Well, yeah.

I dont really have a big long speech, or a massively awesome farewell planned for myself. I love 259, and i dont want to leave, but over the past week or two my urge to RP at all, in any way shape or form has died. Its nothing anyone truly did, just a feeling of loss within myself.

Im going to post a thread soon that will give me two possibilities- if i never return, it will be obvious why, but if i do return then i can pick up his storyline where i left off.

Im really sorry you guys, but several of you knew this was possibly coming, and while my RPing wont be happening anymore, i may decide to stay on as staff if i have the time. My credit hours are skyrocketing at college, and life is just pinning me too far to the ground.

I love you all, and there are a choice few whom i feel close with, and hope to remain close to. I want to keep hearing your stories about where your character is going and what thier doing, dont be afraid to be proud of yourself and who you are and have created.

I hope to return in the future, perhaps this summer or sometime late next year. This place has been great to me in every way.

I know it wasn't my idea, but it was a damn good one nonetheless, so you should thank Ryan for that.

I was never really good at saying any goodbye's but for this, this I'll make an exception.

(And a few others, should you choose to do the same.)

Corey, consider your time here, the time that you've spent posting timelessly amongst the most of us here, racking up whatever you could for Mr. David Blaze. That's quite a mean feat. Not many people could pull off what you have over the past bit of time that you've been here. And more or less, made your mark on the board, which everyone, who is serious about their character anyway, has for their goal on the board.

Everyone has to take a few steps in life, that are very bumpy, and for those of us that Role Play diligently, as much as you have, it should only be natural that you take a break every once in a while.

There are those of us that have met you for the first time.

There are those of us that have watched you grow over the time you've spent here with us.

And there are those of us that haven't even talked to you, but have watched your impact and skill from afar, without even looking for it. It's that big.

That said, respect be to you, as it is deserved. I hope your time off can only fuel your imagination, fuel whatever you need to come back here, and keep that streak going. Remember, that you'll always have a nice, warm, seat here in our little establishment.

I hope things work out for you, in the next coming months or so, but don't be afraid to let us know how you're doing. Some of us worry about you more than others, but we all feel the same.

You'll always be etched in the hearts of others. Remember that. Be that as inspiration, or a friend.

So gonna miss you! But I understand that things just have gone the way of not wanting to RP. I had the same problem myself and it took me 3 years to get back into the mood to even attempt to RP.

I know that you will be missed, because yeah, we all lovells yous!!!

But I hope that things work out for you, and that life turns out just as you want it. I will still find my way to bug you on MSN, cause yeah.....

Well I'll miss ya. We only had that one fight that never really finished because I poofed for some reason, I'm pretty sure it was because I was fed up with xin at the time where I contemplated getting banned in a spectacular way.

Anyway that's not really the point. It was a fun fight and I'll miss the fact that we never got to finish it or I won't get a rematch, at least not for awhile You gotta do what you gotta do and if xin isn't it then leave and have no regrets, even if you don't come back. I wish you the best and will come back to annoy you from time to time on msn with fake virus' or what not

Pretty much I was hoping I could send you off with something epic at the very least because you deserve non less brudda. gotten to ride along with you through 259 & Moral Crest for a good 2 years running now. I have to say definitely worth all the other distractions. You've been the steadfast rock for so many here to cling to and a stand out guy IC and OOC I'm sure many can attest to that without a doubt I can say you've made me build myself and my character into what they are now and I'd like to thank you for that. Heres to hoping you aren't going to be leaving us for very long because idk how we could manage quite as well without you but if this is your final farewell I'd like you to know that we all love you here, and you by all means can take the RL down despite not being able to blow up buildings and shit.

Good lord. I've been incapacitated (internet/computer wise via various means of technicalities and real life matters), and I'm here to see that real life has robbed PHS #259 of another of its legendary roleplayers.

Y'make it look and sound and feel that a generation has gone by.

Now then, I apologize if I happen to repeat something that someone has already said---it just means that I probably agree with them. A lot. But hey:

...I remember, the first time I saw you/met you. I was the mod, you were the new guy, and there was the issue with the whole site. I was skeptical and... well, insistent, but as honest as could be. You displayed at the time a consistency of honesty, chivalry, and principle that only a few roleplayers held themselves to, a "code" if you will of "roleplaying honor" that struck me.

I think that's the reason why everything went by initially as they did. How your profile first got passed, and how we first got to experience our Corey---no. Eveen before that.

Corey, I am so sorry that Mugen Hall fell the way that it did. In hindsight, I had no real idea of what it felt like to lose your home roleplay site, had forgotten it since my first-first up until 259's deletion period (which we've been blessed with the safe return of).

More rather, what I've come to see is the consistency of a fellow RPer who has risen in rank so much who has managed to keep their integrity.

Memories only come, flashing of more recent occurrences, but Corey, man... 259's survival at one point pended completely and totally on you when everything else had failed. At one point, I saw it, that as a fellow moderator, you helped save 259 from falling into disrepair with the work ethic, capability, and roleplaying that no man should ever have to sacrifice. I cannot imagine the real life problems that ensued, the grades that went down, because of your sacrifice of time for us.

Corey, thank you, so much for everything you've done for us. As a mod and as a person... kind of like the white knight of 259 in real life.

I think it would be selfish to ask you to stay, not when things have heated up so much, not when you're getting into the most important part of your life, and you have every right to maintain your priorities to what is really going to matter in your life---

---But in some time, hopefully, optimsitically, if you can find time for us, I hope, as many of us have already, that we will be here to offer you that place of comfort, however temporary. If this is the last time (to which, at point I even say the possibility of you not seeing this message is high, and therein simply just an homage to you)... then, for the umpteenth time, thank you. Thank you, Corey.
