Throughout history there have been several leaders in their prime, those to which held testament to the present and wrote history held a good balance between force and beauty. The Sun King, Talleyrand, henry Kissinger. This was another display, both in strength and in decadence. Something changing in the winds directing a new path towards the upcoming future.
Gabriel Seran hadn't been at school for a short while, busy with preparations for the coming ordeals, this was a planned event he was to be hosting, for those big and small there was to be a grand hall for the lot of them. He managed to hang up a few posters here and there across campus, it reminded him almost of when he was a Junior here, hanging up signs for the Militia with the only brief instruction from "Unfettered" the rest up to him to decide, the man had altered his course so far from what it'd once been perhaps someday he could thank him.
"There's going to be a party at my estates this upcoming weekend, hope you're all prepared." A sly grin on his features marking the ploy involved.
Gabriel shrugged leaving the multitude of flyers about the school, if luck was on his side granted a few people would see it.

Kevala was at the school, again, and yeah not like she did not have some clue what was going on but she found a flier and it confirmed her suspicions.
Shaking her head she would take one and smile, yes she had already been planning for this and so she would not have a problem. Biggest issue for her was finding a date.
She had a few people in mind but honestly she did not know. Luckily she already had a dress.
Heh....
Sneaky little thing that she was.
Letting out a sigh she would simply scan over the flier and brush her tongue over her lips.
Leave it to Gabriel to have something like this. But it would be fun none the less. She was certain of that. Perhaps she could even get her sister to go with her?
Well that would just have to wait and be seen. First thing was first. Getting Mitsu's ass dressed up and there. That was going to be fun. But nothing Kevala could not handle.

School for the last time, merely picking up her transcripts... Oh ho ho ho~~~ A party? ALWAYS FUN! Yeyeaaahhh!! She'd smile a little before taking a flyer and heading on her merry way towards the office. Getting the papers and heading out of the school. There was much to be done and not a lot of time to do so. Like finishing the outfit she'd wear, that would take a great deal of her time; that was if she didn't hurry along. Perhaps cut back on a few aspects of the design. Sure, it wouldn't me the most dazzling thing, the only thing that really mattered was that it would be the only one at the event. Just....hopefully it counted as formal attire. OH WELL! Since when did she ever go with the flow of fashion? Smiling brightly, the girl would head off to prepare for the fun of the ball. > Hur hur hur hur. She'd have a date for this event, a good friend... The little old goofy blond boy from the frozen north! Skipping off Happily Addie prepared to finish off her dress.

Riley had returned to Public High School #259, to Long Beach, once more, but only to pick up his transcripts, during his globe hopping days, he had gone to school, to complete his last year of high school, he was finally going to graduate, something 3 years ago, he believed would never happen, because he had been a ghost. Thanks to The Doctor however, he had been given the chance to be a real kid, live his teenage years the way he had only dreamed of back then. Stopping at the office, he noticed the flier tacked up on the wall, and pulled it off the wall, reading it. A party eh? That would be a nice way to end his high school years.
Once he got what he had come for, Riley headed out of the school, and back to the apartment his grandfather had bought for him. He didn't have a lot of time, but then again, not like he had a lot to do really. The moment he had gotten home, he received a text message from Addie, chuckling softly as he tapped out a reply to her, before sending his reply to her. That wasn't difficult, at least he now had someone to go to the party with, Addie, the girl who's MP3 he had saved from being SMASHED! =D!? back at St. Paragon's. Despite his mature features, and having grown taller, Riley was still the lovable blond goofball that those from Point Hope would remember well... and others not wanting to remember. This was going to be one very interesting night.

School, torment, outcast.
Allegra just couldn't settle into the school, there was something stopping her from finding a place to fit in. Sitting alone in classes, eating alone in the hallways/ There was never a time she wasn't alone, unless of course she was being picked on by those around her. Which just fell under the: why me? zone. Not very enjoyable at all.
Upon moving between classes, a piece of paper on the ground caught her attention. A party, surely something she would never be welcomed at. Regardless, she'd pick the flier up and hide it away in her binder. Perhaps one day she'd be able to go to such a grand party, maybe one day.
There was always something holding her back from asking Sissy about going, since she didn't want to bother the girl whom she had only recently been reunited with. Becoming a bother to Kevala would not happen. No matter what. Restraining her hopes, needs, wants, and dreams would be better than being alone again. A small smile spread across the girl's face as she continued walking.
It was time to head to her next class.

School was just another place that Voodoo had to go to fit in. why he would actually want to fit in was besides him but there were a lot of things he liked at the school. Fights, and.... well mainly just fights. He would walk down the halls and watch all the kids getting into there fights and getting caught by hall monitors.
As Voodoo was walking by a fight he saw a piece of paper against one of the lockers. Hmmm. He actually wondered what it was. He walked over, pushed the kids out of his way and grabbed it. PARTY!!!. TOURNAMENT!!! It seemed like it was going to be a very interesting night for a whole bunch of people would probably be there and he would love to see them fight. he decided he was going to go but wasn't sure what he would wear. Formal Attire, that just meant like a button up shirt with slacks right? he better hope so or he was going to be stealing some new clothes.

There was only ten minutes left before class started and Mitsukai of course was walking through the hall trying to get to her first period class when something caught her eye.
"New years ball?" she read out loud. The address at the bottom made her groan. Unfortunately she already knew about this event. Kevala told her a few weeks ago, she even forcefully dragged the poor girl to the mall to find a dress for the ball. Just the outfit alone made her want to turn and run. She hated dresses and hated parties, they involved too many people and Mitsukai hated to socialize at these sort of things. Preferring to find herself a corner to hide in till the event was over. Which she planned to do the second Kevala got distracted.
She turned away from the poster and left feeling a small sense of dread fill her. Like it or not she was going to go to this ball. Seeing the flier now had just reminded her how much closer that horrible day was coming.
She could only hope that no one would notice her when she got there.....

Making her way through the hallway of the school, she spotted a few kids gathered around one of the many bulletin boards that lined the hallways.
She raised a slender brow as she debated upon what it was that they could possibly be looking at. Well, she supposed that she would simply have to see for herself.
A light growl offered as she pushed her small form through the thick of students, finally coming face to face with the center of so much attention. A flier..
As her emerald eyes scanned over the page, it brought a soft grin to her lips. She knew of this event, she had been invited personally by the birthday boy himself.
Though at the moment she was unsure if she would be accompanying him, or if she would indeed have to find another escort for the evening. She supposed time would tell. But as for now, she ripped the flier from the board, daring anyone to tell her something over the matter.
Well, she may end up needing the address at one point in time. If of course he did not take her himself. Needless to say, it would be interesting, especially given the tournament which was also to take place. Very well worth watching.

Kazuya stared at the flier tacked up near his locker, and stared, and stared some more, his hand hovering in mid-air as he started to grab a book from his locker. He had come to the school to pick up his transcripts, he was going to be graduating from high school, something most would think he wouldn't be able to have accomplished, given his extreme disinterest in studying, which led to his chronic inability to graduate, but this year, he was finally going to graduate, something the original Kazuya had been unable to do, not because he didn't like studying, but because he had ended up succumbing to his wounds and dying back at Point Hope High, which is when his life, the replica, was created.
Kazuya couldn't help but smirk slightly, this was something Gabriel would do no question about it. Taking the flier down from the locker near his, Kazuya slammed his locker door shut and headed to the office. Once he got what he had come for, Kazuya headed out of the school, and back to his apartment. He didn't have a lot of time, but then again, not like he had a lot to do really. He wasn't really sure who he'd go with, his first obvious choice would be Emily, and though he loved her, they weren't together anymore. After he thought about it for a little while, he decided to send her text anyways, and tapped out a text message to her. It was going to be one interesting night.

Alexis walked around the school, books in her hand. She was bored as usual...due to lack of friends. Luckily she had no friends or she wouldn't have been hanging around the hallways to see the fliers. Her emerald eyes shot to the familiar address then approached the sheet to confirm her assumptions.
She wanted to go... Would it be awkward? She wouldn't have a date that was for sure, but she was still friends with Gabriel and still cared for him. That summed it up. She was going to the ball. Gabriel was hosting it and she wanted to be there for him. Alexis was already thinking out several different dresses she could wear. She wouldn't bring anything else really, 'cause she didn't really plan on joining the tournament. Fighting was never her forte.
But parties and Gabriel was!
Time to skip school and head home to prepare!
(I am gonna double-post as Mischa 'cause I wanna get this over with and go to bed to sleep of my sickies!)

Mischa went about the school, whistling in some fine tunes of nothingness.. even making up humming rhythms as if they were real songs.
Then she slipped and fell on her ass.
Books here books there...
Flier in front of her.
OOOH A FLIER!
She picked it up and read over it to see if puppies were on sale or if there was a baby sitter needed. She wasn't interested in either, but for some reason she wanted to read it and to see if the buttom had several slits with numbers printed to rip off and use to call for business. Why would she want that? She just liked ripping them all off!
Though to her dismay there was none... but at least it was a party!!! Oh... at Gabriel's place...... Yeah they were somewhat cool, but it was still awkward yeah know... hard to bring up small talk that wasn't anything like.. "How was your cousin's funeral... She was very pretty before I shot her in the head..."
Though... maybe she will go! Not like Mischa had friends!! Maybe she could make some!? DAMN! No date....
OH WELL!
Dress shopping time >:3

Party, huh?
Vincent held a copy of the flier in question now, looking over the incscribed words. Since he'd been on the run for the past several months, he didn't exactly have a versatile wardrobe to choose from, and parties weren't exactly his style, even considering the vast number of them he had attended for various reasons over the years.
Still....he'd just recently made the acquaintance of Mr. Gabriel Seran. To say the least. He smiled quietly to himself. Well, why not? Sounded interesting.
Vincent crumpled up the flier and headed away from school back to his apartment where he would make arrangements to attend.

Victor blinked
Gabriel was still up to his same old nonsense it seemed... though this didn't surprise Victor he made a mental note of it, this could create... difficulties in the near future, but then, he didn't really have to deal with it either
still, he had a newfound sense of responsibility, if he could nip it in the bud, perhaps he could earn some favor.
Victor of course made this observation about 20 feet away from gabriel, surrounded by a group of girls listening to his guitar playing, seeming to ignore the blood red swastika armband that seemed like Victor's best friend for quite some time now, even wearing it when he was wearing simple clothing as he was now, a white V-neck and true religion jeans. today his faux hawk was down, creating a more charming look for him than a hot one, though his blue eyes where still dazzling in the light. Victor decided to see if gabriel had anything more to say before he walked over and picked up a flier

Neatly folding the flyer before placing it in one of his pockets, Adrian smirked. Father had always told him to mingle more, to hang out with 'other kids'. This would serve that purpose, free food lifted a little off his finances but moreover this would be a chance to scope out other predators in the fold. This school was a breeding ground for all sorts of filth, and moee than a few were guaranteed to show up, but a few, the strong, also blossomed here. It would be good to learn who were the strong and influential at this school, so might be able to tell whom to avoid from those whom were of little consequence. It was important, given how time he spent at the school and how important it was to him in his current predicament, to avoid as many of the pointless little powerplays that took place there.
When he got home he pulled out the one tuxedo he owned and spent twenty minutes of rummaging around before finally laying hands on his black shoe polish. In truth, he enjoyed wearing his suit. It was just rather rare he was given the oppurtunity.
