Mr.? Strangely respectful... I'm probably just thinking too much though."
Asiv took Dylan by surprise, he was more expecting a "WHAT THE HELL TO YOU WANT!?" but it was a welcome surprise. Staring at Asiv for a bit A smile crossed Dylan's face.
"The names Dylan, as for what I want..."
Dylan trailed off and started to think for a bit. He knew why he was here but didn't really know how to put it.
"Well I guess it would be... personal interest. You wouldn't mind me asking you a few questions about this wonderful school would you?"
Dylan made a effort to sound scarstic when he said wonderful school. Really who could call 259 this place wonderful? It wasn't in any stretch of the imagination. Not waiting for an answer Dylan went right into the questions.
"OK then, lets start simple. Why do you support corporal punishment?"
(OOC: Not really how I wanted that to turn out but it'll work.)

The only thing Asiv could deduce from this Dylan person was that he was like Jyo slightly with the questions, but this kids where completely different. Well it was best not to leave him waiting. His questions came fast, and seemed reasonable enough. So Asiv decided to answer.
"Well you see I believe in the vision a certain respectable man had durring a meeting some years ago. And because we dont knock points off of grades, we dont expelle you or, give you other types of discipline like that, we needed another way and well, Corperal Punishment was the only other alternative."
Asiv's speech like voice rang out, as if he was speaking to a wide audience, but it was only this student, Asiv was good at talking, but this kid better chose his words wisely, or he may end up captured in Asiv's hypnotic vision.

"Vision of another man? Your not even following your dream..."
Dylan started to preach his own ideals but soon enough stopped himself. His ideals didn't matter right now he just wanted a fresh perspective on his school situation, and maybe learn the thinking of the one in charge of it.
"I was trailing off of the subject, my bad. You mentioned that this schooling system is an alternative to others one right? Now lets look at this. The old system expelled kids and such and send their 'bad' behavior the the town so the law could deal with them. Now they are forced to stay in school, where they don't want to be to begin with, and you resort of physical punishment to get the grades you need out of them."
"Now here is where I really get lost. School is here to prepare you for the real world right? You beat and abuse kids, somehow manage to brainwash some of them into thinking that this is a good system, and the 'rebels' have to survive the system which in turn just makes them stronger so they can cause more trouble when their out of school. So what I see is you make 'bad' kids tougher and making 'good' kids who support the system and in turn help make the 'bad' kids stronger, you don't see a problem here?"
With that said Dylan stated some of his problems with this schooling system. There was more he was willing to go into, but he just wanted to focus on this first and see what someone who supported the system thought about what he just said.

Asiv understood where Dylan was coming from. So he bent over and pulled out his drower in his desk and grabbed a piece of paper. He put it on the desk in front of Dylan and began to say what it read on the paper.
"Dear Parent/Guardian. This is a patition to send a troublesome delinquint who has failed to abide by the rules and has left no choice but this. Please sign if you agree to send said student to California State Correctional Facility."
Asiv took a moment to let it sink in for Dylan. Then finally spoke again.
"This is what happens to those 'bad' guys who get too strong. The ones that dont understand reason. We send that out with students for the students and legal guardians to sign, if we reach the legal needed amount, they are sent there. I mysaelf do not liek this option, which is why I only have that one copy, because it is the rules of the school board."
And the best part about this paper, is when the parents or legal guardians kid has been injurred by the student, out fo anger the parents sign it and pass it on, make copies and send them to their work place explaining what the kid did to their son/duaghter.

"You got me it seems."
Dylan could go with the whole "I could not work and the person would be unchanged." approach but form what he had heard about that place it was unlikely at best.
"Not bad. But you must realize no matter how tough that place is it will eventually fail."
Dylan paused for a bit staring into Asiv's eyes while he gathered his thoughts again. It was time to go ask yet another question.
"What about your pillars and the 'school defenders'. They go around fighting the trouble makers to try to keep them in line. I realize that most of the time the trouble makers want to fight, but it is partially their fault for the violence in the school."
"They are figures of authority and trouble makers usually don't like authority. And who are people their own and and go the class with to say what they can and can't do?"

"Well first you have to understand, the School Captain and 'Pillar System' where not originally something created by the school system. It was a self made student hierarchy, that would exist with or without us, we just are utalizing it for our own benafit, and since it was created to be challanged in the first place yes you are right they are part of the reason of the violance. But if they where not under our control, they would be under the control of the so called 'Bad guys'."
Asiv had good points and bad points no matter what you talked about, and he also knew that eventually the Correctional Facility would fail eventually, but hopefully it would not fail until someone came up with an alternative.

As smile crossed Dylan's face as he let out a chuckle. It seemed like Asiv always had a response to what he was gonna say. The worst part was that he was making good points, but Dylan wasn't done yet.
"Something else I've been wondering. Why do you utilize the student hierarchy? Can't the teachers handle a bunch of rowdy students by themselves? I thought that was what Corporal Punishment was for. Maybe it's that your scared... or it's that you can't."
Dylan stopped talking and started into Asiv's eyes as he waited for a response.

"Hahahahah, no, no , no my boy. You see, this gives students an opertunity to gain responsability, to proove they have leadership skills, not to mention it relieves some of the burden off the teachers who want to teach students. They should not have to fight their students to get them to learn anything, and its hazerdouse being outnumbered like that in class."
Asiv twiddled his fingers around on his desk with that same smile on his face. He liked talkign with this boy, even though he was rather annoying with the way he asked the questions, maybe it was a tactic to see how easy it is to anger the Supervisor? Well it would take more than that. Losing his cool wasn't something he did alot, in fact it was a rather rare occasion. BNut if he did the person on the recieving end didn't much have an opertunity to ever argue again.

Dylan sat in the seat with a smile on his face. This was actually a nice little conversation that he was having with the Supervisor. Before Dylan was more expecting something like "You dare to question me! You will pay for what you said!" kind of thing, but this was a nice surprise.
"You guys are pretty outnumbered, what if there was revolt? I guess you would just use the students that support what your doing to help you fight it huh?"
The answer didn't really matter Dylan just needed a second to take the smile off of his face and get serious.
"The biggest problem I got with this school is simple. I don't like rules, why are people you live around and are around all the time aloud to make rules that you have to follow? People that follow the rules of their peers are fools or cowards, people that can’t take care of themselves without those rules are both."
Dylan took another pause before going on, "I'm gonna take down the school system down."

A more seriouse look fell on Asiv's face when Dylan asked the question, but of course he didn't answer because he already knew what it was. But the words that followed where what caught Asiv's attention the most. The school system here had a face, and its nasme was Zack Asiv. If he was going to take down the school System it would have to be Asiv who went down. So now there was a problem.
"Now listen here boy, You honestly believe you can take a system thats gone for 10 years now down? You honestly can't believe that you have a voice in this world?"
Asiv knew from past experiences that the only ones who can have a voice in this world are the strong. And this boy was still just in the beginning of High School, there was no way he had the strength to take down a school system that has ten years of strength behind it, and not to mention the city has had no problems except The Gods, and there have been no published scandels or any other corrupt activities that are known to the general public.

After hearing Asiv Dylan stood up sliding the chair he was setting in back. As Dylan started into Asiv's eyes his hands started turned into fists. Trying to control his anger Dylan spoke.
"You are right I'm just a kid, no one's gonna listen to me. Why would they? But here's the best part, I know I'm not alone. There are more people that think like I do or just want this system gone. You can't stop all of us, no matter how hard you try. This system will fall, that is a treat and a promise."
It was strange how it went form a nice meeting to this, but Dylan didn't care. In fact this was what he was expecting the meeting to be like all along, but right now Dylan was made just like Asiv and what do made people do? Fight.
Once Dylan got done talking he charged forward and jumped up on Asiv's desk. Dylan's left foot quickly came down to touch the desk. Not waiting a second Dylan sent a kick with his right leg to the side of Asiv's face.

Asiv saw the tall tale signs of Dylan's anger gaining a bit of control over his actions. His words came as no threat to Asiv, he was very cocky in this subject because he did believe the system he created was fool proof, it needed a few extra activities to keep it that way, but nothing had stood in the way. Seeing the boys movements Asiv reacted quickly by staying seated. The boys kick came in it was a good kick, Asiv did have to say, and if he where anyone else sitting at this desk around his grade level he would of been caught off guard, but Asiv's left hand went from on top of the desk to against the boys foot, not even touching it.
The air flow around Asiv's hand looked wavy, it had been moving, it was the Destructive Palms Qi Asiv had, and right at that moment the air bubble would explode causing the cloth where his hand was pointing to be blown away. The boys leg would have a fare amount of pain, but probably nothing he couldn't handle and keep fighting, thats why Asive also got up pushing his chair sliding backwards. Even though Asiv didn't believe this kid was strong, he wasn't going to be caught off guard by something, he was going to teach this boy a lesson.
He was going to teach Dylan why people listened to him, why his voice was the loudest in the state.

"What the heck?"
That thought rushed through Dylan's mind when the explosion by his leg happened. Not wanted for whatever it was to happen again Dylan quickly jumped backwards and landed on the ground where he was standing before he started to attack Asiv.
Looking down at his pant leg Dylan saw part of his pant leg was gone. Whatever took it away no doubt was the reason that his leg was hurting. It all went back to the explosion, but Dylan just had no idea what it was.
Dylan wasn't even angry any more, he was curious. The bad part was that now he couldn't ask Asiv what it was that explosion was, well he could but it he probably wouldn't answer. Either way Dylan wasn't stupid he wasn't going to rush in and attack when he knew his enemy could do something like that, it was time to play the waiting game and hopefully figure out a way around that explosion.
