The sounds of footsteps could be heard echoing through the halls as a lone figure wandered by. The figure came in the form of a small girl. A girl that seemed too small to even be attending this school. But she was a student at this school, a student that was not well known to a lot of the students. Some knew her as the varsity captain, others as the hot-headed girl by the name of Mitsukai.
There was something different about this girl, something not quite right.
She was dressed differently then usual. Instead of her usual loose, more casual wear she covered in leather. Black leather pants, a tight leather shirt showing off her figure, high heel boots, and a long leather trench coat to match she stood out amongst her surroundings. It was a look too bold for a girl that normally went out of her way not to stand out. her eyes had also changed. What were once golden had become multi-colored, her right eye now blood red, gleaming with hatred and mischief.
This was not the Mitsukai that the few who had come to know and even care for knew. This was Nami. The alter ego had possessed the young girl for a few weeks. Hiding as she waited for her injured body to recover after Gabriel's little torture session, and now she was free to do whatever she wanted. And her first order of business? Destroy the school.
Now Nami was sure at this moment this plan would not work out well. It was only a matter of time before someone tried to stop her, but what would be the harm in trying? It was on her list of things to do so why not now? She certainly hated the place enough to try. It was because of this school that all of her other persona's problems began. Ever since Mitsukai made 'friends' in this place everything in her already fucked up life became worse. Being forced into a hit load of drama, pain, and frustration she was trapped in an endless cycle of trouble and Nami would end it all. Starting with where it all began....
She stopped in front of an open classroom. Glaring hatefully at the students within it. It was almost noon, close to lunch time but there was still a lot of classes going on. The students didn't notice her since she was not standing too close to the door and the teacher was giving them a lecture. Hehe.....they'll never see it coming....
Reaching into the inside of her trench coat the alter would pull out a pipe bomb. Taking a lighter out of another pocket with her free hand she would set it alight, throwing it into the classroom and hitting some poor sap in the head before walking away.
3...2...1....
*KABOOM*
She smiled as the class room exploded, the sound of the explosion sending a chill up and down her spine. Hehe nothing like a good explosion before lunch...this would be fun.
Continuing her little task Nami proceeded to throw her home made bombs into as many classrooms as she could, whether inhabitated or not. If a door was closed she would simply kick it down, throwing the bomb inside and walking away as it exploded. It didn't matter if she didn't kill everyone by doing this. She just had a craving for some mindless violence, and being the psycho that she was was more than willing to deliver just that. She had plenty of pipe bombs in her coat to keep this up for a good while too.
Onward she went, ignoring the screams of the frightened students, ignoring the frightened crowds running away from her as she carried on about her business. Humming to herself happily at the chaos she was creating.
Perfect....

Adrian was in class, Geography, which he hated. Sure it was important to know, but that was what maps were for, or GPS or whatever. He tried his best to follow the teacher, good grades were essential to keeping up one's façade, but good grief this stuff almost put him to sleep. Their teacher, Mrs. Meegan, was as dull and boring as they came. Adrian had seated himself close to one of the windows, force of habit, it was nice to look outside once in a while, to see the sun and all, but even though they were on the third floor, he found himself considering jumping to his death to escape this infernal boredom. The only other distraction was an apprentice plumber who was desperately trying to get the radiator working. Waste of time, it was bloody California.
For a second after the first few explosions were heard, Adrian felt almost grateful for the distraction they provided. Then he noticed that the sounds were getting louder, closer and the sounds of screams and breaking glass kicked Adrian's adrenal glands into high gear, but his inquisitive nature slowed him. He rose slowly from his seat, his eyes trained on the door that lead to the hallway. It was not until he saw the pipe-bomb being flung in that he started for the window, but he had been too slow. The explosion sent Jennie Pinson, who had taken the seat next to him with a strange red colour on her cheeks, probably from the flu, into his back, flinging him out the window, the explosion shattering glass with his frail form.
He fell a few feet before one of his hands found the wall and stuck to it by virtue of the Gecko's Gift, fragments of broken glass raining down on him from above. Looking down he saw the littered bodies from class, desks, blood and broken bones lying there, and empty eyes staring at nothing. He felt something in his chest as he crawled up and back through the window, being careful not to cut himself on its edges. The sight that met him caused him to shudder. Blood everywhere, torn body-parts littering the locale. Mrs. Meegan was no more, and neither were the remainder of her students it seemed. Adrian stood for a moment, staring wide eyed at the scene before the edge of his mouth curved into a slight smile. How supremely brutal, how beautiful. A shame he'd have to kill the person responsible, he couldn't risk this kind of attention being drawn to the school now that he was there.
He walked over to where the remains of the plumber lay, and picked up the lovely large wrench the guy had been inexpertly handling. That'd do nicely. He proceeded out the class and prepared himself to cave in the skull of whoever was responsible. He couldn't afford investigations to be initiated into his immediate past, too many skeletons were buried there. At least he'd get to take a life in the school, he'd just have to take care not to leave any evidence behind. He was ill-equipped for what he saw.
"Mitsu?" He froze in surprise. "What're you doing here?" The beast snarled, tried to warn him that something was wrong, terribly wrong, but he showed it aside, that couldn't be. "Are you okay?" It wasn't until then that he saw what she held in her hands, and his eyes widened in disbelief. "Mitsu, what the hell are you doing?!" He shouted, taking a half-step back as his eyes darted from her weapon to her eyes. Never mind the red eye, there was something in there, something dark and cold. But this was Mitsu!

She could barely hear the man as she went about her business, she was not even aware of his presence at first. She was too caught up in the moment, in the chaos and mayhem that she had created. It was like a drug, nothing else mattered except this very moment when the bomb went off. When the torn body parts fell to the floor and the screams of terror and agony could be heard echoing through the hallways over the explosions. God Nami was having fun.
"Mitsu, what the hell are you doing?!"
That time she did hear something. Nami stopped in her tracks as she eyed the would-be hero recognizing the boy quickly. It was that asshole Adrian, the guy that Mitsukai was getting a bit too close to for her liking. The way Nami saw it he was just another Ryu, he probably had some interest in the girl that went beyond fighting and would end up being dangerous in the end. For that she had to destroy him, by any means necessary.
"Mitsu's not here right now." she said nonchalantly, setting the bomb in her hand alight and casually tossing it into the next classroom, never once losing her stride.
The shock and horror evident in the boy's eyes made her smile in pleasure. Aww how cute, he was all upset because he thought the girl he wanted to fuck was killing people. Maybe she should not have said what she had earlier, it ruined her chances of having to use this to drive him away from her other side. Oh well what was done was done. Besides perhaps this idiot would not even notice the difference. Kevala and Gabriel certainly didn't. Even if they did know they always treated them as the same person, it annoyed her but if it could be used for her own benefit then it wouldn't be too bad.
"Hope you don't mind but I am using her body to have a bit of fun." she purred, amusement in her eyes as she looked him over. Adrian might be a good fighter but he was weak, she could sense it. No matter how hard he tried he would not be much of a threat. Perhaps she could play with him, see how brave this kid was before she disposed of him. Either ways he had to die but Nami was in a playful mood, why couldn't she toy around with her prey first?

What the hell was this?! This wasn't Mitsu, that cold hunger in her eyes didn't... it wasn't her. He was confused, what the hell was he supposed to do? Another explosion, another classroom died. He couldn't stand by and watch this, too many people dead in this fashion would mean increased security on the premises, possibly psychological evaluations that would give him away, and he wouldn't, couldn't let that happen. Not for any price. Consciously he assigned a nearly impossible label to the situation and shoved it off into the deep recess of his mind so that it wouldn't distract him. The situation was roughly labelled 'Evil twin or something', a thing he knew to be ridiculous, but it removed the matter from his immediate attention.
"BITCH!" He cried as he launched himself at the frail-looking form in front of him, swinging his improvised weapon in wide arc, aimed at the spot half-a-foot behind her head. Most people drew their heads back when faced with and attack of this kind, and that was something he had become so adjusted to that even now, in the closest thing he had been to a frenzied state in over decade, it still factored in his movements. Of course, he was still very likely to miss his target given his lack of both experience and control over his actions. In this event, he would let go of the weapon to stay balanced, launch a quick jab for the spot just below her ribs and, should it connect or not, attempt to grab hold of her head or neck, whatever he could, and drive his fingers into the soft tissue beneath, trying to strangle her, rip her ears off or gouge her eyes out. His eyes had changed to golden yellow, and they burned with hate.

"BITCH!"
Oh this one's a fighter! she grinned as she ducked under to avoid the weapon he was using. It was even more fun to destroy prey that feebly tried to fight back rather than prey that begged and screamed as they trembled with fear. Though of course the later gave one the time to have a bit more 'fun' with, the former had to be disposed of in a quicker matter. A shame really but she wanted to see how far she could push this one off the edge before she finished him off.
The second she dodged the blow she struck out at Adrian, going for an uppercut with her right arm to his gut to force him to double over before he pulled away. Hopefully forcing him to drop his weapon in turn. The second he did double over she would punch him hard in the face with her left fist, that grin never fading as she struck him.
Naturally that was not enough to stop the boy in his tracks. He would come to strike at her again, his attack aiming for her lower body. Using her natural speed to her advantage Nami would shift her body to the side just barely dodging the hit as her own hand shot out to grab him. Using her enemy's momentum, her own body weight, strength, and speed she would throw him into the set of lockers behind her. Laughing at the pathetic human before her.
If for whatever reason she could not launch that plan properly before he could try to make a grab for her throat she would still hang onto his wrist. Grabbing the other hand that came up to try and choke her with her free hand effectively stopping his attack. Then she would knee him in his stomach at full force. Forcing the air out of his lungs before releasing him and kicking him away from her.
"Whats the matter you seem upset?" she asked in a mocking tone. "Guess you don't like the fact that I am using Mitsu's body to play around for a little bit...or maybe you are in denial." She could tell what was going through Adrian's mind, from what little he had seen of Mitsukai she did not seem to be the type to do such a thing. Which was of course true. She disliked people but not enough to kill them, not like this. He refused to believe that she had another side to her, a dangerous one that only wanted to destroy. Forcing him to acknowledge that would break his fragile little mind. That would definitely be amusing.
"Let me tell you a little something about your little friend. The girl is insane. She has this little monster inside of her head that likes to take control of her body and do bad things." she pointed to her head as she spoke, waiting to see his reaction but preparing for any sudden movements on his part. There was a good chance that he would not really hear what she said and attack halfway through and she was fully prepared for that. "And that monster would be me."
It was all just a game to her, she wanted to mess with this boy both mentally and physically just to see how much she could break him. Tear his heart apart by forcing him to see the truth. It would be amusing to see how he reacted to all of this. Chances were he would still try to kill her. If he did, depending on how sure she was of making a comeback she could just bring Mitsukai back, make her see Adrian try to kill her just to force the girl to stay away from him after that. She was still in shock after the torture and having to witness such an occurrence now would push her further. Hopefully of course in the right direction....
That is if she could pull it off....

Adrian grunted as he felt his back slam against the row of lockers that ran along the wall, the lock only making the experience that much more unpleasant. His weapon was gone, his gut was bruised and his nose was bleeding. So what's the bad news? He listened as she spoke and, to his own surprise, a wide grin spread across his face, lips drawing tight against carnivorous teeth. Then he began laughing, a loud, high-pitched maniacal cacophony that lasted for almost half a minute before it subsided into a series of half-hidden giggles.
"Nothing but a joke, a sick, sick joke." His laugh sounded almost like that of a maddened hyena, lasting for another eight seconds before he paused to wipe blood from his face, now drawn into a hideous maniacal grin. "And it's on you." He flexed the fingers of his right hand and, seeing they still moved under his command, slowly rose back on his feet. "You don't get it, do you, you sick, twisted bitch." He giggled again, wobbling on his feet as though he were drunk. He lifted his finger to point at her, swaying and bobbing. "You." He made a casual gesture with his hand, the kind people made to indicate that a matter was trivial, meaningless. "Are nothing." He wobbled, taking a few steps to a side and then backwards, ending by supporting himself against another locker, barely able to stand. "You're nothing but the shit of her mind that she wasn't strong enough to keep inside. Don't you get it?" He giggled, then began laughing again as he pounded against the locker he was leaning against. "You're her brain's diarrhea!" He quieted down, leaning against the locker, with his back to her.
"And the worst part?" His voice suddenly sounded a lot clearer, a great deal more lucid. "You actually think that you're gonna get away with this." He smiled now, not the maddened mask from before, but a crisp, cold smile as he made that final turn on the combination lock on his locker. He expected that the balance of this fight was about to take a drastic turn. Flinging open the locker and grabbing something inside, within a heart-beat he had tossed the first knife, the blade twirling in the air as it sped towards the girl's abdomen. He didn't expect it to hit, but that didn't matter much. By the time the knife hit the wall he had strapped on a pair of small, air-tight goggles, tied a handkerchief around his face from the nose down and was dowsing the later with water from a plastic container. There. He thought, smiling again behind the safety measures, his hand hidden from her sight in the locker. Ready when you are, bitch.

Adrian's reaction was rather interesting. Most people in his situation would react with horror and disbelief. Some would even dig themselves deeper into denial but Adrian? He laughed. It was not that odd concerning his personality. If the positions were switched Nami would do the exact same thing.
"Nothing but a joke, a sick, sick joke." "And it's on you."
"Hmm?" she cocked her head to the side, amusement never leaving her gaze as she looked at him. It was expected that now he'd take his turn at insulting her in some fashion. They all did, not like it mattered what he said of course. They always said so meaningless bullshit that made no sense if they were actually paying attention to the situation. No matter what he said he'd be dead.
"You don't get it, do you, you sick, twisted bitch.""You." "Are nothing." "You're nothing but the shit of her mind that she wasn't strong enough to keep inside. Don't you get it?" "You're her brain's diarrhea!"
She raised an eyebrow to this....
Well.....
That was new.....
That insult was new to her. It was vulgar, highly offensive to both personas , and had an air of creativity to it that she had yet to hear before. She liked it. As strange as that sounded she liked it, this would certainly prove to be an interesting moment in this boy's short, short life. It actually made her consider prolonging his death more just to hear what else he had to come up with before she finally broke him. He would prove to be more amusing then that mindless bitch Kevala. She couldn't help but giggle a bit at that thought. Yes it'll certainly be fun breaking this boy, make him meet his demise by someone he thought of as shit. VERY amusing...
"And the worst part?" "You actually think that you're gonna get away with this."
"And who is going to stop me, you?" she chuckled. "You can't even come close to my power, and according to you I am nothing more than shit." She kept her eyes on him as he began to move to his locker. She knew he was up to something, perhaps he wanted to grab another weapon but she would not stop him. Let the fool grab his shit it would make things more interesting. All the more better if she could use it against him. "I wonder what that makes you then, if you can't even measure up to shit like me."
Just then he threw something at her, she didn't know what at first she had to move out of the way before it struck her. "Is that the best you got?" she teased. "You have to do better than that if you want to kill me." her tone was light and carefree but her guard was up. Now she had a bit more of a fight on her hands she she could not afford to be careless, not if she wanted to end up getting herself, or Mitsukai killed.

"Kind of funny.. how now a days kids get a little taste of power and think they are god." A familiar voice would have echoed down the hallway, and it stemmed from that eight foot tall menace, the one wearing a ragged hoody and a set of baggy jeans that looked like they belonged on the street corner slinging out party fun time.
The grin on his lips was plenty, and those goggles had been traded out for a pair of normal sunglasses for now, eyes had slowly been adjusting over the last few weeks to get back into the swing of light being a constant annoyance. The target? Some weirdo from his past.. kind of funny how that worked given so many people were still around, he'd figured at least some of them would have left this place.. but then again, he was back here so it seemed like they naturally gravitated to this place.
Two kiddo's bickering, somethings really did not change in this place.. but Mitsukai certainly had, even if her voice was far from being unrecognizable. The boy on the other hand, he had no idea whom he was or what the relation was to Mitsukai, but apparently had some sort of inside information on just what had possessed the girl to lob pipe bombs into various classrooms and walk on whistling as if nothing had even happened at all. It would have been a little unsettling to the average person, but Katsuri was not your average man, and nor was he afraid of the girl so chances were that he'd poke his nose in like any other person would if they were not afraid of getting it blown off.

((OOC: The weapons Adrian will use have been agreed upon with the thread's host, and if you don't like it then please contact her.))
"You said it yourself." He chuckled, his hand closing firmly around something inside the locker. "You're only wearing her meat-suit." He cursed himself for not having any more weapons in there, but he had earlier decided not have any more tools than could be defended should they be found. If only he'd had the time to coat the knife handles in that mix of dimethyl sulfoxide and LSD this fight could have been over quickly, but that was not the case. But he had other weapons. Then there was the sound of unwelcome interruptions.
Adrian spun around, his face mercifully hidden from the intruder. It didn't take long to realize that this other guy wasn't his enemy in this, at least not yet. Sad. He would've like to have shown the bitch a thing or two about respect. "Wait your turn." He growled, preparing himself to fight a loosing battle on two fronts. "I got here first." Not that it would matter here, no one on this blasted school seemed to understand the rules of the hunt. But he was ready, having filled his pockets while the unwelcome arrival had been yapping and now he was going to show the bitch how exactly one went around killing someone of greater power. Brawn had never been a strong point of his, cunning was all he had and now he would see if it was enough.
He took a few steps towards her, holding in one hand a bottle with a soaked piece of cloth hanging from it, and in the other a glass-jar almost too big to fit in his hand. Gently placing the later on the ground, deliberately slow to agitate his prey, he would then whip out a lighter and light the cloth on the bottle, flinging it at Nami. It would land behind her, ethanol and rubber-foam igniting just out of harms reach. What was not apparent, and Adrian made sure his body language concealed it, was that he hadn't missed. He was trying to goad the mad woman into charging him. If his plan worked, he would then work his foot under the jar and shoot it up to his hand, tossing it down at a spot roughly one-and-a-half foot in front of the charging lunatic, the thin cooking oil quickly spreading and removing the prey's footing. Whether or not she fell he would leap upon her, extending a collapsible mace with practised ease and whacking her across her face with it. Then, with her on her back, he would place a knee on her stomach and shift the larger part of his weight to it as he dug out the next tool. "And people still bitch about gender equality." He mumbled as he drew out a can of mace and moved it to within half a foot of her face. "I don't hope you've gotten too fond of that whole 'breathing' deal."

"You said it yourself." "You're only wearing her meat-suit."
Naturally she did not say anything. Can't fight the truth, she shared the same body with this girl like it or not. Nami could feel her patience wearing thin as Adrian seemed to take his sweet time getting ready for the offensive. Sure she thought it might be more interesting to let him use weapons against her and certainly he was planning something big but she was in the mood to destroy. Ever passing second meant less time to do that. Perhaps it was better to just get it over with.
"Kind of funny.. how now a days kids get a little taste of power and think they are god."
That voice...........it was familiar.....though Nami had not been born by the time Mitsukai knew the owner of that voice Nami knew it all too well. Her focus instantly changed to the owner of the voice. Just as she thought, it was that bastard Katsuri.
Fuck. She mentally swore as she saw the giant figure walking towards her. Just my fucking luck, the first time I am really 'free' and NOW he decides to show up. This was going to be a problem. She not only had to face a much more challenging opponent but the consequences would be greater if she lost. It wasn't just the higher chance of being killed, that was always a possibility whenever she did something like this; but other outcomes to this fight that she did not like.
Now there was no way for her to use Mitsukai to her advantage. If she let the girl out now then that gave Katsuri a better chance of dragging the girl back. That she refused to let happen, no matter what she could not let that happen. She had already failed to dispose of Ryu and keep that girl away from Gabriel, she was not going to repeat the same fucking mistake. The only problem was how to deal with this.
The man was still stronger than she was right now, probably still faster to so fighting him would be a challenge and running away was out of the question. Not like she wanted to flee just yet, she rather take the opportunity to kill the man while he was here now.
"Wait your turn." "I got here first."
Adrian's comment broke her out of her train of thought. Oh yeah....this brat is still here. She had forgotten about him, not very smart but at least she realized it now before he did anything.
"Heh....seems I am rather popular today." she mused as she pulled out another pipe bomb from her trench coat and threw it at Katsuri. There was a chance that he could dodge in time but it would definitely prove to be a decent distraction as she dealt with the minor inconvenience first.
Wasting no time she already launched herself at the boy, dodging the Molotov he threw at her before realizing as she fell thanks to the oil that that was exactly what he had hoped for. She had to roll out of the way as he was about to jump on her, narrowly avoiding a nasty clubbing as bits of glass stuck themselves in her. Needless to say she was not happy with the current situation. as it was if things continued how soon would it be till Katsuri came back into the picture. A two against one battle was not the best odds.

"Ehhh?"
The only expression offered as this boy turned around for just a moment to tell him to wait his turn. This got a rather confused blink from behind those sunglasses and a sigh after. "Oi. Kiddo. I was here before you were even a gleam in your daddies eye, go back to the sandbox and let the adults talk." Then.. said adult lobbed a pipe bomb. The large man would have rose a boot clad foot up and stomped it down into the ground sending tile shrapnel everywhere including up.
He turned, moving far faster then one of his size should have been able to and sent a large hunk of it into the pipe bomb, sending it and the chunk of thick floor material right at the two of um. That leg just coming right back down after nice and slow, one brow rose up as he yawned, wondering how long the two would bicker and fight before they realized a pipe bomb was rolling right next to them. That would be funny.. but this was XIN so ya know, you could take a pipe bomb without dying and still come back the next day. It was only right, right?

Adrian was in no state to listen to anything, he wanted blood, hot, sticky blood staining his face right now. He wanted to hit her and hit her and hit her until he felt the front of the skull break, then keep going until he felt the back of her cranium give as well. He wanted to pick up his knife and stab her until nothing was left but chopped bone and mince-meat. Below the wet cloth over his face teeth were gritting together with force just short of what was needed to actually break them, and his goggles hit two eyes, piss-yellow and full of hate. He had never been this angry, ever, and that was saying something for a guy who orchestrated the poetic taking of lives, or their destruction, for people his parents didn't like.
His attack had missed, the swing capturing nothing but empty air, further fuelling the black fires in his chest. He sensed something by his foot, something dangerous, and kicked it in her direction. No pipe-bomb could sate the need to hurt, but it might serve well as an appetizer. The explosion should distract her, he didn't count on her actually getting hurt by it, but it should allow him to move into her danger zone without being immediately attacked. As soon as he was within distance, a few feet away, he would reach into another of his pockets and withdraw a clenched fist, powdered white, and toss the contents in her direction. It was a simple trick, really, something anyone could do. The finely powdered salt would rain down on her like fine show, getting in her mouth, her nose and, most importantly, her eyes. Even if she was quick enough to to cover those, she'd be left blind to his advance, the collapsible club trailing a wide curve, aimed at her left kidney. He was in close now, and though that was where he stood weakest against her, it was also where he could do the most to hurt her. And he planned on doing just that.

The boy kicked something in her direction and almost instinctively she jumped away from it. Just as the pipe bomb exploded, the shock wave sending her farther back then she intended to, making a less than graceful landing on her feet.
"FUCKING PRICK!" she roared with rage at the giant who had managed to throw her 'distraction' right back at her. Needless to say she was pissed and wanted blood. Lots of blood.
There was no time to go after the bigger threat when Adrian came at her again. Again without thinking she raised her arms out to shield herself from whatever weapon he was using. But it wasn't a weapon, she didn't FEEL anything.
What the f- before she could even finish that thought she was clubbed rather hard in the kidney. Growling as she doubled over in pain her anger doubled. First that asshole Katsuri got in her way and because of that some pathetic whelp was going to kick her ass? Fuck that there was no way she was going to allow that to happen, not in a million years.
Nami made a grab at his throat and at arm that was hanging on to the weapon he was using. Digging her nails and viciously twisting his wrist to force him to drop the club as she cut off his air supply, before slamming him hard enough into a set of lockers to momentarily stun him.
If she managed to pull this off she would turn him around quickly while she still had a good grip of him so his back was facing her so she could slam his face hard into the lockers, repeatedly. The psycho was beyond pissed. She was in such a rage that she forgot about everything else around her. Save for the boy she was lashing out against. She would make him suffer for even thinking that he could take her on. She was going to make him wish he was dead.

He didn't move, was no point in moving. The girl was not trying to attack him anymore, and nor was the boy, and for that he just stood there, his arms hanging at his side, a slight bit of a yawn slipping from his lips. Finger tips were locked against the edges of his pockets, and he could not help but stare on with a bored look on his face. Depending on how long they continued playing with one another he may have had to throw something to break it up. Lover's quarrels were none of his concern, and they were not supposed to be right? Still. He could remember when the girl was less... arrogant and outspoken and far more broken down and to the earth with her ambitions. Did not matter how strong she was now, he remembered where she came from, and that was more powerful then she could even bother to know.. among other things.

Normally, Adrian have smiled as he felt the blow go home, but now he was wounded animal, his only drive inflicting pain on others to lighten his own. As she buckled over he raised his weapon again, about to deliver it into her temple and thus, with luck, disable her, temporarily or otherwise. Her move was too quick and he was too unfocused to react to it before it was too late, and before long he found himself slammed up against a locker, something closed tight around his throat, his hand no longer armed and the ground he had won lost. But he wasn't in the mood to simply lay down and die quietly.
She was strong, but she was also short, and that meant her reach was inferior, if not by much. A split second after his back met the locker he lifted his feet, both of them, and kicked her in the gut. The attack might not cause much damage, he wasn't exactly Schwarzenegger and there wasn't enough room for attack to garner momentum, but it served another purpose; making breathing room. Bracing himself against the lockers behind him, he pushed her off, feeling pain as her nails dragged along and cut through his skin, reluctant to release their grip. He felt something warm and wet soaking into his jumper, but he was aware of that in the same way he knew that he had not yet set his machine to record Million Dollar Baby in the evening.
His hand, however, was still in her grasp, screaming its pain to ears that simply didn't care. His other hand, free as before, had dipped into one of the pockets and come back up with a small container with a nozzle on top. Only one of his feet fell directly to the floor, Adrian stomping for her knee with the other, pulling her closer as he did using his own trapped arm as leverage. "Say 'Aaah'." He mumbled as he brought the cannister of mace to Nami's face and released its contents into her face.
