Not to him.
"Not to me. Saying aloud that i will marry you...its not the same. I have never left you without a word, or ran because i don't have a reason to stay. How do i know that this isn't just some...experiment to see if you actually want to stay. I want to hear you admit your feelings for me."
He would take her hands.
"Tell me you love me."

Her breathe hitched. Eyes widened. Loved him? Her heart was racing. All at once this onslaught of girly feelings. It made her feel almost nauseous. Yet she couldn't stop it.
"I'll marry you....."
She breathed out the words, still in utter shock. Then suddenly she began to laugh. Bringing the towel to hide her face as she said it. She couldn't do it with looking him in the eye, she felt like she would faint.
"I love you..." it was small, but it was there and it was obvious. She just sat there hiding behind a soaking wet towel trying to comprehend what was going on here.

It was a strange feeling. Like a balloon swelling in his chest. He would gently take the towel from her grip with his left hand, setting it outside the tub, the water still hitting them. This wasn't the most romantic place for it to happen but, regardless, it was happening. His right hand circled around her back, pulling her against him- but this time, he didnt even think about their bodies, he would lift her chin so she would look directly into his eyes once again, and his lips would push against hers, more passionate than the last one.
After it, he would pull away barely, so an inch or two would be between them, and he would reply.
"I love you too."
He kissed her once more before wrapping his arms around her completely, resting his chin on her shoulder.
"And i would be happy to make you my wife."

"You're an ass, a complete ass!" She laughed as she kissed him back. She wanted her towel back. Her face was embarrassingly bright red.
